UPDATEI can confirm Alex Green / Moopay LTD have sent the Syscoin team the amount reflected in this wallet - http://blockexperts.com/sys/address/SfZrsfQHw9FiQzy6wk4Ni1miXZsCY3yjN5. This is the amount purchased using 250btc of the escrow funds as "buy support" during the launch. We have given Alex/Moopay LTD until 21:00 BST Oct 17, 2014 to release the entirety of the Syscoin escrow fund in order to prevent litigation. We have provided him with the contact for our legal counsel in the interim- we have not started litigation yet, but are fully prepared. We have not contacted UK Police as of yet. We will continue to keep the community posted on the action being taken here. We appreciate the community's support in this issue. We have no contract in place enforcing the 250btc/month payout that Alex is checking if its ok to "break" with his legal counsel. Additionally the self-imposed due date of 250btc being paid out on 10/14 has already been missed (leaving Moopay LTD in breach of their own agreement). We see absolutely no reason for the fund not to be released in full. He is obviously trying to steal this, and stalling for time. This is plain and simple theft. Report it to the UK police.

Well i didnt expect that. My SYS are leaving the Mintpal building! Withdrawal honoured.

moolah is your partner and you tell us you have done enough investigation of this company at the very beginning, now you tell us it's a scammer, what the hell!!!
That point should be put before Jackson P, and the guys who sold Mintpal, and the staff at Moolah, before the SYS crew.

Has anyone received their withdrawals yet?
Ive actioned it, and the status changed to 'requested', but nothing received in other address yet. EDIT: My SYScoin withdrawal has been honoured!

Very thorough presentation, Mark. Tis an ambitious plan you are embarking on. Hope to see this play a part in more broad based adoption.

Hey there mate, yeah we run http://banxmint.com hit me up direct and Ill fill you in on anything your interested in Cheers Mark Just ordered my first physical coin from you guys...If the pictures are anything to go by they look "beautiful" !! Looking forward to receiving it, and giving it a review on here. The "buying" process was simple...paid by PayPal...couldn't get easier unless I had paid by BTC, which I notice is also an option ... obv! More beautiful than a Casascius? .... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=565467.msg8937927#msg8937927Not knocking them at all, but they were a little plain for my liking.. I think I would like to rock up at a casino twiddling one of these bad boys between my fingers before putting my last £10 on 00 and losing, then going home again to watch crap on tv.... Plain? Wash your mouth out with soap and sacrilege, immediately. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=565467.msg6161628#msg6161628

So, who actually owns Mintpal, right now?

The top accounts are exchanges account like BTER so these data are a bit biased. Good point. I keep over-looking that, and im sure others do. Maybe the site could add an '- exchange held funds' line.

Assuming you're talking to me: I think people in this thread are a bit more realistic in their expectations. Like myself, they understand that players in unregulated markets use every tool at their disposal to their advantage. Why draw attention to something so obvious?
How bored are you, to assume you know what others think and understand on here? Never mind.

Total sum of active swaps 13,885.50 BTC
It appears that 600 BTC was used to dump with: http://bfxdata.com/swapstats/btc.php Who would do such a thing? I mean that is a pretty big gamble unless you have special knowledge about hidden orders and stop loss orders... or is there something I am missing? aint that a taboo subject. Also, is anyone else concerned that its taking 4 months, and counting, for Bitstamp to release its 'financial statement audit' ? Been asking for details for 2 weeks now, and all i get is "its in progress" https://www.bitstamp.net/article/Bitstamp-BTC-Proof-of-Reserves-May-2014/

Gotta ask yourself how low this would have been without the bid wall. Sentiment (the broad and necessary kind) is still very negative. Edit: Consider how many stop-loss orders there are, placed just under the 3k order.
