121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it right time to buy Altcoin ? on: November 27, 2020, 02:56:47 PM
BTC made correction so , is it right time to buy altcoin Huh Huh
Yes it seems good to buy the dip this time around as the chances of recovery and continuation of bull trend are high.
Also we have a positive sentiment in the market after a long time and when this happens the market remains occupied by bulls so im sure it will turn out well this way.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Undervalued Project that will suprised us in the Long Run on: November 27, 2020, 01:12:48 PM
Swipe and their sxp tokens are good assets to hold as they have proper licensing to operate and also backed by binance, the only thing i do not like is that their card and banking services are only available in limited places but i would love to see global level service that will really help with adoption.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Libra finally launching? on: November 27, 2020, 12:03:46 PM
https://cointelegraph.com/news/facebook-s-libra-to-reportedly-launch-in-january-2021-as-usd-stablecoin

"Following more than a year of scrutiny from global financial regulators, Libra will launch in a form of a United States dollar-backed digital currency, the Financial Times reported on Nov. 27"
So finally it is launching as centralized and controlled usd backed official coin, it was always expected that govt will take over the project and that is why there was so much buzz around it now my excitement for libra as global decentralized coin is over.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Ethereum dropped 15% in only 1 hour on: November 26, 2020, 08:55:11 PM
Ethereum got hit by a massive flash crash today, dropping almost 15% in an hour. We caught the dump during the live stream and analyze the reasons leading to the dump.
It was nothing less than a jaw dropping cradh personally i was not ecpecting such a quick crash but when i checked with some more experienced friends they told me that correction was due and its good it didnt took long and now market will bounce and recover soon with bulls back in action.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What about IEO in altcoin season? on: November 25, 2020, 09:22:49 PM
This just came to my mind today as ive never think about it before, since bullrun happened in 2017 and ICO became popular and successful in that year too aren't you guy curious how IEO projects would have performed if bullrun was ongoing?  IEO became popular after bull market of 2017 right? The reason why ICO was so profitable in 2017 was because of the altcoin season don't you think? What about IEO in altcoin season? We are yet to see this

There are not many IEOs going on but as we are into defi trend most projects have converted themselves into defis and they are now raising funds on decentralized platforms that has reduced the need for IEOs significantly although i want to see more good IEOs so lets see how the market goes.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing my $2000 to altcoins instead of Bitcoin on: November 25, 2020, 08:51:14 PM
Guys, if you have $2k today, where do you put it? Which altcoins? Seems altcoins already rallied high and i dont want to be caught at the high.
If i had 2000 to invest today i would have simply invested in ethereum because if you see the charts of btc and eth. Ethereum is falling the exact same path of btc with a little delay this just shows that ethereum is due a big leg up from here plus the eth 2.0 mainnet can act as ideal stimulus to take eth to atleast 1000 mark.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will social mining replace bounties? on: November 25, 2020, 08:09:49 PM
Definitely worthy platform and it may increase in popularity next year but bounty campaigns are a lot more then just social media marketing as they involve articles, videos, translations, signatures and other customised tasks and campaigns as well so i do not think that bounties are going anywhere.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: These 2 Altcoins are beating every major cryptocurrency in week on: November 24, 2020, 07:13:12 PM
1. XRP
At this time - XRP/USD trade on 0.62$, having reached 0.9$ before sudden crash 30%.
Nevertheless: the tokens still remains far from its peak of over 3$, or roughly 80% from its all-time high.

2. ADA
Another best success story of this week ADA topped 50% weekly gained and ADA now trading almost at 0.16$ some crypto experts asking they will cross all time high 1$+ or 1.7$ in few days (weeks).

Now this is my analysis about 2 top coins.

Guys Share your thoughts or knowledge.

