601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: fate is getting lost! on: July 31, 2018, 04:35:05 AM
I am starting to loose hope in Bitcoin. Like really i need to cash out and for me its on its lowest... Undecided
Do not become impatient and lose faith in Bitcoin. It really is a great coin and has a lot of potential for long-term development. We just have to be patient and hold on in the long run, we will have big profits in 2019.
Experts have suggested that Bitcoin prices will rise to $ 15-17k by mid-2019.
602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Dogecoin have a future? on: July 30, 2018, 03:31:20 AM
Dogecoin has been my favorite alt coin for quite a long time. It serves as a good cryptocurrency for tipping others, as well as being a fun and inexpensive medium of exchange.

However, I'm worried what might happen to Dogecoin in the future, since it has been quite some time that no new version of the QT wallet has been mentioned, neither some innovation to keep it going for the long term.

It would become ideal for Dogecoin to add SegWit to its code, and gain traction if it gains acceptance from the miners. Then, if it manages to become the first cryptocurrency to accept the scalable solution, it could rise in popularity once more (not to mention that transaction will be near instantaneous).

Nevertheless, Dogecoin is a great cryptocurrency being inexpensive and relatively stable, making it a great way to tip others or send micropayments faster than BTC at a fraction of the cost.

Looking forward to your opinion. Wink
Dogecoin is really a great altcoin and it has been around for quite some time in the Crypto market. But at the present time, as the market is getting hotter and more altcoins appear, Dogecoin is becoming fuzzy. Because the new altcoins come with great backgrounds like EOS and have a new development orientation that has made veteran altcoins difficult to grow.
603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Who uses Myetherwallet? on: July 29, 2018, 04:46:11 AM
Who uses Myetherwallet?
What say about him
myetherwallet is good for me. I have been in this market for 2 1/2 years and I have never been hacked. I feel lucky and partly because of the security of myetherwallet is good.
You should put your money in the myetherwallet instead of the money in the trading platform.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market tactics on: July 29, 2018, 04:44:33 AM
Hi all,

The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

Thanks
The market goes down, the only strategy is to hold. That is the best strategy because the Crypto market is in a downturn and is not appreciated. In the future, the altcoins will be poured capital from investors. I believe that this market will grow and those who hold more will become rich.
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICO die in 2018? on: July 28, 2018, 04:37:31 PM
I do not think it will die in 2018. At present there is a lot of demand for ICO projects and they are very active now. The demand for startups is increasing and that will keep the ICO going for a long time.
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Failed Projects Returning Investors Money on: July 28, 2018, 04:35:32 PM
I invested in one pre-ICO back in November (Heardbeats), I liked the concept and it seemed like a promising project at the time. Unfortunately they folded recently as they couldn't get the partnerships they needed to move the project forward. On the upside, they did return the original investment, albeit at the current dollar value, so lost almost 50%. However, I did respect their honesty and commitment to returning as much as possible to the early investors.

Another project I invested in also folded a couple of months back, and I received an email from them saying they were going to return the investment. Still waiting for that one.

Anyone else have any experience with refunds (or not)?
I think that will take a long time because this is an anonymous market, they can also steal your money and leave. Hope you do not over expect your money back. Please continue to look for good ICO projects and invest in them to make a profit. Rare Refinance Projects for Crypto Market Investors
607  Economy / Economics / Re: Why lot of countries do not allow to use Crpto? on: July 28, 2018, 04:30:11 PM
Lot of countries do not allow to use crypto currencies and they discourage using them. However as far as I feel, trading with crypto is not that harmful for the economy of the country. As an example, if a person has Eth and someone from another country needs to buy Eth, that buyer needs to pay the seller in terms of dollars. Then that seller needs to convert that Dollars to his native currency which means it creates a the demand for the native currency and increase the value of the currency. May be the government is unable to add a tax on such transactions but it is beneficial for the currency used in seller's country.
What do you think about that?
These are the small benefits that Bitcoin brings to them. But the negative effects that bitcoin brings are many. Businesses can take advantage of this to avoid tax and money laundering very easily. Besides, Bitcoin is a high value currency but easy to manipulate. The government prohibits it in some countries is a right decision.
608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holders will betray bitcoin one day on: July 24, 2018, 02:58:42 AM
I foresee it coming, it keeps on ringing in my ears with series of flashbacks. It will happen like a speed of light in a vacuum. Most bitcoin holders will betray bitcoin one day, they  will see no value in bitcoin again, they will dump bitcoin and call it all sort of name, with all these i know there will be holders who will follow bitcoin till death apart. They will hold on no matter how tough things will be for our mother coin.My question is which side will you be?. LONG LIVE CRYPTO, LONG LIVE BITCOIN.
The component you are referring to is only a small part of the Crypto market. In fact, ignorant people will often comment a lot and not pay attention to reality. Those who lamented on this forum have always shown that they have negative thoughts and that these are hardly successful.
Those who understand the true value of Crypto will calm down and hold onto it until its price goes up again. Wink
609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your investment strategy? on: July 24, 2018, 02:55:46 AM
Hello all.

