1301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN][ICO] PAYPIE 🌟🌟🚀 World’s First Blockchain Accounting Platform on: September 08, 2017, 02:20:51 PM
Lately I've been seeing headlines about India's demonetization efforts (it's not exactly smooth sailing) and I just made the connection with PayPie. In fact they mention India in section 9.1 of the whitepaper:

In India, huge projects to digitize financial transactions have been rolled out in last one year in the form of demonetization and GST and millions of new businesses will be in market first time who can be helped by PayPie platform.

Do you realize the potential when PayPie is first to market there when there's no legal alternative? Shocked

I actually agree with you on this. India has been pushing to attain a similar technological status present in places like Japan and China. So blockchain tech adoption in India seems inevitable. Especially, due to the current India/China strife, the first country to massively adopt the tech, gets a leg up
1302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EventChain SmartTickets - Stopping Excessive Ticket Fees on: September 08, 2017, 02:10:36 PM
In which country this will be working? This will be for limited countries?
They are targeting North America regoin, you can check here : https://cryptocanucks.com/blockchain-event-ticketing-industry-head-head-eventchain-aventus/

Actually in contrary what it says in there, they are aiming more than North America region. Dev announced in thread that they are also targeting europe, beside that few posts before dev wrote:

"The ticketing system could definitely be used for centralized transportation services, and we are already in discussions with that plan as well in a certain country near the Alps."

It would be great if it was France, but that would be surprising, so I think it's Switzerland, not too much of a choice there  Grin

France is still a possibility, if anything i think France is more of a tourist hub than Switzerland.

1304  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Islapdonkey Playing Dumb or Scammer? WARNING FOR ISLAPDONKEY on: September 08, 2017, 03:57:08 AM
Isn't it convenient that the account claiming that I might be scamming has one post dedicated to that post? If you are an honest BTCtalk user as you claim, you would have made your post with your main account. Like your post emphasizes, I don't hide any info about myself, you have my email address and also know personal info about me that I personally shared on this forum.

By the way, to make a statement such as "Stay clear off this scammer and speaks 'Igbo'" like speaking IGBO is a bad thing, tell me that you are part of the problem. A useless problem that tries to denote any act of African origin or things that just seems foreign to a westerner, as nefarious and should be avoided.
How dare you talk down on my mother's tongue, you rotten useless piece of shit.

Again, I intentionally doxed myself cos I have nothing to hide. If you truly a concerned member, make yourself known and we can hash it out. Why hide behind one post and use information that I gave out on the thread on my own accord to try to discredit me. Am quite sure you one of the Scammers I busted, I have nailed a few Scum bags  or more likely (Cum  bags) lately and am sure you fuming, thus the post.

Well, Mr or Mrs little bitch ass goat, I will do the honor of listing every negative post about me on google. All of it, except this current thread, was compiled by a scam group responsible for padideo, evolution, regrar, securivast and most recently nebule. After I busted several of their scam threads, they tried to concoct a scam post about me on pastebin, to get me banned on bitcointalk. It resulted in my BTC talk acct been suspended for 7 days for investigation. Post investigation, my account was restored and as you can see it's still in good standing. So the truth will always triumph any ploy utilized by you useless scammers.

By the way, I haven't created any ICO, I support a few that am comfortable/interested in, and their origins are easily verifiable.

I haven't/neither do I intend to ask anyone for money, rather you fuckers keep trying to bribe me to stop spamming your scam threads and I keep turning you down. I have multiple messages I could show, but since am dealing with a coward that won't use their real profile to make an accusation, I won't blast every message and throw everyone under the bus.

Ahhhhhhh!! why the fuck am I even answering this bullshit  ass post. Fuck it! Go ahead scammer, post another scam thread and watch me  blast your funky ass for having flatulence tendencies. Fucking bastard. By the way, your Lust accusation is Grin, all one needs to do is visit the LUST thread, no need tooting my own horn

http://archive.fo/GaIid, https://hesidohackeado.com/leak/pb-DpX4NCfL, http://archive.li/TNzTT, https://hacked-emails.com/leak/pb-DpX4NCfL   All of this post was created by the scam group responsible for padideo coin, evolution, deboot, securivast, regrar, nebule etc. the scammers created it after I busted several of their threads, it resulted in my BTC account been suspended for 7days for investigation. Post investigation, my account was reinstated in good standing.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2140781.msg21410228#msg21410228 this is the IGBO thread I made for cool token.
The nerve of this piece of shit to try to associate my mother's tongue with bullshit. NO BITCH! this is new Africa MOTHERFUCKER! we don't bow down to no one, neither do we believe that our's is inferior.
Could you imagine this bastard typing "Stay clear off this scammer and speaks 'French' or Portuguese, German, English? But it's an African language, the fucker wants to associate it with negativity. Oh! fuck you with a syphilitic pipe. Fucking nitwit Bastard.

