^Dude! Cheesy

Don't know if you were reacting to the FUCKING LONG post of JayJean, but just in case:
Dude! Cheesy

Does anyone here wanna talk about the 20$ rise then down? Or we continue to talk about the size issue on which we have no power? ^^
1322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Europe unfriendlyness is growing on: February 07, 2016, 02:17:04 PM
...

laosai and bargainbin

500 euro notes would be useful in paying hotel bills for tourists.  Tourists MIGHT be able to convince some hotel owners to charge them less by offering to pay in cash (no 3% CC charges).

Illegal crimes?  Crack down on the criminals!  Put them in jail (ahh, how many "Rapefugees" are now in jail, hmm?).  Criminals commit crimes?  Catch them and lock 'em up.

Don't restrict our freedom.

I mean I understand what you're saying but honestly, we (Europeans) absolutely don't care about the 500€ bill.

Nobody uses it! I never saw one in my whole life! And I'm not poor, just not using thousands of euros in cash xD

I think that's also for that reason that government are starting to question those bills. Just because they're not used, not at all.
1323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: February 07, 2016, 02:14:59 PM
I would like to know, from a legal point of few, which steps am I supposed to take to recover my coins that I invested in Script.cc?

Pretty much nothing since this is crypto and no one knows anything definitively, but you can always hope for luck.

The SEC would handle this is you're in the U.S.
https://www.sec.gov/oiea/Article/contact.html

Otherwise, you'd have to find out if there's a similar organization in your country, which there probably is.

But expect to just go through the motions of filing paperwork, making phone calls, and sending emails without any result unless you have a legal background of some kind or can entice some lawyer to work for you pro-bono since lawyers cost money.

Aside from all that, the most you can do is what you're doing right now: complaining about it on the internet.

You are right man. The only option left for us is to keep on complaining and posting all sorts of insults on this forum. The guy who run away with People's coins is enjoying himself on a secluded island reading and laughing at us.

Well that's the whole point of bitcoin.

You can't use a cryptocurrency specially designed to make instant and unilateral transactions where no one but you can control the money you possess the whole thing also being relatively anonymous, and then ask the government to be repaid once you get scam.
1324  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm dumping my bitcoins so you should on: February 07, 2016, 02:13:11 PM
im not dumping, i believe in bitcoin and i think that the price of it will grow in a few years
I'm not selling/dumping either, i won't sell at 300$ or 400$ i'll start selling at 800$ no matter how much time it takes.  Cheesy

Well I just hope for you the halving won't have big consequences on the price then ^^

I find it understandable to sell right now. Price is rather high and halving had probably already priced in. What will happen after halving when everyone will have dumped their coins they were saving for the halving?
1325  Economy / Services / Re: YoBit.Net - Signature Campaign - Realtime Payouts (daily) on: February 07, 2016, 02:11:37 PM
Finally, i set up my yobit sig and start earning now, i am now part of yobit family.. i hope this campaign will last forever Wink

Well, 147 pages of discussion, the campaign is old enough so we can bet it'll last long ^^

But I'd be curious about the rentability of sig campaign. Though I doubt they would communicate on that of course xD

Just hope what we do is useful.
1326  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: February 07, 2016, 02:10:00 PM
Some sites are accepting bitcoins as a payment method and it would be great if most of such sites start accepting it.

You know any?

All the sites I know are a bit... "special" you know? Like cam sites or fetishes sites...

I mean you like that if you want no problem with me! But I'm not a big fan :/
1327  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What can we learn from the great German school turnaround? on: February 07, 2016, 02:08:40 PM
The "millions of low IQ blacks and their offsprings" are not millions stop bullshiting the numbers. There was just 1 million of immigrants in the whole Europe!!!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaah so the fact that the whole German education is criticized as being one of the worst in Western world is due to the 3.8% of blacks and Muslims?

Ok, didn't understand that, I'm probably partially black myself even if I don't know it xD

Thist statement is so ridiculous I can't even think of a way to explain you how dumb it is...

