101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: characteristics of fraudulent projects on: September 24, 2019, 03:58:22 AM
when investors and the crypto community already believed, but the team said differently!
- The team did not respond well to the crypto community.
- The team is very shady and does not provide updates about their projects on the telegram & social media channels.
- The team plans to take a vacation
- The team blocked accounts one by one from each community who questioned about the development of the project.
- and finally you are banned in this group  Grin

it's so annoying, how you feel?  Roll Eyes
That is a sign of scam. But until everything is complete, it is definitely our mistake. I have some awareness, that they promise a lot and make sure to list it on some major exchanges.
Those are the common fantasies of fraud projects that we need to avoid.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins That Has Went to $0 Price? on: September 24, 2019, 03:46:06 AM
I heard that over 85% of crypto from over a few years ago has went to 0.  Is that true or false?

Can someone give me a list of the popular coins that were pretty well known that has went to 0?  The only one i know of is bitconnect.  All the other coins, they might have dropped to pennies but what coins has went straight to 0.
A lot of bad projects have died due to scam or lack of management experience. such as BigBullion, ICO failed and did not have enough capital to continue living.
or have joking projects like BigBoobsCoin.
There have been too many bad projects dying in the past year due to the market going down and some other factors.
103  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial crisis 2.0 - What will happen to bitcoin in the next crisis? on: September 23, 2019, 02:03:29 PM
I wonder what will happen to bitcoin and the crypto market if there will be a financial crisis in the world (2008 style)

From one side people will probably look for 'safer' place to put their money in
on the other side, many people see crypto and bitcoin as a risky investment

I would like to hear the community opinions about what might happen to our market in a time of world economic crisis

I think people will sell the coins and use the money to buy gold. When a crisis or recession comes, people tend to buy more gold and hoard it for a few years. Because the price of gold is always stable and always increases when the economies of some big countries have problems.
As for bitcoin, I don't think so many investors believe it.
Although Bitcoin has a deflationary mechanism, its value is being decided by the market. And when the crisis came, you knew what was going to happen Wink
104  Economy / Economics / Re: My market vision at this time... on: September 23, 2019, 01:56:25 PM

Please read this post ( please vote also Smiley ), ...:

... and this market vision from last year also:

Do you think ETH will really grow when Bitcoin plummets?
I don't believe that will happen. When bitcoin drops, I am sure that many investors or traders will dump the alts to avoid losing money.
This is how the market has been doing these days and I still believe it will continue in the coming months.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How much will you get in return? on: September 22, 2019, 07:53:35 AM
For a $100 investment in an altcoin, how much do you think one can get in return during the bull run.
I think it was bitcoin2. I'm researching on bitcoin2, it's really a business worth investing now. Its current capitalization is around 17 million dollars and it is being cooperated by many mining companies and wants to make a big turning point in the future.
You can refer to it, before it grows 5000%.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Small Cap Alts Speculation on: September 22, 2019, 07:51:30 AM
I encourage everyone to consider Bitcoin2. This is truly an underestimated business, it is currently trading under $ 1 with a total supply equal to Bitcoin.
We can expect it to replace bitcoin in a few years.
107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: OKEX vs Bitmex on: September 21, 2019, 05:26:27 AM
I am used to trading at Bitmex and I don't really like exchanges that do not have stoploss feature. You know, our market is very volatile and the market may drop more than 15% in one night.
If I trade without a stoploss, I really can't sleep. For me, Okex is good but Bitmex will be safer. I encourage you to use Bitmex and constantly urge Okex's team to implement the stoploss function as soon as possible.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bonuses are only to deceive people on: September 20, 2019, 11:29:22 AM
It also depends on a number of exchanges to implement IEO. For large exchanges like Binance, Huobi, Okex, ... there will certainly be no discount because those are potential projects, we can only buy in private pools at a higher price.
For projects with big discounts, be careful when buying it because when discounted too much, that's certainly not a good token.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A New Bitcoin Rival Is Coming? on: September 20, 2019, 11:15:01 AM
If Libra or Global coin could really work in the crypto market, I think it would be an even bigger competitor to bitcoin and it could even make bitcoin overshadowed.
With more than 2 billion customers using Facebook and an increasing demand for advertising, it will create a great demand for Libra coin and it will overwhelm Bitcoin in the future.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BTC2] Bitcoin 2, BTC Fork 1:1, PoS 🔥 Anonymous ⚡️Instant TX on: September 19, 2019, 09:18:49 AM
Many people have said that BTC2 is a scam and the team did not appear but only made vague plans. Can the team show us a more detailed roadmap in the coming years?
I still find the volume low at the moment and that doesn't make me feel confident.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TEXOCHAT - Next Generation Crypto Chat APP [Private sale is ON] on: September 19, 2019, 09:15:29 AM
I feel this is a risky move, while the world has too many famous chats like Telegram and Kakaotalk (the two apps used by many cryptocurrency users) and not to mention the apps others like Mess, Line, Whatapps, ...
So Texochat will show society what strengths and differences you have compared to your big competitors?
112  Economy / Economics / Re: Trade war Influences on cryptocurrency on: September 17, 2019, 01:42:22 PM
I just want to discuss with you guys, what influences it will pose on the cryptocurrency if the trade war between US and China continues and maybe even worse. And also, what can ordinary investors do to avoid losses?
I think that the best shelter for cash is still bitcoin. where new investors are keen to buy to increase the value of the money they are having in the upcoming recessions.
Anyone who knows bitcoin has a deflationary mechanism and no one runs it, that's why it is growing stronger and scarier.
113  Economy / Economics / Re: The BIS has attributed the volatility of bitcoin to the lack of a central bank on: September 17, 2019, 01:30:52 PM
https://voxeu.org/article/some-simple-bitcoin-economics

Quote
According to a Financial Times article from June 2018, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) traces the instability of crypto-prices back to the lack of a crypto central bank. The fact that the value of Bitcoin is not controlled by a designated central bank constitutes a major difference to traditional currencies.

