I think it is neither a good or a bad idea when in convincing someone towards gambling, if he/she is open-minded up to it, then I don't think there is a bad thing there, but if you are convincing someone who's negative with gambling, then that's a bad idea.
I can consider it as a good idea because you do not know that in future that person can become so much addictive that would lose out his savings/house spoil the relationship as would need money to borrow to play games once the amount is lost by him etc. So you are saving them from all this. Convincing gamblers to enjoy the game means we want to change their mindset in regards to gambling. Yes, it can be useful if the person we convince is able to absorb what we expect. That can at least help them realize that gambling is not a place to make money. |

I am from Russia and I'm actually hiding my gambling from my parents only. My friends know about my interests and we even play poker from time to time together in life. But parents are such people who think only negative about such things as gambling in first. I do not want to they worry about me and possible addiction, so I simply do not share with them.
That doesn't make you ashamed of gambling but you are only saving yourself from being criticized by your parents who might be right because they must have spent quite a fortune on you to become a better person than someone living on gambling and so you may appear to have disappointed them if they caught you gambling. His parents might also not get disappointed if he was only gambling in an online casino and does not used that much money in gambling. If he just gamble with his spare money then there is nothing to hide and be ashamed to his parents. Nothing can be justified for someone who still rely on others, parents in this case, to enter the world of gambling. People who still cannot meet their own needs are certainly very vulnerable to being addicted. |

If someone asks how much they need to start a gambling website, they are not ready yet. I had my own dice website once, there was this moneypot script that allows you to start your own dice website and I agreed with a developer friend of mine, paid him well and made that script into something good looking and started it, it kinda got traction a wee bit but in the end when there are websites that spends x1000 of your earnings into advertisement, there is no way you can start your own and get more people because people tend to flock to the biggest names, which as a gambler myself I do it too.
Hence, if you are new you need to have a huge bankroll just for advertisement let alone anything else.
Agree. Building a gambling site is a competition because there are already established gambling sites that can attract many visitors. The capital needed is of course not just to build it. To attract more people, through advertising, to use it will certainly cost a lot. |

In every country there is local currency which is issue and regulate by government. Government has full control on it. But in case of bitcoin this is not issue and control by government. Is there any scam then government can not responsible for it. And by this a person can hide his income for saving tax easily.

That's why they pay a lot of money for advertising and public relations. They hire bloggers to review their site and provide feed back. Just look the the services section on how many signature campaigns are out there promoting gambling sites.

I prefer to place many small bets instead of a few large bets, that way I get more bang for my buck. I'm never the type of person to go all in, too stressful unless you only have a small bank roll.
I've gone through some pretty bad losing streaks in the past but it always turns around if you play long enough.
My style in dice game is also placing small amount of money as my base bet on a higher payouts. I do it with automatic roll. I try not to bet with high amounts so I can keep enjoy the game in the hope, if I lost, it won't disturbing my financial significantly. |

Some newly and with low capital funded ones might really be scary and scammy however those are really showing themselves. However, the bigger ones, the huge casinos that makes a killing from just existing do not require to fix games to be honest. First of all they mostly have provably fair which means there is no way they can be fixed because you can check if the seed is true or not and the result can be double checked if you are scammed or not. However they are already making a ton of money from just letting you gamble all your money away with the house edge protecting their rights, why would anyone want to ruin that ? Why would they risk insane amounts of profits with something as silly as fixing small games? Good comparison. Why should they damage fairness if they can make big profits in the long run. Maybe sites that intend to deceive their users with games that aren't truly fair are sites with overly greedy admin who want to make a profit in the short run. |

I'm not really sure about either, specially in a land based casinos, do owner's really place strategic slots machines to lure beginners? For me I've experienced beginners luck, but I think it didn't almost happens for a first time gambler. I do believe that bitsler already made the right decision regarding the situation. They have proofs or at least already gave a warning before blocking someone's account.
