Aikapool acting all screwy on the front end again...

Can anyone verify if this is ONLY the front end and shares are safe?

aikapool refusing my connections at this point in time...

hmmm...

back to the corn-maze like Dutch pool...

What speed are you getting of your mining. I'm getiing 5.7 Mh/s on RX480 Windows GPU AMD.
Thanks

Not possible.

A 480 can do about 650 Kh/s if neoscrypt hashing.  You must be reading something wrong or getting buggy data.  You are off by about a factor of 10.

Aikapool suddenly stopped recognizing my login credentials.

Whats up with all the flakiness surrounding this thing?

Just make absolutely sure you are entering all the info correctly.

i just checked my login credentials and it all worked perfectly. You may just be typing something in incorrectly.

Also, the issue with the 5.5 hour blocktime from earlier today was all just on the front-end. After that got fixed, everything was paid out correctly.

You were spot on with your advice.  For some strange reason I used an email address that I never use for this kind of thing.  Have no clue why I did that either.

Everything was totally kosher with their front end and the mistake was 100% on me.

Seems like potentially a good coin, but I have some questions.

Q: Why is block reward only 100?

Q: When is a more specific roadmap coming? For example when will website be completed? Need more details and not just "2017".

Q: ETA on more exchanges?

Q: How will this coin be worth anything after miners sell the profits? Could be Signatum all over again.

Was there ever a response to the point about a roadmap? Would like to see the plan for this coin now the auction has ended.

'could be Signatum all over again'

I would frankly love to see a steady hold of 3-4 cents USD per TZC.  Bring it on.

Additionally, for Nvidia miners, Signatum at this very moment is yielding more profits than ETH.

Mining over 2 hour and

Something wrongs......

Try aikapool.  It is working now.  Mining-Dutch is also working but that is one awkward maze of a mess to wade through to get anything done.

Hello,

I just received my coins from the Auction. But i don't understand the amount, it's not fitting the calculation you gave in the ANN.

You said :

You send 1 BTC to the given Adress on Day 2 of the auction and the auction ends with a Total Amount of 50 BTC, you
will get [(1 BTC * 1.25)/TotalAmount]*68 Million. Which equals 1.7M Coins

I check https://blockchain.info/address/1HapxLU9fYxTyRYUcwbgCDoUNSz1QWp93k and the amount for the auction is 25.88936525 BTC
I send my BTC for the auction on day 1, so must have a 1.25 multiplier for the BTC i send.
I checked the coins i received and made the calculations : my multiplier is 1.07656477 ....

So, where is the problem ?

Thanks

Total amount with Multipliers is: 30.0615765BTC

It seems    25.88936525 BTC
https://blockchain.info/address/1HapxLU9fYxTyRYUcwbgCDoUNSz1QWp93k

The blockchain is not going to show the bonus multiplier.  And it appears that the 50 BTC total INCLUDES the bonuses as part of the overall total reached before it is over.

Is there an issue with aikapool dashboard?  Been frozen at the same data for about a half hour or so.

Stats also show no found blocks for the last hour with 0's across the board.

Would like to know if this is merely a cosmetic issue with reporting or a real issue with mining.

mine on "Mining-dutch" instead  Wink

I would give it a try but it will not send me the confirmation email for some reason.

Just got it set up... have not found a single share in 5 minutes.  Something's not right.

Screw it.

Check Junk/Spam Folder.

It took about 10 minutes for the email to be generated it seems.  Finally got here.  But getting through the maze at mining-dutch was a whole other can of worms.  Did get it up and running however.

Just curious, what IS to keep the auctioned coins from being dumped on the market, driving TZC down in value?  If you get the full 50 BTC for the entire allotment of coins, that is going to at least temporarily crush values when quick profits are taken.

Edit... Finally got it working.  Very strange and counter-intuitive navigation at this site...  After working my way through the clumsy maze of menus and rather nebulous icons - finally got it up and running.

so altminer just went down bc yiimp was hacked... any other pools going strong?

I went with aikapool.com

Currently 38 workers and a pool hashrate of 82 Mh/s.   Small pool (I am number three in hashrate if that is any indication...) but enough to be getting some work done.

How many TZC you get every 1000kh?

Their data shows me at 6300kh and on track for 900 coins.  That's just under 143/day/kh.  Of course all of these numbers are in a constant state of flux.

