1  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A strategy of winning current “nuclear quasi war” on: Today at 10:47:05 AM
All that, but not exactly that, has already happened, it is just not spoken openly.

There is already a thread on the war in Ukraine.

I totally don't understand, why it is not spoken openly.
If it was spoken openly, the Russians would know about this possibility, and the rating of Puting in Russia would decrease after each his nuclear threat. Why the leaders of the USA don't understand that?

It does not exactly work like that. Putin's rating is largely irrelevant as he controls the mechanisms of power sufficiently.

US has anyway stated that they would respond to any nuclear incident or attack with conventional weapons but to an equivalent extent (the word "devastating" was used). At this moment, even the non-nuclear arsenal of the US is a deterrent for tactical or partial strategic attacks.

It is obviously much more convenient to respond without the resource to nuclear force, as it will not create all the side effects associated with nuclear weapons.

Other countries such as UK and France play more with the ambiguity of sending NATO troops, Germany with a non-nuclear missile response. There are different strategies in place to deter Putin from the worst situation.s

To be honest, it took two world wars and loosing the leading status in the world for Europe to figure out it is better to solve things peacefully.
3  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The death of Iran president and seven others on: Today at 10:01:46 AM
I'd rule this out as an accident but not totally, we all know that Iran's not a friendly country to some big countries and we all know that there's people out there that would take the opportunity to pull a trigger if they ever see the President of Iran, I like to think that this is an assassination but made it to look like an accident, that's the only explanation to this and now that Ebrahim is out of the picture, I'm going to be pretty sure that they're going to make a lot of changes in the country.

Yeah... of course... all problem in Iran are due to "external influence".
4  Other / Politics & Society / Re: China deploys army around Taiwan on: Today at 10:00:30 AM
I wonder if either China or the US would even be interested in Taiwan if there was no semicionductor industry? They would probably just hold hands and go there on vacation together instead of all this idiocy.

Actually, it is not only about the semiconductor industry established there in Taiwan. There is much more going on than what meets the eye when comes to a potential takeover of Taiwan by the Chinese Communist party.
I have a friend from China and Taiwan and he has examples to me that the dispute between both countries comes mostly because within the Chinese folklore and tradition, the ruler of China is supposed to have the power over all the "unified empire" for him to be proclaimed to be the one having the favor of heaven. So Taiwan could be just an insignificant islands with no industries and yet, China would try to claim it for herself because the millennial tradition which goes on to this day about the great unifier who is supposed to bring all the claimed territories of Chine together. Xi wants to leave a legacy behing of him, being that historical figure in the nooks of Chinese history.

That is also the reason why he keeps territorial disputes with India, over desolated land near the Himalayas.
You've really given a new meaning to this China, obsession to conquer and Lord over the sovereign territories around it's borders, meaning that they want to fulfill their mythical desires. This is just so baseless in this modern age, China, is already a country that has it all, landmarks, population and technology, a country that is very powerful and no nation can mess with, with their achievements it's totally unnecessary to bother about Taiwan, or any other countries or territories around them. The army and warships that are deployed around Taiwan, are mere drills to show their millitery mights, nothing more, as far as I'm concerned. Taiwan has a president and that makes it a sovereign nation, whether they're weak or strong.

Human ambition is limitless... not even stupidity stops it.

If you want real news regarding the war, consider using the Yandex search engine - https://yandex.com/. One website regarding the war, that shows what is really happening on the ground, and why US funding will not reach Ukraine on time, is shown below.
~

Yandex? You propose to use a Russian-controlled search engine to see what is really happening?

It's so ludicrous that it's actually funny.  Grin

[...]
Yandex gives me exactly what I'm searching for
[...]

And that does not ring any bells with you of course.

Meanwhile, 70 km from the front, another S400 is mysteriously blown up.
https://t.me/dosye_shpiona/531

There is also some evidence on how the Ruzzian air defence "intercepts" ATACAMS, but somehow they still explode in the ground as if not. This is the attack on an space radar facility in south west Crimea.

Ukraine has thought it may be a good idea after all hitting electrical infrastructure.

6  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: Today at 08:35:47 AM

There was no threat. Now Ruzzia has spent a lot of money while creating a new and very real threat.

You're so brainwashed that even notorious Blackwater founder disagrees with you about that...so obviously discussion
with you is meaningless:

What cookies do they need? Ruzzia annexed Crimea and put a puppet government. You do not need to be to smart to guess what is next and there are not many options to protect yourself.

