The Islamic State of Iraq recently issued educational regulations for the Caliphate. Music, art, sports, social studies, history and psychology are now banned in the classroom.
Translated by Aymenn Jawad Al-Tamimi:

So were looking at a want to be North Korea, well to be honest even the DPRK is not that extreme in music its classical, in art Korean only, social studies is the study of their great leader, history is the Korean War and their wonderful victory and psychology is satisfied just like 1984 with the aim of getting to work in Pyongyang.

In other words if ISIS gets control of the world women will wear Hijabs ears will be considered too revealing and we will end up back in the stone ages, but without the pillaging lol.

9. Abolition of any example in maths that points to interest, interest on money, democracy, or election.

That one was a bit weird I get the Sharia part though but banning the math seems weird.

ISIS also banned weed and burned a field of marijuana plants in Syria this past week.
(Good riddance we don't want any bees that are high on the plants and producing THC honey  Wink)
sez who?

Pillaging my guess is already back in vogue.

What this tells us is that terrorism has worked. Our elected "leaders", our military and our press are afraid to tell the truth about Islam for fear of the horrific consequences.
What it tells is that Obama has those fears.
12923  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Europe Needs to Embrace Islam - The New York Times on: August 30, 2014, 02:19:29 PM
guess the author's been smoking something spectacular.

The author is a liberal who see what she believe rather than facts.

One fact is clear, Muslim is not a peaceful religion and once they become a political force, they will demand the local to change the law to fit their need.

Her thinking is mush.  Consider the following excerpts:

In the West, Salafis incite people to withdraw from mainstream society, depicted as impure, in order to live by strict rules. These reactionary interpretations do contain similarities with jihadist discourse.

....political efforts are needed to put an end to the ‘ghettoization’ of Islam, which is often depicted as alien and incompatible with Western core liberal values

Well, she claims they withdrawn into their own little ghetto world by their own accord because Western is impure.  Then she complains that Islam is "often depicted as alien and incompatible with Western core liberal values?"

Well, that's because it says it is.  Duh...

Turns out in war the most difficult exercise is to guess what the enemy will do next or what is it up to.
What's US idea about supporting ISIS? Could be many things... or just a bunch of retards who jumped of the handle.

This is nonsense.  Many times, a country might support insurgents who turn out to be different than what was perceived, or who morph into something different than what they originally were.  This is nothing new.

To reverse reality and project the US helping the diabolical ISIS from the beginning is a stretch. I dislike Obama and think he is incompetant, but this is too much.

This one does not compute:

11. The teacher is to make the students aware that all the laws of physics and chemistry are from God’s laws in creation.

How does this sneak by a condemnation of all things modern?
In the abstract, I don't see a problem with this.    It's noting (from the point of view of a religious believer) that the Deity works by ways of the laws of science, not by mysticism or magic.  However I suspect the Islam view is shot through and through with magic and mysticism.....

That's the guy saying Islamic terrorists will invade the US coming from Mexico, right?

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/08/23/mexico-rick-perry-islamic_n_5703361.html

This is assuredly the biggest BS I've heard this month. The guy may be BTC friendly, and that's cool, but the world has yet to see a Mexican jihadist, and he should know that. People should remember 9/11 attackers came as tourists with valid visas. They didn't cross the border illegally.

http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/386694/judicial-watch-feds-bulletin-describes-threat-imminent-terrorist-attack-southern

A fair number of people down in South Texas have concealed carry permits or routinely carry (legally) firearms in their cars.

We'll see how these baddies make out.

I should mention too that the Mexican Cartels are not going to be on friendly terms with Islamic crazies.
12927  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Singularity and the machine age on: August 29, 2014, 12:23:43 AM
Bitcoin is as close as it can get with singularity with today technology.

The forum itself is supported by people with diverse background. Another form of singularity on product discussion.

A singularity of money.

Well, were that to happen it would of necessity not be money from a state or even an organization of states, such as the UN.

Is the Internet a singularity of communications?

It certainly is moving that way, as TV and home phone service are now really "internet apps."

A more penetrating question would be what changes - if any - to bitcoin might occur either of blockchain necessity or by way of some twisted, perverted interaction with diverse authorities, before the singularity of money arose?

.....
.....