So, anyone understood the formula.
All that I understood is that POS min age without conf file was set to 48 and not minimum 24, so that lucky "geniuses" could instamine POS (correct me if I'm wrong. I don't know C)

Quote
if(fTestNet) {
        nStakeMinTime = (uint)GetArg("-stakemintime", 1);
        nStakeMinDepth = (uint)GetArg("-stakemindepth", 0);
    } else {
        nStakeMinTime = (uint)GetArg("-stakemintime", 48);
        nStakeMinDepth = (uint)GetArg("-stakemindepth", 0);
    }

You genius thats why I set StakeMinDepth=1000 in my config on the First Post
And? What it has to do with the fact that with no conf ordinary people will get POS only after 48hours while you declare 1day (you didn't correct me so I assume that I'm right):
Quote
coin age for PoS: 1 day min. to 16 days max.

On the VERY FIRST post of this thread, where this whole thing was announced, was there also a config file setup that would have enabled POS at 24 hours?

If you agree that this information was released at the initial onset of this coin, then I fail to see where anyone has done anything wrong to anyone.

Are we losing mining returns on altminer.net or is there simply an issue with results REPORTING?

Frontend gets updated in "batches". Stated a few pages earlier.

I saw that.  The fact that a payout was skipped sort of made me think more was going on.  I turned UP my hashrate and next thing I know... my regular 2 hour payment never happened.  Should have happened around 3:15 EDT.  Not sure why that would have happened.  Maybe the batch update just happened to line up just wrong with the 2 hour schedule.

So^ : You ask for 1.700.000 Coins - 1BTC(~$4400)??
1.700.000 / $4400 = $386

1 coin=386$ Huh

Not the way you do the math.

4400/1,700,000 is the way you do it.  .0028 is the answer.  Less than 1/3 of a penny.  NOT 38,600 pennies.
that is if the total amount is 50btc yeah.

No.

50 BTC will generate 68 MILLION TZC.  So, let's do the math again.

50 BTC is worth 50x4300=215,000.00 USD

215,000 (USD) divided by the number of auctioned TZC coins (68 million) works like this...

215,000/68,000,000 = .0032

That is, as I stated earlier, less than 1/3 of a cent per TZC coin.

Why is this math giving people problems?  We're not even getting into algebra here.  This is just multiplication and division.

Mr genius...read the first page.
You get about 1.7milion tzc for 1btc if the total amount is 50btc.
So if the total amount is less, you get more coins so the price you paid in the auction changes also.

What is your problem with reading?

My response was to the guy who was getting his equation, simple as it is, so turned around that he was thinking it was over 300 USD per TZC coin.

Fact is this, neither you nor I nor anyone else knows WHAT the final results of the auction are.  I was using the GIVENS that the OP was using for MY corrective post to the deeply flawed math.

But, you are still not making much more sense that the first guy.

If you pay ONE BTC, Teh number of TZC coins you end up with does NOT change what you PAID.  How can you state that 'so the price you paid in the auction changes also'?  It does not.  The only thing that would change would be the potentially LOWERING of the overall value of the TZC coins.  The more coins you get for your BTC, the lower the cost per coin is. NO?

Let's say you put up 1 BTC and nobody else does.  I assume that means you are awarded the full 68 million TZC?  I have not read the fine print so I do not actually know the answer to that.  But, if that were so, then as a result of having received 68 million TZC for 4300.00 USD, the price paid for each TZC goes from 1/3 of a cent each to - .00006 CENTS per coin.

Again, that is just a tad short of the 300 dollars the other guy figured per TZC coin.

Coinsmarkets (the first exchange to offer TZC/BTC exchanges that I know of) is having something screwy go on.

The 24 hour change they show for TZC is MINUS 204%.

That's impossible.  Nothing can go down more than 100%.

If these little podunk exchanges want to be taken halfway seriously they at least need to respect third grade math.
its not impossible 200% means x2 and 300% means x3 and so on.

OK...

I invest 1000.00 in something and wake up the next day and it is worth NOTHING.  How much have I lost?  100%.

The ONLY way to lose more than 100% is to trade on margin or to have sold short.  It is mathematically impossible for anything to lose more than 100%.  Things can go UP hugely.  But they can never lose more than 100% from any given staring point.  It is simply not possible.  UNLESS you are trading on margin or have taken a short position.
