1061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The End Of The Bounty. on: May 06, 2018, 04:22:13 PM
Currently, there are a huge number of ICO projects. Of course, we all understand that half of these projects are either Scam or just very weak projects that nobody needs. But now there are at least such projects. What will be in a year, when the ICO every day will be less and less until it reaches the point that one project per month will be released? It is also worth mentioning that the number of participants in the bounty companies is increasing day by day, and the money allocated to the bounty companies are becoming less.  Conclusion: the bounty of the company will exist for another year, or a maximum of two.
What do you think about this?

If anyone agrees with me or if someone wants to do a good deed, then share the merit. I would be very grateful  Smiley

This kind of post isnt really worth to be merited.

These are just plain presumptions but thinking of for bounty to die easily wont really be happening into future years as long there are projects would launch it would do still exist. There are lots of investors around if money making is quite simple thru ICO's then it would really be treated as a normal or casual thing into this forum itself. There might be lots of scams but it would be good as dead if most people are smart enough on which project they should join in.
1062  Economy / Economics / Re: What if all the governments of the country united to strictly prohibit the exist on: May 06, 2018, 03:49:58 PM
Perhaps one day with the current bitcoin advances, bitcoin digital currencies will be an international currency for all countries, and make it easier for every human to make transactions between countries when going to another country.
if it happens in the future it will certainly affect the paper money that exists around the world, whereas we know when the banknotes have a lot of history and symbolize the diversity of a country with other countries.
if that happens, surely the government will not remain silent on the matter, there will be an agreement between state governments to immediately close the bitcoin network to the world.
what will you do if you have a lot of bitcoin.
I dont think so for this thing to happen even how bitcoin or cryptocurrency would progress in near future its really an impossible thing for fiat currency or banking sector to be vanished because of crypto. There would be always a boundary or limitation on where crypto should really have its own place. It might give benefits but talking on replacing fiat is just like a dream. Government do have always the power and if they saw bitcoin is already affecting too much they would surely make desperate moves.
1063  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade is more a lucky thing or skill on: May 06, 2018, 01:22:32 PM
I'm not sure if I have time to play with charts and trade a lot, like I have seen some youtubers doing.
They make you really believe that is more like a skill and if you are good at it, it works.
My friend told me that is just about how lucky you are, and not a skill.

Skill is the main thing needed for Day Trading, because Day Trading takes a short time to get profit. If we are not skilled at seeing the charts and patterns then the defeat is just waiting in front of the eyes. What is meant by Day Trading's "fortunately" is when the graph changes drastically but suddenly you get profit because garfik rise per few seconds before you do that trading is called luck Day Trading according to me.

Trading basically need some sort of skills like controlling our emotions. Day trade needs a lot of time so, in order not to miss the pump, it needs some monitoring tools which we can set a target and automatically notify us when target achieved.
Controlling emotions isnt really a skill but really an important factor which really need to be controlled if you do like to sustain on trading career. Day trade is different to a traditional long term aspects which you would really be active on seeing out prices because profitability would really matter on how good you are on doing trading. This skill wont really be easy to attained and this way doesnt really suit out each trader.
1064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Alternative to Myetherwallet on: May 05, 2018, 08:58:44 PM
Well, I use Metamask and I can tell you that it is much, MUCH better. Also, it seems safer, because you don't have to enter your private key anywhere, just click a button to log in with Metamask, seems much safer and transactions are much easier.

Hardware wallet is the safest option, it costs $100 or so, but it is worth its price, especially if you own a solid amount of coins. Personally I use Trezor, but Ledger nano is also nice.
MyEtherWallet is different from other traditional web wallets. It is an open-source wallet, with no third-party servers, where you can write and access smart contracts. It has an inbuilt BTC to ETH (and vice-versa) swap facility. You can also connect your Trezor or Ledger Nano S to access your funds in MyEther’s browser environment.
This is what most people dont know about MEW compared to other traditional online wallets which it is open source and thats the goodness of using this wallet. You can able to make transfer into hardware wallets too with ease. There are alternative like metamask but im still using MEW eversince the only thing you should really worry about is on to input safe your keys which you should really be aware on the safest possible steps not for someone to get you seed or key.Once exposed then expect it would really compromise that one.
1065  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading don't work for me too well on: May 05, 2018, 06:26:26 PM
Have lost so much money on coins that doesn't work well for me. My flaws are I'm  impatient and ignorant this maybe a good time to find some insight and good answers on how to get better

