Regarding power spikes:
We have looked about this issue with ccminer and found out that some users found solution by using '-plimit' option to limit the max power usage of the GPU's(in addition to MSI afterburner), you can set values per GPU like this:

This sets 60% power limit for each GPU on a rig with 8 GPU's, try this option with your preferred power percentage

Regarding MPH ongoing maintenance and stratum connection issues:
We enabled using IP address as URL and now you can choose the best IP address with the lowest ping for you and you shouldn't have connection problem anymore.
For example:

will this work on other lyra2z shitcoins or is it strictly for xzc?

Also, i'll let others test this software first. Don't believe for a second this isn't malware until proven otherwise.

Why only MPH?
Is it a lyra2z miner or a MPH-XZC miner?

This version is limited to MiningPoolHub so it's indeed only for Zcoin,
if there will be other important lyra2z coin we will consider another version to support it.

I still don't see what the fee % is...

The miner fee is not an issue since your net income should increase by at least 20% compared to public lyra2z miners  currently available.
The Fee amount will decrease with each new Release relative to comunity interest, it's just for helping us keep the development live and to contenue Optimizing zFastminer and other Algos too.
When you find great deal on product that is 20%~30% lower then the current market price, are you gonna cancel your order just because the retailer will not say to you what his commission rate on the purchase - do you?

We continue our work on this project and we will share with you any further improvement that we can achieve...
At this stage, the fee will help us to continue to support the improvement of the software, but even at this moment, Zcoin is the most profitable coin for mining with NVIDIA cards that we mentioned with our zFastminer...

linux alone has around 5 to 10% advantage over windows... (based on my own experience with 1080TIs)
testing on zFastminer on Win is giving me now 660+ kH/s advantage over ccminer (@win) 1080TI with 2000MHz clock, which is nice... Let's see what does the miningpoolhub say (in few hours).

If that +20% goes to developer, than there is no point to use it.. you guys should implement the exact number here.

This reffers to the actual avarege reported hashrate on your pool side, not just the speed you see in the miner.
Feel free to test  and report back after 24hr how our miner compares against other miners, we are sure you going to be pleased.

I have just checked our Rigs, all seem ok, But I have seen this behavior on the last days, (MPH is under attack?) on some coins- maybe this the coz?

The solution that we found was to simply add new ".WORKERNAME" and point the miner to this new worker.
So just do the following and tells us if the problem gone:
Change this :
-u USERNAME.OldWorkerName
with your NewWorkerName
-u USERNAME.NewWorkerName

MPH is constantly stealing our coins. Why do you do miner for this pool? can you make it for our pool? bsod.pw

Instead of writing a dozen posts with vague statements you just could say what the miner fee is.
People wanna know that and if you avoid to answer this, people won't trust you.

Tried this miner on overclocked titan Xp's rig, while it does perform ~600kh better per card, achieving 3800khash per card (21% better than other miners), it's nowhere near the stated33-39mhash per 8 Ti's (4500khash average).

This is in miner by the way. Pool didn't show boost after 2.5 hours running. Also seeing that the OP won't tell the fee, which leads to believe it is draconic, can't recommend right now

MPH is worst Zcoin pool. They are also supports botnet owners, take a look at top hashrate contributors chart

When I assume the optimization happens, i get JSON decode failed(-1):wrong arguments. happened about 15 min in on one rig and about 30 min on the other. then continues to mine at same speed. and keeps saying Json decode failed every so often.
Happening on 1080ti and 1080 rigs.

why isnt there support for 1060 cards ? 3gb / 6gb ? also link getting blocked by many antivirus programs. Upload it elsewhere ?

I tried this miner for a couple hours and its worse. 20-30% less is what it should be called.

Are you using awesome miner? This modified miner doesn't allow JSON support for calculating price per day. Use djm34 Lyra2h miner version, its much better.

Where is the best place to buy the hardware to mine?

after a while of having the miner run, checking mph hashrate, im only getting 3mh for 1080ti pool side, while miner says 3.9mh.

