I am 99% sure who BCNext is. With 99% certainty I know his name, his whereabouts - it is not US, France nor Russia (though he is ethnicity is Russian). He is still active and organizing one scams after another, even if he had put on hold his BCNext account a long time ago. Regardless his initial intentions - which was most likely honest - by now he is a law enforcement material, nothing more or less than a fraudster.

BCNext isn't JL777 either.  I believe JL777 is the Peercover guy.  I don't know if who I think BCNext was is ethnically Russian (I don't think he is), but who I think BCNext was hasn't been involved in any scams.

Your "leader" has and he has indicated that it was when I was involved with Nxt (which you would therefore have known if such a thing was true).

All that I can recall is that Nxt community was pissed off after you implemented AT on Qora. You were paid but returned the money, it's not worth to be called a scam IMO, especially taking into account that JLP didn't help you with the integration into the core. I don't know about other cases. Maybe ask David for the details?

I gave him one bitcoin directly for him to implement AT on NXT, and I was never refunded.

As the title says.  It would be really appreciated.  Thanks.

it is brand new, it took eth almost 1 year to come up with anything and everything is still shit.
so, after the lisk mainnet launched it's clearly eth is unscalable and open up new horizon on how people thinking about crypto. the eth crap team rush out to creating some new network in hope it would blind more people and something of credible; https://github.com/raiden-network
this $1billion worth of crap is run and code by some middle school class who have no idea how this crypto work.
we all have idea but don't mean everything is going to work, just like this butterin guy have idea but don't mean if it work or how it work.

1188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves Exchange Speculation Thread - Raised over 29,000 BTC on: June 02, 2016, 03:30:19 AM
The original NXT will be reborn.

NXT 2.0 has no funding, a rubbish team, a name which is claimed by several other companies, less features and the first version won't even be complete till the last Q of 2017. I couldn't think of a worst thing to get into right now.

No argument from me.  NXT 2.0 is a joke.  The original NXT as BCNext intended will be reborn out of the original genesis block and retake its rightful place.
1189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves Exchange Speculation Thread - Raised over 29,000 BTC on: June 02, 2016, 03:15:29 AM
If you take a look at something has revoluntionary as BitShares, you will see that despite the tech, it failed massively on the user experience. I don't need Waves to do a 100 things okay, I need it to do a few things better than anyone else with a mainstream interface in mind.

Good point and Sasha mentioned excactly that, the biggest apps/platforms are focussed just on one feature, also majority of crypto projects are more tech oriented where they lack the business mindset which Sasha does have and pursuites.

Good points; thanks to you both. Smiley I didn't know what it was that killed Bitshares. Funny how its long-term price chart is a lot like Nxt's, another formerly hot alt that's slowly sinking. Undecided

Waves will go to ZERO.  Bitshares was designed as a money trap for the naive.  The original NXT will be reborn.
1190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LISK Network Unreliable on: June 02, 2016, 03:08:33 AM
I was tricked. I expected a coin with basic features working smoothly

there were rockets and lamborghinis posted all over advertising this.

I was expecting Caviar but I got a McDonalds hamburger. You see why I'm allowed to feel upset.

thanks for your valuable explanations though.

You wasn't tricked. You were not investing. You made a  gift  to Max (according to his own words) and got Lisk in return.  Cheesy

Many were tricked and bought the hype, who do you think were selling at the first minutes of Lisk launch for 0.028 BTC/Lisk when the majority were unable to access their Lisk webwallets ?
A blockchain unable to sustain the small volume of its current userbase, how will it do if more people join in ? no Windows, Mac, Android, iOS wallet clients ? a 101 delegate nodes and the developpers say to not trust any non official nodes, then why make delegate nodes from the beginning ?

You have been buying the hype
but you haven't been buying into a decent crypto system.
There were lots of intelligible postings which were
warning against squandering money for a hyped up vapor product.

But lots of folks were buying into those nice Lambo pics.
Instead of looking under the hood of a system with
2 "developers" and a founder who had abandoned 2 projects before.
This is a learning by doing experience.

You are allowed making mistakes
but you shouldn't repeat the same mistake in the future.
Else you might deserve your future losses...

I've tried to tell 'em... If I've said it once, I've said it A THOUSAND TIMES!

LISK IS BAD NEWS!

Why bother creating a working client or blockchain when all that matters is poloniex?
1192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMP - The Currency That Powers Your Attention On Synereo on: June 01, 2016, 06:56:00 AM
@decentralizedeconomics
don't worry I saw his post just minutes after he made it Wink  and actually your previous post had already made me jump back in a bit as the doubt arose. so thank you. although i had to get in a bit higher.. can't complain.

Stay cool my babies.

