121  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive AMT 1.25TH Setup [HD] on: October 24, 2014, 06:47:00 PM
Hello, another disappointed/angry AMT "customer." I use the term customer loosely as it's more they took my money sat on it for about 7 months and sent me a miner worth about $300 bucks. I'm a bit of a stickler for customer service as I have a management background in it, but even by most peoples standards they would fail with flying colors. I've never worked with such a rude company when it comes to fixing a problem they've caused. Beyond the rudeness, which honestly I can get over, they never fixed any of the issue. They were responsive on the phone and through e-mail in the beginning, probably until they took enough orders by their standards at which point communication stopped cold. Their phone number switched to a voice mail black hole that no message could escape from to reach their ears.

Josh had told me in a skype chat they were working with inno directly after the bitmine route burned them in the ass. Josh initiated this chat under the belief I was a crypto-security expert programmer, just that guy and I shared the same name.  My belief was he was looking to get me to do some work for him finding a away to stop his poor reputation from growing. But he never outlined what he would have wanted me to do. He did proposition opeium2 in regards to hacking bitcointalk to remove negative inf. It seems Josh has never heard the story about the effectiveness fly hunting using honey as a bait. My guess is he still manages to catch plenty of files though as he is a shitbag. He also detailed to me how in the future he plans to burn Phinneous Gage/Gelb/Bruno's house down after the heat dies down because he would be an obvious suspect.

My miner came with the dusty ass fans, no written guidance what so ever, missing the cabling that was promised and completely lacking a PSU. I've still never received a psu. I used PSU I had on hand from when he tried to send me one of the IMET produced miners they built. Unfortunately that one was running so hot the fucking heat sinks were falling off.

Oh yeah before I forget you probably shouldn't buy from AMT.

OK so does any one know if he owns any property cars ect ?

Lets go after what we can get out money back ?

We can place liens and go after everything if the lawyers are going to take for ever I will file a a small claims or our own class action lawsuit .

Or each of us does a class action lawsuit and go against his properties ect

cant seem to find anything owned in Philly by this guy

btw if you see this fag in person what would you guys do ?

I'd politely shake his hand and let him know I'd see him in court where the real ass fucking will take place.

I'm not a thug, just want as much of my money back as I can get. Also I want to see his life ruined, but I can't do that without further harming myself so I do it by proxy via the law.

I think it becoming more and more obvious that ADHD is just the beginning of his mental issues.

Not that is shame in having mental issues, I suffer from depression and PTSD from my deployment, but obviously he does not have his under control, even if it is just ADHD.

There is a document from the court about confidentiality situated around release of information about customer names and lists. I'll post it latter so we can talk a look and see if Josh is violating that. And if so it would be in the best interest of everyone involved if we were to contact the judge.

Ah I see what happened there. The contact us at the top leads to a different page as the contact link in the menu, because that makes a lot of sense.

Remember Opie, isn't josh posting those things it his medium sized staff. And more to the point it doesn't matter because his medium size staff say it was never legally stated that Josh Zipkin was even CEO. That claim was despite court documents filed calming he was President, CEO, and Sole Shareholder of AMT. Make you wonder what Jim Brown was working for.... maybe imaginary dinners.

How much do you want to bet this whole thing unravels for him when he goes to court and we quickly find out there is no Jim Brown. It would certainly explain why Jim Brown didn't show up and sign for the certified mail with return receipt that contained my refund request. It's ok though I managed to e-mail one to them at the address that they would often respond to me from, showing they were being selective about what e-mail that responded too.

Some how it doesn't surprise me.
129  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official AMT Thread round 3: Future Plans. on: October 22, 2014, 07:11:43 AM
It seems zipkin didn't look into getting any insurance on the company. Would have saved him a hassle and some money https://www.geico.com/getaquote/business/professional-liability-insurance/

WHY does Tony Serrata keep posting negative things about us on a daily basis?

Because you ripped him off.

Remember Josh thinks he did good for us. He thought that delivering miners that weren't up to spec (twice) makes us whole. Of course it doesn't and just proves he is unable to produce.

My guess is when the judge for the class action looks at the evidence he'll see how shady the company is. As long as the jury is reasonable, and I'm sure they should be as no one like to be stolen from, then I expect a conviction.

"The prosecution and the plaintiff must provide evidence in order to arrive at a conviction in criminal and civil proceedings. In criminal cases the level of guilt must reach beyond a reasonable doubt, which is at least 98 percent certainty of guilt. In a civil suit, however, the level of certainty of guilt must only reach just beyond 50 percent to achieve a conviction."

the burden of proof if far lower than in a criminal trial.

He knows his ass is in the fire and he's just scrambling to get out. My guess is he'll point it to the judge and go see I keep telling them I'll give them a refund. Of course no one is going to fall for it since he offers no outline. Remember he's been publicly saying he was going to give refunds for some time. However when we've properly requested refunds he's ignored us or lied to us.

