1321  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Trezor - seed extraction on: March 05, 2022, 08:06:37 AM
Hello

Is there any "legal" way to retrieve (again) the seed, after Initial Backup process has finished?
I am aware of some "hacking" ways, brute-forcing PIN etc., is there any way how to do it with Suite? Or any other kung-fu way, even with firmware modification, but purely programmatically?
The official FAQ says "NO" (they advice to migrate to new seed & transfer coins), but maybe someone knows the way...

I find it hard to use your gambling site, I would like to ask how am I going to use https://bot.seuntjie.com/ for accesing your dice game? I look around and I don't see anything about your API or should I login with my account in Seuntjes?

AFAIK it is forbidden to use any bots or tools for automatic betting or launching rolls.

I think the last thing I would like to see are irrelevant ads and annoying pop-ups.
And we cannot forget that they have also a database of users (email addresses, IPs etc) - it still has some value but I hope they will not sell it.
1324  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Is there a new code to download bitcoin source code on: March 04, 2022, 10:08:30 AM
Are you doing this in your user home folder? It seems like you try to create a folder where you have no permissions.
Which system do you use?
1325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to generate BIP39 phrase from computer-generated randomness AND dice/cards? on: March 03, 2022, 08:21:33 PM
The topic of entropy is interesting. If I were to pick one, I would probably test the dice statistically and then use that. Computer RNG? Could have been compromised by any number of parties (e.g. the CPU manufacturer). The idea of combining the two is to have some safety in the very unlikely case my dice throws are getting messed up in some unimaginable ways.

Does it really matter?
Let's say your "computer RNG is compromised", whatever it means for you. Finally all you have is private key and address. Do you think someone will try to attack your coins assuming that you used compromised RNG when you generated your seed?
I have a feeling that you want to play with all that just for fun, not because of any real issue.
Even if you use a coin for your flips, it could be not balanced. I everyone would know that coins X are not balanced and ratio is not 50/50 but let's say 51/49 - do you think your seed is not secure?
Anyway, at the end you may always verify if your result is "random enough". I wanted to attach famous strip of RNG "999", but it is part of that page: https://www.incibe-cert.es/en/blog/verifying-randomness together with some links to very interesting papers.

Jak się będziesz chwalił na lewo i prawo to pewnie znajdzie się chętny wyciąć diament ale tak to raczej safe.
https://flyingatom.gold/diamenty/26-843-brylant-100-ct-d-if.html#/5-czas_realizacji_zamowienia-do_7_dni_roboczych
1 ct dobrej klasy diamentu to nawet 100k zł. A to tylko 0,2 grama !

Ładne cacko; jakiś czas temu doszedłem do wniosku że jest to rynek (niestety) wymagający specyficznego przygotowania, coś jak handel dziełami sztuki. No i trzeba mieć pełne zaufanie do urzędu certyfikacji, bo w zasadzie od określenia klasy zależy wartość. A to ogranicza grupę docelową, nie tylko do tych których stać, ale też do tych którzy naprawdę wiedzą co kupują. Chociaż jako zamiennik obligacji skarbowych - czemu nie.

I am not aware of any tool for that, but the process is so well described here:
https://medium.com/the-capital/cryptocurrency-911-how-does-12-word-seed-phrase-work-9d892de9732
that I think you may do it manually.

O masz babo placek:
https://www.money.pl/gospodarka/unijne-sankcje-na-rosje-obejma-kryptowaluty-6743295724403264a.html

If you believe what was said in previous posts in this thread.... you will read that the Lambo draw might have been running at a loss, because people used Freebitco.in's own money that were paid by the site.. to buy tickets.  Roll Eyes

If the money was paid by them, it wasn't theirs anymore, right? I think it does not matter what is the source of money, it matters what end user does.

Tip 3: "V" = "verify" = 7

aaa ;-) OK, now it is clear
I guess S=3, O=F and N=7. I = I do not know if we have two different values or one duplicated.

No need to duplicate topics. You have already posted your question:

And you received some answers- why to ask again?

Yes. When there is no captcha it's played immediately and clicking spin just displays the result. On the roll history, you can click the icon at the left of each individual roll or spin to see your balances before and after. It will show the balance of whatever you won where the bonus account balance usually is.

OK you are right, it makes sense now. But where to click to see states before/after roll… incredible. I would never say that clicking on the crossed arrows is a way to do it… Maybe company should invest and hire a good user interface designer…

Does anyone happen to know where the probability table for prizes is? It doesn't seem to show up on the captcha-less free spin page, and I can't seem to find it elsewhere.

