1141  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Who still doesn't believe coindesk gets paid for good articles. on: June 04, 2014, 02:43:40 AM
BusinessInsider even portrayed them as one of the top 10 BlockChain companies => http://www.businessinsider.in/The-10-Most-Promising-Startups-Building-Stuff-With-Blockchain-Technology/articleshow/34503337.cms

Here is their post in BitcoinTalk => https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=588104.0

this is a red herring and has nothing to do with the coindesk bribery accusation.

  • Your info has "Warning: Trade with extreme caution!" because "escrow.ms" gave you a bad rating
  • only the user "escrow.ms" can remove the rating
  • the rating can not be removed administrators or moderators
  • stop using a translator. it makes you incomprehensible. either speak english properly (without a translator) or post here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=11.0
1145  Other / Meta / Re: Are multiple user accounts allowed? on: June 02, 2014, 11:44:21 PM
yes

theymos probably made a post in the meta forum, but I'm not so inclined to find it Undecided

DO NOT GO TO THE ABOVE LINK

It downloads a file onto your computer.
The file that's downloaded is just a html page. It's probably a MIME mix-up.

reopened.
1148  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Selling Reddit account - 39k+ karma on: June 01, 2014, 03:59:07 AM
Forgot to mention, it moderates 29 subreddits, so massive influence.
so what? you can create however many subreddits you want. how about you post what those subreddits are?
1149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: 2-of-3 P2SH multisig "working", but not being relayed by many nodes? on: June 01, 2014, 01:37:24 AM
can you paste the signed transaction here?
1150  Economy / Services / Re: I will pay a mod $10 in BTC to do an IP check on two accounts for me right now on: May 30, 2014, 06:19:42 PM
A staff member doing this might get in hot water for doing this because it's a abuse of their privilege. Why don't you make a request in the meta forum?
1151  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC for Paypal USD @ bitstamp 24hr avg on: May 30, 2014, 05:16:05 PM
I will send $100 PayPal today, send it to someone and I will get the coins in a month out of escrow ?  What are you waiting on?
I would also offer that to grue.
The chargeback period for paypal purchases is 45 days, so a 1 month holding period still gives you 15 days to chargeback. Furthermore, there's no defined chargeback period for unauthorized transactions, so the holding period has to be insanely long (180 days?) to prevent chargeback. This is the precise reason why I said "trusted members only" in the original post.
1152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: N2COIN - TwinWinNerD IS A SCAMMER - MODS NEED TO BAN - PROOF INSIDE on: May 30, 2014, 04:48:49 PM
sockpuppets are allowed by forum policy. however, using them for spam or evading bans is not allowed. If you want them to be banned, please provide proof of wrongdoing.

I would be interested in this also
I'm not sure whether you want to sell bitcoins or buy bitcoins. if it's the latter, you're nowhere near trustworthy enough.

I want to buy and you can hold the coins in escrow for a month with certain users here if you wish (Doog, Goat, Gweedo, Tysat & a few others)
I can't wait that long. sorry.

1155  Other / Meta / Re: Dump all emails from bitcointalk.org on: May 30, 2014, 12:00:02 AM
you should contact theymos https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=35

but since you only managed to get 9355 emails, out of 321264 members, I'm guessing you iterated through the member list and scraped any emails. if that's the case, it's not really an exploit because the members chose to expose their emails.
1156  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Don't expect any good coinbase.com/urls on: May 29, 2014, 06:51:52 PM
ITT: OP is mad because he can't extort companies for prime URLs.
1157  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC for Paypal USD @ bitstamp 24hr avg on: May 29, 2014, 03:29:16 AM
I'm looking to sell $200$100 worth of bitcoins for paypal USD at bitstamp 24hr average. You pay any paypal fees (should be 0% if you send as personal transaction). It's a paypal transaction so you know the drill: trusted members only.

Hey grue I can offer this anytime you need it just send me a PM
pm sent

1160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: regex for bitcointransaction string on: May 28, 2014, 10:35:11 PM
Only if your bitcoin.conf has txindex=1 in it. And you've reindexed by running: ./bitcoind -reindex. That will let you run getrawtransaction() on any txid.

To get confirmations for the transaction, as well as the raw and decoded tx, you can use getrawtransaction(txid, 1);
that's weird. because it works fine on my bitcoin core instance, and it doesn't have txindex enabled.
