121  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐳 @Whale - Whale.io 🐳 💰 Daily Cashbacks 💰 #SometimesLoseAlwaysWin on: April 08, 2024, 04:22:58 PM
Telegram casinos for me would find it hard to catch high rollers. Most of the time, they can only get small time players who are always on the go. Meaning, those who are traveling and want to pass their time or people who have idle time in between their activities.

The presence of the OP may not be too important if they just want to introduce their casino. However, if they want to get loyal patrons from this forum, given that they are a telegram casino, they need to be aggressive with their marketing. Not many gamblers here are fans of a telegram-type casino because we know their limitations as well as what they are known for.

I expect the opposite, Most of the whales hangout on telegram since it’s the most popular social media app to connect with crypto investments and other discussions. Whales spend more time on telegram as way of socializing with other crypto user that’s why there are some companies including this casino that focus on telegram since they knew the potential of getting players on this space.

Besides, this telegram casino is just using telegram to login while they offer same casino experience like other popular casino. The era of old casino in telegram using bots is already not popular anymore.
122  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Gambling popularity sa social media on: April 08, 2024, 04:18:20 PM

123  Local / Pamilihan / Gambling popularity sa social media on: April 08, 2024, 03:20:58 PM

124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online casino gambling is more of profit chasers while land base is more of fun on: April 08, 2024, 03:16:57 PM
What is your opinion towards my research that online casino gambling has more of possesed players who stakes to make profits while the land base gambling is more of players who stakes for funs?

I won’t argue on this matter. Online casino is full of players that is interested on making profit rather than having fun since most of the casino games online can be played free on appstore and playstore while games on land based are pure physical gambling that gives a better satisfaction in terms of entertainment purposes.

So those people that play in land based usually enjoy the gambling due to the physical games which you can enjoy without thinking too much about the profit. Online casino offers a lot of bonuses that attracts player to play due to profit instead of having fun. Watching streamers that gambling confirms this because all of them is just showing the desire to chase profit than to enjoy the game due to the frustration and greedy bets.
125  Economy / Gambling / Re: Professional Crypto Gambling Advice on: April 08, 2024, 02:48:27 PM
Its most likely due to my history of inviting people to crypto casinos, feeling some kind of remorse. I dont want any money, I earn enough from gamblers on a daily basis.
I just want to give my advice and I know it sounds controversial and you have all the right to be questionable about it.
If your intention is genuine about giving advise, why not do it here instead of redirecting user here to telegram channel? You can answer all the questions and give an advise publicly if you are confident enough that your method will work.

You receive negative feedback because you are trying to give an advise in private which we don’t know if you will send a legit advise or a scam attempt. Just make this thread as place to give an advise if you are serious to your intention.
126  Economy / Gambling / Re: House Edge on: April 07, 2024, 05:27:31 PM
If you calculate your mathematics very well then you can win the 2x in the BCH.Games. But mainly that should be permitted by the owners of the house and not the gambler. Yes you need to roll the required number t win the game. And if only you have the luck. Now they have you the percentage so it is for you now to roll in to the required %. And one thing you have to know that house edge game is purely mathematical. So you have to plan and calculate well before rolling.

This is wrong, we are only talking about house edge of 1% difference so it’s not an easy x2 difference since this percentage is not even noticeable on every game. There’s no guarantee that you will win x2 by having a 1% house edge advantage over the other casino. That’s not house edge work and it requires millions or more bets before you experience the effect of the 1% difference on house edge.

Most of the time you will not gonna notice because it doesn’t take effect immediately. Also this is house edge which means a percentage which casino getting on your total bets. I think better words is you will lose less by playing on BCH.games

Another defeat for Spirit today in Elite League and nothing goes on their way it seems. There was also statement before 2024 started from Spirit who said that 2024 is the year when they want to win everything or it's time to take a break ....and so far it seems they need a break asap because I bet it's nothing but frustration to play Dota and see that nothing goes on your way no matter how hard you try. ( I mean Collapse had to play underlord ?? ...this is clearly a sign that things are not smooth in Team Spirit ).

I read some interview before that Team Spirit has an inner struggle since they can’t show any good progress on the current patch after their successful run last year. This time is different because they probably have a toxic environment anymore that all players have the factor to leave the team since they already manage to achieve a 2 TI champs.

Collapse is the basis if TS is performing well or not because he is always the playmaker to give space to Yatoro in late game. It’s a waste if this team will part ways just because the patch doesn’t suit their play style.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Unbacked stable coins are a big danger on: April 07, 2024, 04:47:29 PM
I think we have all learnt our lesson on buying anf and holding good stable coins so that we don't lose money just like the way it happens with terra. I don't have any issues with unbacked stable coins but we just have to take risk we can afford to lose. There are plenty of stable coins in the market and we need to make sure that we hold good once that will not suddenly lose value and holders would end up losing their funds. Holding is a risk and we need to understand that so that one don't have to come and complain later for severe loses.