I like he likes the punishment because he keeps coming back for more and each time he comes back it's with a brand new story where he tries to revise the truth. The skype chats are real and easily verifiable especially if someone where to request them from Microsoft. Sadly Josh Zipkin AMT CEO has no scruples and as such has continued to try to get more money when he can't even take care of his current customers.

This coingi.com came up with a Facebook account on august 27th but hasn't posted much. I say we just keep an eye on them and see what happens.
132  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Introducing Coingi – one of the world´s most sophisticated exchange on: October 22, 2014, 04:21:51 AM
Also on AMTs website now when you go to contact us there is just a page with lorem ipsum that doesn't list any contact info for them.

Not sure I see the link clear enough yet. Keep digging Phin.

Phoenix eh? Well that's my neck of the woods. Perhaps I can put a call in and see what info I can dig up.
135  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official AMT Thread round 3: Future Plans. on: October 21, 2014, 06:47:33 PM
Josh and his people tell so many lies they can't keep them straight. Perhaps we should alert the judge that he was lying in his sworn declaration. That or he's lying now. Either way you shouldn't be making false statements to customers.

It's funny because I recall josh saying he beat the class action months ago. Looks like it's just another AMT lie.

Besides he didn't even deliver my miner in a functioning manner. It had no PSU and one board has already stopped working. They've not answered my e-mails about getting a PSU (that I paid for) or the warranty since the board is covered under their terms of sale.

This is just a last ditch effort to save face. Sadly for them it's not working. He's claimed they were still selling for months after April now he says they weren't how can you believe anything this company types?
136  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official AMT Thread round 3: Future Plans. on: October 21, 2014, 05:47:12 PM
Saying a client's name on a forum once or twice while he says the names of our employees hundreds of time does not violate customer rights. <snip>
Actually yes it does.
You as CEO of AMT and you employees names are part of Public Record. While business have a lot of freedom in their actions releasing customer information is NOT part of that. They are also expressly forbidden doing that under threat of very specific legal rules and penalties. I don't care if Opeium2 claims to have pictures of you tap dancing midtown in a tutu. As a business and business owner all you are allowed to do is refute the claims with TRUTHFUL evidence to the contrary.

Actually, it never has stated anywhere legally that Josh is the CEO btw. But yes you are correct about common business practices.

Wow so you lied to the court?

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_er85osA9tfN2JnM0hUSlVMT1U/view?usp=sharing

Josh's declaration to the court. Signed by Joshua Zipkin AMT President and CEO.

Court documents are public record and definitely legal documents.

i wanna sell there crap 1.2 miner and the kit shit with 2 boards both of them together is about 1.5 ths name me a price and i'll sell it lmk .. its just too noisy to have in my place n creates too much heat ..

Not to insult you but I'll offer you $200 -firm I can't even guarantee they are worth that much as they are prone to quit working.
138  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AMT users thread. on: October 16, 2014, 05:23:48 AM
Another thing, you ever notice how AMT kept saying some of us jumped the line to get the miners?

I think it's funny that they say that as if we had any control over shipping. They tried to send our miners out first to quiet and to point to it when we followed up with complaints we lodged about not receiving refunds, as if because they had now sent it some how retroactively nulls our legal request.
139  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AMT users thread. on: October 16, 2014, 03:58:01 AM
^^ I'd guess that they paid for their sponsorship earlier in the year like they did the Las Vegas show.
Wonder if they will show up?

And on the BITMAIN s4's - In BITMAIN's response to the matter, aside from their perfect handling of the PSU issue, ya gotta love their answer to concerns on any possible fire: "at high temperatures may result in some smoke from the PCB and thermal pad, it will not start a fire. All internal components of the PSU meet the requirements of the UL94-V0 flame retardancy standard, which certifies that any ignition will self-extinguish within a maximum of 10 seconds."

Very safe bet that AMT cannot make any such assurances.

That is because AMT's PCBs are filled with gun powder and children's tears.

I'm really kicking my self in not going with Bitmain.

I think everyone should probably just file individual lawsuits against zipkin. He likely won't show up. he didn't even show up to an event he already paid for. We know he likes to waste money.

if nothing a sting of judgments against him will look terrible, then we can all go in together in hiring a firm to recover our debt from him. it might saves us some money in the end that way.
140  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: AMT fucks us over again on: October 13, 2014, 11:04:35 AM
I wonder where Illionoi is located. Somewhere in Bulgaria probably.

The problem isn't that he's Jewish, or of Bulgarian heritage, or even a member of the free masons. The problem is that he thinks those things even matter to us. The problem is he can't admit that he constantly lies and blames his problems on the customer and his not his inabilities to manage a business.

He makes promises he doesn't intend to keep and that he knows are contrary to reality.

This is why we have an issue, and this is why we aren't going to let him continue to bilk unsuspecting people looking to get into the Bitcoin space.
