121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Passive income in Cryptocurrency on: August 20, 2018, 02:10:43 PM
~snip~

If you know how to convince others to join a certain website through your link then it would be a good way of having passive income. It applies to faucets as well wherein you can earn higher when you let others sign up through your link. You can use your marketing strategies in here as to how you would convince them to join and then you will reap the rewards later if they would be active.

Yeah, that was what I'm doing. I'm active in a local community, one day a few people contacting me and want to know about Cryptocurrency, they come to my place. I showed all of my mining rigs, but they don't interesting on mining, so I suggest them to trade. So I can get some extra income with doing nothing.  Cheesy
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't underestimate the GIRLS power!!! on: August 20, 2018, 01:55:55 PM
Seem like another girl isn't finishing yet, they still in Mani & Pedi Salon.  Grin

I believe in the power of girl(s), really.
From the past even until now, women have proven that (sorry papa, I'm not talking about you)

I have a friend, she is a miner and also good trader. She has doing mining using ASICs miner, although not as complex as using a GPUs rig, but still she is an awesome girl.  Wink
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About how many percent does Cryptocurrency known in your country? on: August 20, 2018, 01:29:49 PM
If only know or have heard, I think in my country Cryptocurrency is famous enough. But the active user (judging by the number of registered users on the local exchanger) I think it's still below 2% of the total population in my country. Local exchangers can be used as a reference because eventually Cryptocurrency will be exchanged into a currency that can use in daily life.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Passive income in Cryptocurrency on: August 20, 2018, 11:47:58 AM
Besides doing stacking/POS, you can try referral program (no investing needed) in some crypto market exchange. I'm doing this in my local crypto market, I've never traded, but most of my referral is active (daily) traders so that I can get referral fee almost every day  Wink. I don't know which market has the same program.  Cheesy
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it secure to use MyEtherWallet? on: August 20, 2018, 06:24:29 AM
Using a safe and solid service is one of the great steps to stay safe in the digital world, and you do the right thing by asking (at least some people have experience with the service you will use can tell you).  Wink

The more important thing (as the comment above said) is personal security. In my opinion, a personal fault caused a lot of loss of assets (coins), phishing websites, weak and patterned password creation, storing important data online (in the cloud or e-mail) and many other things.

I've also used MEW, so far I haven't troubled with that.
The best thing you can do:

I use this wallet as a cold wallet, so far it's fine, but if you want to be sure, then use it offline from an offline computer all the time.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Merchants Adopting Coins on: August 20, 2018, 04:26:38 AM
~snip~
I do not see why you do not put there the most obvious option which is bitcoin, bitcoin is the most accepted cryptocurrency by far and the lightning network is going to make fees extremely cheap once that happens, there will not be any reason to use any coin except for very specific reasons like it is the case of monero and its increased anonymity.

Yeah, that's right, even with a regular fee I still using Bitcoin for a few merchants that I use (Microsoft subscription, Web hosting services [I'm using Namecheap], Mobile top-up [Bitrefill])
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UAE launches first Islamic encryption exchange (FICE) on: August 20, 2018, 03:11:58 AM
According to Trade Arabia on August 19th, Adab Solutions, based in the United Arab Emirates, recently created the first Islamic Encryption Exchange (FICE), which is in compliance with Islamic rules.

Maybe you mean First Islamic cryptocurrency exchange.  Wink

Yes, I've read an article about that. They will only include projects that are considered halal (based on their monitoring results). Projects that are considered immoral such as gambling, pyramid schemes, usury, etc. will not enter their list. And also, ICO projects wouldn't be on their list.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do if you have found a scammer??? on: August 20, 2018, 02:54:31 AM
I really doubt that a legendary user gonna risk his account for a Telegram bounty, I am not sure but probably someone else used his name and  your Telegram user combination but provided his own Ethereum address, the only way to prove that this legendary member himself did that is to associate the Ethereum address used in bounty with him by finding a post he did with that address.

Yeah, I agree.
These make sense, from what the OP said and proved on the Spreadsheet the person concerned not accepted in the campaign (Telegram). The suspect combines a Bitcointalk (with high rank) profile with an OPs Telegram (but a bit suspicious when using an OP telegram account, when s/he can use own telegram account). The telegram campaign requires that the telegram account corresponding to the one submitted is registered and active in the group (in this case the campaign organizer group) however, the relevant telegram account is not registered in the group, so the manager rejects it.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: RedDevil RX580 8GB (Micron) on: August 15, 2018, 02:50:25 AM
Will be better to do this:

You can mod your bios using Polaris bios editor.
Here is tutorial how to do it https://forum.getpimp.org/topic/1530/bios-modding-with-polarisbioseditor-one-click-timing-patch-on-windows

than flashing your cards with the downloaded bios from somewhere.