I still think that ADA is the underdog and it will be one of the highest gainer in next bull run and the peak is expected to be very high something around 5 to 7 per ada in my opinion because of a lot of events coming and stimulus from bull run.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As the markets remains bullish; Do the right things on: November 24, 2020, 05:31:46 PM
Trading involves You, Your capital and the crypto currency market.
And literally, i have this believe that as a trader; you do not have any power over the outcome of a trade; you can only analyse and predict a core price movement.

This is why you must always do the right things; by letting the market play out; if you allow the market play out, if it ends in losses or profits; you will be comforted and easily pick your lessons especially if you do the right thing.

Always do your own research.
Yes, strategy is always a basic thing if you are an active trader but i think crypto market is a little bit different especially when it is on a longterm bull ride then it is better to hodl for several months than to trade actively.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP price Hit $0.9, suddenly goes down in second on: November 24, 2020, 02:29:39 PM
Great time to hold xrp now as most of the holders and supporters were dissappinted and discouraged due to long time of downtrend and range trading. Now it looks like the momentum will stay and ripple can go on to hit previous highs which would be massive achievement.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Half bread is better than none on: November 21, 2020, 07:30:47 PM
Altcoins are really scary, if you can do some research you will see many good altcoins that had very good start and value in 2018 and are still alive today but we never heard anything good from them anymore for some reasons, they are now like ghosts, honestly altcoin investment is more scary, this is why its better to always take profit, most especially from new altcoins, Profit is Profit, either big or small.
Taking profit is always good, i have seen projects that peaked right after launch to multifold gains and then settled back around ico prices and even after many years they are still around that range. If someone trades crypto against fiat or stablecoin pairs then taking regular profits is something that is needed to stay profitable and liquid.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will the current Bull run stop on: November 21, 2020, 06:41:21 PM
Hey, i think another round of newbies getting entangled and trap in the current bull run is about to happen. we watch bitcoin move very fast from 15,000k to 17,000k within days . Not just the normal gradually process but as fast as we never espect.it looks exactly the same way it happened in 2017. many got trapped and they regrets the move. the ground is set and i am certain it will happen again.
Everything Mooning like someone is sitting somewhere pushing the gas. experience traders are riding the bull and making money, influencers are pushing those that care to listen while the Newbies are screening. GO BITCOIN, GO BITCOIN.
Just be careful and Never forget to use the stop lost(its like a seatbelt) because we will definitely meet the bears on our way up some day. But that day is not soon so lets enjoy the bull together.
The momentum, the demand and the volume in the market is real and something that was waited for months and months. I think that this bull run is poised to be massive and perhaps the biggest ever bull run. Personally im expecting the crypto market to grow over 3 trillion dollars market cap at the height or peak of the bull run.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How about day trading Eth? on: November 20, 2020, 06:24:22 PM
I just tried day trading in eth and the price fluctuations which happens continuously is something where we can make profit in daily basis, guys from today morning to evening I could have earned nearly 15 to 20$. Buying low and selling in a reasonable profit, again when it comes to my price I use to buy and sell for a reasonable margin this will work only if there's continuously fluctuation, just have a try and make daily profit.
Day trading eth can be exciting and profitable but seeing the bullish trend which is just getting started and getting clearer everyday now i would prefer to hold for now and would try to take profit near the peak which could be a wait of few months only depending upon the strength of bulls.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why can't the current Ethereum price keep up with the Bitcoin price? on: November 20, 2020, 03:49:56 PM
We all know that the price of Ethereum will grow when bitcoin is growing, everyone knows what happened in 2017. When bitcoin hit the price of $17k - $18k then the ethereum price was already over $1k - $1.2k, but now when bitcoin price is $17k but the ethereum price is very difficult to break the $500 price, shouldn't ethereum current price should is $1k