Edit* :Checked on it again much later, seems pool hashrate has caught up with what is shown in miner.

guys, long way ahead... I spent two days trying to figure out whether it will be worth switching over to windows and my answer so far is -> no. All my production rigs are running linux perfectly... My Win dev rig is currently showing literally no improvement, mostly because the app basically stops with no errors and automating anything in Windows is... just not my thing. It does show some crazy high kH/s, but MPH doesnt agree... I honestly can't tell lookling at the mph chart if there is any improvement over standard ccminer_cuda9 that I use on Windows. Sure - it shows 4100++ kH/s per 1080TI with +100MHz core bump, but I dont see any improvement on MPH side... See for yourself... it's been running like that since yesterday, somewhere mid day today I switched to 266... dual 1080TI:

Excited with that initial reporting I failed over one 6-card node to Win10RS3 and I was shocked how much resources it needs to run... (3 hours to deploy, constant nvidia drama, reboots taking minutes instead of seconds, logging on, UI penalty on headless machine, etc), then one thing hit me (I honestly forgot the experience, but all Windows 95 memories came back) - the thing starts with B... ends with luescreen... Two days wasted invested. Now time to earn money with good old ccminer-msvc2015...

I'll wait for stable ubuntu release...

My test result in last 24 hours with zfastminer-v226 without OC:
8x1080ti Zotac AMP Extreme core edition
8gb ram 2400mhz
Cpu i5
120gb ssd (64gb virtual memory)
Win10pro

After 24 hours of mining i got 0.8241 xzc
Its ~3 usd per gpu

i have rigs with 1060 too...

For what mention here ... i think is some problem .. u have to check out a bit i did saw the above of ur reply on it .. out of 40-45 rig i run thru it i find out .. 1 of them totally cant run .. whenever it run it shut down i not sure what is the really problem .. but no problem running ccminer 2.2.5 .. and with the json error .. is more of a problem i find out of them if the gpu have no problem handling it .. it can give u a high speed .. let say 1 line of hash 1 line of json error but i did found when there is like 4 or 5 line of json error .. meaning it doesnt kick in on the right time the hash is so much lower .. but usual one have not much problem ..

lastly i find it will run into error every 1-2 day so .. have to check on it quite often ..

Would you consider making the miner work on f2pool and zpool? I've had more consitent profit on f2pool. Seems like miningpoolhub  luck is always lower and yields less coins than f2pool?  Zpool also has criptoreal which is also lyra2z.

What about AMD cards, when you will have miner for them? I have more AMD's than NVIDIA, I would like to use those cards.

rigs tested for this miner, all running latest nvidia drivers, windows 10, no overclocks, all running stock settings

rig 1 (1070 x 6): working flawlessly!

rig 2 (1060 x 5, 1070ti x 1): rig crashes once a day, other than that no issues since i set the bat file to autostart on startup.

rig 3 (1070 x 2, 1070ti x 3, 1080ti x 1): blue screens immediately, video_TDR_Failure. Already removed old drivers using DDU and reinstalled latest drivers, still can't get it to work.

anybody else tested this miner on a multi gpu rig? i'm thinking that might be the issue.

We got Rig with 6X1070 + 2X1080Ti with win10 - 8gb ram and latest NVIDIA drivers but we did not encountered this problem with this rig.

Hi, you made an excellent, fast miner. Everything works just fine. Thank you for your work.
2 days of tests on 3rigues.
1)(6x1080Ti - Palit GR) = 24.1 Mh/s              2025Mhz core/-504Mem
2)(3x1080Ti - Gagabyte) = 12.2 Mh/s      2025Mhz core/-504Mem
3)(2x1070+3x1063 - Palit GR & JS) = 8.2 Mh/s   2025Mhz core/-504mem - 1070 GR & 1991Mhz core/-504Mem - 1060 JS (When 2025mhz core the miner hung, after a while.) 1991mhz very good 2days
Total = 45 Mh/s shows the miner, but the pool shows 45-60 Mh/s
I get = 0.88-0.92 XZC per day from these rigs.

GOOD JOB  :)

2x 1070 + 1x 1070ti + 2x 1080 worked well from the start, but with a few random crashes. 12,5 mhs on miner and 9-30mhs on pool, from now on daily earnings are always higher than on whattomine, which was never possible before. thank you :)

if V228 works for you, you don't have to use V2285...
if for some reason the miner crash's on start so try the V2285 and report back the resoult please ...

Can you try to see if one of the Gpu's core clock is boosting over 1999mhz and lower it down a little?
Maybe this is causing the crashes like other member mentioned few comments above?

