Does Dev have intended for POLY on Cryptopia? I see POLY on Yobit could not easy.
Will reach out to cryptopia, they charge a lot for listings but will see what they have to say. I do not think that paying 45 thousand US to list on exchange is worth it. What does everyone think about stocks.exchange? Can pay listing fee there is not too much. I understand, $ 45,000 is not an easy money. Today, I saw Poly had pretty good growth, which made me very happy to have decided to invest a bit in POLY. It deserves more attention, especially for marketing, and it deserves to be on a better exchange. Stocks.exchange has relatively low transaction volume, but in my opinion it's a little better than coinsmarkets.com. I just want one thing: You and your teammates give POLY the best that you can. What's the point wasting money on those shitty exchanges. One is enough if you want to trade it. Unless it's Yobit or Cryptopia no point listing on others. I have an account with stocks.exchange but never traded there vs I'm every day on coinsmarkets if I want to buy or sell some new coins. I appreciate your sharing your opinion, but I don't agree with you at all. Just because you're okay with coinsmarkets doesn't mean everyone is. Just like you like coinsmarkets and dont like stocks.exchange, many people might be the opposite. If it's the next best exchange we can get on, we should do it. I'm +1 for stocks.exchange listing. I think being on both will be valuable, and we can build toward Cryptopia. I will donate 50 POLY to any exchange fund. It's not much, but everyone needs to do their part, and I will consider giving more if others give more (and if I'm able to mine more). Seriously, does anyone know how many ETN actually got sold in the ICO? Was it all 6 billion?
More around 5 Billion I am not an ETN investor or ICO buyer, so I have no stake, you are all free to disagree with the following: It seems like one way to avoid a crash on release of ICO funds is to tier the ICO fund release. For example, release half up front, and half in another month. Some ICO investors may not like that - I would totally understand if they dont want to wait more - but it might be better for all of them because it reduces the risk of price crash. Thinking about it more, the current supply is also ~5 billion, so there's no obvious reason why releasing the 5 billion additional ICO coins should do anything worse than (temporarily) cut the price in half. Everyone knows those ICO coins exist, so releasing them shouldn't change ETN's market cap. Thus, the price should at worst go to half of what it is at the ICO wallet release (before any further movements), which isn't all that bad. This is just a theory, of course. There are other theories to cut both ways. Some might say that the current price should already account for the sell pressure from ICO coins - therefore the price should fall by less than half. Others might say that ICO investors are more willing to sell than miners because they already have a big return, in which case the price might more than halve. I think overall half is a good expectation, but this is just a layperson's analysis. Do not invest/mine more in ETN or any currency than you can afford to lose. Just let the market runs its course without external interference. Only demand and supply should determine how ETN will fair after wallets are active. If it crashes, it crashes; if it holds, it holds.
That would probably be considered to be market manipulation.
I don't disagree with either of these responses. But for whatever reason, the devs did not release the 5 billion ICO coins at network launch. I'm all for a free market, but the market has been and continues to be manipulated so long as 5 billion coins are technically part of the coin's supply but artificially held out of circulation. I don't have a good solution to that. Edit: I do expect devs to announce that anyone on their team who has advance knowledge of the ICO coin release must agree not to trade in ETN 24 hours before and 24 hours after the release. To not make such a promise would be blatantly unfair. Of course, I don't know how it could possibly be enforced. |

At current difficulty on a 1080ti expect to receive 14 coins a day, per card  That would make it over $6/day in revenue, right? So based on your calculation, it's better than everything listed at WhatToMine (though there may be other unlisted stuff that even better, but that's always hard to figure out). Interesting. |

Hi It will be a fork of Solaris. Also if all goes well between Wednesday and Friday of this week with code checking etc, than we expect to start rolling out the new network by next week, including the coin swaps. I will update everyone Wednesday night. CHRC Sounds good, devs have stayed committed for many many months now instead of just abandoning the coin and starting a new one under different aliases. So I trust their dedication, and I hope it will lead to success. Looking forward to more information about the swap, I have many CHRC saved up  |

Never heard of this exchange. Its layout hurts my eyes. I hope it is a good exchange, I would like to see more competition for listings so that fees don't stay jacked up. But until it proves itself to be trustworthy, I will be waiting for Yobit listing. |

Existing exchanges are getting a little cocky in general, and fees are extortionate given BTC valuation. Might be worth supporting the newer altcoin exchanges! We definitely need more competition among exchanges to keep listing fees in check. However, new exchanges have to demonstrate trust and competence. Koinbi did not achieve that early on. I hope they are able to recover, but I will be holding my STAK for a better listing and for a price over 20k sats (I think it'll hit or cross that, but if I'm wrong, it's only a few days of wasted mining). |

Honestly at the end of the day a ticker is not a big deal. We should try to get Coinmarketcap ticker first. If we can get that, they will have to change. But if they get it first, it's really not an issue. So what if we have to change the ticker? The three letters used to identify it doesn't affect the value of the coin at all. So lets try to be first to coinmarketcap, but if we don't get it, it literally does not matter at all. |

Guys there is nothing wrong with the wallet or the coin. This is how CryptoNote tech works. CryptoNote is anonymous because it hides your transaction by mixing them with other transactions. Now, how is it supposed to hide a 5000 KMC transaction if there are no other huge transactions out there? People arent getting confirms because they are sending too much at once and it cant be hidden. You also have to specify a payment ID when you send to exchange. Otherwise, because of the mixed transactions, the exchange has no way of knowing where the coins came from without your payment id.
If you don't care about it being anonymous, set your mixin to 0 when you send. It will confirm faster. But you must still use your payment ID to send to exchange.
I have had literally 0 problems making 5 transfers to the exchange for about 20% of my KMC holdings.

This makes me pretty glad I held all of my charna instead of selling it on southXchange. A switch to a new algo will certainly increase the value. I like CryptoNote and will continue to support CryptoNote coins, but there's no denying the difficulty in getting listings and the slowness of the networks makes the coin harder to use.
