I have looked around to see what it was about. Stayed away from the illegal porn and garbage. Only thing I saw of interest was the postings of celebrity's and politicians private information. They listed everything imaginable. Like:
1. Address to residence 2. Cell phone numbers 3. SS#s 4. Credit reports 5. Business listings
I can confirm that "one" of the individuals had accurate stuff posted about them that the general public would not have access to. Although it was interesting, I have no reason to go back to the charter area. Most of the stuff is more than repulsive.

@OP why you no ping bitcointalk.org in the first place? That'd show the IP it'd resolve almost instantly and you'd think "hmm, DNS or host file...". Since cellphones don't typically come loaded with a terminal or shell windows it wasn't on my mind. I was thinking to try the first few easy steps like reload my browser apks and clear my cookies/cache might have solved it. Early on I was also really thinking my VPN IPs were blocked. Hind sight it may have been the way to go (Hell I even DO HAVE a terminal program loaded on my cell).

I don't understand. So the issue is adblock? Or adaway? Then why does the forum also work on your home computer? I'm using a browser with adblock right now and everything is fine.
Adaway is installed on my phone and it was downloading a list of sites to blacklist. Bitcointalk was on this list and it was preventing me from accessing the forum. I do not (usually) have blockers on my PC or Ipad so they did not have any issues. However, I did discover that AdBlock also uses this same list I referenced in the post above. You probably are not having any issues because your Adblock must be loading a different ad blacklist. There are several list out there. Adaway by default uses the source blacklist I mentioned in first post. Summary:Adaway downloads a "hosts" file that includes bitcointalk.org on the blacklist. It replaces your "hosts" file with this new list of sites to blacklist. It prevents you from accessing this forum unless you add BCT to your whitelist or remove the entry from the downloaded Adaway "hosts' file.

Over the last 10 days or so I was unable to connect to Bitcointalk.org on my cellphone and it was driving me crazy. First thought I had was the VPNs (I use a lot of different ones) I use were being IP blocked by this forum. I tried a lot of different free ones and even tried my straight ISP but still had no luck. My PC and Ipad were working fine so I knew it had to be an issue on my phone. Next thing I did was wipe the cookies and cache on my cellphone. Still didn't get me anywhere. So I figured the browser I was using had an issue. Tried chrome, dolphin, firefox, etc. but to no avail they all showed bitcoingtalk.org offline and not accessible. This was getting frustrating. As a last resort I reset my phone to factory and loaded up a new custom rom. After 3 hours of re-configuring everything I tried to come back to this site but it still was not allowing me access. Baffled, I was wondering if Theymos had some trick up his sleeve and had written some type of server-side script to (accidently) block me somehow and I was trying to ponder all the possible ways. Couldn't really come up with an answer until.....it dawned on me.... My pop-up blocker may be the culprit. Sure enough, Adaway was using a blacklist source (Adblock also uses) to block ads that has bitcointalk.org domain on it by changing the hosts file. Not sure why this forum is listed on the Adblock blacklist other than it may be serving up ads like primedice and other advertisements to other sites and someone added it to the blacklist. I guess it could have also been accidentally added. Here is one of the blacklist sources that Adaway by default downloads: http://adblock.mahakala.is (27+ MB Hosts file) As you can see there are a few other bitcoin domains on the list. I have now added BCT to my whitelist and everything is now A-OK. Anyhow, I'm glad I finally figured this damn issue. Only good thing to come out of it is I now have a freshly installed OS on my phone and cleaned up a few un-needed apks that were taking up space! Hope this may help someone else....

Ebola is a hemorrhagic fever. It kills about half of those who contract it. It sometimes, though not always, leads to uncontrollable bleeding. But it's difficult to contract. The only way to catch Ebola is to have direct contact with the bodily fluids — vomit, sweat, blood, feces, urine or saliva — of someone who has Ebola and has begun showing symptoms.
Modern public-health systems can manage diseases that travel through bodily fluids. The techniques are laborious, but known. You isolate those who have contracted the disease, or might have contracted it. You find out who's been near them. You screen them for the disease. You isolate anyone who shows symptoms. You do this until the disease is stamped out. It works. And modern public-health systems know how to do it.Read more at http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/News/163957-2014-10-01-don-39-t-panic-over-ebola-in-america.htm . A couple things wrong with that quote...first of all the original mortality rates were around 90% for the first outbreaks they saw of ebola. The current strain has a lethality rate of about 70%. It has mutated since then and become less lethal, but unfortunately it has also become more infectious. This time there are many more cases of persons infected by objects touched by the infected, which was previously less common. Even in a modern healthcare system this could be a huge issue. Remember the black plague? That only killed about half the people infected with it. This current strain kills 70% of the infected. I have also heard mortality rates all over the board from 50% - 90%. The World Health Organization (WHO) now lists on their FAQs a death rate near 90%. Possibly because those people whom become infected reside in countries with substandard health care facilities. Source (FAQ #1) www.who.int/csr/disease/ebola/faq-ebola/en/Also, it appears a second US case (Dallas again) is now possible. http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2014/10/01/texas-ebola-patient/16525649/

You know what's bullshit? This idiot travels back from Liberia on sept 19th and NOBODY quarantines him or checks him for the virus. He essentially ran around for 10 days spreading the virus before being admitted to the hospital. He even went into the doctors a few days earlier and they sent him home thinking he just had a cold. Now the shit is over here and likely to spread..... Source http://www.foxnews.com/health/2014/09/30/cdc-confirms-first-case-ebola-in-us/No shit?!? Have you not read any of this thread? (Or at least 5-6 posts above?)

Does Computerworld know the nexus 4 was manufactured by LG? Why do they keep referencing Samsung? Samsung hasn't produced a nexus product since the Galaxy.
"The iPhone 6 looks a lot like the Nexus 4, a Samsung phone that came out way back in 2012 with a 4.7-inch screen, 760p resolution, notification action widgets, third-party keyboards, cross-app communication, cloud photo backup and battery stats — all to be found on the iPhone 6. "

Ok, now I understand what you are saying. Those stupid surveys are a pain in the ass! I will look around and see if I can't find somewhere to download from. Maybe I will stumble across a good download source. If I don't get back then I have also hit roadblocks!