Imo, right now AMPs are a steal.  3 1/2 cents is highway robbery.  I remember buying AMPs back when they were ~600 sats on Bittrex.  That was a real bargain.  Remember, Synereo is facing off against corporatized social media who has BIG MONEY behind them.  These entities cannot compete against a decentralized social network offensively, because it is impossible for them to turn their monetization model around without destroying their company.  However, they can put up a defensive fight in an attempt to retain userbase with their capital.  Synereo, both the company and the social network, will require a lot of capital to attract new users to the network.  Synereo LTD, the company, is more dependant on this than the decentralized social network, because, without a userbase to monetize, they will not survive.  Synereo, the decentralized social network, and AMPs will remain regardless of initial adoption.  This means that they cannot afford to sell AMPs cheaply, because doing so would be fatal.  If I was running Synereo, I'd list AMPs for as much as I think the market would bear.  The market thought 1000 Eths per BTC was reasonable.  I think 1000 AMPs per BTC is equally reasonable.  Seeing that Eth is now at $14, most people would jump at the chance to take that offer today.
1193  Economy / Reputation / Re: CIYAM calls for an end to the bulls__t! on: June 01, 2016, 05:51:11 AM
The original intent was for NXT to have many different, disjointed developers creating their own clients.  This failed to materialize, I believe, because everyone relied on the "official devs".  All these "improvements" to the client and "official" organizations resulted in a catastrophe for NXT as an ideological platform and the market price.  NXT had its greatest success early on before these "official" organizations could materialize.  After they came to be, they resulted in NXT's slow and steady destruction.  NXT today isn't at all what BCNext intended.  If the NXT network was rebooted from the genesis block, the original 73 individuals could resell or hold their NXT.  The NXT would be extremely cheap like it was back in 2013, 1 million NXT for 1 BTC.  Those who believed in the original premise could very easily get in and those who didn't could get out.  The only thing I would like to see added to the original NXT program is support for I2P.

Why don't you just restart the damn thing then? Use the original 73 individuals or get together with 72 new ones. Can't really be that hard.

No need for discussion, just do it.

Or was there an issue with the original client not being open source and you can't use it?

Maybe I will.

Last block 33 mins ago?

Yes, seem there is a another stuck.

I sent from an official node at least 30-40 minutes ago. 0 confirmations.

Please, this is not funny.

Come on. Those are the core basics. Sending, receiving, confirming. If that doesn't work how can you think about Blockchain applications?

this is just plan dumb fud post
you should never rely solely on the explorer. it is one node like any other. it can give incorrect data while the rest of network is fine.
For example the explorer is being rebuilt/syncing at the moment, that's why it's a little bit behind.

basically explorer is just one wallet.

Dude. My transaction took 1 hour to confirm. This is a PoS coin. What is this?

Also. I'm not even mentioning the block explorer. For 14000 BTC in ICO money I not only expect a PERFECT block explorer but free beer and corn nuts actually. So don't bring that one up. It's not an argument.

dude it's working fine all along
your dumb post all pointing to block explorer problem which is just one wallet and not the whole network as you being confused.

It is NOT working fine. Not discussing the "merits" of this coin but the network and wallet software is a hot steaming mess. Just spend a few hours in the Poloniex trollbox and see for yourself.

It's working fine right now. Forging Lisk every few minutes.

Thanks for posting.  Always refer back to the blockchain explorer.  Sometimes newbies just tend to believe whatever negative that has been said on these boards.

Don't believe them.  Lisk is BAD NEWS.
1195  Economy / Reputation / Re: CIYAM calls for an end to the bulls__t! on: June 01, 2016, 05:29:49 AM
CIYAM is a good man. [...]

I had to stop here. Do your due diligence first, select your allies afterwards.

This is true.  CIYAM collected money to implement AT on NXT and then implemented it on Qora instead.  That isn't honest or fair behavior.  Besides that, he defends the Chinese communists.

@DecentralizeEconomics
I understand you are trying to do the the right thing with NXT and you aren't happy with the directional changes of NXT, which takes the originally decent idea into a scam rout. The issue is, individuals with whom you have no problem like CfB and BCNext are very much part of the problem. BCNext's intention was OK with NXT. Originally the man wanted to create an alternative to BTC. Fine, it does make sense to progress and innovate. However, he turned into a lowlife scammer very quickly. Now BCNext is very much supporting the WAVES scam. BCNext is not as innocent as many would like to believe nor he is so mysterious. He is a lowlife Russian scammer.

I know you think CfB was BCNext, but I don't believe it.  For one, BCNext was vehemently opposed to the Larimers' Bitshares scam and wrote numerous posts exposing it for the scam that it is.  CfB on the other hand defended them and wanted cooperation between the NXT and Bitshares communities.  Imo, there can be no cooperation with liars, cheaters, and thieves or those opposed to the original ideological movement.  BCNext isn't "supporting the WAVES scam".  BCNext hasn't posted since 2013.  If you read the original NXT thread started by BCNext, it gives the impression to me that BCNext was located in the United States, but this is just my supposition.  CfB seems like an "ok" guy except for the fact that I think he backstabbed those opposing the Larimers' scam, the original hardline NXTers, and his association with David Sonstebo.  If CfB thinks he can produce ternary processors, sell them at a profit, and create a cryptocurrency network on top of it that is one thing, but having David as the CEO trying to convince the naive that IOTA will take over the world and be able to compete with the likes of Intel and IBM is another.  David is extremely abrasive and an international communist.  These aren't good traits for a businessman to possess.  I'm all for small business, but IOTA doesn't stand a chance competing with these major hardware / software companies.  David is running IOTA into the ground anyway, and I'm sure nothing good will come out of it.  I think it was a big mistake on CfBs part to leave NXT to chase after this IOTA pipedream.