But what stablecoins announced that they unbacked? Even the most shady Tether that failed to provide timely audit about their reserve is still the most popular stablecoin because users can’t demand them to become 100% transparent all the time.

Even the scam UST is backed by their own token Terra which is the reason why it collapsed because the founder didn’t use the reserve funds that was supposed to be as reserve. This is the problem on stablecoin on crypto, anyone can hide the audit for their reserves without any responsibility to become transparent because we are only in trust basis with this crypto companies.
129  Other / Meta / Re: Can a lost account be recover? on: April 07, 2024, 02:59:53 PM
In every system that requires account opening there is possibility of recovering account if the owner of the account could not remember the password he use in opening the account. So as a newbie in this system who just got into the system with zero experience, I wish to ask if there is anyway someone can recover his/her account if the password is mistakenly forgotten.
Please, I will appreciate any adequate clarifications for my question to enable me to learn more about the system.

Aside from email recovery through forget password. Staking your wallet address on this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0 can help you to recover your account later in meta using what @oshondy suggested above.

Your wallet address that you use in the forum can verify your identity through signing a message using that address once you are recovering it. It’s important to save all your bitcoin wallet address that you use here because it will help you in the future for this instances.
130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stopping the curse of losing streak? on: April 07, 2024, 01:51:30 PM

Quit the gambling,I lost over 30 million IDR which is well over 1000 dollars or near 2000 don't remember the last time I played and since then boy I have not gambled a single penny and will absolutely continue to do so.There is only one solution to this and that is to stop gambling once and for all.If you continue to play then there is a high chance and high risk that you will lose it all.Trying new games will even get you worse and you will keep losing more so the best thing to do in such case is to truly find the courage and to stop once you have acknowledged that you have lost money in a consecutive way.
You can only experience this backlash if you deposit a money that you can’t afford to lose. 30M IDR is clearly huge for you that’s why you can’t get over. This is huge amount for either that’s why I don’t deposit that amount as my bankroll but my total loss in gambling is greater than that amount if I will do the math now yet I’m not that negative because I get so much fun from my gambling experience with that amount.

I’m not suggesting that you should go back in gambling back rather you will not feel this way if you just play using an amount that is just free money for you.
131  Economy / Economics / Re: How does one know and join the right community after a job loss? on: April 06, 2024, 03:31:22 PM
My question is that, how does one go about joining the right community to fulfil a dream after a job loss?

Why do you need to find a community that will help you while you can look directly for a job that suitable your skills. There’s a lot of job available on job site or you can go overseas to find a much better job. As long as you have skills, you don’t need to worry about losing your job because there’s always a better opportunity from different companies.

Don’t make yourself limited to your current/previous job.

Quote
How does one know the right persons to follow and community to join to help them achieve their dream or purpose in this life?

Following someone or community is not my type, you should do it yourself relying to someone because it’s your life. You should be the one creating your path to success and not by following someone because we have different career path in life.
132  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why not create a Gambling platform on Market narrative? on: April 06, 2024, 03:07:02 PM
Futuur and Fairlay offer a unique betting option which your suggestion might be considered. They usually offer almost out of this world betting option especially in politics, showbiz and discovery.

The only problem with this idea if someone will create a market specifically for this is how do you determine the choices and the correct answers if everything is pumping hard. Meme coin is just trending due to social media buzz but Bitcoin is still at top trends if we consider the trading volume which is the most accurate basis for what is the top trend on crypto.
133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: April 06, 2024, 02:54:27 PM
Guys, I just notice that the 1st seed spot on Western conference is tie. This is my first time noticing a tie on the top spot. Assuming their score will be tie at the end of the regular season how does NBA decides who will get the spot.

Is there a tie breaker match or other stats basis to determine who will get the spot.

Warriors is close to securing their spot against Rockets because they are now on lose streak after their good run to steal the last spot for the play-in tournament against Warriors.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A few crypto questions. on: April 06, 2024, 01:10:08 PM
To hodl (hold) isn’t just about Bitcoin. It includes any currency at all. So altcoins can be hodl-ed. However, you can’t hodl a shit token hoping that someday it’ll have some value. This is why you need to do proper reach before you invest in anything (especially cryptocurrencies). Some coins never get even the slightest of value. But then, if you’re buying some popular altcoins, it can’t be possible that no one wants to buy them from you.
Altcoins are everywhere in the market. Who's complaining about selling and buying coin? That's not even a problem or challenge to consider, rather there are more tangible techniques to follow and that's one of major reasons we have exchanges were we can single-handedly buy coins and also trigger sell. It's possible to always have our best chances before us because the slightest mistakes might just see us actually having detachable losses. Holding on the promising project will definitely hits harder for gigantic profits.

