As far as practically there are not buy support on Yobit to this coin.

We will see if dev is gone:
As far as This is a self-moderated topic, So If the dev is gone him dont will delete this post.

If it was a scam this could be stopped quickly, How?

Giving a week to have news of dev.  If dev don´t appears on that lapse we can to declared this coin dead.

Is everybody agree?
1282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Links to died coins INDICATOR DC ........................... on: October 24, 2015, 05:40:36 PM

I don't think that somebody will do a takeover of a coin that have only less of 2 months, but anyway i hope you will be lucky to find somebody for this job

Anyway i was watching the Sec. Thread and i'm surprised that on this month there were less new coins then last month (Maybe School/University takes away scammers or dev that doesn't know how to do hello world and use pre configured files for make a new coin?) anyway i don't know if you heard it but Clickcoin maybe will get a takeover

I didn`t know, But anyway I quoted your answer because its true about Clickcoin .

Yeah i know, for sure the coin maybe for something like 4-10 months will survive only thanks to the community that really care about clickcoin and in the future will start putting some kind of reward for who will do the takeover

Like to many coins it would have been launched after Sept 01 2015 it now  would are dead as soon as dev left the coin, And instead off something like 4-10 months  the time would be more shortest like  to 1 or 2 months max. perhaps, However we may see this on the list when people realize that the takeovers dont work in almost cases.

Yeah most likely, anyway you saw https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1219043 ? Seems that instead of giving some random reward after n blocks will randomly decide if give a real reward or destroy one single coin, and anyway for now is only an PRE-ANN

Thats  only another new coin that not get very far and I have considered a PRE-ANN is equal to an project or a coin since Sept 01 2015 unless the dev desist the same day of do the announcement, This became part of the DC indicators.

As probably you know the  takeovers dont work in almost cases, If Dev left the coin the better is to declare it died before that you and anothers peoples lost money and time on an useless blockchain  but everybody is free of choose.

IDK how new is BowsCoin, think i'm still following coinmarketcap list (most likely outdated and who knows which coins i will skip for error)

On crypto is difficult see a thing updated completely  Cheesy  , But from my point of view coinmarketcap should not have so many coins listed because this is considered a icon for many peoples, There will certainly people who do not use it to make decisions but I can almost assure that the greatest number of people still use this, And if they want keep on the top eventually will need redefine the list and restrict a bit more to list new coins.

@MbccompanyX

CAPTcoin(CAPT) thread had an announcement of the dev Equamobi Today and I'm glad of have it on Special cases*Not dead yet completely because I was waiting news of Equamobi. This is an example of a good Dev where he explain how he did his best and he learned a lot while doing it but it has caused him only losses which he can't keep any longer.

So we will wait of news further about if somedody will do an takeover.

Yeah i noticed what the dev wrote on his discussions, still... seems that i didn't got any answer about my issue (But because isn't on coinmarketcap or at least i think so i don't care about the coin)

P.s. you know that all those breaks doesn't help the list at all? In the past there were daily updates now are getting so and so to blocks of updates each 2-3 days

Adopt the pace of nature; her secret is patience.  Wink

Well if you say so, in the meanwhile the troll of AeroMe (X1235) seems it calmed down and about my full sync... well maybe before next monday i can try BowsCoin if BlueCoin continues as is going the sync (Even if i think i need at least an Hard Disk of 500Gb for all the coins.... BitCoin srs need to stay with the 1MB limit or is a problem)

OK,

Please be careful especially with new coins, As probably you known there are  malware very sophisticated too, Possibly undetected yet.

1292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does it mean that a coin is premined or instamined? on: October 23, 2015, 11:21:47 PM

As far as markets are concerned, a very different perspective emerges than what has been asserted above.

Most non-premined, non-instamined, well distributed, perfectly launched coins go straight to zero. If not straight to zero, to zero in quite a short space of time. Of the top 10 market cap coins, more than half have 'complex' distributions to say the least.

Conclusion: Proof of Work is one way to distribute coins. But markets are ultimately a fairer mechanism of distribution because they price everything - not just emmission curves and electricity  Wink

It's all about approaches, If that is true then LTC Litecoin with 150 premined coins practically 0 , And dogecoin  0 premined will could reach 0 value. Both are in Top 10 just now.

1295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does it mean that a coin is premined or instamined? on: October 23, 2015, 09:42:35 PM
Satoshi was mining almost alone in 2009 year. Ther were some calculations that his premine is around 1 000 000 BTC, or 4% of all bitcoins.

Exactly,

Fortunately He dont dumped any coin since long time ago. But if he decides or another Bagholder dump all coins on like a day cause apart from the drop in prices a much more adverse effect that would cause panic sales throwing the price to levels rarely seen since a long time ago. A similar effect has been the case with most of Altcoins on market where the price has been hammered by large sales volumes.

Multiple hacks and exploits happened aswell so there are even more rich bagholders.

Well on that case I guess that these last kind of rich bagholders could are selling continuosly his stolen BTC because on transactions big they could be more easily detected.
1296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In need of a consistent cryptocurrency advisor. on: October 23, 2015, 09:29:08 PM
If somebody else  did your coin, Probably  you lost a little of money, If you continue it, You can get to lost more, So maybe better let it die.

Even coins with devs more experimented  die continuously.

does it mean the value of the coin is relatively low if devs premined like 3% of it?

Yes and Not.This is based on the total of supply but even 3% can be a lot, Logically it the coins is a scam the dev will sell inmediately to get profit and after left the coin and the price will drop drastically throwing it to a certain death on almost cases. However if a project is legitim the dev should have the right to reserve a certain amount of coins but giving the certainty that will not sell these at least in the short or medium term like for
example to BTC, If I remember correctly Satoshi Nakamoto  has not sold not one of his BTC, However this does not mean that him never will do, The same that anothers bagholders  perhaps causing a drop in prices, so that everyone should proceed according to its criterion.
1300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does it mean that a coin is premined or instamined? on: October 23, 2015, 03:37:03 AM
How does this affect the value of the coin?

This affect very hard to the coin because is probably that dev can sell these as soon as this hit an exchange, Normally you could keep away of this kind of coins.

Edit: On some cases can exist a coin 100% premined but with  "fair" distribution and it is completely  different.
