1301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest regrets in cryptocurrency? on: February 12, 2018, 04:13:13 PM
Selling way too early because of panic moment and buy at high entry price because of not patience enough

Damn, Crypto is about patience and gotta be cool with your mind
1302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CJ / XBR] CryptoJacksCoin-X13 POW/POS | XBR SWAP IN PROGRESS on: February 12, 2018, 04:10:46 PM

1303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEW DPOS COINS FOR 2018 on: February 11, 2018, 05:48:58 AM
So i know about ark, eos, lisk, shift, blockpool etc, Im after new Dpos coins i have not seen or are flying under the radar. Im more or less looking for them to have less then 50m supply but Mcap of less then 100mill. If anyone would be kind enough to share that would be great Smiley. long time reader first time poster.

So far i didn't heard much new coins which uses the DPOS consensus
However blockpool seems to be one which is kinda of undervalue because it is not discover by majority of the user

Might be good to invest on Blockpool tho, check their discord for more information
1304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think Ethereum will over take bitcoin? on: February 10, 2018, 04:06:02 AM
I think that it will, it seems like it gets close here and there but more frequent. What do you think the result of a flip would be even if it lasted an hour? How would that affect the prices of BTC/ETH? What would be some outcomes of a flip?

Bitcoin : $151,799,115,747
Ethereum : $87,934,519,267

Ethereum is worth approximately 58% of the Bitcoin total marketcap.
I believe that in a long term, or perhaps within 2018 or latest by 2019. Ethereum will be the top #1 marketcap coin.

Reasons
It has far more use case compare to Bitcoin
It can scale well because of its infrastructure

Debatable
Ethereum has smart contract right now while Bitcoin Doesn't have. But it will be the matter of time, https://www.rsk.co/ focus and believe in Bitcoin and they are currently building a smart contract for Bitcoin and it will be finish soon

Bitcoin could enhance their scaling soon with solution like Lightning Network, although there's drawback of using LN like both parties might needed to put in X amount of coins as collateral (IIRC), still it will increase the overall of Bitcoin Network
1305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shady ICO's - still funded, are we really helping the industry? on: February 10, 2018, 03:58:00 AM
As a fan of the decentralization of currencies, ICO's, crypto, whatever other names this industry has I have to admit that we supporters are also possibly a reason the regulators want such a piece of the skin. In my research of launching my own ICO, I evaluated a lot of ICO's, in fact some of the biggest ones, and almost every single one of them has massive inefficiencies in their financial projections. I'm a wall street guy and have done many IPO's, been a part of them, and helped with them - I'm used to reading 500 page prospectuses, and now I find myself looking at illustrated whitepapers which is fine, but why doesn't anyone stop to look at their numbers? Look at the price they are offering their first private raise, pre ico etc, the number DO NOT add up to their total distributed tokens or amount allocated for fundraising, it's almost as if they have zero experience and just make an ERC20 token, smart contract, pick a number that sounds good in terms of total tokens and set a random price, well it doesn't work that way lol You need proper financial background that adds up, otherwise it's so easy to steal coins intracorporate level and dump them. None of these guys have their numbers really matching up. So with that being said, are we just ignoring this because we want to buy their tokens and cash out - or are we ignorant? What's the real answer here?

That's the problem of the massive hype in ICO in the past year which is around June/July where multiple ICOs just went boom and everyone who got in got free profit.

This results people to think that ICO is a free money service but in reality, its not. If we ever look through all or i can say Most of the ICO. We can see that most of them are just empty promise, futuristic ideas. I am not saying they are not be able to produce something that would be working well for the future.
However, it is not easy to success, especially in the Fintech field like Blockchain
1306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: In my opinion This is the real 1000x coin (UNTQ) on: February 10, 2018, 03:54:45 AM
Hi, This is solely my opinion about the coin/token.

The domain name industry is roughly 4 to 5 billions.

Everyday people are trying to create new websites and therefore registering new domains, paying for hostings etc.

Unetoque (UNTQ) is so unique. They allow you to register several domain names for free with free renewals.

And this makes a real use case.

More info

http://www.unetoque.com/

I think this will explode to1000x

Thanks

Ouh, they are giving free domains to users by just showing that it is powered (assist) by them and they seems to be a hosting reseller

However, by looking at their tokens supply
Total Supply:   200,000,000,000 UNTQ

I would say it is nearly impossible for them to hit 1000x, even 10x would be hard. What reason would they need to be pump 1000x when they are tokens that can be serve as utilities token?
1307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: telegrame bot based airdrops..are they good? on: February 07, 2018, 09:47:36 AM
now there are somany airdrops which based on telegrame bots.they give very small amount of coins after few easy steps.if you have a telegrame group with big community you can earn some by referral system.tell me your view/experiance regurding this kind of airdrops

They are good at stealing your coins  Cool

Jokes aside, Telegram Airdrops bot are kinda good somehow as everything is automated, it saves the developer time and shortened the distribution time
However, always read and research to check if project is legit and never ever publish your Private Key to anyone.

Good luck!
1308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Decentralized Content Platform Issues and Questions on: February 07, 2018, 09:33:49 AM
Alright, so as everyone know. Decentralization basically gives back everything to user, privacy, rights and etc.

My questions here

1)If someone created a Decentralized Content Platform, user will be allow to post content without any moderation, remove and etc right?
Hence, perhaps if i created a Kids Learning Decentralized Content Platform, How could we prevent inappropriate content like Gambling, Drug and etc?
If we were to moderate the post, that would make a platform not centralized am i right?

