^^
So from the sounds of it you have a plan set out if this ever happened to you.
Most don't even think of it since they think they are not lucky enough, but one never knows when lady luck comes. They are not prepared and are punished for it.

Can see this occurring to those who are least expecting it. They of course are caught off guard, do not know what to do in this situation and eventually panic.
Having good money management skills when and if this happens is your best defense against such a syndrome.

Good call @ralle14 because if you cashed out then you'd be kicking yourself all week long for doing it!
Arsenal looked strong even without Gabriel in the lineup and being down to ten men was a good test for them early on in the season. In seeing how they can handle this pressure from Crystal Palace. And they passed with flying colors showing a highly capable defensive line.

You know summer is coming to an end when we have F1 weekend returning so to continue the rest of the season.
F1 official website has been hinting this could a golden win for Max on his home soil with seeking to tie the record of consecutive wins by a driver which is currently still Sebastian Vettel.

The Gamers8 tournament ended earlier today after Vitality edged out ENCE in the decider map. I thought this would be ENCE's series to win because they looked clean throughout the tournament compared to Vitality, but Zywoo went ham after they lost the first map.

The LCK playoffs also finished with Gen G sweeping T1 in the grand finals. I would've thought it'll be a 3-2 win by Gen G, but T1 looked like a different team in this series.

Azure Ray is already waiting for the Finals. They will face either Team Zero or a rematch of the upper bracket finals, Xtreme Gaming.
I'm rooting for Xtreme Gaming to win the lower bracket finals, so we'd have decent odds for the grand finals.  Wink
This has got to be the shortest tournament of any of counterstrike's matches to be notable enough to be held professionally, am I right?
Only managed to take note of maybe 5 matches and wagered on only about 3 of them intotal.
But it goes on the teams record which were involved, so it was good for Team Vitality I guess.
Next one the Blast Premier Fall series? Remember watching the qualifiers a couple of weeks ago for that one being held in Copenhagen.

Friend.tech surpasses 100k users in the latest craze comparable to the ICO tokenization of 2016. But only difference is it is using the BASE layer-2 network and uses alot of ethereum to run the protocol of Coinbase's newest project.

Also gaining major attention after having NBA players and co-founder of well known eSports clubs FaZe clan jumping onto the hype train.

Actually I missed the rest of the event right when Chito Vera's fight started. Fell asleep at that point so had to rewatch the entire card from that point on.
I guess Suga Sean was right, he is a boring fighter and that fight doesn't count on his record.
His only loss being 9-1 in the UFC.
Sean O'Malley tells Stephen A. what's next after beating Aljamain Sterling at UFC 292

Watched his rise up from the ranks starting from the Contender Series was a really interesting watch:

This was a good one to bring some thoughts of who should be up in the next episode of The Suga Show:

1127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night & Main Event: Sportsbet.io Predictions & discussion on: August 20, 2023, 11:49:48 PM
^ Nice! I’m glad I didn’t bet this fight because I didn’t think that Sean was going to pull out a win. He came through though in fantastic fashion with a crazy right counter. Impressive how much power he has for how skinny he is. I am a fan of O’Malley but I had my doubts as to whether he’d be a champion. Congrats to him.
The counter punch was always his plan for this fight and even said during the post fight interview, this was how it was to go and the only way he was going to win. He did reveal if it did go to ground he was not prepared for what would happen next since he was suffering from something on his side. But knew if he did, Sterling would attack on that fact and completely compromise himself during  the fight.
Congratulations to those who knew Sean O'Malley is a tactical fighter and not just throwing his punches without thinking it through. Just as Aljamain did when he over reached on that one punch which was his last decision he made.
People ended up getting the Suga Show by KO @4.90x right before the fight began so good on them.

I’ve seen a lot of people online discussing why the UFC decided to make Sean O’Malley’s knockout public in a clip for everyone to use right after the fight. This is a bit of a departure from the norm and maybe a sign the sport is normalizing a bit. Perhaps the days of pay per views are nearing an end and a huge network broadcast deal is on the horizon.
The UFC did put the knockout on their youtube channel but it didn't matter to them as it was more like a promotional video for the entire UFC. They rather have the global appeal than the ppvs as they made enough to write off a potential 1000s more if they wanted too. As Dana White had mentioned during the post fight interview. Zhang's clip of her fight reached 1.85 billion views in China within not even a 24 hour period.
So I would think Dana is thinking of bring the UFC show back there for a match between the top two Chinese fighters as the main event.

@arallmuus Nicely taken special @5.60x as the easy part was already done with a Manchester City win just need to wait on Chelsea and Arsenal to complete the betslip for today's games.

We have one sole Sportsbet special for the Sunday matches:

Was looking forward to seeing Harry Maguire playing for the hammers this game but just found out the transfer fell through:

We do appreciate the time that he hyped Bitcoin and made it to almost $70k thanks to his all-out support in DOGE. But I think he's not really meant to be in this space but we can't stop him from making decisions on his own like buying BTC at the dip and selling it high.
He not only hyped up bitcoin for his own purposes but is known to do this for anything he is trying to garner attention too.
Especially toward his companies SpaceX/Tesla/Twitter now all under one company name X.