The current situation of the market is not so good. I believe that some of you are panic, some are giving up, some holding to die.  Cry

Could you please share with us your current investment strategy so that everybody can learn from your good practices and overcome this tough time?

My investment strategy is simple. I always wait for the red market, buy at the bottom and sell at high prices. I think this strategy is really useful in the Cryptocurrency market and it's for people with little capital to invest. This is a very interesting market and it gives us many ideas to do business.
610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why are you now joining cryptocurrency, where were you in 2009? on: July 24, 2018, 02:54:03 AM
Once the market has just opened Crypto and there are very few altcoins. They think this is a fraudulent market and I have heard a lot about this. I personally am a student and I am very afraid of these things.
I was very scared of Bitcoin and strain off my access list. Now I feel regret for not being able to find out.
611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are common mistakes and problems of the traders? on: July 23, 2018, 05:07:49 AM
Hello traders!

I am new here in this forum I don't have more knowledge about tradings, but I think maybe someday if I will given a chance to do trading I think I should try it. So I always read articles about tradings and also I read threads here in our forum about trading discussion. However I would like to ask all traders here that have more experiences about trading if what was the common problems that encountered of an ordinary traders?  And what was the common mistakes had you ever experienced and how could you manage this problem and mistakes?

Can you share your thoughts and experiences about tradings.

Thank you in advance.
I think the common mistakes traders in the Crypto market have are impatience. They are always scared when the market goes down severely and does not trust the future of Cryptocurrency.
They usually sell everything at low prices and assume that the Crypto market is a trap. So in order to trade well and earn a profit, we need to have patience and understanding of Cryptocurrency.
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do? on: July 23, 2018, 04:57:30 AM
So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?
If you sell all of them now, what would you do with that little money? You will not be able to accept the heavy losses and start trading something new. The Crypto market is potential and it is only being affected by the economy of the world. Let's hold and wait for the market to recover. Do not worry about Crypto's future.
613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Will Kill Cash ? Is this True on: July 23, 2018, 04:55:10 AM
Many Say Cryptocurrency Will Kill  Fiat Currency and Creating FUD all around the Internet, According to me if this statement is correct then CR.CARD Dr, Card has done this Long back, Cryptocurrency will be used by Smart people in future and many businesses will opt this for fast transaction

It's not easy to kill cash because still many people don't know and understand cryptocurrency and they will keep using Cash.

Whats your view about this
I think you are right, because electronic money will never be able to kill cash. Simply because the living standards in countries around the world are different, and electronic money is a high-end currency that can not be used in some underdeveloped countries.
In addition, the market has too many negative aspects for the world to accept and put on the world wide payment.
614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is Bitcoin? ✅ on: July 17, 2018, 02:56:28 AM
Bitcoin is well known for its safety. The biggest dangers are mainly hacker attacks on third party services, through which one accesses his bitcoins. These are above all the various crypto exchanges on which the users have created accounts or the bitcoins stored locally in wallets.

Basically, either the exchange itself is directly attacked, so that data can be stolen there. The biggest known incident was the hacker attack on Mt.Gox about 4 years ago, when a huge hack of Bitcoins was looted. This was also the reason for the decrease of Bitcoins 2014.

Today, the exchanges have improved to prevent such occurrences, because it can come to hacks and the trade is severely restricted or even stopped completely. This often leads to strong price fluctuations, mainly caused by so-called panic sells.