Same place.

https://sirv.freebitco.in/1646290448_Tgyt8SNu.png

Thanks. I've never actually seen that page, since I don't subscribe to emails - I've only ever used the WOF Premium page, which doesn't seem to have the same table available. I would not have been able to find it without seeing the URL in your screenshot and using uBlock Origin to remove the overlay that tells you the link is invalid (because I didn't get it from an email).

I tried to reproduce that and now I am really confused.
I enter page for premium WOFs: https://freebitco.in/static/html/wof/wof-premium.html
There is no link to table, but you may play WOFs in "hidden" mode (play all) or go to typical WOF page for a single roll (play one). I clicked "play one" I was redirected to the page with WOF. There is "Info" icon which shows pop-up with rewards table - but in my case table was completely empty, not filled at all. I though it is a problem with ads blocking browser plugin or so, so I disabled it - page was automatically refreshed and.... I get message that roll has expired (I did not click on WOF to start the lottery process!). Now on "Multiply" page, in the history of actions, I see that WOF was executed and I won "40" - but I do not know if it is 40 sat, 40RP or 40 tickets! For sure I did not win sats because I still see old amount. For RP and lottery tickets I cannot check as I do not know how much I had before roll.
What is really confusing is that I did not start WOF and it was executed... Does it mean that just opening WOF page executes lottery and result is known before you start rolling? Weird.
1334  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Keyhunt - development requests - bug reports on: March 03, 2022, 08:25:59 AM
My idea is precalculate this part: **7ae41e4649b934c****991b7852b855 and just brute force the second.

I think PrivatePerson is referring to that topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5385235.0
For sure any gap is a complication and I think brute-forcing the key from puzzle requires a dedicated program, relying on existing solutions requires too many additional assumptions.

bitcoin's blockchain is over 200gb now (check you have the space first).

It is around 416GB, +indexes +chainstate = around 460GB in total.

Let me guess - you wanted to use freebitco.in as a kind of bank because they offer 4.18% annual profit? And for some reason(s) you realised they are not a bank but casino, which made you think you cannot trust them?

I bought most of my tokens at +40 sats! When the price started to drop I locked them up for 180 days

Of course we all want FUN price to increase, but you have made the most common mistake!
https://www.investors.com/how-to-invest/investors-corner/still-the-no-1-rule-for-stock-investors-always-cut-your-losses-short/

It is good that we have an opportunity to lock and save (and gain other bonuses), but I am pretty sure that if you calculate you will see that today you could buy much more tokens than you have locked- keeping btc from coins sale instead of locking.
I know that you receive WOFs which gives adrenaline, but… you see my point.

I bet you wouldn't want to trade your wealth for theirs.

First of all, I have no idea to whom you are talking to, as you quoted both me and icopress. Second of all, your reply makes no sense to me. So practically I am stating that I am willing to do an act of charity, in case I'd win a prize in this contest, and you say that you bet I would not trade my wealth for the Ukrainians. What does this have to do with what I said? What is the connection? Or are you just trying to make your weekly posts for the signature campaign you are part of?

Remember that they must travel 50-100-150, sometimes more km to the border - by foot or car. In comparison Africans from Afghanistan, Iraq or Syria had to pay for flight [...]

Third of all, what does this part of your post have to do with the first one?

OK, you are right. I should quote only the last post, from icopress. I am sorry if it confused you.
And in fact I should quote only the part "all the Refugees who leave Ukraine are VERY wealthy people", as this was the sentence which I felt was not fair.
1340  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: HARDWARE WALLET WITH JUST XPUB on: March 01, 2022, 01:12:00 PM
As I understand your only problem is how to generate (get information about) your addresses, right?
So let's say you have our seed somewhere and you only need a tool which would covert seed (or generated xpub) into bunch of addresses you would use for incoming transactions.

Of course the best would be to have your own node (+ electrum server). All depends how paranoid you are. Using anything (crypto too) should be easy and give pleasure. On the other hand it is different situation if you must hide your bitcoins and keep strict privacy for 0.01BTC and different if it is 100BTC.

Anyway, because you mentioned bunch of addresses from one seed, I understand that what concerns you is the fact that someone may realize that some addresses (yours) has one owner, right? That's why apart of protecting your seed you want to (separately) protect somehow pub. But why overcomplicate and duplicate problems?