I can confirm that 6x1080ti are working at 24.1 MH/s ... from 18.4 of the previous best miner! Tested on 3 rigs of Zotac Blowers, MSI  Blower and MSI Armor  (25MH/s).... Terrific job!

The linux version does not to work on ubuntu 16.04.
core dump over an illegal instruction

Is there a list of dependencies or an installtion guide for the linux version?
I unpacked the file and ran the executable in console, but got an error:
zFastminer-V2285Li: /usr/lib/libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found

actually a static build would probably be better and/or some pointers regarding the dependencies/os version etc...

I switched all my rigs to Win10 instead of the Linux, everything works perfectly 😄
In one of my rig i had crashes at the opening of the software, but the version zfastminer-v2285 solved the problem and now everything works fine, without any crashes, speed is twice fast as i had before with any other software.
I personally do not like Windows, but I'd love to tolerate it until you release a stable version of Linux ...

With 6x8x1080ti Zotac AMP Extreme core edition i got 4.03 xzc in last 24 hours...

until there is no version for other coins ( I mean not MPH pool only) I can't test and say something good or bad about this miner..
will wait for new version with avail support of other pool.

I tested for a while with 3 x 1080 Ti and it reports a lot higher hashrate than 2:nd best miner I found.
It was no point trying a longer test to check actual results from the pool because it started generating lots of rejected shares after a while.

The solution that we found was to simply add new ".WORKERNAME" and point the miner to this new worker.
So just do the following and tells us if the problem gone:

with your NewWorkerName

For me on each rig the miner stops after 10 submitted shares nothing happens anymore it just stuck.
It also doesn't seem to properly transmit the difficulty info sd= in the password field.

Thanks for your reply. I hope you will enable API / logs support cause it's so useful to take control of the miners automatically. In the other way I can only wait till the MPH sends the email than access the miner via teamviewer and do my stuff. If I had API, if any problem appears, my miner will automatically restart the sw if too many reject or not that many accepted shares happens.

Depending on the Gpu silicone lottery- some cards can boost core clock over 1999Mhz and even more when the temps are dropping on cold nights, some of our 1070 were boosting over 2050Mhz and causing crashes.
Maybe this is causing the crashes like other member mentioned few pages back?

I downloaded the latest release and didn't find there any source code. Maybe there's some place where I can get it?
If zFastminer is build upon Tanguy Pruvot's ccminer (or any fork of Christian Buchner's original ccminer) -- it is under GPL v.3

Now mining with 3 rigs with 6x1080ti each... I can say after a full day of mining:

Can't wait for a version with the logs/api enabled. By now... I'm back on Zcoin!

Nice findings, it explainse the times before f2pool added Zcoin and 99% of the Zcoin hasrate was on MPH- somtimes the MPH hashrate was over 20% more then the total network hash rate,
I will not be surprised if the large privet farms (10G+)agreed to pay for such privet miner with cheats. We hope that MPH will fix it and it should not effect our miner performance.

Could you enable API access in the next release ( its a ccminer 2.2.5 fork you said, so you just enable it ), its really useful to monitor the miner remotely , right now if miner crash or so there is no fast way to understand that.

I'm mining with 6x1080 and sometimes (rather irregularly) miner simply stops at any hour (looks like freezed), there is no error, GPUs are not loaded and I have to close the miner and fire again.
What could be the reason? How to solve it?

I had this happen after a strong overclocking....core 2025Mhz+ GTX 1070/1080Ti.
Now working for 1999Mhz, 3 days stably

Of course, trying to squeeze the last juices from the cards, I actually gave them more than 2050 MHz, but I thought that if they work after a dozen or so hours, they are nothing ;)
I will try to give them some more slack. Thank you for the suggestion.

Profitable zcoin mining is dead for nVidia GPUs. Even Eth mining for example on GTX 1070 is giving 40% higher revenue than Zcoin mining

I believe that there is not enough pressure from the community, and they won't release the source code... zfastminer owners keep responding to all feedback yet till not every comment about gpl was ignored... no matter how many times we ask here :(

Apparently the Lyra2z algorithm departs from AMD cards. Rx 580 = 3.3 Mh/s, Vega 64 = 6.6 Mh/s, 1080Ti = 4.1 Mh/s  :'(

We are not femiier with this problem and the miner should not use more then ~10% CPU, there must be other couse like overclock/virtual memory etc,
Please try to run the miner after disabeling overclock and run it without the quiet option "-q" to display the the hash log, maybe there are errors that you can't see on quiet mode.