I see that Ukraine joining NATO is their chance for survival, not a cookie driven party of shorts.

After all this 320 pages of discussion, you still think you can reverse events and we don't remember that Ukraine was invited to NATO BEFORE
Russia annexed Crimea?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Bucharest_summit

"Invited to join NATO"? Interesting if there was such a thing. NATO does not "invite" - anyone can request joining NATO (even Ruzzia could ask). If you ask me, it has been proven beyond any doubt that Ukraine was very right in considering this option. The fact is that Putin simply does not consider Ukraine a free independent state and that is the root problem of all this.

BTW you should read your own sources...

Quote
Georgia and Ukraine had hoped to join the NATO Membership Action Plan,[3] but, while welcoming the two countries’ aspirations for membership and agreeing that "these countries will become members of NATO", the NATO members decided to review their request in December 2008.[4][5]

In my book, that's a no.

Now... let's talk tenability of Crimea in light of yesterdays ATACAMS strike on a radar facility in the southwest of Crimea. Would you say that Crimea is tenable?

https://www.newsweek.com/ukraine-russia-war-crimea-atacms-strike-hits-russian-space-radar-station-report-1904311

The news outlet Krym Realii, which is part of U.S.-funded network Radio Free Liberty, said at least six explosions were reported in Crimea's Simferopol area and some eight explosions in the area of the Belbek airfield—a key Russian military air base—and in the Novofedorivka settlement.

7  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The death of Iran president and seven others on: Today at 08:22:55 AM
The preliminary report was released by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Iran. It's pretty much as expected. The sudden weather change, loss of visibility, colliding with the mountain, and finally crashing.

https://tn.ai/3091561

as he has signed thousands of execution orders in his early days
You mean the courts held for the members of an internationally recognized terrorist organization known as MEK that participated in slaughter of 317000 Iranians directly and indirectly during the full scale invasion of Iran in the 1980's?

No he wasn't directly involved in that legal process AFAIK and those weren't "execution order" those were a wide range of sentences according to Iranian constitution depending on the crime committed by the members of this terrorist organization.

The death sentences is issued for a terrorist that has for example placed a bomb in a hospital killing dozens of civilians, and that is a well deserved sentence. Other sentences like prison terms are issued for other crimes such as cooperation with the terrorists an the invaders like gathering intelligence on forces defending against the invasion, handing over hospital details to aid the bombing, ...

The narrative you are proposing is very interesting, but regarding of how accurate, it is likely that this person had many enemies so if it was not an accident, well, good luck with the investigation.

As said, it does not seem to change anything, some other similar guy will be there in a month.

On the helicopter, it was an US helicopter. Iran cannot (legitimate) get spare parts for an US made helicopter. Spare parts for planes and similar is a market well known for the false spare parts and the risk of using false spare parts. One could think that they may have been using "home made stuff" for repairs.

BTW will you stop sending Sahed drones to Ruzzia so you do not help kill Ukrainians?
8  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The death of Iran president and seven others on: May 23, 2024, 09:05:18 PM
There are lot of rumours which is making rounds on internet but I don't think it's an assassination but rather due to bad weather and to be honest he was no saint to gain sympathy as he has signed thousands of execution orders in his early days and there was no need of anyone either Iran or Israel to have him assassinated. Let's just accept the fact and move on.

I fail to see what is the difference between one president that is a puppet and some other president who is also a puppet. Perhaps I am oversimplifying this, but will anything change other than the guys who will get the money from corruption? Maybe not even that?

Ukraine is essentially dead. If Ukraine quit right now, and if Russia didn't destroy her, Ukraine wouldn't be able to do anything at all to get back on her feet.

Why would China want to end the war? World trade. Peaceful trade with the world is what everybody wants. The problem is that the US wants to control (rape and plunder) it rather than let people and countries be free.

Cool

You have a dual personality. You pretend to be an US Texan guy, but it is becoming more and more evident you work for China and have only ill intentions toward the US.

You don't seem to understand that there is a difference between the people of the US and the crooks in the US Government. But this is to be expected, because loads of Americans seem to be in favor of Biden, all the while he is destroying them. Your mistake is understandable.