Actually what happened to ethereum?
If you checkout the market today you will see that ethereum price has broken 500 resistance which was very important for future price direction of eth, with this break we can expect eth to finally gain momentum that is important for longterm bulls.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum going to Die? on: November 20, 2020, 09:14:10 AM
I am a long term supporter  of Ethereum and  know that it is the most trusted network to create smart contracts but the kind of Huge fees for withdrawal and swapping of tokens, we have to nowadays due to slow network or congestion , is going to make it unpopular coin in coming months and other networks like, Binance, EOS, Polka Dot may take its place . The issue with Ethereum is that its developers are trying to scale running Blockchain which is like repairing a car while driving.
Ethereum is just gearing up to start its biggest ever bull run ever which would be pushed by strong fundamentals in shape of revolutionary eth 2.0 launch that will solve all scalability issues as you have pointed out in your post as well so keep holding you will surely not regret in coming months.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Portfolio before and after the pandemic on: November 18, 2020, 08:55:47 PM
The pandemic has brought so many of us uncertainties and panic because so many companies are closing and workers are losing their job it causes a big instability in our financial status.

What is the status of your portfolio before and after the pandemic is it good or is it bad have loss a lot or have you gain more coins during this pandemic?
The portfolio has obviously mooned especially for longterm holders like me especially due to good performance by the top coins including bitcoon and ethereum. So i am still holding because bulls are just getting started and i see much more upside potential from here on.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you fear the president of your country, one day, making Crypto illegal ? on: November 18, 2020, 07:44:38 PM

What if, for example - like after that twitter hack - the President wakes up (in a bad mood) and decides with an executive order to make all crypto illegal in the USA?

Of course this probably will never happen in today's world, as the there is big money is invested into crypto currencies; but do you ever think that it is even remotely possible...

Or the next elected president is so "old school" and decides that crypto needs to go?

I don't mean only America, what about in your country; do think that a future ban on crypto currencies is ever possible in your country?
I am quite sure it is time for the opposite to happen, your concern is already outdated my friend because in many countries the governments or the central banks announced that cryptos are illegal a few years back but now they are coming up with crypto rules and making them legal and encouraging the use of digital methods including crypto.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After Kucoin Hackers on OUSD... on: November 18, 2020, 06:04:00 PM
This is really bad as investors were following and investing with origin protocol's team with confidence especially their new yield generating ousd.
From the news it seems like someone had access to their vault who drained it so my opinion is it is either someone from the team or an employee that can do this because it is very hard almost impossible for someone else to decode the vault.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Will you Invest in Ethereum ICO if it is just Starting ? on: November 17, 2020, 06:43:37 PM
In my studies, I've come to understand that ICO and IPO are very similar, as they are fundraising strategies for startups.

Here are the areas of differences.

1. ICO are mostly for crypto and Blockchain backed new startups, who need funds to build their businesses, while IPO are for companies that have track performance, that want to raise funds  to scale operations.

2. ICO is like crowd funding, which has less regulation, but IPO are heavily regulated.

Here is what I want us to discuss.

Since ICO investment is very risky as it depends the new startup whitepaper and the token, how did we know Ethereum would become successful through it ICO?

If Ethereum is to start afresh and do an ICO, why will you invest?
If Ethereum come up with an Initial Public Offering IPO after passing heavy rules and regulations from government institutions and regulators I think that can boost trust and build the project as a brand with real world mass adoption and global acceptance. So it can be big event but personally i think it is not really required at the moment as there are other important developments that should be the priority.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will central banks create their own digital currencies? on: November 17, 2020, 05:10:00 PM

Hey everybody,

In the past 11 years since the birth of Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies have gained immense momentum and popularity as they are
decentralized and are rather free from regulation.

As central banks are unable to control the influence and growth of cryptocurrencies, the latest buzz revolves around them wanting
to create their own digital currencies or cryptocurrencies. While some governments are contemplating about it,
others have gone ahead to start working on it.

You can read the full article in our blog: Will central banks create their own digital currencies?

What are your thoughts about the central banks’ digital currencies?

Regards,
Karl
Bitcasino.io

Im against the idea of creating more and more stablecoins because even if the banks want to use the coins for international payments, fast transfers or salaries etc they can use the already available stablecoins in the market and no need for more private stablecoins.