So often, those who are skeptical of the claims that catastrophic climate shifts will result in dramatic changes to the environment in a timeframe too short to allow for acclimation are told they are “deniers” – e.g. something akin to those who cling, in the face of all contrary evidence, to the notion that the Holocaust never occurred. And yet, those who evangelize about the terrible future that awaits us if we do not address climate change with policy prescriptions, most of which center on personal deprivation and the defining of prosperity down, appeal to the heart over the head in order to make their case.

Only one correction, bolded section above.

This is a far left, minority radical view unsubstantiated by any scientific consensus.  This is the group who have been claiming 20 foot sea rise in 20 years, that sort of thing.

Repeating.

It also represents a shift in the definition of the use of the term Denier, from one who denies the existence of human caused climate change to someone who has a pretty rational view about it.

If this is output from the Huffington post, essentially it ridicules alarmists and praises skeptics, eg, Deniers.

Actually, yes.  He has taken numerous actions that increased the strength of Muslim insurgency groups at the expense of democratic or secular governments.

I am an American and i would like to ask for an Explanation of the difference of ISIS Extremists killing people for Various reasons they deem right and the Normal Islamist let's say in Pakistan that Stones a woman to death for the "ACCUSATION" of adultery or marrying out of their Religion such as a Christian?

I know there are many Muslim Bitcoin users here and simply ask for an explanation as to how the Extremists ISIS and Regular Islamist see the difference as to how Stoning a Woman to death for Adultery is ok but condemn ISIS for attacks based on what they believe is ok?

Now just for the Record i'm not taking sides  because when i read about an Insane group of people Who dig a hole put a women in it and throw stones at her until she is dead because they accuse her of Adultery is just as insane as an ISIS member Beheading Syrians because they won't convert to Islam.

To me both Instances are insane. Both are Wrong. Both are Barbaric and even animals Do not have this behavior.

So can 1 Rational Muslim please Explain to me what is the difference between the way of thinking and how a God would deem this as normal behavior?

Yes i am Ignorant in this subject and that's why i'm posting. To learn and inform myself. Anyone?
You have a pretty good point.  Note that I've gone WAY out on a limb and suggested these guys needed to FAWTA down their own crazies.

All the Muslims I have personally known were good people and would not abide with any of this behavior.

I have a feeling he will do more damage to that poor iceberg in one year than any global warming......

I assume he has some low speed Internet access?  Yes?  Good.  So we have a year to convince him that it's not warming and there is not a crisis.

That shouldn't be too difficult.

That is unless a polar bear uses that internet access after feasting on him...

True.  And you know his type.  They don' t have handy the 44 Magnum for those 10' high bears.  But don't worry.  He can run to the porta potty and hide.  But...

Is the Porta Potty sinking into the snow and ice from that global warming?

No?

See, everything is fine.

And the world's going to be fine.

Strong condemning... but not a single Fatwa.
Tell you what, too.  Don't be fooled by this.  Ever try looking at the English of a major Middle Eastern news source, then at the Farsi or other native language?

Lots of time they say one thing in the English, the opposite in the actual paper.

No FATWA?

You own them.
12934  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A new religion: Shitlam on: August 27, 2014, 04:40:28 PM
I'll applaud your rational view, WHEN AND ONLY WHEN I SEE A FATWA AGAINST EVERY LAST MEMBER OF ISIS AND BOKO HARAM, declared by prominent members of the Islamic clergy.

Until then, every last Muslim owns these creeps.

There have been plenty of muslim leaders/scholars denouncing ISIS:

http://www.arabamericannews.com/news/news/id_9262/Muslim-scholars-denounce-Islamic-State,-Israel-at-press-conference.html

The Imams Council of the Michigan Muslim Community Council (MMCC) condemned the continuing atrocities committed against religious minorities across Iraq and Syria by the Islamic State.

http://iqra.ca/2014/manitoba-muslims-denounce-isis/

We, the undersigned Muslim leaders in Winnipeg, unconditionally declare the actions of ISIS against the Iraqi Christians and Yazidis an affront to our faith, and we forcefully condemn any attempts by ISIS to associate their heinous crimes to Islam and to our prophetic tradition.

http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Peace/2014/08/02/Indonesian-Muslim-Leaders-Condemn-ISIS-The-Public-Have-to-be-Critical

More Muslims are speaking out against the Islamic State (IS), formerly known as ISIS. Two Muslim leaders in Indonesia condemned the group and those who support it, while the Supreme Religious Authority in Iraq asked the world to help the country fight the jihadists.

http://www.freep.com/article/20140825/NEWS05/308250218/Muslim-Detroit-ISIS-criminals

Muslim leaders gathered Monday on the steps of Dearborn City Hall to strongly condemn ISIS, saying the militant group in Iraq and Syria doesn’t represent Islam or Muslims.
Let's SEE THAT FATWA or your linkies a bunch of crybabies!