Being a US guy from anywhere in America doesn't mean that I have to like my destruction because government is doing it. You can quote all kinds of people saying all kinds of stuff, but the truth doesn't change because of what you quote people saying.

You know all this, and that is why you direct your frustration at me... because I bring the Ukraine failure out into the open in ways that for some reason hurt your itty-bitty feewings.

Your point that you are trying to hide is that you are in favor of wars and killing. So you support more money for Ukraine. You don't seem to realize that if the US wins, it will really be the banking system that wins. Things take enough time to happen that banking-system-mastery-of-the-world probably won't hurt you, much. But it is hurting a lot of Americans, right now, which is simply a foretaste of what is to come if it conquers Russia and China like it has conquered Ukraine and the US.

Cool

What's a local situation in another country has to do with you?

Why don't you tell me if all those people living under the British dictatorship in the remaining colonies OK with having an old dude ruling over them and robbing their resources?
Skipping over the "dictatorship" term, yes they are, in fact many of them opted out along the years because is not a dictatorship - your information is 50 years old. You can see this list here. And I am not talking about a few... it is more like 50 countries!

Why don't you tell me whether all the occupied countries like Scotland OK with not having their independence after all these years?
Seriously?? Are you aware that Scotland celebrated a referendum just a few years ago and voted to stay Huh

Why don't you tell me whether English people are OK to sing an anthem that has nothing to do with their country and is just praising an old woman (I guess now an old man) someone they never chose to rule over them?
Many of them are, the ones that are not are free not sing and can pacifically try to change the law with their vote. BTW the English monarch does not rule over anything, is purely ceremonial. You should have chosen the Lords, but they are quite careful not to upset the people:)

Why don't you tell me whether English people are OK with sending 2000 pound bombs to a terrorist organization that has murdered 35000 innocent civilians in Palestine over the past months?
Skipping over the numbers you are asserting here, many of them are not, they are free to protest and vote against the government for doing so in the upcoming elections.

Why don't you tell me whether English taxpayer are OK with sending between 2 to 3 billion pounds of their money annually to the Zionist regime guilty of 76 years of apartheid and genocide?
Skipping over the loaded assertions, many of them are not, they are free to protest and vote against the government for doing so in the upcoming elections.

Those living in a glass house don't throw stones...
Try to apply this to yourself. And throw away your 50 year old newspapers, unless you cannot get any now.

So now... are you going to keep sending Saheds to kill Ukrainians, that never ever lifted a hand against Iran?
14  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The death of Iran president and seven others on: May 23, 2024, 01:26:25 PM
I think that you cannot speak or protest peacefully in public in Iran.

Feel free to answer without a picture, it is starting to make you look like a propagandist of the regime Wink
Facts are the enemy of truth.

So why shouldn't I post facts that contradict your posts? Your false claims based on truths manufactured by the mouthpieces you follow that are designed to "wash brains". Outlets that end up turning you into this, someone who says "show evidence" in one post and in another post below that says "don't show me any evidence" just because what was posted contradicted what the mouthpieces had told you initially and you want to continue believing that no matter what. This is also why you stooped to name-calling at the end, that's resistance in the face of facts.

I guess is that if facts and truth are opposites in your world, we may have a difficult conversation here.

You do not have to answer. You just may want to.

Can you protest freely and peacefully in Iran?

Are people in Iran mostly supportive of selling the weapons that kill Ukrainians?

Are people in Iran mostly supportive of the Theocracy?

does people in Iran have a say and the possibility of changing the law if they think is not fair?

As said... you do not have to answer, sometimes silence speaks more than words.

You can protest peacefully in any of those countries.
Tell that to the 2000-3000 arrested students who were peacefully protesting the ongoing genocide in Palestine.
Or tell that to the 4000-5000 Yellow Vest protestors in Europe that have lost a limb over the past couple of years just because they wanted "economic justice" among other basic rights.

Again, you need to say something realistic. Please confirm that you are stating that 4000 people of yellow vests lost a limb due to undue police action. Next step is me asking for your source.

Please, confirm that you are stating that there are 3000 people arrested for peacefully protesting about the actions of Israel in Palestine. Feel free to put a credible source before I ask. Please note the difference between "detained" and "arrested".

Answering to your edit... you are aware that I live in my country (which may or may not be the US) right? You are aware that I do protest and say whatever I want and I have all my bodyparts in order?

BTW how many people in Iran protest when their government sells Shaed drones to Ruzzia? do they know?

[...]
So does that rule only apply to UK or does it by any chance apply to other countries?
Maybe you don't consider people's shops that was burnt down as property because it was in another country? Or maybe you don't count banks as property? Maybe you don't count ambulances and firetrucks as property? As long as these things are being damaged in anywhere but UK!

How about hospitals? Maybe you don't count them as "property" as long as they are in Iran?
The below picture is the result of the terrorist attacks you referred to in previous page while insisting on using the word "peaceful" to describe them. The same project that John Bolton and many other Western politicians have confessed to being behind...

In any case, I'll stop here with only telling you that you don't know anything about Iran as long as you are reading some Western mouthpieces be it mainstream media or on social media. I'll stick to your own country and worry about what your own regime is doing if I were you Wink

I think that you cannot speak or protest peacefully in public in Iran. do you disagree?

Protests against the government and against government actions are allowed in liberal regimes in general yes.
So you agree with me that US, UK, France, Germany, ... are not liberal regimes at all. Smiley

Those are your words not mine. You can protest peacefully in any of those countries. Can you in Iran?

A different matter is if you try to violently impose something in those countries. Are you?

It is so simple: You are free to make your view known and convince others in most western countries, with very few limits. You are not free to damage property or injure others. In Iran you cannot make your view know, period.

That means that all this show of condolences means nothing, as there is no way of expressing any other view. I know you need to say something, but you need to find something realistic to say first. This comparison is ridiculous.

BTW, yellow vests protest on the price of gas mostly (interestingly, Iran coin is going down the pit with a 50% decline during your "beloved" president mandate. Yellow vests have 3 million members, most of them in the same physical condition as when they joined an free to speak and act peacefully as much as they want. If you start burning cars in the street or acting violently, you will get into trouble.

Its not about how much money you spend, its what can you buy with that money. Same thing can cost $2 in Bangladesh and $2000 in Luxembourg

Another example, look what USA got for their 2000 billion USD investment in Afghanistan...imagine that unimaginable amount of money
spent in the USA on building infrastructure

But obviously you're brainwashed into thinking that money spent wins the war

That is correct, the multiplier in Ruzzia and China may be larger - despite a dacha here and there - but it is still not even close to an even match.

The money spent in Afghanistan by Ruzzia? Oh, you mean the money spent by US only later on? Well, the problem seemed to be that some groups in there were destroying the infrastructure of the US (e.g. towers and the like) so US had to make sure that the infrastructure was protected.

For example, Ukraine was not destroying anything in Ruzzia, so the invasion money and blood could have been put to a better use in Ruzzia. There was no threat. Now Ruzzia has spent a lot of money while creating a new and very real threat.

I am sure you will try no to see the difference right?

Money wins wars, among other things.

UK defence minister says China working to supply lethal aid to Russia

British defence minister Grant Shapps accused China on Wednesday of providing or preparing to provide Russia with lethal aid for use in its war against Ukraine.
Western nations have provided Ukraine with billions of dollars in weapons and aid since Russia launched its full-scale invasion in 2022. Britain for the first time is accusing China of working to supply Russia with weapons for use in Ukraine.
Shapps told a conference in London that U.S. and British defence intelligence had evidence that "lethal aid is now, or will be, flowing from China to Russia and into Ukraine, I think it is a significant development".
Shapps did not provide evidence to support his assertion. But he said there had been a 64% increase growth in trade between the countries since the start of the Ukraine and "they are covering each other's back".

These are the usual unfounded statements by the representative of Great Britain, which throughout the conflict has been actively engaged in its escalation and attempts to incite a full-scale world war. Yesterday, Sullivan said at a briefing that the United States does not have data on China's supply of weapons and military equipment to Russia or preparations for its shipment.

Simply put, the UK defence minister is publicly lying.

So you think China is not supplying weapons to Ruzzia and this time the US is not lying but most other times they are lying?

I have seen a few news here and there of ships doing a "pit stop" in China, getting to Ruzzia and getting some containers pretty quickly to the front. And if I have seen it, Sullivan has seen it at 1x1m resolution.

My guess is that China is supplying mostly dual use stuff, like this "washing machine controller" that oh look! perfectly fits in this "missile control unit", etc. Shells and stuff that leaves traces, I have not seen yet. e.g. drones are relatively low tech and parts may not have markings.