It's quite easy to do mod bios by yourself. Safer, and You'll have some experience in doing the same on the next cards. My RX 580 (micron) can reach 30 Mh/s without a mod, by the way.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Most profitable GPU mining rig Domino G12 on: July 18, 2018, 07:59:27 AM
No argue about worth it or not for buying mining rigs nowadays.

To be honest, with all of that spec, $3000 is a reasonable price (if it right), you've reduced rig building time that will take a long enough time if you were do it yourself. On this bundled, each GPU cost you under $300 (not bad), but we don't know are those cards brand new or used card.

Let's see what they are gonna tell me.
I am gonna ask them for further details through E-mail conversation

Waiting for the result!
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: whats your favorite mining pool + miner ? which hardware do you use ? on: July 15, 2018, 02:01:05 AM
My SHA256 ASICs pointed to kano pool.
My GPUs rigs (R9, RX and some of NVIDIA) mostly pointed to Ethemine and Suprnova until the middle of 2017. Now I'm using my own pool. Claymore still my favorite mining software.  Wink
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MSI ARMOR RX470 4Gb Eth Mining Bios Mod on: July 13, 2018, 02:58:55 AM
~snip~
How do i help him: I'll teamviewer his rig, and config his rig (moding bios, install driver,...etc). If hashrate is below 29Mhs, i'll refund him
There is no "bios file" download link!

I'm not talking to you, I asked OP.  Huh
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MSI ARMOR RX470 4Gb Eth Mining Bios Mod on: July 13, 2018, 02:47:47 AM
This MSI cards type (Armor) a little bit hard to reach 30, I think 28 (stable) is better for those cards. Just tell us which strap you've copied and also how's your OC setting? Everyone here doesn't want to take a risk to download your "bios" file.  Angry
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hashrate fluctuating alot on: July 11, 2018, 12:28:12 PM
With that individual hashrate, I'm sure all of your card been modded, right? If you were able to mod your cards yourself, you surely know what to do with memory error on your card.

TeamViewer also possible causing your problem, since on its process will be using some graphics resource.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hashrate fluctuating alot on: July 11, 2018, 01:42:49 AM
This is how it looks like - its always fluctuating in between 160 and 180.. Is this normal or shoud I do something here?

Only GPU 3 and 4 that always fluctuated? (as shown in your pics) If it yes, you can focus on those two.

Drop until 8 MH/s on each (GPU 3 and 4) isn't normal, you can start with check memory error (since you are using AMD card you can use HWinfo)
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Miner displays that it's working fine but ETHERMINE pool shows 0 shares? on: July 10, 2018, 02:06:56 AM
That kind of thing never happened to me while I in Ethermine. While posting this comment, I check ethermine.org (all pool - ETH, ETC, Zcash) then checking a few miners from each pool through "Recently mined blocks" I didn't find the same thing that happened to you. If that was a pool fault, how can be only happened to you? Are you sure all of your configs was right? Double check the wallet address and another thing may possible causing this!
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How to solo mine Decredition with ASIC? on: July 06, 2018, 01:18:17 AM
Anyone know how?

Basically, to do solo mining is almost the same for every coin. Download official wallet coin then made some configuration on coin config file (-coin name- [.] conf). Pointing your ASIC to localhost (use the port that you've set on configuration file)

Any pools offer ASIC solo for Decredition?

I'm not sure about it, but you can try to ask GoogleWink
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Need Some Help With my ETH Claymore Rig Crashing on: July 05, 2018, 01:45:12 AM
Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: EthDcrMiner64.exe (7912) consumed 17870532608 bytes, MsMpEng.exe (5516) consumed 109989888 bytes, and explorer.exe (3856) consumed 42541056 bytes.

As above comment said, it may relate to pagefile (Virtual Memory) Have you tried to disable Windows Defender?

as shown on your Errors Log "MsMpEng.exe (5516) consumed 109989888 bytes"

MsMpEng.exe is related Windows Defender  Wink
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Help reset unstable overclock on: July 05, 2018, 01:15:00 AM
The easiest thing to try is indeed to flip the BIOS switch when your PC is turned off. Could help indeed help.

Have you manually messed with different clock speeds in any programmes like MSI Afterburner or did the problem just came out of nowhere?
If you have just reset the clock speeds to factory settings(there was an option for that I think).

I didnt even know there was a bios switch on the card ill look for it. Thanks

These bios switch (on 290X) used for fan mode (silent mode or performance mode)

Silent Mode
Will be giving you a quiet fan (The fan runs at low speeds)

Performance Mode
The fan speed will be dynamically adjusted based on the GPU temperature to keep GPU temperature lower for the best performance.
