1261  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake LOCK my account after WINNING 100K on: September 12, 2023, 11:14:24 PM
Hello,

First of all thank you ! This community is amazing, you have all been very reactive and took my case seriously and for that i'am very greatful.

The community deals with fairness, transparency, and the value of reputation, community upholds it

Quote
I hope my case get solved and that i manage to recover my money. They claim i have broken multiple times their "tos" and that they have "evidences" that suggest it.
Since i played from a restricted juridisction, i have no legal recourses and they abuse it.

I would like to remind you that casinos always uphold their TOS and rules if they see that there's a violation they will uphold it no matter what, it applies to all their players small and VIP bettors

Quote
I have been sending them proofs and they only seem to accept what suits them best while ignoring the rest of it. Now, every time I send them consistent evidence that strongly contradicts their conclusions, they ignore it and don't even reply...
If in case one of the parties is not satisfied with the result most probably the user, he/they can ask a third-party mediator like Askgambler, Askgambler if agree to mediate will ask for all the pieces of evidence and their decision is final as agreed by both parties.

Hopefully, this case will be resolved here I know Stake has a good history when it comes to resolving cases so we'll see
1262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Owner of 8K bitcoin lost in landfill threatens to bankrupt local council on: September 12, 2023, 03:10:17 PM
https://protos.com/owner-of-8k-bitcoin-lost-in-landfill-threatens-to-bankrupt-local-council/

I think him lashing out at the city council and threatening to sue them doesn't make bitcoin look good. wherever his hard drive is, if it's in that trash dump i don't see how even a data recovery expert could get anything off of it. it's probably been crushed, cracked, corroded, etc. lost cause. his big mistake was throwing it away in the first place but that was his fault no one elses. he lost those bitcoin a long time ago. and they're not coming back.  Shocked

They have a good and valid reason to turn down the request for one the council stated
Quote
“may or may not be in our landfill site.”
it's like looking for a needle in a haystack without guarantee of finding it

And second
Quote
A spokesperson said, “The council has told Mr. Howells multiple times that excavation is not possible under our environmental permit, and that work of that nature would have a huge negative environmental impact on the surrounding area.”
Even if he takes it to court the court will favor the council because of the possible harm and he may end up being charged by the city council because of the harm.

James Howells must have anticipated that Bitcoin could reach $1 million in a few years and he needs to take action now but I doubt if he can do that, he will have to regret his action of throwing his hard drive ten years ago for the rest of his life.
1263  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Grab magkakaroon ng features for crypto, NFT, kelan kaya magkakaroon sa Pinas? on: September 12, 2023, 02:15:02 PM

1264  Economy / Gambling / Re: Richy.casino - iGaming & Sports Betting. 💰up to $20k deposit bonus, free spins on: September 12, 2023, 11:09:46 AM
You claim you are Curacao licensed but i only see a philippino license in your casino. If you own a curacao license you should upload a direct link in your casino.

Philippine license - active

Curaçao license is expired and we are working on its continuation

I’ve been told by our lawyer this information few days ago. This is the message from the team.

I'm surprised to see a Pagcor-licensed casino here I've checked some information and the cost of licensing and it's not cheap based on these documents license and/or accreditation fees cost $40k sports betting $150k

https://www.pagcor.ph/regulatory/pdf/offshore/Updated-Offshore-Gaming-Table-of-Fees.pdf

This is the first casino with a thread here with PAGCOR or Philippine Gaming Corporation license All I know is that PAGCOR is very strict when it comes to regulation. Hopefully, your casino will establish itself as one of the most stable casino here in the industry.

1265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Do You Manage Your Adrenaline Rush In Gambling? on: September 12, 2023, 09:29:42 AM
What do you want to emphasize on the topic that you have already covered? What you want to convey is that our adrenalin helps us win at gambling. It's like the way you've done this topic before. Our adrenalin, in my opinion, provides a reason for us as gamblers to be more excited to play gambling. But this does not give us a chance to win at gambling. Our adrenaline has nothing to do with winning at a casino here in crypto gambling. Adrenaline can motivate us to have a positive or negative response. This is how I see how we manage our adrenaline.