Ok let's try:
3.8% = not a lot = not responsible for the whole system failure

Did you get it?
1328  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Reddit’s science forum banned climate deniers. on: February 07, 2016, 02:06:14 PM
Shuuuuuuuuut Galdur...

It is ALL coincidences if we're breaking every records concerning meteorological events and temperatures.

It would have happened anyway no?  Roll Eyes

Where is the proof of the link with pollution CO2 and human activities? Apart from the entire world scientific community even if they perfectly admit they have legitimate doubts concerning the extent of such impact due to the incredible complexity of such a system. They still all agree on the fact that we're going to bite the dust. And Nature show it too.

But better continue to consume and pollute and destroy the gift of God.

I don´t know; maybe we´re heading into an ice age and scientists and experts will in due course figure out that CO2 emissions in fact cause cooling. The attention span of modern man seems to be on par with that of the common housefly so most people probably wouldn´t even notice the switch.
Well, hard to deduce the consequences of something so complex.

What's sure though it's we gonna hit the consequences the hard way. And those idiots will just be there freezing or burning "where is your proof, it's just normal weather"
Deduce the consequences?

It's a system that mathematically exhibits chaotic behavior.  You don't "deduce the consequences" or look for linear trend extensions in such a system.

Statistical averages exist, sure - but what of the Maunder Minimum, and the Medievel warm periods?  These indicate longer term trends, 300 to 1500 years.  Statistical averages and "outliers" presume a background without such trends.

If we are headed toward a mini ice age, face it, warmers.  The slight effect of human induced warming through CO2 emissions is GOOD, not BAD.

Wow. So limited understanding of a complex system.

Ok I'll try to explain it to you:
CO2 warms the Earth
Average temperature increases
Ice melts
Salt concentration in oceans changes
The incredibly complex and fragile system of warm circulation is blocked
Greenwhich dies
We enter an Ice Age

That's the theory. Not saying it's true, in fact NO ONE is saying it's the absolute truth, but it's a theory supported by multiple experiments and being backed by most global warming specialists.
The important fact is that yes you can freeze the Earth with CO2. That's possible.
1329  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Shocking Times: Movement for Pedophile “Rights” Marches On on: February 07, 2016, 02:02:22 PM
Well, this subject seems to bother some people on these threads so it definitely should be kept alive. Keep bumping it.

Not that it bother me, but you're saying that their is an official movement for pedophile rights.
I say it's bullshit that such a movement doesn't exist (for rather obvious reasons) and you doesn't provide any proof of it, just because such movement doesn't (and shouldn't exist).

So in the end all that you're saying in this thread is "pedophilia is wrong and shouldn't be allowed".

Well... Ok.... And?
I mean that's plain obvious and absolutely no one will ever say the contrary on this thread because no one believes it's "normal" or "good".

So I think this thread is a bit useless that's all I said...

no one believes it's "normal" or "good". Oh yeah? What about the pedophiles? What about political refuse that´s up to their eyeballs in this shit and retards vote into power?

Pedophiles are not people they don't count. I got no idea if it's possible to cure them or if we should just shoot them but someone being sexually attracted by a 8 years old child isn't right in his feet.

And I don't know what you're talking about, never seen a politician not condemning harshly pedophilia.

Yeah, and I guess you think that there are no psychopaths in politics or business because they don´t announce it on freakin TV.

That's not what I said...

It's just that your post suggests there are actual pedophilia movements asking for having the right to fuck children!
I'm not saying pedophiles don't exist, I'm saying that there is no "association of pedophiles".
Or at least no official ones. Because they wouldn't have the right to regroup themselves that's all.

But of course there are pedophiles and even more certainly groups of pedophiles (though I suspect half of them being FBI agents xD)
1330  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is happening to BTC price? on: February 07, 2016, 01:59:08 PM
The price is now very low indeed. That I admit honestly. But we can also see it as an advantage.
I think if it's a low price is that it can later be worth much more.

Nope. The price is just normal at this point. If you just focus on the long term target, then yes, the price right now is low. Long term minded people should buy now if they haven't already.
Its always a good time to buy bitcoins for long-term mined people and now might be the best time to buy.
You mean before the overpriced halving? Not sure buddy not sure. I'd say it's the worst time ever, I'm really frightened by the halving coming. Massive dump in my opinion.

