They keep researching what's trending everywhere, including social media. And according to that trend they start planing about the next scam. Currently Avatar 2 is trending in various mediums, I wouldn't be surprised if scammers use this Avatar 2 trend to come up with a scam website. Because they can do whatever they want to scam people, and spend money to promote it. After observing their activities so far, I understood this. |

Trading on a platform requires you knowing their terms and conditions for which I believe you signed up for and another, the platform have the right to revoke or put pending whatever they deem fit to do at anytime and any day they fill like doing it. Locking of account might sometimes likely have to do with suspicious activity being noticed from a particular user or customer account on board that platform. Either way, sometimes when the account holder might be called upon for clarity, his details must be inline with what he has presented before upon being registered with the platform. In your case I have no clue as most evidence here in still not clear but I think their own side of the story needs to be heard as well for proper assessment and possible solution. If they have a representative here feel free to tag them or mention the user name so as to facilitate the whole process.

Exchanges sometimes create different dramas for the customers and the customer has to face many kinds of problems to resolve the issue. Actually I and one of my friend had a good experience on another exchange I don’t remember which one but there a token price was UP as compared to others we found it from CoinMarketCap so we deposited and made some profit then price of token went down so that lead me to fall for this scam and yeah very dumb move, also trustpilot had some fake reviews on it and it was not flagged anywhere so I decided to post and now I know the same guy owns another exchange/website which is https://coinwan.net/ same UI same rates and same scam but this one is flagged already. You were lucky enough to be able to trade and withdraw your funds from that exchange without any problem. But if you look closely, you will see that many crypto traders may have been scammed on this exchange. Hope you learn from this mistake and avoid such tempting offers in the future and stay safe from falling prey to scams.