1305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MOBILEGO Crowdfund [$53 Million] - Decentralized Mobile Gaming Solutions on: September 07, 2017, 05:07:48 PM
I sold my last share of MobileGo today. The price has dropped really hard for the last few months. From the top of $2.65 per tokent to $.62 today. The market cap is only $61 million. Pretty close to the ICO crowdsale of $53 million. I have been following MGo Slack channel for two months and I have not recognized any activity, announcement or release what will change price in a positive way soon. Maybe I missed something, correct me please.
However, I still like the idea and concept of MobileGo, so I would like to buy back a particular amount if I could see some progress.
The only issue with MGO was the decision to use ERC23. Currently it's  incompatible with a lot of exchange, but with time the security features applicable to ERC23 will become the standard. So Mobilego is ahead of the game. Investor just need to wait it out.
1306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EventChain SmartTickets - Stopping Excessive Ticket Fees on: September 07, 2017, 12:22:07 PM
Scrolling through the ANN my guts made me feel I would be silly not to invest in this ico.The team looks very professional and ready to deliver. Concept is very clear and has real world applications,Lastly token supply is very good for medium to long term investments and shorterm if utility and adoption increases progressively.

yeah if Aventus can sell out in mere 10 minutes then EventChain will be in just 1 because EC have more reach than Aventus.

EC has a much higher cap, so that might be overreaching but definitely interesting to see where how it goes.

It is a very high cap, that i also think will be hard to reach even though it's a solid project. With all the FUD about regulation going on. I wonder what will be done with leftover tokens, will they be burned?

From my understanding, the regulations are directed towards ICO promising dividends. I don't believe EC has such plans. I might be wrong and if so, please correct me.
1307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN][ICO] PAYPIE 🌟🌟🚀 World’s First Blockchain Accounting Platform on: September 07, 2017, 12:19:00 PM
i think paypie is good more then others. i have a question, there is so many project available blockchain accounting project. whats different between paypie and others project.

I don't know when you say lot's of accounting project in blockchain.

There is not too much project in blockchain about accounting first of all. Second, paypie is more proffesional and more compact. I won't compare any project in blockchain with paypie.

You can't see any project in expo unless it's paypie.
Fizcal is a competitor:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2075267.0
But Paypie looks more professional with a better team.

Every unique idea will get a competitor sooner or later and it is a good thing for the development. I say its actually needed. Fizcal havent made good buzz in the market where as Paypie is getting all the buzz it can. I would go with Paypie because of the team's transparency and community support.

And Paypie has a bit more to offer. Afaik, Fizcal is focussing just on accounting whereas Paypie is an accounting platform providing data for risk score analysis and a platform for lending.
Yes true also PAypie has an advantage of having a large client base for their Slackpie software and that will give them additional advantage overs their competitors.I have not checked Fizcal thread yet but I beleive Paypie has better team and product

It's very hard compare paypie with fizcal. Only accounting word is the same. Paypie much more compact, detailed and professional project.

I am a Certified Public Accountant, and can say honestly, paypal will fullfill needs of market.
I guess you mean Paypie  Huh

Right!! Rather than aimlessly shill and give praise. I would advise any potential investor to do a due diligent research. Always, research extensively on any ICO you plan to invest in. And when you at ease with one and have confidence in the devs ability to deliver on the proposed idea/ hopefully generate profit, then go with that team.
Paypie seems like a reliable team but don't blindly make investments, always make sure you do a diligent research.
1308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] VIBEHub | Crypto Based Virtual Reality Marketplaces & Hubs on: September 07, 2017, 12:04:15 PM
So users paid for musicians, artint for their lessons? How much will be cost one lessons (in usd) ?
I'm pretty sure it's up to the artists to decide.

So price for differents artist lessons is the same or different?

No it would be different, lets say an artists like Rihanna, The Weeknd, Drake and Ed Sheeran all held a concert in Virtual Reality. It is up to the artists to determine what they want the price point for their show to be. Most likely the price point would be different in all these examples.