Hello, that works great on my 1060gtx rigs, but i have a lot more AMD rigs why don't you make it for AMD too, there is a lot more AMD owners than Nvidia. It would be better for your wallet :)

Awesome miner man! the results speak for themselves!. Lyra2z was my favourite power efficient algo to mine. But it is very disheartening lately that an AMD vega can do 6mh+ while a 1080ti can only get 3-4mh.

Rig 8 gtx 1060/3 win10 doesn't start (the latest drv). Stops after intensity detection.

MPH is currently not updating XZC site info.  Top of the dashboard page states the following ....

We are investingating issues in the backend. Your shares and hashrate are safe and we will fix things ASAP.

Blockupdate disabled, blocks and transactions confirmations are delayed
Findblocks disabled, new blocks will currently not show up in the frontend

Makes me wonder if this miner is using some sort of exploit to increase hash rate and they are on to it.

The miner fee is not an issue since your net income should increase by at least 20% compared to public lyra2z miners  currently available.
The Fee amount will decrease with each new Release relative to comunity interest, it's just for helping us keep the development live and to contenue Optimizing zFastminer and other Algos too.
When you find great deal on product that is 20%~30% lower then the current market price, are you gonna cancel your order just because the retailer will not say to you what his commission rate on the purchase - do you?

well, I have mined with this miner for about a week I think, it was previouce version of the miner I think
I run it on 3 rigs, two rigs were 6 x gtx 1080ti rigs and one rig were 6x gtx 1070 rig
I can confirm that hashrate and income have grown.. which is a good side!
the bad side is that I have trided the miner on the rig with just two gtx 1070ti..  no luck, just a lot bad shares..

Change the worker name to a new worker name and you will get only good shares ...

Yep, your right.  Put one of them at -400 MC a few hours ago and it seemed to have "no" effect on hashrate. 

Initially I shifted from ccminer equihash to zfastminer and didn't change any settings much less fine tune afterburner for the lyra2z algorithm.  Made a .bat and clicked .... everything worked so I went with it.  Might try lowering PL and raising CC today if I find time.

The miner halts for no reason on one of my machines with 3 x 1080ti after a few shares sent/accepted.

After the start of the miner, wait 15-20min. And all the shares will go fine. ;)

We don't care about your fee as long as the miner is working as advertised.
Please just revert back to full time optimizations because it is quite hard to measure the real performance and optimize our rigs without restarting the miner.

some results with 1060 3gb? i used to mine zcoin and 1060 3gb does 1000kh each

Is there a way to see the individual hash rates per card?

testing the zfastminer on 13 x 1070 ti rig.

Just remove -q from .bat file and you will see it

Reading about 33.88 Mh/s on combination of:

Gigabyte Gaming OC 1070 ti
Gigabyte AORUS 1070 ti

Showing a lot of invalid shares pool side 8-20% so far in the first hour.  Not many invalid shares on miner showing ex. 901/903

This miner is shady, uses exploits if so.

I have 7 rigs 8x8x1080ti + 12x1080ti and don’t have any rejected shares at all...
i only changed the worker name for the first time to a new worker name and all my rigs working great...
Open cmd and check the ping to the server that you are choosing,
You have usa, asia and Europe, try to find what is the best for your region...

It would be possible to make 1.8% for the miningpoolhub, and for others for example 3% and it would be fair. And so, working only with nvidia video cards and only on one pool the miner is not very attractive :(

I tried and YES i think its solved and i appreciate your help but i think it lead to another issue.
If you check the image below you'll see gpu0 error is passed mining started with split new workers. But on the right side there is a problem.

This problem causes last 2 gpu to work %50 load other 16 of them is just fine under %100 workload. I give a shot to default clocks-settings but no luck its not about oc problem.
I think its about something like ccminer might have supoort to max 16 gpu? If thats the case can you add this to new version? If not any other solutions maybe? (Except new mobo ^_^)

The advantage you get from the powred miner software are completely lost when you use MiningPoolHub. Always bad luck and lower profit than other pools...