You're out of topic Is there anywhere in my thread that I posted that adrenaline helps us to win in gambling, can you please check all the other replies to get the idea of the topic and don't just rely on the title of the topic or at least read my thread, it's not a very long thread and  I also included the best replies.
1266  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: where can I make a loan with collateral with small interest on: September 12, 2023, 09:09:22 AM
I need a suggestion where I can get a USDT or BTC loan where I can use a physical collateral such as a vehicle or a gadget. Can you suggest where I can do this?
With minimal fee or interest if possible. Prolly along term loan.

It's not possible here, The only collateral lenders are asking for are altcoins and collectibles something that can be transferred through blockchain or files since your collateral is a vehicle, pawnshop or a post in social media groups that are based in your location is your best option.
Why not check your friends or relatives first and ask if they can loan you USDT or Bitcoin and your vehicle or gadget as collateral you can also accept cash and just buy USDT and Bitcoin after the deal.
1267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Do You Manage Your Adrenaline Rush In Gambling? on: September 12, 2023, 08:33:22 AM
Thank you for all the replies so far I'm reading all the replies and extracting the best response and including them in the main post maybe we'll limit the reply to 40 replies I'm sure there are imaginative ways to manage your adrenaline rush in gambling that could result losing a lot of money based on members' experience I've already some and will include more.
1268  Economy / Gambling discussion / How Do You Manage Your Adrenaline Rush In Gambling? on: September 11, 2023, 10:36:47 PM
I'm sure all of you have experienced the adrenaline rush when playing. You may not notice it but it is there and has a big impact on how you play.

Quote
So, What Is Adrenaline?
Adrenaline is a hormone that is naturally produced by the body. It is also a type of medication used to help people who are in significant pain. When adrenaline is produced, it has several effects on the body. These effects are an increase in heart rate and blood pressure, dilated pupils, increased blood glucose levels in the brain, and growing air passages leading to the lungs
An adrenaline rush is a sudden experience of these symptoms and can make us feel more alert, somewhat like having a cup of coffee. An adrenaline rush can also heighten our emotions, whether they be excitement, anger, or something else.

So How Do You Manage Your Adrenaline Rush In Gambling when you lose your bankroll but the adrenaline rush is still too high, people who cannot control their Adrenaline Rush are often people who commit the mistake of chasing their losses and adding more funds to their account, amount that usually they cannot afford to lose.

In my case, I stopped drinking energy drinks or coffee this is one of the contributing factors why I have an adrenaline rush and it took to long to subside.

Note: I'll be monitoring every reply and include the best reply and will become a reference

if you are gambling and you are very excited about it and jump up and rejoicing over your winning, your body adrenaline level will increase also.

I just reduced my stake to the minimal because at that moment thinking straight is very hard so when I reduce the loses start looking small so as to remove that flow or rush of anxiety all over my body.

Limiting my bankroll. This usually is enough since my adrenaline rush cools down really fast due to my thinking while I'm trying to deposit more into my account lmao.

Five to 10 minutes of a cold shower will do the trick for me I feel relaxed and there is no need to come back to gamble.

Stepping away from PC and doing physical activities is usually more than enough to keep losses at a minimum.

I'd keep myself distracted and do something else that'll keep my mind away from gambling because it's not good to immediately go back after losing my bankroll.

1269  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake LOCK my account after WINNING 100K on: September 11, 2023, 09:15:31 PM

Every single one of the emails that i have received from Stake their is this message

I don't think i'am allowed to share any information that has been sent to me. I don't wan't to give them any excuse to retain my funds.

The only thing i can share to you about talking to the support is this :

Here you see that they allowed me to connect into my account, so i could do the KYC.

Right after i had done it, they removed the funds from my wallet.

Recap of all the proofs :

Thank you for uploading, and I'm quoting this for everyone to see. There are communications that are not allowed to be seen for now maybe later on when circumstances force you to show it.  I'm sure they are now aware of the existence of this thread you may send them a notification that you created a thread for your issue here in Bitcointalk.

Hopefully this will be addressed by the team the sum is not small to be ignored.
1270  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake LOCK my account after WINNING 100K on: September 11, 2023, 04:10:39 PM

After contacting support, they said i had broken their "TOS" and had multiple accounts. This turned out to be completly wrong, after a few weeks of investigatio, they admited that they where wrong and that i only had 1 account but still refused to let me withdrawn 🤯

I didn't see this on the images you uploaded to your XTwitter account all I see are balances, this is a piece of strong evidence if you have a screenshot of that.