I think it could create a lots of profit from the old market ,it also save a lots of money for their fans

Concert in vr, better seats, better transportation, more comfort. At some point it can kill the real ones.

Vr is a huge world that we only use a little bit. With vibehub it will extend greatly.

Really don't think VR could kill live events in the next 100 years or so. This is a absoulte different feeling to be with friends on an festival or a concert for example. But it can be a good compensation for times when you are not able to go, because you wasn't able to get a ticket, or you don't have enough money or you had no time for a long travel to a concert.

Now there is only a headset for a start. Think about some gloves, feeling pads. When you touch or hold something it make you feel the same?

Vr is a very new technology, it can improve greatly.

Vibehub can aid its evolving process.

The dev already stated that working on hardware is currently not part of their agenda, rather creating a platform that integrates with other hardwares, to encourage mass user adoption is currently the plan.
1309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] VIBEHub | Crypto Based Virtual Reality Marketplaces & Hubs on: September 07, 2017, 11:57:18 AM
The more I read, the more it seems interesting. Everybody seems to have a lot of ideas of application with the VR.

This market has so much potential. Maybe in some years it will be normal to have at least one VR in every home  Smiley

An 85y/o farmer in a rural village somewhere has a cell phone, VR is the next progression. Akin to how cell phones succeeded landline phones and streaming succeeded DVD, which took over from video cassettes. VR will be the common mode of viewing entertainment/communication in about 15-20yrs.
1310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DAO] 🚂 The Movement | Unstoppable Organisation | Airdrop Closed on: September 07, 2017, 11:50:25 AM
As far as am concerned no update is needed. The prior quote on the Ann clearly states that we determine when application into the movt will end, it never stated when token distribution will commence. anyway, we already passed the application phase. Now it states activity determination, which implies that you should get active on the thread to increase your activity count in other to have more coin allocated to you. so quit whining about token distribution and starts increasing your activity count on the thread. Ample notice was given, so don't whine later during distribution phase and your activity level is still at idle.
Raise activity in the thread? What users should do, shitposting till 200pages? For activity should be purpose, not activity only for activity. For now there is no movement with the project, despite project is named "movement"... Yes, community should decide, be active etc., but there is needs to be a direction. Devs who created this thread should show it or explain at least. We have only 1 post with minimum infomation but a lot of assumptions that community should do that or that. All of people here for profits, if there will be no movement in core there will be no movement from community and all of users will go to other airdrops. We have pretty enough of free distributed tokens

@sabbathhawk. Can you please tell me a bit about your sphere? and why you choose that direction?

A name can go along way after all. The wallet seamlessly synced and Dev was quite fast with the pm response. Elated to watch the trajectory of this coin. By the way don't forget to back up your wallet. I think this might end up being a really good one.

if this project successful, everybody could chat with your girl friend by Virtual reality technology.
I think it's pretty cool

not only with your girlfriend. on the business sector it could be an impact, having meeting virtually, connected over a huge distance worldwide, would be much better than having an videophone or skype session. for architects, would be nice to show off their projects to the investors right inside the vr session, instead of building a cartonage model.

That's what I was thinking as well. I wonder if the platform would have private sessions for people to show off projects they're working on.

I would think a session is dependent on who is connected so it can be private or public according to a user's need. It's like a phone call cn be between two ppl, or when needed turned into a conference call.

What other accounting blockchain projects are you talking about? At least give an example for your question to show true interest. There is Populous, which deal with invoice management, then Paypie, which incorporates the aforementioned plus credit management, plus more.

It's not FUD, it's real. Look at the sell history.

1318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN][ICO] PAYPIE 🌟🌟🚀 World’s First Blockchain Accounting Platform on: September 07, 2017, 12:02:42 AM
I wonder if you're planning on registering or already have patents for proprietary tech such as the on-chain search engine. Although I realize it might be tricky with the OS licenses.

Yeah, and another question, is there a patent on triple entry accounting ?

I did not find anything while searching on the web.

Triple entry accounting has been around since 1980's and is an alternative to double entry accounting method which is widely used by the accounting community.

I've seen some publications about it, around 2003-2005.

Well, maybe there is no patent for this technology

Since PAYPIE's accounting platform is the world's first that resides on the blockchain, I think they can apply a patent for this one.