You want to buy? Wait for the halving and buy just after!

I am not sure the halving will give us the big price increase.
Last time nothing happened. So like always don't just buy bitcoins for the halving.

You may end up losing your money.

Really? Last halving had no impact?
I don't know when it was, I've got to admit I don't follow bitcoin trends since long...

Well it would be cool if there was no impact. I'm mostly afraid about the massive dumping of all people saying they bought btc for the next halving sell.
When should we expect the next halving? We still got plenty of time no?
1331  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 07, 2016, 11:59:14 AM
Why does anybody push this crazy chaotic, contencious (75% 28 days) hard-fork when we have a far superior solution in segwit.

Could everybody please chill and not belive the FUD about capacity cliff. Bitcoin doing as good as ever.

Because, just maybe, they dont share your blind faith?

Well in my own personal case, it's just because I never heard of that thing and have no idea of what it is. Grin

Communication is important buddy!
1332  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "Refugees" attempt to molest women in Russia. Gets beaten up by the locals on: February 07, 2016, 11:29:15 AM
http://dailycaller.com/2016/02/04/refugees-go-clubbing-in-russia-harass-girls-wake-up-in-hospital-the-next-morning/

A group of 51 "refugees" ganged up outside a nightclub in Murmansk, Russia, and tried to molest the local women. This infuriated the Russian males, who beat them up badly. 33 of the refugees were arrested by the cops, while the remaining 18 were taken to the hospital.

Quote
A group of male Russians took them aside to “educate” them that “Cologne is 2,500 kilometers south of here.”

this is so fair .. if cops dont do their job properly , local people must take heir own safety measure.. this is so normal..

I await the day when SOME of the refugees say NO to rape, and join the locals to stop the abuse.  Does not matter if it is one or 100 or 1000, SOME of them should show they are better than sub human.

Lots of them already do. Major movements have appeared especially in Germany where refugees try to prove they're not all the same, and a good part of them try to help the police stopping these abuses.

Problem being it doesn't work :/
They don't do anything effective, they just say "we're not ll like that" but it doesn't really help...
In fct I think it's even worst cause it increases the tension between locals and refugees!
1333  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: February 07, 2016, 11:26:45 AM
Dude stop spamming, you don't have to make 4 answers just to say one sentence each time. It takes place on my screen and on my internet connection (which is low I know).
1334  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Facebook, Twitter, Google To Censor Immigration Discussion in Germany on: February 07, 2016, 11:25:20 AM
but to be precise i was obviously talking about ww2

So, just to be clear: the lesson Germany learned from WW2 was to import a million people from a militant Jew-hating religion/culture, and to silence those who criticize it. Perfect.

well whatever, you read what you want to read

I just wanted you to know that I love that picture and I think it perfectly fits my current state of mind. Thank you my dear sir, you may proceed.
1335  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Racism is a real thing (this thread is extremely racist) on: February 07, 2016, 11:24:13 AM
Look what your very big and popolous country discovered along centuries for humanity:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_Russian_innovation

And now look at my very small country:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Italian_inventions

Not to speak about art and literature... we even invented the alphabet we're using like now. Seems that russian are greatly inferior when compared to Italians. ..
We are not a top-notch nation like British or Germans I didn't say that. We are something inbetween (Russia and Eastern Europe are neither developed nor developing counties). Anyway, we Europeans are all the same and have only the very small different cultural aspects.

We Europeans are all the same? Really?

Well I hear new dumb things from your mouths every time I come back on this thread!

And how do you measure the differences between the different races? You've got tome way to measure an average value of each representation of each genes and then compare races by races and gene by gene?

Or you just look at them and decide they're different enough?
Russians, Ukrainians, Polish, Germans, Finnish, etc are the same. I find these nations as one because we have the same origin we are one race. Niggers, sand niggers, etc have a different origin. They are different. Again look into polygenesis theory.

Well we all have the same origins if you want to get it this way.

