1161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vote for FindCoin's SourceCode [Faucet Distribution] on: December 22, 2014, 11:57:51 PM
well i really understand it, but i think there will be only few ppl who will try to cheat it, i mean by compiling again etc etc, so maybe is a good idea to keep it open source, you know, ppl like to see what they are using.

Btw if you guys decide to made it closed sourced i will understand it.

I don't know if there can be some middle solution - like, to upload read-only source code that would be easy to read, but hard to download in proper format and compile... like, we upload it to MEGA in pdf  Grin read it as long as you like, but it would take all 10 days of distribution for you to compile it...

who know, maybe thats the solution, im just saying that ppl like to know what they are using, you know... Wink

btw as an future user of your coin, i dont want to see ppl who download the wallet and use it in 40 computers... so i really understand you and i want to avoid it too, in the other side, as i sayd, i think all of us want to know what we are using Wink

Dunno if what you sayd will work, lets see whats ppl sayd about it.

btw ty for your reply!

1163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New 1.2.0 Automatic Transactions on: December 22, 2014, 01:55:34 PM
Burst 1.2.0

Download: https://mega.co.nz/#!75xV1abB!PG6gC6mMcSmr5ys2SrkHnIw-BDq1FodG5_bzWVlXJts
sha256: 00cafd7efb560c3253f8e94ff0b16f2c488d1849166f27c06f0dee7b98f07bcb
or github: https://github.com/BurstProject/burstcoin

Update required for all users by block 49200 (12/26 or 12/27)

If using an existing copy of the blockchain this will do a re-scan on first run.

This update adds the Automated Transaction (AT) system. This will allow users to write turing complete scripts which can be saved to the blockchain. Scripts will get their own account id and are able to send and receive coins, and will execute trustlessly.

This release should be compliant with the ciyam AT specs found here: http://ciyam.org/at/
Additional platform-specific api calls will be added later on.

Current fees for ATs are:
On creation 1 burst per memory page(256 bytes).
When ATs execute, normal opcodes cost 0.1, and api calls cost 1.
There is a maximum of 200 fee per AT execution.

ATs would not have have happened without the work of vbcs ( BURST-NUFU-7PX7-KHVM-7EMNC ) and CIYAM. Thanks

awesome update!!! i already download and use the old "burst_db" from 1.1.5, in few minutes everything was working perfect, ty and keep up the good job guys!!!

Since you know, Burst is the next generation in mining.

+1 agree, ppl will start to notice it soon ( i hope ), today the price grow up a little bit and i think this will continue on the next months.

1172  Economy / Speculation / Re: If it goes to $275, are you going to keep faith or just give up save the little. on: December 19, 2014, 11:42:36 AM
ofc i will buy some BTC is the price goes down like crazy, is obviously, also i think most of theguys into the BTC will do the same.

buy. start learning what BTC is and you understand the implications of that tech.  Smiley

exactly, thats why i say most of the ppl into the BTC world will buy if prices goes down, because they already understand it Wink

Most of the ppl beleive that the protocol will never died, on the contrary, "we" really beleive that this system will grow up  ( i think ), so the strategy is simply as always, buy with low prices, sell with hight prices Smiley

1174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [MCL] MiracleCoin | No ICO | Proof of Faucet distribution | Traders Coin on: December 18, 2014, 12:24:49 PM
Well coin still alive the problem is that the dev is not working on it " a lot ", about the wallet, dev should work on it a bit more, and i mean about the resources that it requires, i dont know why but the miracle coin wallet required much more resources than the rest of my wallets, dunno if you guys fell the same.

About exchanges seems like ppl stop trading, but you know, maybe this will change... maybe not... Tongue

It will be changed to good Wink

BTW about the wallet, do you have .conf. file in it ?
If yes, can you copy here all w/o the "addnode= "  want to check your, and if have something in it to tell you where is the problem (about the " much more resources") Wink

first at all, ty for your reply; well i add all this nodes to the conf file:

Quote
addnode=113.170.211.195
addnode=77.78.32.95
addnode=95.39.220.29
addnode=178.62.196.222
addnode=5.134.113.140
addnode=91.134.53.161
addnode=121.9.201.162
addnode=121.233.160.132
addnode=23.233.2.101
addnode=106.127.159.94
addnode=106.187.41.41
addnode=81.241.170.199
addnode=100.42.239.188
addnode=193.16.101.237
addnode=120.24.55.100
addnode=109.87.255.75
addnode=193.16.101.237
addnode=94.190.229.68
addnode=106.185.34.242
addnode=149.254.181.199
addnode=162.255.116.196
addnode=93.62.223.228
addnode=121.9.201.162
addnode=89.111.250.192
addnode=162.159.249.227

before add this config to the miraclecoin wallet my cpu usage fr teh process was arround "06"
after add those nodes to teh config file is "03", you know, this varies, but more or less thats the numbers.
1175  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Does torture work? on: December 17, 2014, 04:28:30 PM
Every time this topic comes up I like to think of the Batman quote;

Batman: I'm no executioner.

Ra's al Ghul: Your compassion is a weakness your enemies will not share.

Batman: That's why it's so important. It separates us from them.

Political activism hidden in Batman comics? Sounds like my cup of tea.

the question is, why i was thinking the same when i read this thread for the first time? LOL

If someone killed your family just because they did not believe in the same thing as you do.. Would you not want revenge?
Would you not want them to suffer?

The real problem is,¿why there should be someone who want to kill another one? this is the real problem of the humanity, there should not be ppl who fell the needed to do those things...

Torture is wrong.. No matter how you put it, I know that.

all type of  torture, psychological included, also for me some education on some country are near to a psychological torture, maybe this is the real problem? the education? and if this is teh real problem, who want to tell us whats the perfect education?
1176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is ripple going to the moon ? on: December 17, 2014, 04:11:26 PM
Maybe the centralized Ripple distribution company has not sent out a press release.

lol, good point Wink

btw, about ripple, low liquidity, lot of Pump and dump ( like all coins but... ), nah this coin made me fell like some groups just want to keep it up, i really dont see nothing much more better than "other coins" on ripple, so i dont knwo why is the #2.

1179  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anybody here uses Shift or Xapo debit card? on: December 17, 2014, 03:50:33 PM
About Xapo i think the fees are not so bad also there is no monthly fees or fees for swiping, so as you can see is a good chooise, btw you have the fee conversion 3% if im not wrong, but honestly, is not so bad compare to others.

Btw im reading that ppl are having some problems on his credits cards orders, i mean they delayed a lot, let hope nobody gets probems with it...