I have compared my 48h profit on f2pool with a "normal" miner and on miningpoolhub using this miner (with higher hashrate) and at the end of the 48 hours my profit on f2pool was 17% higher than on MiningPoolHub.

From my point of view makes no sense using this powered software if it can be used only on MPH

5.275 xzc with all my 60x1080ti,
Its now 4.07 per gpu,
People always like to complain only and most of them never like to say a simple word - “thank you”...
Most of complains comes from just opend accounts, not fair at all....
I like to mine lyra2z beqause of low electricity and less watts usage,
And zfastminer just gave me the best results,
So i am really like this miner and this coin,

I have two sets of minings rigs. One is 6x6x1080 and secound 10x6x1080. All GPU are overclocked.
Using ZFastminer, all rigs actualy mine with 18-19 MH/s on rig side and 22-24 MH (17$/d per rig) on pool side (depending on actual diff and pool luck).
I like lyra2z algo also because of low power consumption and low GPU temperature.

I can confirm new version supports 18 gpu at least and solves the problem. 1 hour run no crash. All gpu's %100 workload. Before this version above 16 gpu's causes crash for second part miner due to half load.

Some other notes from my results,
Monitoring too many gpu's from ccminer causes cpu impact and miner crash. -q option that you gave me is real life saver.
After your fix for 18 gpu i merged the bat files again to one and now all OK from 1 bat file without crash. So above 16 gpu users dont have to split bats anymore.
All of my rigs uses zfastminer now without problem.

My 1080ti rig crashed sometime with default and under clock. It had power spike and PSU turned off.
Can you enable option -i and let we chose intensity manually?

For free? What do you mean? They released it under GPL so I assume it is implied that they also provide the source code for free for whoever requests it. BTW they are providing the binary to the public free already, what is wrong whit wanting to compile it ourselves to make sure antivirus is indeed marking it as false positive?

I have 6 rig 8x1080ti: 2 Rig Asus Trix, 2 Rig EVGA FTW3, 2 MSI Trio. The rig use dual PSU AX1200i, G4400, ram 4GB, Pagefile 64 GB, SSD 120 GB.
OS: Win 10, Driver: 397.31
MSI Aferburn: PL 55%, 0 core, 0 mem

I tested the 1st time with v2.2.9:
All rigs work well a few hours, then rigs down because the 2nd PSU down, I think because of power spike.

Test with v2.3.0: much better
All rigs work fine from beginning. But after 12 - 24 hours, some rigs down with the same problem. V2.3.0 much better for me, the longest rig last more than 24 hours. All rigs have random crash.

With my experience, you can make some changes:
Put pl to 70
Core 0
Mem 0
Free space on c - 20gb
For 6 gpu rig you don’t really need 64 pf, you can set it on 40gb
Try to control gpu temperature and work below 65 c...
Try to find why you have power spikes, it’s cannot be from the miner,
Beqause your cpu is not the perfect one, i will suggest you add —hide-diff in your but file and add also -q...
Hope it will fix your problem...

There is an error "GPU are unavalaible or busy" if  reload miner, then must reload rig for resolve problem....

If you want to restart the program you should wait after closing it about 10sec and then reopen the miner...
7 rigs, 0 errors and 0 crashes, everything works just great 👍

For 2x1080ti you can use any previous version of zfasminer,
As i know only the latest version v2.3.0 with cuda 9.2 required min 3 gpus, with others it’s only a recommendation...

First of all. U did a excellent job in creating this miner!

However. I’ve been running into some problems.
I’ve been running this miner 12 hours now and it shows a significant increase in hashrate.
However, one rig, it crashed all of sudden and when I turn on the bat file, it does not respond on anything afterwards. ( not physical accessible now, only remote controlled) if it’s mining, it consumes approx 1200 watt. Now I see if i run the bat file, I see weird spikes and dip in power usage. (1200-500-1100-400-1200-200 etc) and I have to hard reset it .

Now, I’ve noticed at my other rigs, it sometimes got the same. In MSI afterburner I’ve noticed the  gpu usage does not stay 100% but it got like 100-0-100-0% usage etc. weird peaks.