^  Yup and it helps if you play the game yourself and learn the build orders and stuff.  I think you could now download the original SC/BW anthology for free.  Not sure but akaik it is since Blizzard release StarCraft Remastered.

If you really want to get deep into it a bit more but you don't know where to ask questions about the game, TL.net is the go to forum.  Some of the guys over there have been there for years...  It's really impressive to have that kind of motivation.

https://tl.net/forum/?filter=broodwar
Thought I had seen some one mention about this 25 year old game. And to hear they are having professional tournament based on it was pretty unbelievable to hear.
You can receive the whole anthology for free from blizzard? Although I thought they went defunct years ago.
They probably still have some sort of branch of the company still inoperation just under a different name.
Such as what happened to CD Projekt RED after cyberpunk and getting reassigned to another company.

@rdbase Going for Sean O'Malley for a KO/TKO huh? That's brave and I think I will tail that. @4.70, that is enough for me. Whenever I make it as a parlay I always lose midway or worst from the start. So I will pass on making a parlay on this event.

The Face-off was intense, Sterling was talking a lot but Sean was just silent. It scares me more when I see fighters who don't talk and just let their fist decide who will be the strongest.
This is going to be a fight that might become one of the unforgettable fights in UFC so let's not miss it. Hours remain before the fight begins. Can't wait.
Completely understand what you mean when you are scared to see a fighter being silent while somebody is being as loud Sterling was during the face-off.
Just like when you see a pitbull and chihuahua encounter one another on the street.
The pitbull just stands there looking at the smaller dog bark all it wants, knowing full well it can snap it in two whenever it wanted too.
Don't know if we will still be calling Sean O'Malley the poodle after today @cabron Grin

Did you hear during the press conference Suga Show has a hundred dollar bet with Sterling from instagram on whoever has the first takedown?
This is a strategy of getting him to go for one then anticipating it with a counter punch.
It could just be his chance at a knock out if Aljo falls for it.
1133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night & Main Event: Sportsbet.io Predictions & discussion on: August 18, 2023, 12:27:17 PM
Sean O'Malley odds have not changed since and are still showing 2.90x for the ML when I placed my bet for this weekend.

I found it to be not as high as it was earlier in the week topping 3.10x on other sites. But with the price boost Sportsbet.io offers it comes out to be about the same.
Still went with the walk-off KO by Sugah show. Wink

There was the press conference last night that was late by around 15 minutes from the original start-time but it was well worth the wait if you want to watch it here:

The bitcoin market really dumped alot since even when FTX was dragging it down when it's dirty business dealings got revealed.
This is what everybody is saying is the cause of the recent price spike to the downward spiral:
https://www.wsj.com/tech/behind-the-curtain-of-elon-musks-secretive-spacex-revenue-growth-and-rising-costs-2c828e2b

The very last paragraph where it states that SpaceX had sold it's bitcoin they had reported on their balance sheet a year ago is no longer holding it.
This shouldn't matter but it seems to have rocked all of the cryptocurrency markets for one reason or another.
1136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: F1 Formula Sports Racing - Sportsbet.io promotions & discussion thread on: August 17, 2023, 09:52:29 PM
You know it is the slow time in F1 competition when you have the drivers coming out with videos like this.

Max Verstappen Learns How to Drift | Feat Mad Mike
"Formula 1 World Champion and Oracle Red Bull Racing Driver Max Verstappen, took on a lifelong ambition to learn to drive a drift car with the help of none other than professional drift driver and record-breaker ‘Mad’ Mike Whiddett."
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GtfutUHYfO8

With Red Bull and Verstappen being so much ahead on the leaderboard, why not display your fun-side with some drifting.
To show you are not having a care in the world during the summer break of your sport!

Look at that I thought he was going to drive the Helicopter, surely like Max Verstappen has said this is the 1st time that he likely drift and so I really think he enjoyed this so much, but upon seeing some video of him drifting he was with Daniel Ricciardo and that was 5 years ago, well the hilarious one was for him to knock out the  very big hand of Horner when drifting, and surely this drifting thing he can surely use this to save his F1 car from getting into the gravel, just like what he did in this video, https://www.youtube.com/shorts/CRiaIyiAGRo

I watched a short part of Verstappen drifting and destroying something with the rear of his car at the same time. It was really lovely to watch.  Smiley

When I watched this video Ken Block came to my mind. He was such an amazing rally driver with wonderful stunts. It was a big joy to watch his great skills and control over the car. He died quite young at the age of 55 unfortunately. Rally is a really dangerous sport. I know Ken Block didn't crash in a rally car. But my point is that you just need to have insane reflexes to be competitive in this sport. This is like a common point for rally and F1. But it feels like your reflexes need to be a little stronger as for rally.