Can you please compile all your pieces of evidence and post them here using Bitcointalk's official image uploader https://www.talkimg.com.

Don't worry if it does not show up when you post it here, one of us will quote it for everyone to see.

Hello, thank you for your observation, previously we had a Member account and our images were shown, but they have removed it from us as well as the moderators are also trying to eliminate all our Threads, we do not know the causes of these actions...

What do you mean you had a member account in the past, Is the account banned or what, Checking your trust level there is no complaint maybe you're breaking the rules.

They will not delete your threads if it's not reported or you are doing something wrong.

But I have a piece of good news for you, You only need one activity to reach the junior rank and when that happens you can post images but I still recommend that you get yourself a copper account as one offering products and services/
1272  Other / Meta / Re: Please I keep getting logged out of the forum from my browser and don't know why on: September 11, 2023, 01:00:57 PM

Okay, I'm using Chrome Browser Sir, which I specifically downloaded from Google PlayStore, since I'm using an Android device, and this incident which I just reported all started on Saturday evening, after while trying to access the forum, I saw that my account was already "logged-out" when i didn't, because my account have always been on the "Always stay log-in" mode. So I tried logging-in, and after some while, I noticed that I was still logged-out, and the issue persisted til yesterday been Sunday. So on that note, I just had to take the bull by the horn yesterday by changing both password and Gmail, so as to be on the safer side, and report this issue to the forum to know if could this be a general case or just mine.

There could be another accessing your account because there is none on the setting for you to have that experience and if it is a bug we will all experience this, You did the right thing posting this, checking your IP log-in will determine if there are intrusion to your account, but if you change your password and email and you still get this experience then something is really not right.
Please update us on how you fixed it when you fix it because others could experience this.
1273  Other / Archival / Re: Sinbad.io Mixer - secure, fast and easy to use on: September 11, 2023, 12:38:12 PM

Guessing the price of bitcoin in August was very difficult!  It is currently very difficult to understand where in the cycle the price of Bitcoin is.  Is the price of Bitcoin rising or falling?  What is now - a bear market or is it already the beginning of a bull market?  Maybe we are currently seeing a local bull market?  Flat period?

This is last month's price data doing well heading to $30k until it experienced a dip and that dip stayed on until the end of the month it hasn't recovered until now, hopefully,  before the end of the month it steps in the $30k mark I'll bet nearest to that mark I'm very positive that the price will recover.
1274  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bounty SpotPlus with fake testimonials? on: September 11, 2023, 10:37:03 AM

I'm afraid he won't do it, reading through his trust profile, it looks like this is not the first time he has managed a bounty campaign for a shady project.

It will add more negative feedback if he fails to stop the campaign If only all bounty managers do research and stop when the project is exposed we would limit dubious projects and no investors would lose money, Bouny manager @Bounty detective has been on this for many years he is an experienced bounty manager.
He should know how to investigate what to look at and how to look at a project.

We have a lot of scams already in the altcoin section even projects that look legit are having a hard time raising funds because investors are losing trust in projects that launch crowdfunding, We'll see in the coming days if he takes heed and stops the campaign.

1276  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Do you think that Bitcoin is more worth buying than the ASICs? on: September 10, 2023, 11:35:57 PM
THis is my opinion but its worth to buy a bitcoin rather than buying a mining rig, IF you don't have enough money to afford multiple mining rig. But if you still curious about how mining works and watched the fan screaming yeah you can buy one and running them if you think it is worth you can buy it more.

