This PDF shows a summary of all the firmware releases for that model.  I don't see a "42".  Do you have more information?

Just reporting back that I received my phone yesterday.  Wanted to post a little review:

Phone arrived from China in 5 days (USA) via DHL.  Phone was packaged fantastic and the boxing quality was like something you would expect from Apple.  After opening the package and charging it full (Only 1/2 hour) I finally sat down to play with it.  I must say it is a fabulous phone.  It feels quality and the screen looks great to me.  I have seen reviews that say the screen is sub-par but I think those reviewers are crazy or have eyesight way better than mine.  I am really pleased with the screen.  Next I loaded up some apps.  The 820 qualcom processor is extremely snappy and everything but large games load instantly.  The phone has 6gb of ram so when you switch between apps it is also instant.  I have seen some postings at XDA forums showing how to utilize the memory better with a simple script edit and I plan on doing that shortly.  I have also rooted the phone and installed a new recovery.  The oneplus operating system (Oxygen OS) installed is basically vanilla android with added features.  No bloatware or unnecessary garbage.  I am pleased with Oxygen and at this time going to leave the ROM as is and not install any third party ROM.  Mainly because the fast charging binaries are not open source yet and ROM developers can't drop it in their code.  Soon as OnePlus releases it I am sure the third party roms will flourish.  So far I have not tried the camera or video recorder so I cannot comment on them. Most other reviews have spoke highly of the cameras so I am sure I will be happy as well.  Now the only thing I am a little upset with is the availability of cases and accessories.  Since this is a new phone, the accessory manufactures have not had time to crank out cases and other goodies.  Ebay and Amazon have slim pickings of cases and some of the items are not even shipping yet.  I bought a cheap case to get me going but it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive from china.  I am sure in a few months when there is a better selection of items to choose from I will upgrade my case.  Anyhow, Phone is fantastic and I am extremely pleased with quality and build.

No thats a sham, it was already debunked:

Vod is right.  There are quantum computers built but they are still primitive to what we can expect.  I think the article you pointed out is referring to only D-wave and their claims.

Here is a timeline from Wiki:

And these are only what have been published.  Who knows what NSA or other government agencies are working on?

I'd rather an iPhone personally.

I don't really care for Iphones at all.  They are over priced, too sand boxed and very short on custom-ability.  They also fall short on some development cycles.  That said, i understand why some people like them.  I have family members who would be lost with an android.  With power comes additional complexity and sometimes a simple phone works better for more people.  And they do have some good characteristics (Like a great camera).  But I enjoy a more flexible & powerful phone at a reasonable price.

Here is a review I found comparing OnePlus 3 vs Apple iPhone 6s
http://www.stuff.tv/features/oneplus-3-vs-apple-iphone-6s

It seemed to be a fair & thorough evaluation.

i dont see anything impressive in oneplus 3 at the price they are selling.

I am sure you know nothing about Art, There is art in all thing like sex, maths, living...& oneplus.

@OP , i have onePlusX , and i must say the smartphone is super sexy , i had already ordered the new(1+3) and it will arrive in 3-4 days.

Great choice OP,i must say.

Nice to see another buyer.  At least you know what you are talking about and have done research.  Just to let you know, I purchased mine on Thursday and got an email today saying it is scheduled to be delivered on Monday!  That's pretty good delivery time.  I was afraid they might run out of stock, but looks like I am wrong.  Hopefully you get yours soon as well.  Crossing my fingers it is as good as all the reviews say it is.

i dont see anything impressive in oneplus 3 at the price they are selling. try other chinese brands and you can get more features then this phone. search for xiaomi phones.
Edit : the worst thing is non removable battery which is not powerful enough to last for a day in heavy use.

LOL..are you kidding!?

Can't wait.... Grin

These phones are selling like hotcakes.  In China they sold out in under 10 minutes at one of the largest online retailers.

And if you have seen these videos, People are lining up outside the retail stores to buy them all around the world.

Phone is getting great reviews because of its price and specs.  I am just hoping mine arrives before they are totally sold out.  Is anyone else planning on getting one?

14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever paid more than $700/BTC for any amount of Bitcoin? on: June 20, 2016, 10:09:06 PM
The highest I ever paid was ~$510/BTC for about a third of a big one.
Bitcoin is supposed to be for everyone, not just the wealthy, so are you comfortable spending $50 (for example) for less than 0.1btc?

Have you ever paid more than $700/BTC for any amount of Bitcoin?

Yep...I have bought (and sold) above $800.  Also purchased for family who have patiently waited for 2+ years for it to get back to their original purchase prices.  Hopefully in another month a two the price will be way above what they paid and I won't look so bad.... lol
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Evidence that Craig Wright might be Satoshi after all on: June 20, 2016, 04:55:13 PM
Damn lot of patents he is going after.  Looks like he has backed himself up with a lot of attorneys and is going for it all.  I am sure more evidence will come forward as he tries to prove claim on these patents.

Patents are not cheap, I thought Craig Wright had financial trouble that he is trying to dig out of?

Lawyers chase money....if they believe he has a legitimate chance of being awarded these patents, they will have no problem collecting money for their services.  I believe Craig is Satoshi because I don't think any scammer could pull off a scam this monumental and get away without being caught.  It takes too many resources and abilities to make himself appear to be the creator of bitcoin if he is not the real Satoshi.

17  Other / Off-topic / Re: Need help recovering a .file on: June 19, 2016, 08:43:25 PM

well found out why its so hard to recover truecrypt files.

a normal file has a signature at the start and end turns out truecrypt files are random from the very start to the very end (makes it almost impossible to recover even if its just been deleted, unless you know where the start and end is)

luckily im the lazy type and its a copy of another truecrypt file so its the same random mess of numbers for the start and end  which means using r-studio i can now run a custom scan and find the start and end of the file do i know where it is and can recover it.

if you drop your BTC address here or pm ill send you the tip Smiley

Hey, glad you found a answer and reported back.  Now hopefully you can actually recover the file.  Regarding the tip....much appreciated....but go ahead and pay it forward!  I am just glad it helped you a bit.

I looked around a bit to see what might help you.  Appears that files over 4gb are difficult to recover.  Two programs (reported) that seem to be up to the challenge are:

http://www.r-studio.com/

and

http://www.yodot.com/file-recovery/

Make sure you ghost an image before trying out either of these (or other) tools.  Then you can experiment on the copied image.

You all are missing the boat if you are watching videos on your PC by surfing a website.......

There are two better ways to enjoy movies/tv shows/videos/sports/etc.

1. Install Plex on your PC or NAS and download (torrent) files into your own library.  Download high quality rips and then you can stream them to any of your devices (Roku, Ipad, Phone. etc) in any quality.  Don't forget to add channels (Including the unauthorized) so you can watch sports/news/XXX streams.

2.  Install Kodi (PC/Android Box/Fire stick/etc) and then install a quality build like Titanium or Kryptonite. You can then watch ANY movie in just about any resolution including 4k (if your bandwidth can handle).  Kodi allows you to watch movies from torrents and also has tons of other streaming feeds like news, sports and XXX.

Both of these programs allow you to ENJOY the viewing of all sorts of media.  I love both.  One other way I didn't mention (but is still good), is you can get yourself a Western Digital media center.  This is a another good box to hook up to your TV so you can watch your entire video collection as well as stream content.
