The pair seems to be testing its long-term descending trend line, and may find some price support in the form of its 200-day SMA. Hi I was wondering what the general consensus was on the use of technical analysis in making long term investments. I know short term day traders get allot of use out of it but if I'm investing in a project based on fundamentals does the technical analysis matter?
I think it will not matter. Technical analysis should only be applied when we speculate. For long-term investment, you only need to analyze the business fundamentally. team, strategy, roadmap, partner, loyalty and their investment fund, ... these are important things to be thoroughly analyzed. |