Imo, NXT needs to be relaunched back from the original genesis block and start fresh.

You seem to have access to the best weed on the forum, may I have some?

If you find a dev to support your plan I'm sure you'll have 73 eager supporters, but that's all

In before NXT 3.0 Instamine and NXT Classic ICO....   Tongue

The NXT "Classic" genesis block was formed in November 2013.  NXT needs to be rebooted from this block with the original GUI client before all the superfluous additions were added.  If someone wants to create their own client, they should be able to do so, but the original client should always remain compatible with other clients.  There could be a voting mechanism to implement network-wide changes which would affect client compatibility.  There should be absolutely no official developers, foundations, committees, or marketing teams.  These are the people who centralized NXT.  Anyone attempting to collect money for any such endeavour should be shunned. The only thing I would like to see added to the original NXT program is I2P integration.
1196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMP - The Currency That Powers Your Attention On Synereo on: May 31, 2016, 06:40:10 AM
in the meanwhile I had to get out of AMP. simply not worth keeping with a crowdsale looming. I'll surely buy into the next crowdsale but only if it will be the last one.

Ok, first, the most obvious: Of course I'm speaking here after having been briefed by the CEO and other relevant Synereo people.

The rest is your own opinion and speculation.  There's nothing wrong with that, but it does not make a good argument.

"Decentralized Economics" pretty much hit the nail on the head: the price will be higher than the market, if the market is "broken" (has any missing requirements).  No one is really selling, they are putting small offers up (limited to cover transaction fee) trying to keep the price down.

The model that can be made from your assumptions fails for this reason:

No one who wants to invest, say $10,000, is going to buy AMPs in penny increments.  Even if they did, there are transaction fees, and the price would start to go up with every purchase, and it would soon be higher than the fixed rate anyway!

Let's say AMPs are at $.10 each - that's 100,000 AMPs.  The cheap prices you see on the trader's market are for 40 AMPs, 120 AMPs, etc.  You'd have to make 1000s of those purchases.

On the other hand, if Synereo sells AMPs at $.10, how long do you think it would be before places like Poloniex would move to that price?  I'd say about 24 hrs.

The reasons people will hold AMPs are the same: belief in the long term prospects of the final product.  The Beta phase is a waiting game, and the people who are in during that part are looking at probably 2-3 years before the maximum potential is reached.  Of course, projects like this can fail too, so we are doing everything we can to make sure that does not happen.

Smiley

Or is it envy that is coming from others that is why they want to take it down.

No, it's just the ones that have seen these scammers in action before stating the obvious.
1199  Economy / Reputation / Re: CIYAM calls for an end to the bulls__t! on: May 31, 2016, 05:27:04 AM
Interesting development on NXT's mysterious creator.  Well not really, all signs point to come-from-beyond as far as BCNext's real identity is concerned.  But still interesting nevertheless.

NXT seems to be becoming dead day by day.  Is this why there's a faction in the NXT community that founded Waves?  Waves ICO is over 9M USD at today's BTC price...

Also, isn't Matthew N. Wright already known for some scams he did years ago?

I don't think CfB is really BCNext.  BCNext stated that anyone claiming that they were him were imposters.  NXT is plagued by a bunch of money grubbing individuals known as the NXT Foundation / NXT committees / NXT marketing team.  They attempt to convince the naive that NXT will be adopted by corporations / banks and go "mainstream".  This will never happen and isn't what NXT was ever intended for.  NXT was supposed to be a decentralized, grassroots movement to empower the individual.  NXT development took a major turn for the worse when these parasites got involved and started clamouring for money.  First they stole 9M unclaimed NXT, and now they beg for donations to fund a delusional goal.  NXT needs to rid itself of these leeches and return to its roots.  Unfortunately, the lead dev, Jean-Luc, has sided with these buffoons and is splitting the currency into two distinct parts: a forging token and a currency.  Imo, this destroys the original intent of NXT.  Imo, NXT needs to be relaunched back from the original genesis block and start fresh.
1200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is with all these Lisktards? on: May 31, 2016, 05:11:20 AM
If any of this ico shit was a sound investment, why didn't any of the R3 consortium buy it out? 150 million for a world changing technology seems like a pitance, no? Ask yourself: why have no institutional investors brought out or made majority purchases in any of these technologies? They have paid analyst. Maybe they don't pay them enough.

 Wink perspective.

Well actually, there was a pretty large VC investor who took part in the Synereo AMPs crowdsale, and Synereo Ltd is now attending an accelerator program that this VC and two other VCs are hosting for them.  Obviously, some of these crypto technologies are much better than others, and the decent ones draw the right attention.  You just have to know the ones which are the worthy projects with actual potential.
