Its a wrong section please post it in Marketplace (Altcoins) : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=161.0

Thanks, was a little in doubt where it should be, I did read the guidelines, I read "However, if the trade involves bitcoin (ie. Buying Bitcoins and cows), it can stay." as being any trade that involves bitcoin.
Any, thread arrived where it belongs, thank you mod Smiley

And you just need to report it, both report and reply is overkill Wink

Dear forum members,

Looking to buy 200K DOGE for BTC at current market price.

Question: "Why not just exchange your bitcoins at one of the exchange bays?"
Answer: "If there are no other option, then will I do that - but I try to stay away from exchange bays, I don't trust them".

I will require to use Escrow, unless you are in my trust network or have a very good reputation.
I suggest Master-P as escrow, but any of the reputable escrows is fine with me.
If you trust me, then are you welcome to send first, but we need to negotiate the price and terms before the transaction.

Important!
I will never ask you to send funds to any other DOGE address than:

Kind regards,
TookDk

Seems like this St. Petersburg Bowl was a good investment for you. You are making a nice profit on them.

You would be surprised to know how small the margins are in this business.
1229  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Price on CryptoVest LTC Physical coins? on: March 07, 2015, 07:59:09 AM
lol i never got replies about this post

Oh, sorry for the off topic chat.

OT:

I agree with post #2:

I'd say 20-30 bucks a piece, I have some myself. Make a post in the "Goods" section listing some for sale (provided you actually own these and aren't looking to scam). A picture of the coins with your username and today's date written on a piece of paper goes a long way, along with being willing to use a trusted escrow for the sales.

Hope this helps, good luck.

1 LTC is about $1.8
4.6 CLAM is about $7

That makes it a ~$10 premium if selling for $20, sounds reasonable to me.  Might be able to get a bit more, so I agree with snarlpill on $20-30. Minimum $20 and maximum $30.

Cheers!
1230  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Price on CryptoVest LTC Physical coins? on: March 07, 2015, 01:01:24 AM
I tried being a day trader once, in the alt and BTC markets. Made some profit but it was driving me literarily crazy, really stressed.
Now I am relaxed holding my coins and making some trades here and there.

Good move with the Doges! The best I did was to buy Moon when they were 1 satoshi, sold for 20 days later Tongue

Yep, could not have said it better myself, you sleep much better just by hodling.

That is why physical coins are so great, designed-for-holding™ Smiley
1231  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Price on CryptoVest LTC Physical coins? on: March 07, 2015, 12:31:32 AM
I wanted to hold them, but followed the price for a few days and sold as soon as it bounced back to 0.007
I regret nothing!

I spot a day trader in you  Wink
Only successful speculation I ever did was dumping my DOGE at 240 satoshi.
I regret nothing!
1232  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Price on CryptoVest LTC Physical coins? on: March 06, 2015, 11:50:21 PM
I have a bunch of these coins, they were all sold unfunded. So no CLAMS to claim :/ BTW price went to 7.5$ for 4.6 Clams

Awwww  Sad

I am not selling - I am Calm as a CLAM  Cheesy

I am considering to put one more Casascius St. Petersburg Bowl coin on the market.

I will give the followers of this thread a head start:
Write or send me your best offer and I will perhaps be tempted to let it go (my minimum price is 0.5 BTC).
I offer 0.6. And will pay upfront. I live in South Africa, hopefully not a problem.

PM send.

Thank you for the PM. Would you mind waiting until Monday? I will be getting from Bit-X signature campaign.

OK - Lets talk Monday, that would give me the weekend to consider your offer.
I lean towards accepting it - since there is another coins I really-really want, and it has a 5.5 BTC price tag on Smiley

Do you have a link? I love looking at these Casacius coins.

It is not a Casascius Smiley

Its a custom made coin, so all is happening in PM atm.

Actually it is a Casascius - Mike was commissioned to make the coin. Source: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=903503.0

Lolz on that Cheesy
I can guarantee you that Mike has nothing to do with the custom made coin we are talking about.
Yes, the coin in OP is made by Mike, but that is not the coin we are talking about, please read the whole conversation - thank you.

Never mind Lips sealed I see what you were saying  Cheesy

No harm done Smiley
1234  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Price on CryptoVest LTC Physical coins? on: March 06, 2015, 07:49:50 PM
If they where funded before May 14th 2014, then will that have ~$10 of CLAM associated to the private key under the hologram.
Pretty amazing to think about Smiley
The hell is clam?

Ohhh in that case: "I will buy your old wallet.dat for 0.01 BTC"... just kinding, I would not do such a thing.

But take a look here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=623147.0

Short summery, CLAM is another altcoin, but with the different that the initial coins was distributed by the BTC,LTC,DOGE block chain.
Any addy with more that a few satoshi at May 14th 2014, can claim their clam through the CLAM client.
One address is worth 4.6 CLAM, which right now is ~10 USD.

Disclaimer: I am not involved in CLAM in any possible way and have no opinion if CLAM is a good or bad coin.

And as for shipping, it would not make a different, since the all mail services shut down in weekend here, so the earliest it could be shipped out is Monday anyway.
