We have not claimed the BCH. We will not put the security of our accounts system at risk without completely understanding BCH first. It takes time and resources to properly audit, build and test new cryptos if and when we decide to introduce them for our player base.
Our official position is that we only support BTC as of today, but that doesn't mean our position can't change as we understand more about the mechanisms of BCH.
So you froze the ability for people to withdraw for days beforehand and didn't even use that time to even understand how bitcoin cash works? Surely you must realize by now that not only was the freeze pointless (thanks to consensus level replay protection) but unfairly resulted in you now sitting on a lot of bitcoin cash that your users would have otherwise been able to access. Can you at least confirm if you have a snapshot of all users balances at the time of the fork, if you ever decide to be reasonable and offer bitcoin cash to your users? Just about every exchange worth its salt had the same policy. Also, part of the reason we needed to shut down deposits and withdrawals was to take balance screen shots, so yes ... in answer to your question ... we have them. This certainly doesn't change the fact that we gave players more than enough notice to take out their balances, so if we decide not to support BCH, we gave our players every opportunity to explore other options beforehand. - Jason. |

My withdrawals were locked just hours before the "deadline." I was given literally 3 generic answers as to why my account was locked. Then after the "deadline," I got a message saying Nitrogen made a mistake (whoops!) and I should have been able to withdrawal my BTC. But, it was conveniently too late. And Nitrogen kept my BCH. Recently tried to withdraw but now my account is locked. Im guessing it may be because I was using an Australian IP address but also have a USA VPN i use at home for netflix so used both ip's. Account 5591. I submitted a support ticket and others in the chat say they have been waiting 13days for support? Is that the usual time?

Is your official statement that Nitrogen has not claimed the BCC that it's accounts are eligible for?
Since they have already informed that they wont be supporting bitcoin cash it looks like none of the users will be getting their air drop coins,but it does not mean that they wont be claiming those coins.  Who would not want to have some free perks. Nitrogen is keeping YOUR BCH.

Can you payout parlay jackpot winners for last month.
Also a suggestion, you should make a minimum bet be something like 0.1 to qualify for the heavy weight portion. The big bettors contribute the most to the jackpot and should be able to earn more of it then small stakes players.

Heavyweight prizes are more of a reflection on the odds multiplier used to calculate a win, regardless of risk.