12935  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Experimental U.S. hypersonic weapon destroyed seconds after launch on: August 27, 2014, 02:08:04 AM
Quote
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A hypersonic weapon being developed by the U.S. military was destroyed four seconds after its launch from a test range in Alaska early on Monday after controllers detected a problem with the system, the Pentagon said.

The weapon is part of a program to create a missile that will destroy targets anywhere on Earth within an hour of getting data and permission to launch.

The mission was aborted to ensure public safety, and no one was injured in the incident, which occurred shortly after 4 a.m. EDT at the Kodiak Launch Complex in Alaska, said Maureen Schumann, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Defense Department.

"We had to terminate," Schumann said. "The weapon exploded during takeoff and fell back down in the range complex," she added.

The incident caused an undetermined amount of damage to the launch facility, Schumann said.

It was a setback for the U.S. program, which some analysts see as countering the growing development of ballistic missiles by Iran and North Korea but others say is part of an arms race with China, which tested a hypersonic system in January.

More...http://news.yahoo.com/experimental-u-hypersonic-weapon-explodes-during-flight-test-151527239.html

This is not a big deal, hypersonic test articles have been disintegrating for decades and will continue to.  One carried aloft by an SR71 wound up destroying the SR71....

Very difficult area.

The idea of course would be to be able to hit an enemy with a non nuclear device (and without a ballistic missile trajectory) within an hour or so of  hitting the button.   Say hit ISIS even when no military assets are deployed in the immediate area.  Or (given a non coward for POTUS) turn a situation like Bengazi into a win.
12936  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A new religion: Shitlam on: August 27, 2014, 12:46:19 AM
Being study Islam for over a decade and even if I don't like it overall, I try to be focus and not fall into plain hate speech accusing Islam of every evil in the World.
Well then, it comes the time when I need to agree with general Muslims; ISIS and Boko Haram aren't Islam. They are way too radical even to the ways of the prophet, they are nothing but ignorant violent crackpots using the flag of Islam just because.
So I would propose to coin a new term to define this new Islamic-based non-sense, and that would be Shitlam, making ISIS and Boko Haram Shitlamic movements.

Would the Holiest of Holy Men in the Shitlamic movement be named?

Holy Shit?
12937  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Dr. Williams explains his definition of social justice on: August 27, 2014, 12:44:28 AM
"Let me offer you my definition of social justice. I keep what I earn and you keep what you earn. Do you disagree? Well then tell me how much of what I earn belongs to you - and why?" Walter E. Williams.

Anyone care to answer Dr. Williams?

Beautifully said, couldn't agree with him more.

I am, once again, struck by the stunningly low caliber of the rightwing mind. Nobody with an IQ over 30 could read Williams' words without laughing at their simplistic moronicity.

I guess, for you leftwing minds, the answer to the question "why?" is never to be named. The reason is always some vague moral obligation or guilt that the successful should feel towards the unsuccessful.
I'll name the "why".

You see, sir, a dead man cannot complain, when you take from him.  And taking means that we have more, ourselves.  We can toss a few bones to the crowd to keep them happy.  Taking from the dead in large amounts, means that those living would be grateful that their tax rate was less.  A proper public information campaign is needed, of course.  This would include small payments for basement liberals living with their moms who would post pro-tax comments on forums.  They don't need much money, which is good because we want to keep most of it.

I wouldn't expect much from Muslim clergy. They are used to be strong to the weak and weak to the strong... in this part they are side-by-side with ISIS and Boko Haram. Eventually they will piss up some stronger ones, but I would say rather wipe them now then let them believe they can actually achieve something.

About ISIS, USA is the first to blame here, by taken Saddam out and by helped them under the naive belief that an enemy of an enemy is a friend or an ally.

Rather than trace the chain of causality back and study it, attempting to understand it, why not stop a convenient point to where you can blame a convenient party?

That's what you've done.
