Title: 1000 BTC Donation to www.bitcointalk.org
Post by: Maria on June 10, 2012, 06:11:53 PM
We sometimes forget to thank the behind the scene heroes which in this case its the people of bitcointalk.org

For keeping records and providing a platform for the community so that we can come together and bring social justice to those whom wish to defraud the community.

That is why, after bitcoinica.com refunds me in FULL, I will donate 1000 BTC to the forum.

Maria.

So thats:

1000 BTC bitcointalk.org
500 BTC Bruno
500 BTC Gavin Andersen
500 BTC Bitcoin magazine
500 BTC First 100 Forum Members (5 BTC each forum members[ newbies not allowed ] )
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AiYcEqkgyjc_dDRDdlNGSGhsOGhMbGpCWVhrWExpVFE

3000 BTC Total Donations.

BITCOINICA DEBT:

6325 + 9449 = 15,774 BTC

Current Mtgox Price is 5.60

USD 53,244  = 9449 BTC

Send My Money To: 1HJc5VLMpFCQJg2maP9wGuCo3NAgwaCJQj

bitcoinica, we are waiting.

Maria.

UPDATE: June 12

Zhoutong is giving us the run around asking for my "username" when I proved already exactly who I am. At this point I kindly request a scammer tag for Zhoutong until at least 75% of the funds are received.

Let me see if I got this right. You, as the acting liaison, will transfer 1,000 BTC received from Bitcoinica and give them indirectly to Mt. Gox, a place where said amount is probably currently residing. If that's the case, make sure you deduct your 0.65% transfer fee prior to completing said transfer.

Nice PR stunt.  It still won't make you first in line to get a refund.

Nice PR stunt.  It still won't make you first in line to get a refund.

CoinExchanger will try -anything- to attempt to become relevant, including lie about having funds in Bitcoinica.

EDIT: And lie about donating to people.

I've been following mildly.. I do know "s/him" is a sock puppet for coin exchanger..

I just dont see how this stupid post can help anything..

It just dosent sit right at all, I almost think they are trying to be serious..

If its all jokes, I get it..

But is this an attempt as gaining trust/love/respect ?  Or just plain getting their supposed stolen coins back from bitcoinica?

Allow me to shed some light on how CoinExchanger works. The golden rule of all communication for CoinExchanger is that all communication should be designed to:

  • Self-promote
  • Belittle the receiver
  • Vaguely mimic professionalism
  • Get as much attention as possible

This is another Atlas thing where they believe "Any publicity is good publicity".

Second, I do NOT want YOU submitting a claim for me, my claim was made here public and you heard my claim already.

I DO NOT make the payments.

No one else will care about your public claim. I can get your claim immediately recognized and you'll get your funds in a day. Otherwise, we will report the funds as unclaimed and send them to NZ government accordingly.

If you have an account on Bitcoinica with such a large amount, please be serious.

Username and email are the bare minimum we require. I forgot your username and the only one I can found was specified. So far no one claimed under that account so I guess it could be you. If it's really the case I can help you submit a claim. I have access to the claim system and prioritize the processing.

The more you speak, the more I believe what Matthew has been saying all along...  That and the fact your the least likely person on this forum I believe to be a female...

This doesn't reek.

The right thing done for the wrong reason is still the right thing.

How can that be right? She has a female name, she says she's a female and her avatar is a hot female. How could she be anything other than a woman?

people who have hot women as their avatar picture on this forum are either trying to do one of two things

a) make you think they are a woman

b) make you think they are dating a hot woman

and in either case you can know 100% of the time it is not true.

Just in case anyone didn't figure it out that avatar picture is of Indian Actress Aishwarya Rai. She won Miss World in 1994.

This is not proof either way of the gender of the person using that picture.

Is your username 2122397500?

If you can confirm that I will submit a claim for you.

That's the only record we have with such kind of balance.

First of all, when I said publicly, I meant the payment part (bitcoin transctions number, blockchain confirmation, etc). Not you posting private information and documents. If you find my passport, PLEASE DO NOT POST IT.

Second, I do NOT want YOU submitting a claim for me, my claim was made here public and you heard my claim already.

