Warning, The Mintpal/moolah situation told us yet again not to store large sums of coins on an exchange. Earlier today both Cryptsy and Poloniex had issues. Cryptsy's problem only effected accounts for about an hour, but Poloniex's issue was about 8 hours long. https://twitter.com/Poloniex. You never know when things will happen, keep your coins safe.

I don't know exactly what a roll call is, cause i'm no native english speaker. But I think it will help to start a discussion if we get and hold this thread on the frontpage :-)
When you were in school there was a student roster for each class that told the teacher who should be in the class, that list is also called an attendance roll. As you call the names on the list (that is the roll call) you wait for a response, that tells you who are in attendance. In short, a "roll call" simply is a list of people in support of an effort. So when you ask: "who wants to help get Community Coin back on its feet?" the people who respond affirmatively you place on a list as supporters.

The Einsteinium News is allowing us to meet many new people, one of which I felt compelled to share with you most directly: The article is: Building The Internet of Coins About the Author Joachim has an education in communications, is founder of Internet of Coins, Hybrid Assets, Metasync, and Lands of Sheraga. He is also an alt-coin enthousiast and developer currently working on technology to network the many cryptocurrencies and their blockchains. Regularly speaking at cryptocurrency gatherings in the Netherlands, with a passion for art and a vision for inventive technologies, Joachim often spends his time designing and implementing decentralized solutions at business organizations, green communities, Fablabs and hackerspaces in the Netherlands This type of relationship is good for EMC2. His article can be found at: www.einsteinium.bizThe Einsteinium NewsOur publication is rather unique, we are targeting 100% good news, but realistically 97% of the content will likely be good news. 90% of the articles are self-written -- the authors are writing about their coin, her company, his invention, her idea, their product, or himself. Some are pros most are not, all have a crypto currency (CC) message they want to share. The Einsteinium News enables the EMC2 community to reach beyond itself for support and guidance. It should enable EMC2 leaders to have more contacts, and it should also enable others outside of the EMC2 community to know more about EMC2. There is space set aside for: cause-coins, new CCs, products to buy with CC, CC giveaways, reader feedback, comical CC stories, financial info, security info, and CC advancements. Things you should know about in the CC industry presented on an Einsteinium plate. The Einsteinium News also provides an income for EMC2 -- 40% of all revenue generated by the site is donated to the care and development of EMC2. The soft launch should take place in a few days, if it is supported by the EMC2 community, it will be upgraded and given a proper launch in a few weeks.

I find it odd that some made a wallet that has been checked to see if its any kind of malware and its not get trashed for trying to help and support this coin. He used to dev it so its not like some newbi account posted it. It works and looks nice. It was some help to a community that he helped create. Review it and release it as official with a credit to him. It's Easy. Why the dick wagging contest. Surely you largest cock in the room can handle that. After all if you dick is so big and swinging you have nothing to worry about. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Unfamiliar account with no past documented history of EMC2 involvement speaking so eloquently of a time that precedes his own existence, interesting. I have some vital questions for you: 1a) What was the highest and lowest (full range) of EMC2 documented value during which the person you speak of 'helped create the EMC2 community'? 1b) What was the average trade volume during that time? 1c) What was the population of the community during that time? 2a) When was it that that original development team disbanded, and how was that done? 2b) In what capacity was the person you speak of working on the team? 2c) In what way was the person you speak of acquire his position: election, appointment, birthright... ? 3a) What was the average market value for EMC2 at the time of the start of the "1 person board"? 3b) What was the avg trade volume at the start of that administration. 3c) What was the population of the EMC2 community at the start of the new administration? 4c) What was the stated goals articulated by the new administration? 5a) List all of the promises that were made by that administrator during his full administration 5b) List all of the kept promises. 6a) List all of the events that made you proud he was leading the ship 6b) List all of the situation that originated in that administration that you feel should be duplicated in any other administration 7) List all of the times the community offered to volunteer assistance, 8a) List the number of times he was asked to step down. resign, or otherwise remove himself from leadership. 8b) What was the lowest value of EMC2 during his administration? 8c) What was the lowest avg trade volume during his administration? 8d) What was the population of the community at the time of his resignation? 8e) What was the moral of the community at that time 9) List the accomplishments of that administration If you answer the above, you will have the answer to #10 10) Why did that administration fail? Apparently the biggest cock in the room couldn't even accept some help at all. I looked through quite a few posts and what saw was a WHOLE LOT of NOTHING being done. So in the time that you said he posted the wallet 1st until yesterday when he posted it again absolutely jack shit got done. Seriously if you can't get the job done step out of the way and let others help or ride this shit down to 30 satoshies. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Dude, we know you know how to drive EMC2 values down, and run off good EMC2 community members -- you proved it numerous time. Anybody could artificially depress the value of a low volume coin, there's no genius in that. Eventually, the panicked sellers are going to ask: "what's wrong", and we'll let them know it's just Ryan's gang up to their same old tricks. Your maliciously conspiracy to depress the value of EMC2 yet again is another example of why your selfish and irresponsible behavior should not have been trusted with any fiduciary responsibility whatsoever.

