Bitcoin is among the top 20 largest assets in the world and you are saying there's no demand? Cant agree on that anymore. Most likely they dont accept it as payment due to its volatile nature. Maybe they are just afraid of the dumps and loosing value dramatically once the buyer pays and prices fall instantly, conversion fees, etc. I find no other reason not to accept BTC. I dont think you are taking the loan for trading purpose. Coz If you got ltc, you can easily convert it to btc through your exchange where you trade. You dont need to ask for a loan for that.

He told me the same thing, now he needs another 100$ or he will delay the repayment for his previous loan taken from me. He showed me his screenshot yesterday about reaching 13.91% goal (diamond 4 progress), hence I took the risk and gave the loan.
However he denies to show a new screenshot today about the 0.02% left to reach the bonus.
I dont know if we should trust him again (until he repays what is due).

Using binance p2p here as well since many months and never got any problems with it.
However, you need to select valid ppl to be able to execute your trade properly and faster. There are some trolls too who keep their time limits to 120mins rather than the default 15min. And if you start a trade with them you gotta wait for 2hrs and they never pay you (their motive is to waste your time). So always select users with 15min max. delay set.

Hope you can return the previous loan taken in due time first. Dunno why but you were the first newbie I provided a loan to.