I will post here a few reminders:

I am one of your FIRST USERS.

I Signed Up the FIRST WEEK of operations.

You have sent me BTC in the past with no problems. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=42680.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=42680.0)

I am happy to hear that payouts are being made!!

Maria.

Zhou, You do not seem to understand what I am saying to you only. My money was trusted in your hands when bitcoinica.com was under your ownership, since day 1. We have done heavy business in the past and you made A LOT of money off my transactions. Then you come and sell bitcoinica.com without consulting me and without my consent.

Because of this illegal sale, bitcoinica.com was hacked. Because of the hack, bitcoins were stolen.

Besides the loss, the database gets destroyed. NO BACKUPS.

Then you freeze my money and everyone else money...

Now let me tell you how much this frozen money is costing me DAILY. 2,300 USD. Each day my trading robot is not trading is a day lost. I am not claiming that money at all, just the actual balance the last time I logged in my bitcoinica.com

Ryan, all you had to do was send me a PM saying "Hey I'm selling bitcoinica to RandomGuy and I would have said Ok, Please let me withdrawal my balance before you proceed with the sale. Why you ask? Here is the reason.

You never asked me for ID or Utility bill or any personal document, you allowed me to trade privately and freely, not like Gox did. If this new owner had different business plans, like getting FinCen or SEC compliant, then I would have to submit my documents which defeats the purpose of me using your exchange in the first place.

I have to admit Ryan, at first I thought you was going to resolve the issue but when I read the post of you QUITTING bitcoinica.com I got worried. I knew something was very wrong, but it looks like you guys will manage and at the end, it will all be OK.

You don't have to tell it on the forum, and indeed the forum is the last place you should be looking for help.

Why are you so afraid of them knowing who you are? Sounds beyond shady. Way beyond shady. If you are afraid of compromising a trusted position on some other site, it sounds like you shouldn't be holding any such position of trust in the first place.

Probably was just a wild goose chase then, Maria. I was just surprised when I saw the following (screenshoot), I thought I was onto something. It was gleaned from Li Zitong's twitter (https://twitter.com/#!/lizitong/following) account (list of those he follows), one of ZT's two partners with xWaylab (http://www.crunchbase.com/person/zhou-tong), the other shown two spaces above CB's image. (CB was followed first--that's how Twitter indexes follows/followings)

Is this just a coincidence?

Seriously, Maria, with this amount of money at stake don't argue with a kid over a web forum. Get a debt collection agency involved and give them all the information you have. These people are experts at collecting money from people who don't want to pay and they will take a cut from the collected amount so it's not going to cost you anything up front.

I beg to differ, for my sister's first husband owes over $100,000 to various entities and has been pounded by debt collectors for years decades. Guess how much they were able to get from him? Wait for...$0 USD or in BTC, as if you didn't see that coming.

~Bruno~

Wow. I'm surprised they didn't repo all of his trash. I've seen people get all their shit taken off them and auctioned off over a $10,000 debt.

You are exactly correctly, psy, in this case (my ex-brother-in-law).

That was only a theory. I have proof who both of them are now. Bitscalper does in fact live in Italy and I know who he is. CoinExchanger does in fact live in New York and I know he is too. Now that I know who they are, where they live, and can prosecute them in the event of any actual provable fraud (forum trolling and shady business is not a crime), I'm not worried about them anymore.

You can trust Zhou with your name just like you can trust him with your bitcoins.. Oh...

Seriously, Maria, with this amount of money at stake don't argue with a kid over a web forum. Get a debt collection agency involved and give them all the information you have. These people are experts at collecting money from people who don't want to pay and they will take a cut from the collected amount so it's not going to cost you anything up front.

Debt collectors don't always win but they have better odds of getting your money back than any other legal means.

I never said I was 100% certain it would work but arguing about it on an internet forum isn't going to settle anything.

You are also forgetting that debt collectors will demand proof that you are really owed what you claim you're owed.

I'm not asking for anything. Just for a confirmation of username.

If you are not willing to proceed then this thread will be screwed.

Please contact Bitcoinica Consultancy for refund. They will definitely honor your claim.