Exchanges can delist a coin/token once there’s no trading volume for this while DEX can have a liquidity issue once there’s no interested user willing to provide liquidity to the liquidity pool. On these event, you can’t sell your tokens anymore and it’s happening frequently to all those tokens that has a weak fundamentals.

Exchange is just a host for trading but it’s still up to the users and the team for the liquidity of tokens on the exchange in able to sustain trading. There’s tons of shitcoin out there is worthless because it’s not listed anymore on CEX while the DEX liquidity pool is too thin to make a trade.

So make sure to check the liquidity and trading volume of the token before you enter.
135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Proverbs and Sayings that Act as Triggers to Gambling on: April 06, 2024, 01:03:49 PM

it's always possible to find justifications for one's actions if one looks hard enough. However, it's worth acknowledging that for every proverb that seems to encourage a certain behavior, there's often another that advises caution or restraint.
Take, for instance, the contrast between "Fortune favors the bold" and "A fool and his money are soon parted," or the divergence in the wisdom of "Never quit while you're ahead" compared to "Better safe than sorry."
So it seems that wisdom can be found in both daring and discretion  Smiley

You will be confused if you are too detailed on every decision you are making but gamblers mind is very simple. They always choose what’s they really want to do so they always ignored all the warnings related to it and focus only to the positive side so that they will have the reason to gambling at peace and motivated.

They will just start considering the opposite side advice when they are already experiencing losses because this time realization will enter to their mind. But they will just keep repeat the process once they already have a fresh mind and money ready for gambling. Logic thinking is not present anymore once a gambler wants to gamble already.
136  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How To Make Money Trading, Even When You Are Wrong on: April 05, 2024, 05:05:37 PM
I saw a video on Youtube where the trader is able to make money trading, even when he is wrong...

It’s contradicting because if you made a profit then your decision is not wrong. You just use different approach on what you preferred as correct but definitely he is unknowingly in right position that’s why he made profit.

All the pointers that you share is just unorthodox style of trading.

Is it possible to share the video here in case someone is intersted in sharing more details about this strategy?

You can post link here for users to watch it by visiting the website which the video uploaded. Currently there’s no way to directly share videos here due to forum limitation.
137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blackjack Situational Q&A on: April 05, 2024, 04:27:19 PM
It depends on the cards available in the table. I usually hit this if there’s only few small number cards in the table because there’s a high chance that the dealer will hit those low cards or the other card of the dealer is low card too which makes his total below 12 or better.

But most of the time I choose stand because 6 is always the best card for players sake that dealer should have because there’s a high chance that dealer will bust. But I experienced a lot of times that the dealer gets 21 or 20 even with 16 initial hands. I get this result frequently on any live blackjack exclusive table that makes me always hit the 12 or less.

12 card is always a sucker for me. Too low to stand but I keep standing due to fear on bust.
138  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why technical analysis is not reliable on: April 05, 2024, 04:21:32 PM

 Some of its limitations includes
1.it is based on assumptions about past market trends, gotten from the past market price and  volume data
2.it is a backward tool subject to interpretation from different traders.
3.Technical analysis will not provide the full details of the market,  that is putting economic and global events into consideration,

You forget that trading is all about predicting the future. History always repeats itself and this is true on trading. Those patterns and indicators is just keep repeating that’s many people use it as basis for trades because it’s proven working in the past.

If you hear about self fulfilling prophecy, this makes technical analysis valid because all traders is using it as basis with their trades. This creates a mass following to the signals given by technical analysis that’s you should use a technical analysis and patterns that is common and popular to guarantee that everyone is looking for it as reference with their trade.
139  Economy / Gambling / Re: My experience on live bet on: April 04, 2024, 05:07:14 PM
Seeing that the OP has been on the forum but hasn't come back through the thread to comment on any of the issues we have raised, I'd bet he's already gone back to play what he won and lost it. Being the first time and having won a total of $1.2, that would be most likely.
Lol! You're probably right. He is still active in the forum, but didn't post again in this thread yet. It's pretty evident that is an amateur punter who was simply questioning the mechanics of cashout in sportsbetting.

Personally, I rarely cashout since I like to let my money ride for the entire bet(Single and Parlay) since I prefer yolo(all-in) gambling.

His expectations for the casino giving a cashout offer equivalent to the total odds already settled on his bet probably makes him rant on the casino cashout system since newbie will always think that they already have that profit amount if they place a single so it should be the same scenario on parlay bets.

What trivial on this thread is the amount involved just like what PokerPlayer emphasized. This kind of parlay bet usually the type that you will let it finish since the amount at stake is small regardless if win or loss.