How come it is not maintaining 100% gpu usage? Due the ups and downs in gpu usage there is ups and downs too in power usage. Is it safe for gpu and psu life span??

Any idea how to fix this?

I had that problem. The PSU can't turn on because it turned off to protect itself when power spiking, u have to hard reset it. It'll be okay, don't worry about it  ;)

new names working ?

I started with new names yes. In the beginning no rejections but now I’ve got it more and more..

About the new names, before zfastminer the name was let say 1070ti-1. I deleted the workers name in mph and  created a new one, but it’s exactly the same name.
So there’s a new worker , with the same name as before, on zfastminer.
Or do I need to change it to lets say 1070ti-one?

New names works for invalid share on miner side. Now we are talking about invalid share on pool side :( and I think this trick does not work.
Dev should take care of it.

You don’t have to create new worker from the pool,
Just change the worker name in .bat file and than after some minutes the new worker will opened himself...

The mining pool server is on update and not all bugs comes from the miner,
But in last hours it’s seems that many times the miner disconnecting from server beqause of this update,
I hope that finally they are doing good job with all that updates and hope the good luck will comeback to the pool soon ...

I've got the same problem as well, since yesterday my rig couldn't connect to the asia server. Changed to europe server, worked well until midnight it broke down.

But I managed to get them up again after I changed the DNS setting to a 3rd party DNS. No connection problems so far. At least a quick temporary fix until the dev fix it.

Is work being done on the linux version at all?

We have looked about this issue with ccminer and found out that some users found solution by using '-plimit' option to limit the max power usage of the GPU's(in addition to MSI afterburner), you can set values per GPU like this:

This sets 60% power limit for each GPU on a rig with 8 GPU's, try this option with your preferred power percentage

Regarding MPH ongoing maintenance and stratum connection issues:
We enabled using IP address as URL and now you can choose the best IP address with the lowest ping for you and you shouldn't have connection problem anymore.

MPH is being ridiculous on average luck.  with 33-50% hashrate last 24 hours still not getting closer to 50% of the blocks found.  The last block was about 4 hours to find at 1000%+ luck sigh.  Without something like this, you would be sunk.  It is not like the average luck is close to 100% either with the 7 day at 118% the 4 week, at 118% and the 12 month, increasing to 107%.

If we compare mph to suprnova;
Mph luck last 24 hours is 158%
Suprnova luck in last 24 hours is 181%
I think the price will rise to 70 usd very soon....

MPH should be closer to the mean, as it has 33-50% of network hashrate. so between 2-3 blocks found an hour on average.  At the moment 33% so 2 blocks an hour.  Within the 12 month had as much as 70-90% of network hashrate so the difficulty estimated shares are either incorrectly calculated or its just messed up at now +7-18% over estimated shares over the last 30k-40k blocks.

My reported hashrate at the pool is 31 MH/s ---->http://prntscr.com/jf042m

My local real hashrate is much more. 18Mh/s one right and 21Mh/s the other TOTAL_ 39 Mh/s.

When I use a "normal" miner and not your miner, my reported hashrate is correct at the pool

basically the only difference I have using your miner is the hashrate I have locally. But the reported hasrate at the pool is the same of any other miner I use.

last 7 days is 120%
last 4 weeks is 117%

seems like pool luck is getting worse as time is goes on. MPH has almost half of all network hashrate but pool efficeincy does not reflect that.

stats for suprnova is

last 7 days is 86%
last 4 weeks is 87%

Its kind of a shame the efficiency of the this miner is almost erased with the inefficiency of MPH pool.
If I mine on suprnova with regular miner i benefit 14% from better luck of the pool.

Maybe I'm wrong but I think, this miner use some trick working on MPH only.
And I think that on other pools zFasminer will don't generate any extra profit.
When zFastminer will be working with other pools and will mine others shitcoins, profit will be much great.
If I'm wrong dev may correct me ;) but I don't think so.

Some smart guys have made a good product and you can use it if you want. Most likely they get MPH as a start point to get their dev fee. And it's ok.

Im ot sure buy maybe  MPH stratum difficulty is set too high. When I connect with a cpu miner the pool difficulty sets it at 5 and it takes so long to get a share that MPH shows my cpu miner is offline until it finds a share and then drops off again until I find the next share. When I connect to f2pool stratum difficulty is set to to .499 and i get multiple shares immediately. I also tried to set difficulty in the bat file but it seems to have no effect. I have emailed MPH but no response yet.