Six years ago I was looking to mine and I wanted it solar powered but by that time I had money and I had a friend who could set up one for me using GPU I just found out that companies are mining it using ASIC mining rings and the cost at that time is not worth it, I ended up buying Bitcoin and true enough it's more profitable than buying Asic I think it's the general sentiment of those who used to mined and give it up.
Time is changing and sometimes a change of mind is still worth it.
1277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How will you feel if it happens to you just like this? on: September 10, 2023, 10:36:33 PM
People like those (me) who don't gamble for fun have this question to answer: how will you feel when you don't have money to stake a game that you predicted and better winning games you predicted played the way you predicted it and when you checked the winning was something that could have changed your life for ever if you didn't gambled again after such winning?
If it happens to me, I can't stop thinking of it, but definitely one day I will stop thinking about it and see it as history or not yet, my time for big wins just like how it happened to me when I lost a bet that would have given me

It's called the gambler's dilemma and anybody can be struck by this dilemma I even heard one guy betting a combination of his so-called lucky numbers in a lottery for over two years without fail but the first time that he did not bet on his favorite numbers that numbers show up.
Can you imagine that for two years you never failed to bet but the only time you did not bet for it showed up, I'm just glad to hear the guy is still okay and he still managed and just think that it's not really for him.
As a gambler, we have to let go of some things because we cannot be lucky all the time and we just have to accept the result, there's really nothing like a healthy mind.
1278  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: My crypto news site - cryptotalk.tech on: September 10, 2023, 04:12:54 PM
I would not have used a domain name that says "cryptotalk" because that is connected to another forum: cryptotalk.org which is full of spammers trying to make a quick buck from a hundred posts, so it will not be easy for people to hear about your site by word-of-mouth. But I guess it's too late to change it now.

Maybe utilize push notifications so that people can get alerts without having to go to the site.

Checking
Code:
 cryptotalk.org
it is offline now I am aware of
Code:
cryptotalk. org
which is a forum created by the scam exchange Yobit but the last time I visited it over a year ago it was a ghost forum whose members left it because they are not paying anymore, There's a chance that this forum is now offline or already taken down so OP will have no issue anymore being attached to that forum.
I'm sure with its rich content OP provided will have his own authority online and people will easily trust it.

Hmmm... you are right. I checked it just now and it gave the Server Not Found error. So maybe it got torpedoed a few months ago. So in that case, that won't be a problem with OP (but I remember they were pretty notorious in 2019, 2020, then people here forgot about it).

Checking on Whois the domain will not expire until 2025

There's a possibility that it will relaunch again, but OP need not worry he is providing rich and SEO-optimized content than this forum, and he is using WordPress He can use a lot of SEO plugins If OP does a good SEO he can dominate the keywords Crypto talk and Cryptocurrency news or whatever keywords that you want to dominate its better to invest in good SEO plugins to configure your content to rank high.

Check out this list https://www.wpbeginner.com/showcase/9-best-wordpress-seo-plugins-and-tools-that-you-should-use/

I'm not affiliated with the site just sharing but I'm sure you have one or two SEO plugins an article-based platform should have one.
1279  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 Bitcoin will be $173,566 before November, 2025 on: September 10, 2023, 03:50:38 PM

Because it is possible that whatever prediction is seen on the graph, the price that you predict may or may not go beyond that,.. You know that Bitcoin often moves at times that people in this Bitcoin industry do not expect as always, in short, Bitcoin always surprise us😀

I've been surprised hundreds of times and the market keeps surprising me these past two months I expected the market to be better and head to the $30k level but look where we are now, it is only a few more months before the halving and there's so much expectation on the market I'm just crossing my fingers.

This is one halving where I accumulate more coins than before, You can't blame HODLERS like me the halving season never fails to amaze and surprise us so yes I believe that

1280  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake false tranaction not found on: September 10, 2023, 01:33:51 PM
I haven't played on Stake for a long time but I used to think withdrawals there are instant !

I am going to venture a guess that after the recent hack, everything leaving their wallets is gone over a few extra times to be sure it's legit.

Something happened to their system, and they are keeping the doors open so to speak. So in case something else was compromised they want to be sure all coins leaving are legit.

I have seen one or two other complaints that things that were instant are now taking a little bit of time.
And if they are putting more eyes on it, it means more people involved, so more chances for delay.

Just my opinion.

-Dave

Yes, we can connect it to the recent hack It is a preventive measure but I'm sure it will go back to instant withdrawal again because this is one of Stake's best features at least they should announce it to their members so they'll know what's coming if that is the case.
It's not good if we have a similar incident like this pop up in the future we already have a long discussion on this one
and it's not good for users, but Stake still kept its reputation intact because of assuring its users' funds at the time of hacking.