You're allowed to communicate with me only after they reject your claim for any reason.

For others:
Please don't waste time (unless you want to play, like me) on someone who displayed explicit unwillingness to co-operate with the settling party to recover funds.

Tong Zhou, The reason I can not and will not tell you what my username is, quite simple.

If I tell or confirm my username, you or someone will then see that I am also a very trusted seller at a very important site, and this is information I do not want anybody to know. Please respect my privacy.

Because I do understand that it makes it difficult to confirm without a username, I went out of my way to prove that You Ryan Tong Zhou, know that Maria has an account with you since the beginning, you have solved problems and paid out Bitcoins in the past without any problems.

You insist to push the responsibility to these new "owners" who bought bitcoinica from you. How much did they pay you?

@bruno Sorry do not know his partners.

Maria.

I forgot your username, sorry. The last time we ever communicated about Bitcoinica account was almost 8 months ago.

Now I can only assume that this is a scam, unless you are willing to tell me something, either via post, email or PM.

I have absolutely no information about your account balance until you can confirm the username or email.

The only username that I think that could be you at the moment is: 2122397500

Should I (or someone) do a search about it to see if it's linked to a trusted seller on some website? If yes then I can get you refunded immediately based on the balance in record (which roughly matches your claim).

EDIT: I know the email address linked to that username too. I have previously received emails from that address. So there's no reason I wouldn't trust you if you can at least give me some information.

I said give debt collectors all the information and let them sort it out. It's the best chance of getting anything but I never said it was a certain thing. If the person the claim is against never existed, or went bankrupt, or can't be found, or if the claim can't be proved to a standard required by law then nothing is going to work anyway.

I suspect Zhou Tong broke a bunch of laws by not keeping financial records safe and not exercising due diligence but IANAL and could well be wrong. I know for a fact my company has to keep all financial records for 5 years, not having a backup isn't an excuse.

Keep the money Zhoutong, you obviously need it more than I do. Just next time, give me and the community a heads up so we can act accordingly.

Karma at the end catches up and money keeps flowing. Good luck in your endeavors Ryan ZhouTong.

And if I followed the links correctly, her husband may have authored a book. I'm just saying. Perhaps this is why she's giving up on the ruse. The only reason I even decided to track her down was because she kept bringing attention to herself, and it wasn't passing the smell test. Ain't that right Lisa, I mean Maria.

The only reason I conducted a search on ZT is for the protection, of sorts, of Bitcoin and Bitcoiners, alike. I kind of screwed up on that, maybe, and have since apologized to ZT, opened. Sorry, ZT, for not doing via a PM also.

If "she" doesn't want to give even "her" username and email to ZT publicly or privately, why would she give them to a debt collector?

Why are you even giving any credit to anything "she" says?

Because I would not trust Zhou Tong either given the problems he has caused. But then I would not argue about that amount of cash on an internet forum either. I would go to a lawyer or debt collector without delay.

I don't know if this is a valid or false claim. Maybe you lot all know something that I don't because you all seem convinced that this claim is false. Either way the gender of the claimant is irrelevant, the validity of the claim is what's important.

You are correct, sd.

Maybe she just sold the source to the robot. I'm sure there would be a huge number of people interested in a trading "robot" that gives a 2.3% daily return.

You are probably right. There is something very fishy about this whole thing.

People don't just give up on such amounts of cash without a decent fight and the fighting comes easy when someone else is going to do it for a cut.

No "fight" is even needed. Will you give someone $150K without even knowing her username or email at all?

Bitcoinica has a fixed amount of assets and all refunding process must be record-by-record. Maria can only show that she had an account before, but not anything else!

UPDATE

Since Maria did not confirm or deny the username, I have to do my own research.

The account 2122397500 is likely hers or husband's, according to the email address. It was registered on September 9, 2011.

At the time of writing it has a balance of $0.28007 and zero BTC. Currently unclaimed.

Also, Maria's requested amount almost matched the largest balance in Bitcoinica history (and I know the account holder quite closely). I have been sorting by USD balance and BTC balance almost every week since last year and it's impossible that I don't know a user with a substantial amount invested.

who says we start a petition to have Maira branded as a SCAMMER until she ponies up the donations she promised to everyone if Zhou Tong send here the 28 cents?