Just don't lose hope. Trading is not a one click success and there are hindrances and failures along the journey since we all know that crypto is volatile. However, your experience would provide you lessons that would help you succeed in trading. Your failures would teach you to do better.
On where most experienced traders would say. Mistakes would really be the best teacher on all sorts of things we do engage on.If we do commit such mistakes then take it as a lesson and dont regret or to be afraid to proceed because on next encounter you would really be aware and as you make trades you will really enhanced yourself  as the years goes by.Just dont lose hope and have really patience because it is really require to sustain yourself into this very volatile market.
1066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: If anyone asked me trade is enough to cover life not on: May 01, 2018, 08:20:57 PM

If you are a professional trader, then everything can be. In the market, it's better not to take chances. If you do not understand what is happening now. Be careful.

Are you are professional trader mate. There are people invested on various coins but those coins will not get the big value for long time. If that happen how the trader will be survive with the crypto trading earning alone mate. You need to have a luck as a part to invest the money.

If the invested cryptos does not go to big then you will cry for your investment until it boom back. I believe this op made the post to promote the video he has added on Facebook page. Do not waste your time for this query.
Not only luck since most day traders arent depending into those long term coins but rather going into short term ones which do have good movement of price.Dont expect for it to cover your daily living but its possible but depending on how you would do it.
Someone could able to do it but doesnt mean anyone does can achieve easily.

1068  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trader or Gamblers. on: April 27, 2018, 10:39:51 PM
Trading without enough knowledge is like putting yourself in a quicksand. Trading and and gabling are both risky, you can win or lose. Both need capital which is also in your control. Mostly trading is profitable if you are knowlegeable about it. Gambling is always putting your luck with out exact distination in every games and it is verry addictive. Anyway both are addictive,so just mannage your time and money in terms of trading investment or gambling.
Yes they may be both addictive but i see to it that i'm addicted in earning profit than relying on pure luck and chance just to make profit.Obviously,i prefer to be a trader because it's giving me more income more than i expected although i have to give most of my time in it.Gambling may be good only if you're spending extra money and not expecting a good return in it.
They would really be entirely a different thing when we do talk about gambling and trading. We do know the opportunity that it gives among two things and besides a long term investment way is different into an entertainment thing.Luck based is always been risky rather than on doing trade which you can eventually learn up along the way which will help you to sustain and make profits in longer runs without relying on luck alone but rather into your own knowledge and skills.
1069  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the problem of trust in projects? on: April 27, 2018, 10:01:50 PM
There are so many scam projects going on. people are now afraid of joining ico.
1.  i think ico should be removed. because the frauds have multiplied and people are now having difficulty in distinguishing the truth.

2. if there is no money to develop the project, please do not try to project it. also from the ico when it comes to the stock market is not 3k 5k. even lower than the price you get. because the investor does not know which one to buy.

3. no one is buying token, my regimen does not want to spend 3 or 5 years. when it gets 10% higher than it bought.

4. there are hundreds of projects in each stock exchange. Someone stop them.

