I had to double check that it was actually posted by the same guy who resolved the issue only a few posts below that. Very strange to go from "just stop" to "we are checking things and will tell you if we are wrong" to "we were wrong". Good to see everything was resolved amicably in the end but still, what was up for a moment there?

dude - just stop. It appears that somehow you aren't showing any of the rolls I placed from the time I deposited until my first cashout of 15 BTC. The 20 BTC you are talking about mysteriously appearing is what I won between when I deposited and requested my first cash out. Does that answer your question?? Look at your investment profit. You are -25 what you were before I started yesterday. Audit that number and you will find my rolls, I guarantee you.

We've been in contact with this user, and have literally just one question which he hasn't answered for us yet. We don't air any of our players dirty laundry out in the forums, even when they try to tarnish our name and reputation. Investors in the PeerBet bankroll deserve this kind of due diligence from operators, if the user won this BTC fair and square we will gladly update this thread and send the BTC, but need the single question we asked him answered before we reach a verdict. Maybe more to come - but I'm not one to come into the threads and shout at the top of my lungs... Our reputation and track record speak for themselves. I am an avid dicer and many site owners will vouch for me. I promise to rake you guys over the coals if you don't make good on my withdrawal. I have not cheated on your site, and I demand that you cash me out.
If you really just won a decent five figure sum why can't you just be a little patient? I think they are being perfectly reasonable. Because I don't want to be swept under the rug. My account has been locked on their site, and this upsets me. I have not received any response from them in over 8 hours. We ended ~ -3 by the end of the month, -20.7 was in the 2 week period. There is plenty of variance in our line of business, add that to the fact that the first few weeks of NFL (including the preseason) and NCAAF have historically 'soft' lines - and there's your answer. The difference between this year and last is that we mitigated all our Sportsbook risk with a 3rd party vendor for a monthly fee, or 25% of the profit (which ever is higher). You can trace the benefits of this new model by reviewing our full P&L or historic monthly reports. Can you explain the sportsbook to me? I know you've mentioned it before but I don't quite understand why it has underperformed so much. Casino looks great on the other hand.

Update! We are going to push the publication of the August report to tomorrow as we have some minor updates to the detailed report that will be completed early tomorrow.