You know what Zhoutong, I had a revelation today. Many years ago I realized that money is like blood, you must keep it flowing. Since then I make money flow like rivers. You are clogging up my financial circulation and before I suffer a economic heart attack I want to tell you something.

Keep the money Zhoutong, you obviously need it more than I do. Just next time, give me and the community a heads up so we can act accordingly.

Karma at the end catches up and money keeps flowing. Good luck in your endeavors Ryan ZhouTong.

Just check the records you are legally compelled to keep safe for 5+ years then you can prove without doubt that she is lying.

You did keep an off-site backup didn't you? Or a paper trail you can reconstruct your records from?

If not you just put yourself in a position where you can't defend yourself from any fake claim.

Well, even if the database is gone, it's fairly trivial to get a list of wires from the bank, a list of transactions from mtgox, and so forth. It's unlikely that there is no record of it, even if she deposited an hour before the hack.

My husband loss 250K in the Pacquiao vs. Bradley fight. It is not our life savings, trust me.

Before you did not have a database, now you are making up accounts and balances. Zhoutong, I understand its hard to pay out such amount especially when you probably do not have it. Which would explained why all other bitcoinica users that did verify have still received anything. You seem to have most of the forum on your side, waiting and trusting in your words, without realizing that you sold their documents without their consent. Your illegal sale was the cause of the hack and people seem to ignore this. You first denied who I was, then you say you "found" my account. News for you Zhoutong, because of daily limits and red flags triggered by big accounts, I had 7 accounts, all accessed via TOR.

My point of showing you the screenshots was for you to remember since when we have been doing business. I NEVER thought you were going to pretend who I was or denied my claim.

I am going to ask this question one last time because I think it is super important and you are ignoring it for some reason.

How much money did you make, how much Tihan Paid YOU when he bought from you, when you sold all of our emails, passports (expensive in the black market),Drivers license, utility bills, financial tranasctions history, First Names, Last Names, Phone Numbers... Home Address?

If the money never came out of your pocket since the first loss, that must mean your "Tuition" is there untouched. That is magnificent, it truly is. Perhaps if you send ZT $4.99/minute, he could call Miss Cleo to get your details and refund your money.

Just one thing you want to know. Tihan didn't get any of the documents, and the AML was implemented after the sale.

Tihan gave me sole access to the documents because people don't know him. I didn't betray your trust (if any).

Bitcoinica Consultancy has not requested for access either. So no one, other than me, could ever touch the verified documents.

You have confirmed that I will never know who you are and how much Bitcoinica owes you. There are at least 250 accounts registered with Tor.

News for you: The sum of balance of all the accounts that I DON'T know is less than your claimed amount.

5% of Bitcoinica users represent 98% of total balance.

Manny Pacquiao won the fight. Betting on him was a guaranteed win. The judges saw something else and decide to steal the fight from Pacman and give it to Bradley. Even Bradley was shocked. So it hurts a little, but not the end of the world.

That's about all anyone needs to raid your bank accounts, sell your property, take out credit cards, loans, or mortgages in your name, grant power of attorney to themselves or some proxy.

It's strictly NDA'd. I have also explained that 70% of the words in your question are irrelevant because I never "sold" the documents. There wasn't any AML requirement at that time.

Your question is absolutely irrelevant to the refunding process. I have already transferred all your deposits to Bitcoinica LP's accounts and I can't access the funds at all.

Well, if you want to recover funds from me personally, I can collect it on your behalf from Bitcoinica LP. But you have to give me relevant details of your account and a signed Power of Attorney. Otherwise there's no way to prevent you from claiming the money from Bitcoinica again.

You are the rightful owner of your accounts and you deserve the money. It's also your obligation to donate once Bitcoinica paid you in full (of whatever amount they owe you). If you promise to give up your assets we can open another thread to discuss what to do with the money. (Currently it's at 28 cents. If you give me the list of the 7 Tor accounts the amount may be more.)

Fine, bitch, I will "keep my manners" and you can keep your "integrity". Seems like neither one of us will have much to talk about when all is said and done, for I have no manners towards criminals, fuck-wits and liars, and you have no integrity at all.

