Any name for the coin?  And how about difficulty goes up 10% per so many blocks high hash but goes down 50% per same amount of blocks when low hash. As the coin dies if it does it gives the little guys something to mine. How about Reverse payout scheme. Difficulty up ----> more coins for the miners. So you get the same amount of coins always.  100MHASH = 1 coin per day. If the networkhash is 1GHASH, 10 000 coins are given to the miners every day. If the networkhash is 100GHASH, 1 000 000 coins are given to the miners every day. .... Expensive, but secure Good for the miners, and not so good for the investors. But if the coin price drops then mining would stop instantly. I was mining a coin on and off for 1 year with the difficulty adjustment I said making .12 btc once in a while with rented hash too. |

Does anyone know where to find ccminer/alexis-1.0 which makes 540 mh for skein at gtx 1070?
Skein 700 MH on 1080. https://github.com/alexis78/ccminerCompile whith CUDA 7.5 for more hash. ccminer/enemy-0.1b 1.68GHASH on the gtx 950 .. Do you trust the statistics?  I was in the store the other day and had that card in my hand.. I should have bought it. I didn't notice the memory clock speed. Darn.  |

You know it's a shame some of the bigger old coins are unprofitable to mine now. While they have a pretty healthy trade volume, their blockreward reached a point where it's not longer profitable to mine. Feathercoin for instance has healthy trade volume every day, but easily gets saturated by a handful of miners. Cryptonite is also in this boat.
But the rewards should not be too high. Look at LBRY for intance. The coin just crashed..But now the mining reward is decreasing slowly, and the price on the exchange will pickup. I will launch a big coin soon. Make sure you mine with me in the early days. Pure POW, No premine, Fair launch, fast optimized opensource GPU miners at start, No bullshit. New algo? If so, that would be weird as you'd be incentivized to keep a highly optimized miner to yourself and release a much slower one. Yup exactly. Sp when is launch day? Next year. Christmas i comming. I dont understand the max mhs with xcn on gtx 1070 , is 20 , 30 , or 40 mhs for card ? .
With my version #3 20 is max on the gtx 1070. A 750ti can do 6 so the 1070 should do 35.. so you hold back 20% in the build. More profit in your farms. Less profit to small rigs. .05btc takes me 1 weeks to mine. Was making .065 btc a day. With the 750ti @6 and 1070@18 the 1070 is only 300% faster than the 750ti. With zcash the 750ti does 60 and the 1070 does 340 650% faster than the 750ti. Cryptonite is most profitable on the 750ti. 1070 = 4x 750ti because of the clock speeds. |

I just opened Minercontrol with z-pool jason file in it... it's worthless to mine there.  How much do you get with the opensource miner? 5.8 mh on 750ti. Sp I really need an intensity setting so I can mine on this computer. You know a device command and intensity command. Like -d 0,1,2 -i 0,18,0 And 0=default intensity. ect, ect. Ps I get 5.6mh on my vista. use --devices 0,1,2 cryptonite #3 support -i for every device as well, but not 0. Put -i 32,32,32 Ok got it running correctly. Thx |

The diff is falling again now.. After I released the new cryptonite miner, an hashrate of about 500 gtx 970's where added to the network hashrate and the coin became less profitable than ZCash. Nicehash also released a miner that is 30% faster for Zcash, so it makes sense to change to zcash... But I'll never see that .05 btc. If you make a new release plz put the -d option in and intensity setting plz. Cryptonite release #3 has an intensity setting(-i) . The -d should work as well with comma to seperate the graphic card and not spaces -d 0,1,2 The gtx 1070 has a default diff of -i 128. But some users report bether rates with -i 32 and oc memory and core. Sp no it doesn't it opens the cmd window then closes with the -d 0,1,2,3 can you plz fix it. Without the -d 0 it runs but all cards and no intensity setting. |

Currently 3x1070 with OC makes 5000 coins per day (suprnova) - it's less profitable than zcash
Suprnova estimates are wrong, you are going to make less than that. Yup..and I've seen them off by 50%. |

I can't get sp mod cryptonite or m7 working... but sp your bat file works. I don't get it.
If you get my bat file to work, you just need to change it to mine to your account instead. Did you create an account on the pool? Yes of course .. but the price is worthless now.. oooo well. |
