of course better to hold and play long term but after you get profit up to 200% is enough to get profit and you can sell it. do not take too long to hold some coins. As I see trading as the fastest yet risky way to profit rather than mining but before with all of these profit we all loss but then we learned from our experiences and use these to become a greater version of ourselves. From my personal experience, it is not that hard to get merits if you are active here. Just be the first to reply to the query of the member asked and you have more chances of getting noticed. Also, do not expect instant results. I get merits for posts that I made a week back.

Today i realised i am in huge huge trouble due to gambling...i just kept loosing amount in gambling quickly...decided many times to leave gambling but never happened....today i counted that i have lost almost 10 bitcoins in gambling in last 1-2 years and the amount i loose is going to keep on increasing... i just tried to do every thing but nothing is quiet working...what ever i earn i dont know what to do with them and in some time i loose them again... i am realising i am in big trouble,already in huge loss what to do...