I know what you feel towards into those fraud/scam projects that are flooding here on the market which is actually true. There are lots of them and mostly people or investors do fall out to invest which causes for them to lose up money.I know that you would like to remove them but i would tell you crowdfunding would still remain where this is only the way on where legit projects could able to get the support. This is why we should really be keen on selecting with legit ones, even its hard but we should try our best on choosing.
1070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth it to take part in airdrops? on: April 27, 2018, 08:28:08 PM
I have been in the crypto market for quite a long time and have never really thought of participating in airdrops. The mere of thought of getting free money makes me wonder whether it is actually going to be worth it. Most of coins give in airdrops are useless and considered as dust in our portfolio which is why I have never participated in any of them. It is better to take part in a bounty program rather than to take part in an airdrop.
We can really differentiate potential earnings on an airdrop compared into a bounty campaign which is right. For us veteran members it would turn out that these things are complete trash yet we do only earn a dust but for those people who do have struggle on earning money will surely jump into airdrops without hesitation as long it can give out easy profits then it would be already okay. I have tried airdropped once which i do earn 1k usd on that one which on eBTC.
1071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IDEX is down more than 1 hour??? on: April 26, 2018, 04:50:30 PM
when pundi x / npxs is go to moon like rocket today,,IDEX is down, it is overloaded? or routine maintenance or hack?
Sometimes I do think when sudden price increase or moons do really cause for a certain exchange to suffer issues or problems. Either it would be maintenance, overload or just totally just don't let traders do their stuff. Even on some exchanges too where I do observe such similar behavior that's why I do think that theres a possibility on other shady behavior but in most cases these are caused due to overloading.
1072  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 4 factors that could destroy your Trading on: April 26, 2018, 04:13:26 PM
Fear is most important part here as most of the people are victimized by fear which leads to FUD and FOMO. Many people tend to loose a big amount of money because of fear. An easy way to dismiss this fear is to invest and forget about it until a particular time. No anxiousness will lead to no fear.
Adding to your list, "Lack of knowledge" about crypto is another thing which people should thrive to attain. The more knowledge you have about crypto the better analysis you will be able to make and the better selection of coin you will achieve. This will also boost up your portfolio.
I would say Lack of knowledge and Experience would be the main thing on where It can really destroy trading. When you don't have this knowledge you will got easily Afraid or Fear on market conditions or situations you face. Once you do have the knowledge you wont easily got disturbed because you do know on what you do on such scenarios as long you do know on what you are doing theres nothing to be afraid of because once you got fear you will really make bad decisions.
1073  Economy / Economics / Re: Are all cryptocurrencies destined to be store of value in the end? on: April 24, 2018, 10:44:02 PM
So I've been thinking about the use of cryptocurrency in the real world. Because of it's current volatility, nobody seems to be willing to spend any crypto now other than for purposes of ICOs it seems?

Before BTC boomed, we hear the story of the guy spending 10000BTC on 2 pizzas. This was BTC being used in it's intended form.

Currently, BTC is only used as a store of value, which leaves other alts. From what I see in other alts, ethereum is spent on ICOs where the trade is one coin to another type of coin. Other than that, nobody advertises accepting payments in other currencies NOR do people seem to want to spend their cryptocurrencies on anything other than something that yields a profit.

So, the question is really about adoption. How do we expect cryptocurrencies to be adopted as valid payment methods when everyone is really using them as investment stocks? Will we only see proper adoption once the current greed and "quick buck" mentality subsides?

If things continue the way they are, then cryptocurrency will always and forever be destined as store of value assets and not really a currency that can be used in the real world?

Nothing to be surprised yet most people would always see the money making opportunity that it gives rather than on the adoption on where some people do care about. When we do try to look the current situation nowadays we would able to see bitcoin would always have the lead when it comes to acceptance and adoption. We might see this as well on next to bitcoin which is ETH but it would really takes time because it isn't really easy for a coin on reaching on such situation where it can already be used on payment system.
1074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Portfolio doubled in 3 weeks. on: April 24, 2018, 10:17:35 PM
It is nice to see continuous recovery the past several weeks.  Within the past 4.5 months, my portfolio dove down losing more than 75% its value from ATH to the low around April 4.  Since then, it went up and doubled...and while it is still less than 50% my ATH, it is an encouraging sight.

Hope this trend continues.  BTW, I am aware things will continue to oscillate (up and down) but as along as the general trend is upwards it is good. Smiley

What's your story?
Story would be similar as yours yet we do have corresponding holdings in our stashes and when we see price recovery or increase on the entire market then results would be just the same into each other person on where we do really see our folio earning some profits due to such price reversal.Even my holdings almost down to 80% into those bearish market but now I'm seeing x2 which is good but still I'm waiting for surpassing their previous ATH.
1075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why so many peoples belived in pump 2018? on: April 24, 2018, 09:52:21 PM
so, guys!
why u r still belive in huge green streen or bullish market in 2018?!

for me - it s amazing mistake for all of who thinking so
look at the law, watch at the country titans of crypto - they all blocked openned cryptoway
why u are still thinking- "2018 will be pump year"??
Pumps would be still significant even this year or upcoming years. Why? People or the community do still believe on cryptocurrencies and not only those titan countries are the ones who have such major effect into crypto.Wouldnt you considerate other countries too? There are lots for sure and they are not the only ones who do have capability on such investment. If you are here on this forum then I would presume you do still hope for price increase.Am I right? Grin
1076  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: private trades on: April 23, 2018, 10:25:17 PM
Are there any subforums or forums that facilitate user->user transfers?  For instance if you want to trade one currency for another directly with the individual and bypass exchanges.  Completely private.