An equally large attack surface offer individual mistakes that can easily be prevented. Individual mistakes are the responsibility of individual users and are often:
- insufficiently secured user accounts due to weak passwords
- Login on a phishing site
- send the private keys to a scammer

If a stranger has once gained access to your own accounts, he can quickly transfer the entire balance to another wallet and due to the anonymity, it is no longer clearly comprehensible. For such a kind of total loss helps therefore only a careful handling with your personal user data.

But as long as you follow to the usual security rules and pay attention to secure passwords, which you should also change from time to time and do not use the same password on many other pages, an accident normally cannot happen.
The high demand and high competition between exchanges has also contributed to the improvement of safety standards.

How make you sure to safe your Bitcoins?

To ensure the safety of our property, especially to protect our altcoins, we should buy a cold wallet and store all the altcoins in that wallet. It's a very cool wallet and most hackers can not get into it because it's offline. When you use it to start online but your usage time is short so the hackers do not have enough time to penetrate. So I advise people to buy a cold wallet.
615  Economy / Economics / Re: Does money make you rich? on: July 16, 2018, 04:03:27 AM
To me the answer is No. Money alone doesn't make an individual rich. A lot of people go to work everyday, working for money and making more money, but fail to become richer. Ironically, many only grow deeper in debt.we have all heard stories of lottery winners who are instantly poor again. Also there are cases of real estate going into foreclosure instead of making homeowners richer. We all know of persons who have lost money investing in the stock market. Maybe you are one of those individuals who have lost money investing on cryptocurrency,Bitcoin to be precise. Even investing in gold(real money) can cost the investor money

For all intents and purposes, it is not business, estates, stocks, bitcoin (crypto currency) or money that makes a person rich. It is information, wisdom, knowledge that makes one wealthy.
For me, money is a testament to wealth. It is a necessity in this world. I do not think your opinion is correct. because the rich are the ones who have a lot of money. that's the simplest theory. The next thing that will happen is another story and we should not compare.
616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of bitcoin in Nigeria on: July 14, 2018, 03:30:49 AM
My fear.

Is not that Nigeria lacking behind?. Hell shouldn't be.  I see lome Africans growing faster and faster when it comes to bitcoin utilization but here in Nigeria reverse is the case.
I think the government just wants to protect their people. You do not worry. In my country, the Crypto transaction is prohibited in all forms but I am still working now. I was not arrested or fined by the police.
They can not stop us. Because the Crypto market is anonymous and our information is secure.
617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: News: Bitcoin won't be Global Currency on: July 14, 2018, 03:28:28 AM
I got caught up in this news last 6 hours ago, most of us participants are hoping that Bitcoin will someday become a Global Currency, why is that?

Any thoughts or opinions about this?
Because it is both an electronic currency and a medium of money trading among traders. It is a versatile currency and is highly appreciated. In the future, Cryptocurrency will be popular all over the world and Crypto community will become more crowded. It will attract a lot of stock investors.
618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I read this on Forbes today... on: July 12, 2018, 04:22:49 AM
Quote
Investing in cryptocoins or tokens is highly speculative and the market is largely unregulated. Anyone considering it should be prepared to lose their entire investment.

How fucking stupid is that?  Anyone investing in crypto should prepare to gain 10X their entire investment.  This would be a much better way to prepare as it is far more likely to happen than a loss of entire investment.  WTF is wrong with journalists today?
I think they have some confusion in their posts or they make a provocative article to make the views higher. It is their strategy because journalists have the right to free speech as long as it does not violate the law. just calm down man. Grin
619  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 1 mln $ possible? on: July 11, 2018, 07:39:34 AM
Hey guys, do you think bitcoin can reach 1 million $ until 2020? If so, everyone who hold crypto will become a rich person, that’s nice!
That will not happen. The value of the current bitcoin is quite high compared to what it can contribute to the community. Blockchain technology is new and appreciated by many experts but it can not have such high price. Let's just imagine the good things about Bitcoin, look at reality. Grin
620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I continue to invest? on: July 11, 2018, 07:38:05 AM
I had invested one ICO previously, it failed although I didn't contribute a huge amount on it. A news yesterday made analysis on blockchain ICO projects, mentioning 92% of these ICO projects are failed.. Should I stop investing the others or any really potential ICO suggest?
I think you should stop investing in that ICO project. Because of so many scam ICO projects there. My friends have tested very thoroughly but still met some of the fraudulent ICO projects. The safest way is to stop investing in that project and wait. do not risk.
