August 2014 Earnings and Operational Report has been published to Havelock
https://www.havelockinvestments.com/reportdownload.php?id=119

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmSWZWkGJ1V3dFpxZHVTN0x6ZldUeHRteWdBd1pMNXc&usp=drive_web#gid=15

A brief financial overview of the month includes:
3.6576 BTC loss in the Sportsbook
+25.86 BTC revenue in the CasinoBitoco.in HTML5 Casino
+1.83 BTC revenue across the Peerbet/Bit777 Properties

24.03 BTC in combined revenues
19.429 BTC in combined expenses (at a BTC/USD rate of $489)
= +4.6081 BTC combined operating revenue

With US Football season underway we are seeing excellent traffic and a large increase in handle and we remain confident the efforts we've put forth in offsetting our risk with the 3rd party odds provider will yield positive results!

Can you explain the sportsbook to me? I know you've mentioned it before but I don't quite understand why it has underperformed so much. Casino looks great on the other hand.

Huge drop from +17 mid month to -20.71 by end of the month. Quite unfortunate...

We ended ~ -3 by the end of the month, -20.7 was in the 2 week period.

There is plenty of variance in our line of business, add that to the fact that the first few weeks of NFL (including the preseason) and NCAAF have historically 'soft' lines - and there's your answer. The difference between this year and last is that we mitigated all our Sportsbook risk with a 3rd party vendor for a monthly fee, or 25% of the profit (which ever is higher). You can trace the benefits of this new model by reviewing our full P&L or historic monthly reports.

From a High Market Cap of over $4M USD to now ฿1231.2000 (~$616486.46)

Looks like an oppurtunity to buy if CBTC can lower some of their Expenses.

Agree, the expenses are having a large impact on Casino Bitcoin's earnings and share price, Will be interesting to see if the investments they are making now will pay off in the future...

Are any of the owners/operators of CBTC collecting salary? Wondering how you guys are doing this since there hasn't been a dividend in awhile, and this seems like pretty much a full time job.

They mentioned they own shares and that's how they get paid.

No salary - and it is pretty much multiple full-time jobs - thus our motivation to return to profitability.

We will be moving away from the mid-month, our analysis shows that the variance (up and down) is too large to show any true indication of success or retracting on a bi-weekly basis.

We will have the full monthly report, and any quarterly dividend details published early October.

Found a bug and have taken advantage of it for over 2 BTC so far in the last month. I have cashed out fully my account's balance and profits in the last week as well. My balance is 0.

I am trying to get CSBC to pay 0.50 BTC for the bug info to be released to them and have the 0.50 BTC put into an escrow's possession until proven I won 2+ BTC off this bug. There are three reasons I am selling the info instead of continuing to take advantage of it (I will continue though if the bounty isn't paid):

1) The bug doesn't work every time but works more often then not and easily overcomes the house edge in the end.

2) BTC value continues to fall so I'm going to be gambling more in USD in the future as its hard to gamble when your initial amount already is worth less than an hour previous...

3) I've talked one on one with the casinobitco.in owner in the past and hes a nice guy. I've made a good amount from my find but feel I shouldn't hit his business too hard cause ultimately he is a nice guy and one of the few gambling operators I actually want to succeed in this market.

I sent support an email and have yet to hear back. Lets get this bounty escrowed, bug explained and get on with things. I think this is a reasonable offer to you guys that I am offering.

Thank you.

Thank you.

seriously, if you were not actually blackmailing,
i am sure that you would have been given more than 0.5 as a bounty..