Rally Race is insane as well and for sure you will be needing a lot of drifting in it with F1 it was like you will pretty much be needing to drift in going into that kind of race which is insane, but for sure Drifting is also needed in the little time with F1 when Max Verstappen save his Car from getting out into the gravel, with Drifting here is the video, https://www.youtube.com/shorts/CRiaIyiAGRo
But a Red Bull ended up on a roof in Oracle Red Bull Racing's latest commercial for the brand new track in Las Vegas with their promotional video released a couple of days ago.
F1 Car Inside Casino?! | ˇVamos, Vegas! feat. Checo Perez & Christian Horner
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aoHEWwhhif8

Looks like the team are still having fun during the summer break for the season without Verstappen in this one. For once! Wink
1137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: August 17, 2023, 11:54:31 AM
Did anyone watch the CSGO matches earlier from the Gamers8 tournament? Most of the series are 2-0 wins from the favorites, but the round differential is closer than the bookies suggest. I guess the single-elimination format of the tournament encourages the teams to perform like their careers are on the line.

I also watched a bit of the playoff matches from the VCT Champions. Unexpected to see LOUD advance and send Fnatic down to the LB and PRX having a shaky start against FUT in the first half of the first map before taking over the series.

China Qualifier will begin in a few hours. The matches are not that exciting yet though. It seems almost all the matches later will be one-sided leaning on the heavy favorites: Aster, IG, Xtreme, and Azure.
I agree the next round is where it gets interesting to watch since we'll potentially see a matchup between Aster vs XG and AR vs IG in the other bracket.
Bet on all four of the Gamers8 CS:GO matches yesterday and the first two ended in the 2:0.
I had a bet on both Navi&ENcE to end the same way but ended up losing the bets.

Noticed while scrolling through the livestreams of the matches there was a another Gamers8 tournament but for StarCraft.
Is this right? That old game that mostly had a heavy following in the Korean tournaments is making a comeback into the ESports Arena once more?
Isn't the game 30 years old now from the old WarCraft days, am I right?

The Marseille daily special was close to hitting, but Vitinha's goal was overturned during ET.

Speaking of the Women's World Cup, today's daily special is the semi-finals match between England vs Australia. Both specials don't look that worth it when the match is close to a toss-up, and the deal breaker for me is the team totals because the current totals are so low (over/under 2). But I do have this single bet on the corners, even if it's a potentially low-scoring match I can still expect the total hitting at least 10 based on their previous results.

Thought the UEFA Champions league special won because it was during regular time and they had a 2-1 score but it went into extra time due to the being behind a goal on aggregates.
Just checked and Vitinha didn't score prior to that goal being disallowed.
Atleast the Womens World Cup match for your corners bet hit!

@danherbias07 Yes thought they might delay the start of the NBA season due to the players who are taking part in this tournament are needing time rest before the regular season starts.
1139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night & Main Event: Sportsbet.io Predictions & discussion on: August 17, 2023, 11:37:33 AM
Actually O'Malley's odds have risen to a whopping 3.10x when I last looked last night.
Nobody is really putting much confidence in this guy to bring an upset.
Did everybody forget how Sterling received the title in the first place?
He is called the fake champion for years since he won the belt when Petr Yan did an illegal knee to a downed opponent. So many saw it wasn't a earned title. But from his fights since then, he has proven these nay-sayers wrong with I believe 3-4 title defenses since.

There was a media day yesterday to get everybody hyped for the fights.
But this to me was alot better to watch then hear the fighters just trash talking each other and thus not proving anything until they step into the octagon for Saturday's big UFC event.

Welcome to The SUGA ERA | a Sean O'Malley Film

Better to wait for the press conference and weigh-ins later on today and tomorrow to get more of a feel of the fighters.

If doppelganger is a person, then I think we have another Elon Musk in Mars.  Grin
Funny how this Yelon Ma can't speak English and yet look so similar like Elon Musk, he is on Tiktok entertaining people everyday and I'm even surprised that he had a Tesla car he used personally and I don't know what has stopped him from accessing Elon Musk. There was a time Elon Musk was ready to meet him in person or is he also a celebrity that want Elon to look for him.

I think Elon is overstretching this fight, if he want the fight and really want to have it, this hype should be over by now, he has done enough public awareness, average person on Twitter is aware of this fight, UFC can make preparations for two weeks and with more partnerships, the fight will take place as soon as possible but the more he proponed it, the less it's getting interesting, people might not even watch as he think.
Didn't know it was a real personality on tik tok.
Thought he was just a guy who happened to look alot like Elon and is chinese. Just like that random photo somebody took of a guy in China sitting outside at a restaurant who looked exactly like him and that went viral asking "Is Elon Musk in China?!"
Quite funny along with what Yelon Ma has done and gathering his fame with the attention this guy gets from really dumb things along with amassing a tech empire.

Remember when Mark agreed to a August 26th fight? It seemed that Musk backed out due to needing surgery:
