I keep thinking of ways to ROI with 120 bare ASICs. I reason that with a small quantity of tritium it's possible to build a 13Th/s miner that will run for 20 years with no external power input. The tritium would be contained in a green phosphor orb and the awesome glow would be awe inspiring.

Well it seems that Minersouce had no problem giving them my info. They also had no problem telling them details of other purchases I had made. Not that I am scared or have anything to hide its just out of control that they would do that. I assume that it was a play to get me to remove my feedback, witch did not work for them. |

I think you got singled out by BA because your negative trust feedback actually has teeth since you're on the default trust list, thus giving BA that red text under their name. I feel like you should check your legal options and perhaps get a subpeona from a court to force bitcointalk to remove your private information in your trust feedback.
I completely agree with you about my trust status and I have already contacted my lawyer. In the mean time BA has removed my negative trust. I'm going to request my btc back from escrow this Friday if he still doesn't respond. It's been 2 weeks already and still no shipping confirmation for me. At this point, the chances of this being legit is slim to none.
trust in this place is going be massive 0 for anyone doing business like this. how many scams every day is started amd abandoned it's unbelievable. thanks to few broken words and trusted escrow we can sleep with no worries. just a thought that maybe leave to him negative for low ball like that. his account is not newbie so he can try scam again? I didn't lost anything thanks to escrow but someone can be unlucky. I would advise you leave the feedback that reflects your experience whenever you make a trade here. Good or bad it helps everyone make informed decisions. You should leave feedback for your escrow and the seller in this case. Just my opinion for what its worth. |

I am a customer of minersource that's how they have my info. Minersource must have also told them that I purchased Bitfury boards also. I cannot believe what an absolute shit show this is. Now minersource will not contact me via telephone to discuss this situation and will only talk via email. I am absolutely outraged, MS claims that they did not violate their TOS and I never placed an order with BA directly so I guess no one is responsible...
Edit: And to clarify I am no longer a customer of either. I have received refunds for all products that BA has manufactured and will not be spending money with either BA or MS again. My X-1's where paid in full on Dec 10th and I received my refund from MS on July 15th. The bitfury boards where ordered on May 20th and refunded in full soon after.
So minersource gives out customer names/addresses to a scummy company yet they act outraged when xbtec steals/buys an email list? It's also sad that bobsag gave BA positive trust after this complete failure. I've lost all respect for minersource in the past few weeks. I have to agree about losing respect for MS. They are claiming that they did not violate the TOS by providing BA the information about my other orders I have placed. Even if they where required for some reason to give BA my name and address when I placed my x-1 orders how did they know about the other purchases that I made at MS? (bitfury boards shipped directly from MS) And finally why do they feel the need to single me out and post my personal info here? I have been silent on the sidelines here for months, its time that changes. |

Got my Batch 3 ants today up and hashing like a champ. Thanks gain Bitmain for making it so easy. Both up hashing at 470gh/s and 440gh/s on stock clocks. One got a little damaged during shipping or packaging the exhaust fan had a corner chipped off but everything else seems fine and dandy.
