NairaX ICO and IEO Sale, has been fashioned out to achieve a fair outcome for all participating investors. Coin price has been agreeably set in relation to the price of the Nigerian Naira (NGN) against the United States Dollar (USD) OR otherwise the NGN/USD pair.

The major focus of NairaX isn't about ONLY becoming stabler than the other respective stable coins, but mainly to give members of the public (firstly within Nigeria) a cryptocurrency of value which can be used, saved & traded with, without having to fear for devaluation by the government of Nigeria. Our Nigerian currency (Naira) has been unstable for years, owing to failure by our govts to uphold its real value. Other factors that have induced this negative effects came from intentional attempts by the administration to indirectly devalue the Naira's value against the USD for "selfish" gains (by those who store thier assets in foreign fiat currency). We at NairaX have come to thwart such negativity in the favor of the common citizens, who are barely trying to survive and help new SME's and upcoming businesses get value for money. This is one of the reasons why we have opted to also develop our very own eCommerce platform, which is set to be unveiled between Q4 2019 - Q1 2020.

Do you have list of possible merchant partners for your ecommerce platform?
The platform will semi work if you have long list of merchants where online consumers have the luxury to get whatever they need.
There are a lot of projects working in ecommerce side but I haven't encountered a successful one that is operating in full blast with the integrated crypto payments.
Most of them will give you a list of items on their shop but gaining customers is also one struggle.
You need to gain those online consumers to sustain your presence in the market.

Well laid questions I must say. Its 10b in TS all right, but over 70% of it is locked for a 1year period from completion of IEO. 35% is available for both ICO and IEO. Any remnant unsold tokens from this 35% would be burnt in accordance to schedule. The residual supply would serve for the circulating supply while we buy back as much tokens as available in the market afterwards. This is one out of our many strategies for maintaining token value.

Yes! NIRX is fully collaterized with Naira. Since 2017, we ran coordinated surveys (in advance); to mine data from our projected userbase which basically constituted more SMEs who recently commenced exploring new interests in crypto. The fiat Naira isn't in a very good spot right now due to bad decisions by our government in Nigeria. This made it possible to have lots of local backing from right within Nigeria via investors, businessmen, financial houses and sponsors. Via our still-developing ecommerce platform, a utility is being established for NIRX to keep all our backers engaged for profit. If the total number of tokens for sale is 10 billion - I think the remaining 6.5 billion will be distributed equally for ICO and IEO.

This is the right decision that the tokens will be burned, as some companies leave unsold tokens for themselves and then manipulate the price of the asset.