The US Federal Reserve Bank, for instance, injects or withdraws dollars from circulation in order to meet its policy goals such as a stable rate of inflation. The supply of Bitcoin, in contrast, evolves due to decentralised computing activities of 'miners' and can only increase over time.  Therefore, a traditional tool for promoting price stability is unavailable for cryptocurrencies. The BIS addresses 'unstable value' as one major challenge for cryptocurrencies for becoming major currencies in the long run.

I personally think the volatility is because so few are trading it. The more people trading a currency, the less likely a single person can move the price either with a pump or dump. It's very hard for a single actor to move the dollar against another currency for example because they'd need huge firepower.

Unfortunately trading volumes have decreased since Dec 2017, so the volatility will remain.

I don't think Bitcoin is considered a coin that is traded by few people during the day. One day bitcoin has more than $ 14.7B in transactions and you say it has low volume?
The great upheaval that took place is because the manipulation has not yet been punished and organizations are constantly manipulating it to their advantage.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: IEO: Where should I buy? on: September 16, 2019, 05:00:14 PM
2019 market boom of IEOs on the exchanges. So Where should I buy on exchanges?
I would recommend choosing Huobi over Binance like the others. Recently alts are bleeding and only Huobi is able to retain high value, it does a lot better than Binance and creates trust between investors and Huobi global.
When belief becomes a tight chain, investors will not intend to sell when the trend is over, they will accompany Huobi for a long time and that is the great advantage of Huobi.
So you should choose Huobi and their token holdings to avoid taking big risks.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you interested in IEO? How about your opinion? on: September 16, 2019, 04:33:29 PM
Hi Guys,
Are you interested in IEO? How about your opinion? I think IEO trend will run to end of this year and IEO is one of the good speculation channel.
lately I am not too concerned with IEO issues. because I trust Binance Launchpad the most but they let me down. they had a requirement to hold for 1 month to qualify, but during the hold, the value of BNB is declining and I now hate their IEO events.
It seems that they are trying to create an IEO to keep the price of BNB, not much interest in projects. WINK and Perlin did not increase much compared to previous projects, which made me quite disappointed.
116  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: People are tired of talking about Binance.... on: September 15, 2019, 07:41:24 AM
Without Binance, there will still be Coinbase and other large exchanges like Huobi Global, MXC, Bithumb, ...
We also have many choices and Coinbase is really safe. I think Americans should boycott Binance and use other exchanges, the Chinese have really made it difficult for innocent people.
117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bad time to get into daytrading? on: September 15, 2019, 07:26:04 AM
I've been studying day trading crypto on and off for about a year. Everyday i'll go into 10 or 20 coins mark their supports and resistances to get really familiar with reading charts. I've studied candlesticks, trading patterns and a lot of indicators. I'll put up a few of the indicators and go through past markets to check how they reacted previously. I then try and predict which way a coin is going. I make notes of where i would get in and get out to see if it was real what sorta success I would have.  I seemed to have it done alright so thought i would have a go with real money. I put a few hundred pounds in and the first few days i think I was very sporadic and kept trying to put money in everywhere i thought i saw something. It didn't go too well. This week I calmed down and said i'd only do a few trades a day where I really concentrated and really thought it out. Every time I put my money in it would start to go well, all the indicators pointed to success then all of a sudden it would plummet out of nowhere. I'm wondering is this a bad market to start learning to day trade in or do I just need more practice. Also any tips?
Any time is good for a newbie to trade and learn, but don't use too much money because you'll have to stumble a lot.
I have advice that you should practice more. The more you practice, the more you'll recognize chart patterns and keep them in mind. that's how you gain knowledge and experience, then in the future, you can meet that situation again and your experience will tell you the direction.
118  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: tell us 3 mistakes you do when you start trading on: September 14, 2019, 07:35:22 AM
1. greedy
2. impulsive, rushed, without thorough analysis
3. Uncontrolled transactions.
Although I have read about trading books and some advice from my predecessors, I have encountered these fundamental failures in practice.
so I recommend new traders to practice more with enough money. Experience and practice are essential in trading.
119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance Blocks US Customers - Where Will Crypto Traders Go Now? on: September 14, 2019, 07:27:25 AM
I think they just want to polish the name of the business. because immediately Binance created an exchange binance link for Americans, that is Binance.us
Americans are currently trading a lot of coins up to the present time. Therefore, they will never ignore such good customers.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No matter what i'm sticking with Altcoins on: September 13, 2019, 05:20:43 AM
Nothing good in this world comes easily, with zero obstacles?you are only dreaming

Altcoins are facing hard times because what is coming will be better, hard times is shaking weak minded people off so as not to see whats coming, its a mind trick

99% of people will walk away from bounties and altcoin investment, thats why i am staying,i won't  do what 99% of people are doing or will do, call me crazy cos that's what i am

Crypto is craze and to defect a craze you have to get crazy  Grin
yep, sometimes we should be so crazy, like Jack Ma, he's crazy, passionate but he's not stupid. He still knows what he's doing and looks beyond the people around him.
I also like your opinion, I think that alts are underestimated and this is a good time to all print into good alts like ETH, EOS, BCH, LTC.