And I'm also interested in how you measure differences between individuals so to ba able to determine what's a race and what's not, and how does one person belong to a race, and what are the consequences.

I mean, I don't give a fuck about what you believe, you seem to be too stupid to think Whatsoever. But don't pretend your shitty concept is backed by any kind of scientific proof or theory. It's just your nonsense and your feeling of weakness that's all.
It all depends on scope how same we are. In a cosmic scope we are all earthlings. I mean any creature is an earthling and we are all the same in that scope.
There are different approaches on identifying races. Roughly (without researches, tests, etc) it's possible to classify a human in a major race like europeoids, mongoloids, negroids, australoids, etc.
So you see a nigger it means he is likely a negroid. If there's a white guy he is likely a europeoid. That's very very roughly. In fact, there are complex methods on identifying what race a human belongs to.

How can individuals be differenced? Like humans from different races have different IQ (whites have higher IQ than blacks). IQ is pretty relative but we have nothing better to measure intelligence in. Other things like different physical abilities (blacks have higher testosterone level than whites). And so  on. We are NOT equal - get over it.

Apart the fact that your speech is only (and ONLY) based on statistics, which means you absolutely can't jusdge people and individuals, but only the races by themselves so incredily large group of population, I'd like to point out that your arguments doesn't take into account neither the fact that mixity is a real thing and only few people are "pure breed" and the fact that again, it has been proved that the environment is much MUUUUUUUUUUUUCH largely more important than the genetics.

Oh and you're talking a lot about IQ of white and black, but do you even know what it refers to? Why would it be important to have a high IQ?
1336  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: February 07, 2016, 11:20:29 AM
Did we seriously started to suggest to replace guns by dogs? xD

Well seems rather obvious why it's not a solution, and the first one being that your gun isn't going to shit on your sofa and won't cost you a fortune of vet and food!
Moreover, your gun doesn't need to sleep and can't get sick and doesn't take lots of place.

Not saying dogs are bad, but they have nothing to do with this debate I believe xD

We are nowhere close to "everything will suck soon" tm. You guys have been saying that for a year now btw.

Actually several years. We've been repeatedly pointing at the same stupid, unnecessary hard ceiling, and pointing out that the inexorable trend of increasing transactions has us on a clear intersect.

In the meantime, we have recently gone from things never sucking in regards to capacity, to things sucking for brief flashes of time. The issue is not how much one needs to pay to get a transaction through, the issue is that with the current block size, no more than about 350,000 transactions can be processed in a day. Period. No matter how much money is thrown at the transactions.

Here's what those two non-parallel lines would look like if the bump to 2MB occurs May 1:

Thanks! This is still the best graph.

Yes, this is still the best meaningless graph, Andre#.

You are so "spot on" lately. Grin

I am, indeed.  Cheesy

Wahou wahou wahou!

Thanks for the graph indeed, it's a good way to see things.

But what I get from this graph is that 2mb blocks would be a very temporary solution no? Is it only me?
Cause it seems like even if we go to 2mb it'll last for a few months maybe a year or two before we need another action taken.

Chinese New Year.  Time for an old Chinese proverb (I think this goes back to the Qin Dynasty):

Sell Bitcoin and go away.  Return refreshed and buy to the moon.

Wow, such deep, much sense, wow Cool
1340  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: February 06, 2016, 12:29:33 PM
In my experience, if your going to go one by one and try to introduce them to BTCitcoin and explain how it works in order for them to accept payments of BTC , it would be really a lengthy process and you'll stop doing it before you start so the best suggestion I could make is either by making a mini seminar wherein you invite them altogether and talk about it and even show some of the YouTube videos that well known speakers of community are in and they cover almost everything... And in cases of online local businesses, you could try to send them a support ticket regarding the matter and I've had luck that they answered, "were already reviewing BTCitcoin payments and will consider it for the future" .

Well, the main point to make businesses accept bitcoin is coming and say:

"hey! You know how you pay 3 taxes each time you sell something? And you know how less and less people use cash so you have to pay taxes on it too?
Well good news! On bitcoin the only tax you pay is the fee to send the money in your pocket! And it's around half a cent each time!"
