121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] KICKICO - PLATFORM FOR FUNDRAISING ON CRYPTOCURRENCY on: July 13, 2018, 10:19:16 PM
I would like to ask some numbers:
How many projects funded through your platform have been successful so far? And how many revealed as scam / dead projects? Lastly, is there any update with respect to the due diligence on project acceptance? Any new requisite?
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Immediate 5x appreciation. Anyone in? on: July 13, 2018, 07:12:05 PM
If you are serious about your project, a better marketing strategy is needed. You should promote it through the media channels, try to make some sort of blog and some videos as well. That could give you a real boost!
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I continue to invest? on: July 13, 2018, 05:33:09 PM
There is a much more profitable strategy - invest not in ICO, but wait until the token appears on the stock exchange and then buy it. This can be much more profitable than taking part in the sale of tokens at the ICO stage. Many tokens after their appearance on the stock exchange could be bought at a discount of up to 90 percent of the initial price.

You forgot about the bonus the ICOs might give back if you contribute during early stages. That can offset the loss when the token hits the exchange. Nevertheless, I am very reluctant now to invest in any ICO and I do not recommend anyone to dispose of money, regardless of how good the project seems.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ❤❤❤[ANN] [ICO] JDS ICO is over on: July 13, 2018, 12:19:48 PM
Another project which has slowly died, gathering funds from investors and disappear out in thin air. It is very sad to see all the work done with the scope of stealing. If I am wrong, I will be glad to be confuted by the team. Better late than never.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 12, 2018, 07:53:56 PM
The financial plan seems consistent and detailed. Scripting the critical moves is also a fundamental step, and that is accomplished. Perhaps more investment in marketing should not be overlooked. The more the people know the better! Keep the good work up!
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Henga - Security Coin - Masternodes on: July 12, 2018, 07:01:18 PM
The response of the community to this copycat project is plain and clear, i.e. no follow up. This is something which makes me think that the community is maturing the understanding of not wasting money in silly programmes which will last a blink of an eye.
127  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will you trade Bitcoin to buy Altcoins? on: July 12, 2018, 03:50:00 PM
The price vs btc of the majority of the altcoins is almost at all time low. Hence it makes much sense to convert some bitcoin for altcoin. This is with the hope of a market recovery, otherwise everything is lost. I am in this gamble!
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why buy WAVES? on: July 12, 2018, 09:59:23 AM
Not only the price of waves dropped significantly over the past few weeks, but also the trading volume. According to CMC, only about 2000 BTC worth of wave were traded in the last 24h. What does this mean? Is it a sign of lost faith from investors? This goes against the continuous development of the DEX and all other side projects around the waves platform.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: July 12, 2018, 07:00:33 AM
The Pundi X price keeps going down in a steady trend. Would you expect a further drop once the monthly stake will be distributed to the Binance holders? In my opinion, it would be quite a bad move to dump the reward soon after distribution. I will wait till the 14th before buying a few more coins.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Zeepin Chain | Changing the Creative Industry on: July 12, 2018, 06:52:53 AM
Just bumped into this game and seems to get quite popular. The graphic looks nice, different from the other blockchain games. I have a few questions:
The iOS game is not in the official App Store. Is it secure to install it on an iPhone?
How much can you make daily / weekly / monthly?
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency in a card? on: July 11, 2018, 09:38:02 PM
If you want, you can look at the Revolut card, which offer the possibility to buy selected cryptos with its app. It is a nice idea to convert your fiat into crypto and speculate with the price. Unfortunately, you cannot yet deposit your cryto in there, but I think it is only a matter of time. It could be a very good service indeed.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: July 11, 2018, 06:15:29 PM
I have a request for devs. In the exchange platform, in the portfolio page, would it be possible to implement a scroll down for all the indexes? It would be good to extend it to “value” as well. I’d appreciate.
133  Economy / Economics / Re: The money started coming back to the cryptocurrency market on: July 11, 2018, 02:34:30 PM
The scenario continuously changes as the market cap has decreased a lot in the past week, where the bears managed to slam the bull run. Once the prices will start going up more steadily we will see an increased cap and more capital investment pushing the prices up even more.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does LTC have a Future? on: July 11, 2018, 11:25:53 AM
It seems that litecoin implements new trends faster than bitcoin. Just to mention segwit as one major update occurred prior to the adoption from bitcoin. If you want to speculate, get your unity.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Imperial College London publication - Trust and adoption of cryptos on: July 10, 2018, 11:04:12 PM
In an article published at Imperial College London, the authors report that the crypto currencies could be widely adopted within the next decade whether two requirements are fulfilled (as Medium of exchange and Unit of account).
I do agree with this article. The authors field of interest is actually crypto (hence I presume they should know deeply the topic). However, could the outcome of this report be biased by the sponsor / commissioner of the research itself? Or it is actually true that the next years are crucial for cryptos?

136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance going down? on: July 09, 2018, 10:22:43 PM
I did read somewhere that the fees in coinbene are given back in form of a native token to traders. It kind of mean zero fee trades. Hence, the high volume is justified by bots moving the price up and down. Even a small loss can result in a gain considering the rake back.

137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] AGA Token ICO, immediate 2 to 5x return! on: July 09, 2018, 07:30:20 PM
This ANN looks much better than the other message you have posted yesterday in the other topic. At least the scope of your project is a little bit clearer to the community.
The website looks simple. Are you mining SHA256 algo with block erupters? Perhaps it would be better to deceive potential investors with a picture of powerful server and lots of powerful ASICS miners?
Can you please share with the community some milestone dates for your ICO and future programme?
Good luck anyway.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies? on: July 09, 2018, 04:09:09 PM
It is very risky indeed. First of all, the trading volume is small, hence if the price drops, there could be a substantial loss. The time to recover it would be huge. Nevertheless, it could be much more lucrative to play in that area as spread is bigger and you might get lucky to have picked the good tokens!
If you are willing to gamble just go for it!
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀[ANN][PoSToken]First PoS Smart Contract Token[Lending Platform Available] on: July 09, 2018, 12:52:02 PM
The last 100 pages of this thread are just full of comments wondering whether there is a possibility for this token. The short answer is: no.
The dev has made a bunch of dollars and seems happy with the profit made.
If there is a resurrection, how would you still trust this environment? I probably won’t.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SmartChain Media 🔥 Blockchain EVOLUTION OF ENTERTAINMENT 🔥 on: July 09, 2018, 08:37:02 AM
Here you go. Another project aiming to disrupt the entertainment market. This is the nth project out there, but I still do not know one which has achieved anything yet.
How would you truly enter in this market? What differentiate you from others? Please make it clear. The ANN is too vague with no clear bulletpoints.
