321  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price predictions for after the halving on: June 27, 2016, 12:17:43 AM
$1200 seems to be difficult to achieve after the halving, and if price reaches to $1k at halving then majority of people will sell their coins which will result in price drop after halving.

If they sell coins sooner or later they return and the price is acquired again.
322  Economy / Speculation / Re: $2k in january on: June 26, 2016, 11:48:40 PM
It is difficulty to say. The bitcoin price is still very volatile. It is $540 at the moment. But I still think it will be $1000 in 12 months.
$1000 based on what? wishful thinking. Price won't just climb to $1k because we all want that. There must be a reason, at least some fundamentals to support. Bitcoin is in a quite different place, compared to where it was in the end of 2013. We already had the experience of climbing to $1200 based on pure speculation and we all know how it ended. History doesn't need to repeat, what's more it will take a lot of new money flowing into Bitcoin to get to $1k. Why and from where? I don't see it at the moment.

The price rise to the $1000 will depends on the mass adoption. We need the block size increase to help mass adoption.

Not necessarily that figure does not corresponds to the event that you describe however a higher price  could do it.
323  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 BTC = 1000$ in 2016 on: June 26, 2016, 11:44:23 PM
BTC is holding strong on 600's territory, we have had a bit of a fall last hours from 680 but in the bitcoin world 40 dollars means shit nothing, so we can still go to 700's in the next month and then work from there.

Definitely, There are two events still to come on this year, Halving and end of the year, so that those numbers can be achieved.
324  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: June 26, 2016, 11:37:54 PM
Sell them. Buy more. Repeat.

That sounds very easy, but it can also result in the opposite or be tables.
325  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: June 26, 2016, 11:33:30 PM
I'm not quite sure but I think on this occasion(Brexit) should have gone up gold prices.
326  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: June 26, 2016, 11:30:24 PM
i believe that in one year bitcoin can really reach good price, around 800$ for 1btc It is possible that in future the price of bitcoin is around $ 800, but I would argue if in future the user Bitcoin growing and increasingly busy market then prices could Bitcoin is much higher than $ 800 no one knows when we will see the best price of bitcoin, but majority of people are positive that we will see that price very soon and now its time for bitcoin to move in positive direction.

After a year of  now and considering the halving probably $800 it sounds a little low but  really who knows.
327  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: June 26, 2016, 11:26:38 PM
Helving time is coming and bitcoin today alitle lost blood and i think again bitcoin price will rising  we have 13 days almost for helving time and the bitcoin price will change so much but it will finally rising more we will see it
The bitcoin will stay rising for sure without any doubts, the bitcoin has a great future and it will rise to a very high amount in my eyes.
its just a matter of time before it will all happens...

Yes, the trend seems to be on the rise despite the so-called "corrections".
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NXT::status on: June 26, 2016, 11:19:39 PM
That whole thing of -Nxt 2.0-,-Ardor-,etc   has Nxt returned to the headlines.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NXT 2.0 Ardor No ICO Speculation - Live Now on: June 26, 2016, 11:15:37 PM
That thing of "Ardor"  or whatever you call it, was definitely one thing that returned to give enhancement
to NXT that seemed to be languishing, we will have to see how it evolves.
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your favourite Altcoin? on: June 26, 2016, 11:01:49 PM
Hey Guys,

currently I am having around 100.000 (hundred thousand) Dogecoins.
I don't know if I should try another Altcoin than the Dogecoin so my question to you is now...

What's your favourite Altcoin and why excactly this Altcoin?

