Hi MedaR,
Maybe you've been asked this question before, not sure. I did read back some pages but not all the way back.
Does the ZENCash development team have plans in the future to make alterations of any sort to Equihash Algorithm to MAINTAIN ASIC RESISTANCE?
Hi dmwardjr Let me get an official statement, and i will update this post.

Is there any news or information when we can except the ledger integration?
Today at 1 pm EST is biweekly community call and we will hear more informations. As far as I know, we are so close!

I think it actualy is quite smart indeed. Requirement of some technical skills and interest to make it work, rather than common joe just buying enough and setting it up fast for profit short term.
I disagree with you, it is all about security and performance of the network! Windows platform can't compete in this field. We will give our best to help average Joe to set up his Node. There are plans to simplify this setup process, but for now you can get help via ZenHelp or directly on discord channel #securenodes

Now total reward pool for node operators is 20% and this is main big change on our system. As you can see we have increased treasury to 10%, we are preparing our own treasury voting system, and the increase of 1.5% is for overcoming voters apathy, we are going to paying voters to vote. Those funds are reward for voters, because we want to provide positive initiatives for joining this ecosystem. Details of the reward mechanism to voters will be released with more details of actual voting system which is in prototype mode IOHK right now. Those changes are made as response to increasing popularity of secure nodes, and as result of multiple feedbacks from this system, and from community itself. https://zencash.com/assets/files/Zen-Application-Platform-Whitepaper.pdf

Any chance we'll ever see secure nodes on windows?
As far as I can tell, we will not be introducing this as an official approach, we need to keep the barrier to entry and quality of nodes relatively high, its an intentional choice. Its all about performance of the network!

Can someone please point me out towards resource explaining these new super nodes, when they will be available, detailed reward structure etc.
I see 20% of the block will go to the node operator which means much lower reward for the miners, right.
I see it will require 500 Zen which is 12x more compared to the standard node. Yet, the reward will be 6x higher. So why would anyone set up super node as opposed to running bunch of small, standard nodes?
What do I miss here?
Here you can read more about: https://zencash.com/assets/files/Zen-Application-Platform-Whitepaper.pdfNode operators will now receive 20% of the block rewards, which is an increase from the 3.5% previously. This 20% will be evenly split between secure nodes and super nodes. Treasury will receive 10% of block rewards, which is an increase from 8.5% previously, and miners will receive 70% of block rewards, which is a change from 88% previously. Yes miners will get less, but as you can see this news is accepted very well, so I think this can be only positive change. Why Super Nodes? Probably because this can be less expensive, and easier for setup instead of setting up 10 nodes (you must have 10 different dedicated servers). Now you will ask me, why Secure Node? Because this is very accessible to average holder and It is much cheaper, and this is not the case with other projects.

I have encountered the problem with a Zencash node: it was launched and configured, all transactions have been registered properly, but there have been no receipts in a wallet. Wallet logs provide the following information As I can see, there is a great amount of lines, indicating Zencash wallet receipts, but coins are not transferred as required, moreover, their number decreases (it is a result of node payment actualization, as I tend to think) What are the possible reasons for such problem? I will return with more information from developers, just made an ZenHelp request for you.

Hello,
I'm part of the Steemit community, and I want to promote ZenCash to users on that platform.
I believe ZenCash is a good solution to a lot of problems. We could say the usage of the zk-snarks algo motivates me to support this project ! I'm not an early adopter though (too bad haha). So why not be an early promoter !
I'm the founder of Steem Messenger, a recent application based on the Steem blockchain to communicate with Steem users with client sided authority/encryption. As I'm part of the "Private" thing myself, promoting ZenCash is for me a goal to achieve.
I want to talk about ZenCash with the Steem community, promote your content, get people to adopt it. Given the right budget, I can make quite a good audience on there. I've been blogging on Steem since a year now (and it's only about 2 years old).
If you have any question, you can find me :
on discord @Kingswisdom#7650 on Steemit steemit.com/@kingswisdom on github github.com/kingswisdom on Twitter twitter.com/@_kingswisdom
Please join Zen Discord channel and look for Rosario akka @zench1ck#1523 , discord invitation you can find in my signature.

Hi, help me plz with my problem. I can't start swing wallet for Windows 0.80.5 on Windows 10. See log file plz. What's wrong? I have sent this log to ZenHelp developers will respond soon. btw I have same wallet, same system, and so far i had no problems. May be it's a java problems? At first start the GUI wallet tries to download the Zen proving key (900 MB). The key file is: https://zensystem.io/downloads/sprout-proving.keySomehow download failed due to no connection. Could you try to download this file with a browser. If that works, you may start the wallet again and let it download the file. If download works in a browser but not in the wallet ... this would be very unexpected.
