But now I don't see withdraw option in paypal. I have sent an email to paypal support, I don't have an answer yet . Do you know what could be the problem?

well i am also interested in the answer to this question because i am about to pay for a plastic card to withdraw from paypal The Wirex Plastic Cards are Mastercard. To withdraw from PayPal to your Wirex Card, you will need the card to be a Virtual Visa.

Unfortunately, this option depends completely on PayPal's policy for your country regarding withdrawals to Prepaid Debit Cards. If the policy change, they should let you know

Somehow, Paypal let me do that because I mixed my card numbers somehow and thought I was withdrawing to my virtual GBP Visa ... Will the money automatically be converted to appropriate currency or .... Hey. The funds will be converted directly to the appropriate currency by the bank, using their exchange rate.

thank you for that it seems like common sense ps: do you have any idea why adding the virtual visa to paypal returned "This card can not be used" message? The whole point in getting this card is to buy bitcoin with my paypal account , so will it work? The Visa Wirex Card works for Verifying your PayPal account. Also, depending on PayPal's policy on Prepaid Debit Cards for your country, you might be able to withdraw money to the card and basically "top it up" from PayPal. However, your Wirex Account MUST be verified for the withdraw transaction, or else It will failed, and your card will be blocked. I don't care how you try to put it, Wirex had deceived me , the main reason why i join you was for privacy and staying anonymous. You say i should have read my email, put i don't check my email all the time, I always check your website. I never used my real name to buy the virtual card so I guest my money is stuck in your account for good. Hey we learn from our mistakes, never again. I will be looking for alternative. You can enjoy $147 stuck in your account because I know i will never get it.
No one said you couldn't stay anonymous. However, the PayPal option is simple not available for unverified users, and I'm pretty sure someone told you that too. Of course, you can recover your money. You can simply verify your account, or if you cant, request the refund with the support team. It might take some time to get the refund, but you will have your money back for sure. As @Bushuqa just said wisely, You should indeed do your best to get your money back, and Wirex support team will help you as much as possible.

Alright thanks I am using the e-coin website so I am fine now... but still can't use the WireX app due to phone verification not sending the code (to a real phone number with Bell I've had for years), and the wirex website loads the green bar no more than %75 when trying to login.
Try to verify your phone number by login on app.wirexapp.com. And remember the website platform is still NOT AVAILABLE on that URL.

Hello. Please remember verification is performed by the bank and usually takes between 7-10 working days. Once documents are verified (or rejected), you will get an email notification. Also, bear in mind is possible we face processing delay from the bank due to the high number of applications. where are you trying to register? e-coin.io or wirexapp.com, or Wirex mobile app? What is the difference between all those sites? This is probably why there are so many problems and inter-site issues going on with your customers in not knowing where they should be contacting to resolve any issues that they may have with either of those sites. What you should do is completely CLOSE DOWN access to the sites that do not operate inconjunction with the other sites and services. They all operate together. E-Coin and the Wirex mobile app use the same database. However, the website app.wirexapp.com is not available yet to access the platform. Once the rebranding is ready, We will use only the Wirex URL

What's with that BLOCKCHAIN fee? It takes like $1.7 every time I top up the card.
I'm putting money on the card,not sending btc to another address.So,there shouldn't be a blockchain fee..
Even if it needs to be there, 0.00143 is too much.
EDIT: Sent $50 and after all your fees, I have $44 on my card. $6 worth of fees+exchange rate,just amazing....
I understand your point. However, please remember the Blockchain fee is a bitcoin transaction fee, or "miners" fee added to bitcoins transfer from one wallet to another. The Fee is calculated by BitGo, our partner in bitcoin security and transactions, and it usually depends on different things like wallet history, blockchain load, amount of transaction, etc. We have no control over this and cannot do anything about it. @Wirex: Look I warned your support about my post here. And i was complete honest. Actually I was the one who contacted your support about my verification, a few days after I received my mastercard. But you have to understand I am not your pet monkey. Just a side note with the same documents it took 1 day to your competitor XAPO to approve and verify my application. I sent both statements on English and Bulgarian, and in jpeg and pdf format (i have 2 IBANs with the bank). Honestly it was a huge hassle to get the bank statement on English. On top of that I have no clue what "Rejected due to the bank tech issue" means? Sounds like a very weird excuse and could be many things - bank clerk can't open PDF, bank clerk can't read Bulgarian language, bank has a general technical issue, etc, etc. I live in a European Union country and we have a public website owned by the government to check the documents. My point is my documents are in high quality (both jpeg files are over 2 mb), they are legit and I have no clue where is the issue. But i had to upload the documents 3 times already. Tell me if you need additional documents or something or have your bank to approve them. To put this simple if you face any issues with my account and documents I want to cooperate but you have to provide clear instructions on how to resolve these.