The basis for blockchain technology is based on triple entry accounting. The basis for Bitcoin and any cryptocurrency you can think of is based on this principle.
So Paypie is not the first to utilize it. Rather they are using blockchain (1.e triple entry accounting) to deal with specific accounting needs like credit management etc.
As I aforementioned in earlier pages, if you would like to get a better grasp on what Paypie is doing, or just acquire a better understanding of the whole crypto/blockchain phenomena, then you should read Momentum accounting and triple-entry bookkeeping by  Yuji Ijiri. Yuji Initiated and popularized this idea back in the late 80's. It's a really good read.
1319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] VIBEHub | Crypto Based Virtual Reality Marketplaces & Hubs on: September 06, 2017, 05:25:07 PM
Cool project! But how will you protect investors? There is a lot of scam in the market. Will you use something like DES?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2089578.0

scam? I don't like VibeHub and scam in the same sentence, we already have our own beta channel and beta on oculus. we have a web based browser version already available, we are constantly answering questions on this thread, we are constantly answering questions on slack forums, we have several interviews with both myself and the other co founder Alessio on youtube with respected youtubers... We are as legit as they come, and i challenge you to show me a single ICO who is as active and upfront as we are in both terms of community involvement and technology already released

Believe me, investors are more then protected in this investment and it will be a very satisfying feeling for us when we start x10 and x50 our investors money  Smiley Smiley

It's great to have such confidence in your project, but the question was good aimed. Just ignore the "scam in the market" part. Have you considered using escrows? Do you have a strategy to avoid malicious attacks agains your website when the ICO opens?

Escrow is a term thrown around very loosely in ICO's now.. All of these escrows are multi sig wallets from a friend of a team member haha Is that really a true escrow to you??? The answer is it's not, its just smoke and mirrors. Companys that do escrows for ICO's are actually very expensive and we looked into it, charging 7 percent of what the ICO brings in. Which is very big number. So my advice just on a personal level would be don't look to much into escrows that use multi sig wallets from a friend of the team member

Escrows like BitcoinSuisse? Omg I never tought that charging percentage is 7% lol, it's a lot of money! An ICO that get $10M funded generates $700k income for the escrow, this is just crazy

I cant attest to the friend/team member quip. might be the case or not. All I know is am yet to be involved in an ICO that used a reputable escrow, where investors got fleeced. Am not saying VibeHub should use escrow. I understand that it ties the finance up and it takes money to make money. But to discredit ICOs that use escrow is unwarranted, cos am yet to deal with one that resulted in investors getting fleeced, it usually resulted in the opposite.
1320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EventChain SmartTickets - Stopping Excessive Ticket Fees on: September 06, 2017, 05:17:19 PM
Quote
Whitepaper Page 9
EventChain  will  have  an  integrated  ticket  resale  reputation  system,  allowing
event ticket vendors and resellers to build and grow their reputation as they sell
SmartTickets. Scalpers will be clearly identified by their SmartTicket reputation

On the one hand you want to stop blackmarket tickets, but there is still the option for resellers to sell on your marketplace. How do you regulate this? If someone for example buy one or two tickets for a great event which he can be sure it will be sold out after minutes and then could ask for double the price or something, will there be a regulation on your marketplace?
my guess is that either they won't allow tickets to be sold for a markup or there will be a limit placed on the percentage of mark up allowed.
Hello, noob question here, is that something called blackmarket?
i thought its normal and can be called investment.

Of course, you can also put it that way  Smiley. Actually, I don't have a problem with people who buy 2-3 tickets additionally to their own and resell them to earn a few Euros, but scalpers buying up all tickets and then resell them to the real fans for an outrageous price is imho almost criminal.
I think its like whales investing in an ICO.
But if the scalpers bought the tickets in an abnormal way, like they're already cooperated with the seller, then it's something that's pretty bad.

FYI : i dont know anything about ticketing business before

Yes if it were just individual buying extra 2 or 3 tickets, that wouldn't be an issue. But the common practice now is to have mega scalpers who buy out the entire tickets from top acts in just several minutes after it goes on sale. Then the same tickets are sold to real fans who never had the chance to fairly bid on a ticket. Such a practice needs to be regulated or better yet stopped. The reference artist is not making anything extra from the severe markups and the dedicated fans are been fleeced. When an event is organized, the targeted demographic aids in determining the price for the tickets and when the targeted demography can't afford the tickets due to mega scalpers then there is a problem with such system.