2)As far as we know Facebook is centralized or else we won't get our content removed once reported. If we were to migrate to Decentralized Platform, meaning we can post whatever we want? I mean that's the idea of decentralized right?
1309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the crypto market recover? on: February 06, 2018, 04:50:38 AM
All dreams have been shattered while the marketcap keeps falling every time I refresh coinmarketcap. I kept Hodling expecting it to be a small correction like the ones in 2017. Portfolio dropped more than 70% already  Cry and still dont see the bottom. Now I am wondering if it will recover to previous highs especially considering the China ban and regulations.  Cry Any thoughts?

This question has been popped out everytime the market popped and crash

If you ask one who is crypto enthusiast, they will always tell you market will recover, same from me. I am really optimistic and confident with the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
If you ask one who is the crypto skeptics, they will always tell you market crash is a yes and never recovered lul
1310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Current crash and future of crypto on: February 06, 2018, 04:42:14 AM
Market fluctuation are always used by the whale investors. It's nothing more than their earning strategy. They buy quick making the market go up and sell quick to dump it to novice and small investors to let the market fall and again buy the coins for cheap. So, small investors should be aware of what is happening with their investment.
My tips at current time.
1. If you are in larger loss, hold, the coin would rise one day.
2. If you are in small loss or profit, hold or sell, wait the market to stabilize a bit and buy.
3. If you haven't invested yet, don't jump in now, let the market stabilize before buying.

Real great tips there, i believe HODL should always be one of the important skills that the crypto investor have  Cool
For people who might wonder should you invest and afraid market reverse?

Use the Cost Averaging method
If you have $100
Invest perhaps $50 when ETH is $600
Invest perhaps $30 when ETH is $550
And so on, this you could average down your average cost of entry
1311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good news (I think) BITTREX to add USD US$ pairing... on: February 06, 2018, 03:41:55 AM

I believe this is one of the positive news and from what i read, TETHER Will be removed once USD is able to be deposited.
I strongly believe this is a good approach as TETHER has been skeptical in the past with the Bitfinex hack

1313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is what i buy during the crash. on: February 06, 2018, 03:35:16 AM

Hi Guys and Girls!

This is what i buy during the crash:
NEO - at 80 dollars - climbing up slowly, just lovely, holding is rewarded in GAS (which is also expensive)
LISK at 17 dollars -  news coming up soon!

What do you buy?

Cheers!

NEO is always a good buy as NEO is one of the coins that actually focus on the IDV (Identity verification) industry.
LISK has been there for long term and its update time by time. If you are a LISK holder, you might wanted to invest in ARK too. ARK is one of the best fork that i've seen
1314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum can go under $600? on: February 06, 2018, 03:32:37 AM
I have not ever seen the whole market under red signals.
Bitcoin now $8049,
Ethereum now $816. Its probably going low.
Is there any chance to go it under $600?
If its gone, then it will crash a lot as from my thinking.

IT is very very possible, look at the price now, it is close and might even goes below $500 if the down trend continue

It crashed all the Quater 1 of every year, even Dow jones itself drops like 500 and close to 1000+ points. Same to Silver, only Gold hold its value it seems
1315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CJ] CryptoJacksCoin-X13 POW/POS | XBR SWAP IN PROGRESS on: February 05, 2018, 05:26:41 AM
For people who has not received, please kindly be patience

One pm is enough for OP, don't sent multiple times because it will slow down the process of swapping
There's no worries of not receiving your coins because OP will definitely check if everyone receive their coins after he sent the coins

Cheers!
1316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which will be the biggest and final blow to crypto on: February 02, 2018, 12:42:44 PM
After India's unfavorable stance on crypto, which next blow will be the biggest for crypto?

1) USA banning crypto
2) Russia banning crypto
3) Japan banning crypto

With which blow its real downfall will start?

I think the real downfall haven't started yet and when the price reaches below $1000, the real downfall will start. All the people will be panicked and will be in disarray state losing their minds for the stupidity they believed in.  It will happen once USA announces its stance on crypto. I assume it might happen in G20 summit.

Japan and USA seems to have more of a positive stand there, it might be hard for them to unfavour crypto as illegal prodcut/object.
However, IIRC, there was one moment i see that Russia wanted to ban Off Crypto. Yet, Putin seems to be okay with crypto and its legal on his view
1317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Blockchain which can handle the most Tx/second? on: February 02, 2018, 12:26:38 PM
As far as we know

Bitcoin is around 8/s
Ethereum is around 20/s

I am not sure about how fast can IOTA/ADA be because they have a different framework in their blockchain which actually speed up their transaction when more people uses it, so it tend to scale well

Any other good coins with great blockchain infrastructure that could sent alot coins at once?
1318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Janus [JNS] Blockchain secured global business - Ignis || Ardor on: February 02, 2018, 12:22:00 PM
Woohoo who is ready for this new Kred coin?

I've been a Janus supporter since it's start of their ICO, although their ICO went fail because it didn't it the minimum cap. The team still tries hard to make the project work and in the long run, we can see good project tend to survive even without funds because they know how to operate a business and control their expenses

Good luck for all the holders!
1319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ripple recover? on: February 02, 2018, 07:36:27 AM
Hey guys, I bough some ripples recently, and the price is falling, what are your thoughts? Will it recover?

Don't worry, it will be back definitely Smiley

Crypto is on a major correction now, just wait till it over. Everything will be back and fine
Stay optimistic and HOLD!
1320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: alll coin going down. what should we do? on: February 02, 2018, 07:30:05 AM
