I can see that few users had completed the given task successfully, but without choosing any winner, you have locked that thread. Also, I cannot find about any specific rule in that thread other than retweeting your tweet.

You are the manager of this campaign, so you have the right to take any decision about this campaign. BTW, personally, I feel that he shouldn't be eligible for the bonus since his tweet has not attracted the people, but had forced them to retweet his tweet just to earn few cents. So, it would be totally unfair for the participants who had really tried hard to attract people by making quality tweets. Thats just my opinion, anyway.
Did you pay anyone of them, in this thread, for retweeting your tweet before locking it? If not, you could be in trouble soon.

Added a new rule in the OP.

Lets assume that two weeks is equal to one period. If you make 1 post in one period, you can earn maximum 14 potential activity points. So, if you make 1 post in each period for 20 consecutive periods, you will earn 280 potential activity points and become a potential Sr. member.
You can lock this thread if you dont have any more questions to ask.
