I find few of his posts going off topic and also mentioned those posts in his topic but finally it is the MOD who decides whom to ban and unban and hence it's wrong to judge anyone in that regard. If he/she continues to post off topic replies, one can just report it to the MOD and let them take the decision as here it's looking like everyone are targetting one user based on his/her English and posting. Leave it to the MODs and send them PM if there is any issue.

I was told earlier by a member that creating multiple accounts is allowed and giving negative or positive feedback also via those accounts is allowed. Trust isn't moderated and so I don't think it can be removed and most members don't take it seriously if it appears spammy but you have got negative feedback by so many users for different reasons and some look valid "Never dealed with this person , Giving bad feedbacks , he should mind his own bussiness." "I Never deal with you, why do you leave "Negative feedback" for me?"

Bitcoins also are illegal to use and are considered to be used for money laundering purposes. So in that sense, all the users here should get negative trust  I don't know how many similar threads are going to come up as I have seen numerous threads in the Scam Accusation section as well. |

Spammers will be found on every forum and it's a thing I have witnessed on every forum till date I have visited. People spam their referral links, make useless posts, derogatory statements, abuse and so on but in that case they do it without getting paid. Here some do it because they get paid while others do it for fun and like a hobby. It's almost impossible to avoid spammers and scammers as one account gets banned, they come back with another account.

Making separate posts and reporting each user can help them increase their post count. They think of benefiting with their REPORT posts. The above quoted user also reported that user by making 2 posts.
A single post isn't really going to result in your post count getting boosted. Of course, not all reports get posted in a thread. You highlight users who are explicitly spamming in a post, to ensure that your report doesn't get lost. OK so it is necessary to create topics reporting different users and it is all necessary as MOD does not give importance to the REPORT button. I wonder why mainly people who are a part of Signature Campaigns report there. Surprising. May be if they don't find the report button useful, reporting a user via PM would be an option but well leave it. It is funny how people think that banning signature campaign will be salvation of this forum and then it won't be any spam. I wish for an experiment like that, let's ban signature campaign for a month and see if off topic section will die, and people will be posting only serious and wise posts in other sections, and not useless and stupid things in overwhelming quantity. And I am little confused as I think that op was banned without apparent reason.
I can give an example of 10+ forums which do not have any Signature campaigns but have so many spammers who try to make one word posts, hijack selling threads, give useless replies and so on. May be ban those forums would be a great idea to reduce spam from the internet world? Some people spam for free as it's their hobby. Here newbies with any sig campaigns spam as they can't stop themselves. |

Edit: If the signature campaigns are banned due to members spamming, then I can say almost all members are trying their best to spam and earn money from that. Sometimes their opinion isn't needed but they simply force it on others especially in the META section. |

I have no intention of doing that I posted on some of them in here saying not to do stupid things and not to brake rules. I had commented on an number of posts in here that a person was asking for account to be deleted and posted about how this can be done or maybe request to admins to block it and remove with no sign up on it.
I had made some comments about someone saying to me to to never use sig campaigns and responded pay me a 100BTC and I will stop using them as a joke to the user who commented above my post. I spend a lot of time on here when I have the time to come on and post about lots of subjects I like to take part in. I follow rules and make sure am doing nothing wrong. I even help and report posts that are off topic and been here for over 3 years or so or close to without 1 ban or warning is kind of unjustified.
You can try sending BadBear a message stating your reasons to lift the ban. I could just advise you to check your posts again and see if your reply to the threads you're posting in are really required or not. That will help to know what exactly went wrong that led to a ban. This can happen with anyone and sometimes a member may post as if he is posting for himself and not a signature campaign and then get banned. I read your posts and if you weren't a part of the campaign, there would be no chance for a ban. It does not matter how long you have been a member here but your comments should add value to the discussion and not appear as if your posting for the campaign and making posts for the sake of posting. The MODs have become stricter these days and that's a reason they pay attention to most members of the campaigns. |

As the old saying goes if you get banned theirs no evasion of it regardless on what is done seen many posts requesting unban and does not get removed, Simple fact of life. Dont do stupid things and serious things wont happen So what stupid did you do that such a serious thing happen to you? If you have been banned for 14 days, Badbear must have found your posts not related to the thread like the above comment. Mostly people give general replies to posts which read "I'm banned" and this way, they try to boost their post count. If your reply isn't necessary, you should avoid posting it especially when you are a part of a Signature campaign. That's a lesson even I learnt. |