My nubness is showing here because I can't seem to find anything like that and I figured it would be around.

And I understand you risk being ripped off by some scumbag without the exchange middle man being in the picture.  If you're comfortable with the risk and want to split the transaction up into two parts to help then why not.
You mean P2P transactions then you can able to find various possible exchange on here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 on this way you can bypass exchanges but be careful on transacting to random people on net, chances or risk on getting scammed would always be high compared on making conversions or trades on exchangers itself.
1077  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: MetaMask - How save is it? on: April 23, 2018, 09:59:52 PM
I never experienced any problems with metamask. But i didn't use metamask too much.
They have their source published at GitHub (https://github.com/MetaMask).
Since metamask is used by quite a lot people and their code seems alright (didn't verify myself, but no bugs found so far by the community),
I think its fine to use. But the security of metamask is capped by your browser and PC itself.
For higher amounts (which you can't afford to lose) you should consider using a hardware/paper wallet for storing.

Myetherwallet together with a hardware wallet is the safest (handy) option.

When metamask was introduced I did make a sample or testing on how things go work into this new wallet which I do say it is lite and very easy to use but you would really notice such changes if you do came in Myetherwallet. I do like it but In the end I do still prefer on using up Myetherwallet because this is the wallet been using since I do know about erc20 tokens which I do decide to stick with it and as you said it is really handy.
1078  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Portfolio Management on: April 23, 2018, 09:24:01 PM
Services being decentralized are really great, sure. But what do you actually get for a portfolio tracker being decentralized? What are the advantages over centralized portfolio trackers? Not everything needs to be decentralized.

I agreed with you. I don’t see the need for portfolio management app to be decentralised. I feel that features such as live updates of prices and variety of coins supported are the most important.
Same thoughts which I don't see any differences or benefits on having a decentralized portfolio yet even just using one app do really done it job and theres no need to create even more similar apps as long it can able to track out recent coins and recent prices then it is already fitted to be used by anybody. Many choices or options is always good but people would always stick to the one who did able to enter or being used earlier.
1079  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: How to keep yourself protected from crypto scams on: April 23, 2018, 08:53:50 PM
In addition to the ways you share on the Medium, I think it is essential to avoid a cryptos scam project that requires you to have much knowledge about this market and read about case studies on fraudulent ICO projects. Moreover, especially about your security knowledge, you have to be stubborn because so many of the bounty managers are using your trust to steal the cryptos. So be very careful when transferring cryptos to strangers and entering private keys in unreliable websites.
Scammers do always target newbie minds in any places or industry which they do evolve and really try their best to be legit into those eyes of newbie investors and we do know on our first investment we are somehow greedy which scammers do really use that weakness to drag us up to easily. If we do really like to avoid scams then better to read up things and become knowledgeable into any informations into this forum for sure you will learn a lot and once your awareness to scams is opened you will able to spot out easily which is scam or not.
1080  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Knowing your tax liability on: April 22, 2018, 08:05:15 PM
the state wants to receive taxes even from going to the toilet ... why do ordinary people have to pay the country if the country does not want to take care of its people.  it's very sad.  We are not allowed to enjoy our short life  Embarrassed
Normally all the countries are running by people's money so we need to pay taxes if we think it is our country. But in many countries the politicians made the country corrupted and they are keeping all the people in their pocket not taking care of the people who are paying that money. But as a citizen of the country you need to do your duty correct and the rest is the government and its system in hand.
Well, regardless of how politicians corrupting our money it will be their moral responsibility, we'll just hope that they cannot sleep well at night as a consequence of stealing our hard earned money, but, needless to say, we still have to pay our liability for our country no matter what especially when law requires.
Theres would always be a tax yet each country do imposes such law which its citizens are entitled to follow such rule which as being said this is really an obligation which we would need to pay up tax for the benefit of our countries progress and development.Every government is different some might be corrupt some are really following on tax actual usage which is good. This is why we would able to see ranking which are developed and which are on the bottom.