And if you really want to sound like the Park Plaza wife of the idle rich playa you are pretending to be, you need to learn how to speak New York a little better. "You are giving a bad example" smacks of your roots as a filthy, scummy little Russian spammer douche-bag who has decided to grow up past his mafiya training and strike out on his own. Eбeшь вaшa мaть.

Your 1000 Gold Coin, your playboy shirst, your gucci glasses, your Ipad..true baller in Singapore. All your little buddies must be like yoooo通州什麼該死的人,你是老闆!

Maria.

Therefore, it's safe to say that you alone will be processing all the refunds, for clearly nobody else has a way to matching up who-is-who. If some other entity representing Bitcoinica request a photo ID from its clients to verify their account, I ask, prey tell, what could they be matching said photo to, since they have no other verified documents at their disposal?

They are not using that documents at the moment. They are using other evidence to verify the records.

In rare cases such as undetermined account ownership, they will use the documents, but not yet at this stage.

ANALYSIS

Maria didn't have any significant balance in Bitcoinica. She created this thread to make people believe that she really had that balance, and she assumed that without a database, her claim cannot be verified as wrong. By promising to donate a significant amount, she thought she would be able to make people direct to Bitcoinica.

Instead of trying to recover funds from Bitcoinica LP by filling a claim, she instead started personal attacks against me. Because Bitcoinica LP as an limited entity had limited funds, and if she got the funds that didn't belong to her, people would know eventually and Maria and CoinExchanger will be get a Scammer tag. However, I, as an individual, is an unlimited entity and she assumed that she could defame and threaten me to get money without justification at all.

DISCLOSURE

Since I didn't receive any instruction from Maria regarding the unclaimed user account, and until today Bitcoinica still didn't receive a valid claim for the 28 cents, I decided to disclose relevant details.

Username: 2122397500
Email: atqcapital@gmail.com

I searched the email online and it was disclosed under a scammer thread as well. And apparently this account belongs to her husband. There was no identification documents under this account.

WHAT'S NEXT?

What do you think we should take actions against people like her?

Roughly that!

Quote
"Maria"

She says she met me on a tour
She keeps knocking on my door, she won't leave me
Leave me alone
This girl she wouldn't stop, almost had to call the cops
She was scheming, ooh, she was wrong

Cause she wanted all my attention
And she was dragging my name through the dirt
She was dying for my affection
But she keep making up and give it to 'em
I'm talking to you, maria
Why you wanna do me like that?
That ain't my baby, that ain't my girl
Maria, why you wanna play me like that?
She ain't my baby, she ain't my girl
But she talking in, and she need a squeeze
But never this, all I know she got mine
That ain't my baby, that ain't my girl
But she falling out, what she talking about
Let me tell you now that girl she's not mine
She ain't my baby, she ain't my girl

Now she's in the magazines, on tv, making a scene
Oh she's crazy, crazy in love
And she's all over the news, saying everything but the truth
She's faking, faking it all

Why are you trying, trying to lie girl
When ain't I never met you at all
Saying goodbye, but how could ya
You throw this, you throw this
Your foolness, seduces

Maria why you wanna do me like that?
That ain't my baby, that ain't my girl
Maria, why you wanna play me like that?
She ain't my baby, she ain't my girl

But she talking in, and she need a squeeze
But never this, all I know she got mine
That ain't my baby, that ain't my girl
But she falling out, what she talking about
Let me tell you now that girl she's not mine
She ain't my baby, she ain't my girl

That ain't my baby, that ain't my girl

After consulting our legal consultants, I was advised to desist the posting until further notice is giving to me. If Zhoutong refunds in FULL, whether its before or after the legal suit, I will make the donations according to the list. In the meantime, he and the whole team involved should get the Scammer Tag. I have seen people get it for way less. What is up with that?

Since investments are investments and money is money, and I already confirmed your identity and am no longer worried about you being a thief, I'm unofficially inquiring as to your interest in investing in the Ellet electronic consolidated wallet device.

I would like to donate 2000 BTC towards the Ellet Team!