I'm told it is a good investment strategy to find coins with imminent block reward halving points. Because after that point the coin becomes a bit harder to mine, and more scarce.
I know of one coin about to half in a few days -- EMC2, do you know of any others?
Then do your own research. Why do you want someone to work for your profit? This is called sharing, I made my contribution by telling everyone about a coin I know that will be halving in 2 days. I would hope other people would do the same, this way everyone who participates gets to enjoy in the shared effort. What's with the poo-poo, someone took your doll? Look at this from the other hand. You shared your knowledge about EMC2 and the hint that halving makes coin go up in price. That means that some people would buy into EMC2 and this definitely would make some other people sell EMC2 at the current ask price. There is no actual reason to go prices up when reward is halved. The halving does not create any additional value. It only slows down the inflation. Yes, I agree that there are multiple ways of viewing this. As I was told, the halving results in more difficulty in getting 'new' coin, so the usual or expected demand is now directed to a smaller resource pool. From what it sounds, most people don't consider this to be an investment tactic, or for those who do they keep it quiet. Nevertheless, its not major news, most folk in the crypto world won't be viewing this thread so it's still no big deal. If a hand full of people decide to make it a thing then it actually will benefit that hand full of people. Of the 1000+ coin ~500 of them are ~6 mos old so this is probably halving season for many other coins. This will be my first time experiencing the halving thing but it makes sense on paper so I will see. If there are other coins in the same position I want to further consider the opportunity there too. I'm told it is a good investment strategy to find coins with imminent block reward halving points. Because after that point the coin becomes a bit harder to mine, and more scarce.

Good coins never halve, but they just get mined tiny bit less everyday. you know I read something about that somewhere else, but I think it was more about setting up a coin for development, one of those developer questions: "do I create a half system or do I just reduce it bit by bit? type of thing"

Armis @ www.armisgame.com is willing to partner on the game side of a deal with anyone willing to produce paperwork on the project side of the partnership to get the bounty then split it 50/50 We have physical games and electronic games. Our Armis For Schools Worldwide Program is crowdfunding formatted, we would be looking form a partner to simply find schools that want to participate, the could be anywhere in the world. One project could be to produce a multi-player game that could be played in many different countries simultaneously. You could already start by listing the project ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I'd rather go in with a partner who is versed in marketing crypto projects with a concentration in gaming. Otherwise sure, I'll do it.

You said: "nobody needs official sanction from the einsteinium foundation to release their own software for the network." We said: "Although ahumanbeingx has the right to submit any wallet he wishes directly to the EMC2 community,"
what part of that don't you understand?
The fact is he didn't do so under his OWN heading, had he done so that would be a totally different story. We would not have to disclaim anything.
armis if it was a simple disclaimer then I wouldn't have a problem with it as I very clearly said.. but it reads more like a proclamation than a disclaimer. you did not have to add all that suggestion that ahumanbeingx was trying to usurp your authority. Anyone who has been with this coin for a while knows that he handed all authority to you guys willingly so please stop acting like there is some kind of power struggle going on.. Alphi, in your first message for the day you tell us that 'nobody needs permission ... from any dictatorship,' now in the message above you are trying to dictate the terms under which we can speak: "you did not have to add all that suggestion that ..." and how I should act: "so please stop acting like ...". what's wrong with you? You are clearly off your game today.

Your Coins are not safe anytime they are outside your ownership
Surprised people haven't learned this yet after 5 years of scams
your coins are NEVER safe, even in your care. Just you deposit your coins at an exchange doesn't make your coins now owned by the exchanges. Just like taking your kids to school doesn't make your kid's teachers their new parents. If everyone kept their money off the exchanges you would only have auction sites, when's the last time you saw one of those for crypto. When you go to an exchange you expect to see items available to buy if nothing is there what good is it? Do you randomly return multiple times a day hoping to find someone who wants to sell what you want? Nevertheless, without the exchange your coins are almost worthless, when's the last time you took a look at the chart of a coin just before it was delisted and after it was actually delisted? It goes from bad to worse and in every case there was a warning. When it gets to the point of that very last exchange to delist it gets even more ugly, it's like a ghost town at the community ANN thread. So you could have all of the coins in the world if no one else wants them they only have worth to you. Now, for the practical side, let me know when you transfer all of your funds to multi-sig paper wallets that you provide to various people in various locations both physical and electronic, then I will know you know how to keep your money safe?

What will think and do Obama if Ebola will come to Whitehouse - in any way - for example from foreign leaders staff members Not exactly sure what you are trying to say, but I'll give it a go. There is 0 chance a foreign leader gets close to Obama if there is any chance they make have Ebola. People seem to forget, that Ebola isn't easy to transmit to other people. The whole Ebola scare has been blown out of proportion. Now, if it did happen, you can guarantee that Obama would get the best treatment possible. With proper medical treatment early enough, Ebola isn't fatal. No one knows how easy or hard it is to catch Ebola. Some people have caught it even while exercising universal precautions while others have not shown any signs of catching it while living with people who are half dead with it.