I have also had good luck with f2pool. I have mined with them for about six weeks before I found your miner. When I input my hash rate in their calculator it is within 1% of my 24 hr profits. I only used supernova as example because they display stats but for some reason f2pool does not.

It's true, this miner gives about 20% speed improvement. But unfortunately some of this gain is lost because of the very bad miningpoolhub pool.

This miner would be so much better if open to use any pool. This way it would be perfect.

But right now, being forced to use miningpoolhub is quite bad.

I will stop using it for now. Let me know when it will be open like all the other miners, to mine on all the pools.

Strange, because I have rigs with Windows 7 and 10, and no problems with new drivers... Maybe you should try use DDU for clean install.

I using win10 and last update does with rigs same things: BSOD, lagging. 30 minutes to install clear win10 and stability comes back.

Nvidia atm is far behind from AMD in Lyra2z - Vega 64 can 7mh/s :'( Hope there are still space for Nvidia.

I guess this closed source miner utilizes some kind of mph bug or misconfiguration. When less miners used it you get a profit when you use it. When all miners start to use it you come to what you had before. So, stop feeding unhonest devfee hunters.

Any word on allowing the miner to work on other pools?

Seems like the miner exploits some bug on the server side that causes the hashrate/reported shares to increase without actually contributing to the network hash. This is why it doesn't work on other pools.

I got the same feeling. This theory also correlates nicely with the bad luck the pool has.

I would like to ask the dev to confirm or deny it :)

It's funny how devs never denied accusations on exploiting bug on MPH, bassically cheating people who use this miner on devfee.

This miner would never work on another pool. Guys, try using ccminer-tpruvot-225 for lets say 24 hours on f2pool and compare your income. It will be the same as using this miner on MPH minus devfee. That is a fact.

They apparently do not want to do the optimization for f2pool

We use yiimp pools.

MPH had very bad luck lattly while F2pool had extremely great luck:

What do you think, how F2pool got so lucky with ~130Ghs?

Problem is on a few of my miners I can only run the 2.2.9 version. Otherwise I get an error in ccminer that I do not have cuda 9.2. I know the one rig with this problem has all the updated drivers. What else could it be?

I know that those drivers also support the miner version card too.

now, this doesn`t works on 100% ( may be 45-60%) because pool is unlucky. if zcoin come to MTP... may be zfstmnr will ... poof...and gone, if devs don`t thinks about another coins on lyra2z (may be it`s works only bugged MPH), of course

have you guys tried a comparison between f2pool and mph lately?

I can only confirm that with zfastminer-v233 i got 4.85 xzc in last 24 hours
With 60x1080ti (7 rigs)

doin more or less the same ratio. I've got 18x 1080ti and I'm doing 1.3/1.4 xzc per day

Zcoin (lyra2z) only on MiningPoolHub only (as of now). Minimum 2x Nvidia 1060 GPUs required.

Im stopping XZC mining on mph although this looks like a good miner but the profits are so unreliable on that pool!

It's true, the zFastminer is good, but the pool's success is terrible and unpredictable.
I'm leaving for f2pool.

zfasterminer is awesome..but mph is doing worst and worst everyday... I switched to another miner in f2pool ... let's see. I hope you guys will let us work with your miner in other pools even with higher fees!

That's horrible. Every day it gets worse and worse.


I too decided on CoolMiner and left for Nicehash.
At this point, it's probably the best solution, try it.  :)

I hope you update this miner to support other pools types (yiimp like).

If you leave it only for MPH which btw. steals or don't works as intend with most of other miners (I'm speaking for ZenCash)
people will go use alternative miners, thanks god that someone has take time to make better miner for Lyra2z.

Was the blown miner with a bloated pool covered? The fact that the pool steals so it does not go to the grandmother. And in general it would be a really good lesson if the miners left the pool. Maybe they would have been fooled then.

I am happy that i switched back to zfastminer and i see that pool luck getting better while the pool hash-rate increases, Hope it will stay that way .
We need more miners so f2pool will not have over 51%,!.

why this miner isnt for all the lyra2z coins??? you will earn a lot with the fees.