Best regards,

Patrick Smiley

All guys here have mentioned almost good prospects, but unfortunately for you, doge is undervaluated just now, I mean your amount  is equivalent to 0.045 BTC at current prices, if you go to ETH probably you get 2 ETH only, I do not want to give you bad advice or not discouraged(Mainly because I do not know if really doge might have more high value in the future or not), probably you could draw your own conclusions, cause is the same maybe 2ETH or even 0.045 BTC  it may seem small now, but tomorrow who knows.
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum to go up or down? on: June 26, 2016, 10:47:12 PM
etherum will be up again maybe 0.1BTC/1eth  Grin

I think it is possible. It could be higher if the bitcoin is in big trouble, for example, people do not use bitcoin because it cannot cope with the increased transactions.

I hope the block size to be increased soon so that more people will find it fast and cheap to transfer money.
Keep praying. Because fuck is is being done about BTC crippled architecture and fragmented community. Just look at the BTC shills on here. All Spoetniktards.

I have much more bitcoin than Ethereum. But I also hope Ethereum to succeed. What happened to Ethereum is just growth pain.

It depends on the solution to the current crisis and the further development and application of the Etheruem.

Yes, despite the setback it suffered it seems to be recovering.
332  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone bought Bitcoin June 21 when price drop to 660? on: June 26, 2016, 10:37:57 PM
During the night of brexit counting, I bought a little bit (0.3) at 660

Really that event had no affectation in price as some expected.
333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why most of btc users are russians? on: June 26, 2016, 10:28:42 PM
I don't believe that most bitcoin users are Russians. Didn't they ban bitcoin? I think there are lots of users in the US and China, so I'd be very surprised if it were true.

I dont know if US or China are those with more BTC users, but I have always believed the Chinese are the largest owners.
334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ready for bitcoin halving? on: June 26, 2016, 09:23:46 PM
lol i dont have enough savings on my bitcoin wallet  Grin Grin i just have few of them but i am ready for that . haha by the way how many days left before the halving ?
Really not many, In the middle of the following month I think.

Edit:

Maybe less time probably : just 13 days left from now.
335  Economy / Speculation / Re: how much gonna be 1 BTC in a year? on: June 26, 2016, 06:08:06 PM
With more people getting interested in BTC in coming years, the increase in price should happen. But its how people see it and use it that will determine the price going up or down.

Agree, if it is useful then the peoples eventually might use it.

337  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: June 26, 2016, 05:21:26 PM
Yes the bitcoin is worth it for me without any doubts because it has a very good future a head with its nice worth.
I think its just a matter of time before we will get rewarded for this.
Bitcoin as a great future but the problem is bitcoin is unpredictable and year by year more adopters are come and new stores are accepting bitcoin..
Like here in my country tey are now adopting bitcoin but they are restricting it here..
If year by year the adopters are increasing and more people and more stores are going to accept bitcoin then the price of it is not unpredictable but with that we all know that the price will go rise more higher and will flourish.
It makes sense what you mention about the effect of growth that could have.
338  Economy / Speculation / Re: [prediction] Next spike $560,000 14 months from now on: June 26, 2016, 05:11:54 PM
How many bitcoins are completely out of circulation (loss of private keys) currently?
How eager are the large holders to redistribute their bitcoins for taxable fiat assets?
What happens to the price if the supply is limited but the demand is increasing thanks to bullish trend?
The escalation might be pretty fast (matter of months rather than years when it really starts).

Allows please extend question, How many BTC(or priv key) are lost every day?
339  Economy / Speculation / Re: Poll: What year will Bitcoin reach $10,000? on: June 26, 2016, 05:09:00 PM
I did ever comparison BTC with a volcano, it can be turned off, fuming long, or at any time erupt. $10K could be a type of eruption, now looks fuming long only.
340  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm dumping my bitcoins so you should on: June 26, 2016, 05:00:28 PM
Im waiting price rising to $1000 then i will dump all my bitcoin, i have only some bits so i thnk my dump not effect for bitcoin price
It is not so smart that you will now dump your Bitcoins at the moment. The value now is going to quite low so that wont be very smart. I hope that the most people will sell it later after a few years or months or something that you can sell it with profit.

I do not know what to say, now BTC looks very unpredictable sometimes.
