101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TZC] TrezarCoin Super-Secure-PoW/PoS on: December 02, 2017, 08:07:10 PM
Bong. Pardon my arrogance or don't.

I have. Let's see. 105.812469 TZC at the moment.

I re-did the math.  With so few coins you are in for a long long wait for anything to happen.  Think about it.  At my rate of return on staking (assuming the rate is about the same - which really cannot be done) then my coins will double in about 3 years.

So will yours... but since you have a little more than 100 coins to start with, and the POS payout is 100 coins... it will take you 3 years to see your first payout - on average.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TZC] TrezarCoin Super-Secure-PoW/PoS on: December 02, 2017, 08:02:39 PM
Staking enabled for 39 inputs weighing 112 coindays.

Will it take 112 days before stake or what does it mean ?

Now it is 40 inputs. 113 coindays. It just went up.
Coindays is just your weight or "hashrate" for PoS. 112 is quite low, either it just started or you have less then 1k coins, which may take a long time for you to get a block.

I have 381 inputs, weighing a little more than 507,000 coin days.  I have been getting between 8 - 10 blocks per month (800 - 1000 coins per month).

112 coin days means you will get about 1/450th of what I am getting, assuming you do not improve in that regard.  If it STAYS at 112 coin days, then expect a 100 coin reward every 3 years or so if I am doing the math properly.

It would be helpful if you told us how many coins you have.

Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank ChekaZ for the support given here.  I have personally had no issues at all except for one time when my wallet would not open due to a corrupted data file.  This was apparently as the result of a hard boot that made for an unclean write to my drive.

It's great to see TZC hovering around a 5 million market cap.  Hoping it can surpass 10 million in the days and weeks ahead.

And, it's great to have such good returns on POS.

My thanks to the dev team and ChekaZ specifically.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best crypto to stake? on: December 02, 2017, 05:14:45 AM
Trezarcoin is an interesting possibility.

I mined 32,000 coins and after only 24 hours the cojns started staking.  Been getting almost 200 coins per week after the auction coins matured.  800 in October and November.

TZC is also showing up as a good profit as a mining coin.  It is neoscrypt and runs well on Nvidia cards.

TZC has run from 200 Sats to over 500 this week to an all time high.  Take that for what it's worth.

3k trezarcoin from 2 months wallet open POS still give 0.. Uhm may i need wait an year?

I mined about 32,000 coins and when POS first started I was getting a block or two per day.  Then the auction hit and all of the coins that matured after the auction slowed me down to a block or so per week.

You don't have many coins (neither do I really) and with a little bad luck it could take months for you to see something.  I can go for a week or more, then one day I get two blocks (200 coins).  Hard to say how it all works out as far as predictability goes.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TZC] TrezarCoin Super-Secure-PoW/PoS on: December 01, 2017, 04:38:09 PM
Great to see steady climb in value here.

I think the quick 0-Day POS (OK... 24 hours) aspect is creating many who are HODLing their TRZ as opposed to mining for a quick profit sale/exchange for something else.  That is creating a strong market that buyers have to contend with since sellers are... well... not selling so much.

107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TZC] TrezarCoin Super-Secure-PoW/PoS on: November 04, 2017, 11:14:34 PM
why do you need blockchain for this project?

For the same reason you need water if you want a swimming pool.  It is intrinsic to the process.

Are there any 'non blockchain' cryptocurrencies?  There is one - IOTA - based on something they call a 'tangle'.

Other than that, they all are based upon blockchain as far as I can tell.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: October 01, 2017, 06:58:30 PM
Every "Shitcoin" callers, please sell all your coins now, We are continuing to buy on yobit every amount of signatum with technical price and strategy bellow 1000sat.
If you think it is shitcoin so sell it to us, we are there, We don't want to pump, but we need to buy some m. Coins, so help us,

I mined this coin for two and a half months, racking up a good few thousand. Phase 1, great. Great network connectivity, easy mining...happy days.

Switch to PoS (phase 2) brought out the underlying issues... Namely that the PoS is skewed to the rich list.

Every other PoS wallet I hold shows weight increasing overtime, and anticipated reward times decreasing. This isn't happening. I started with 3 days, which increased to 4 the next, then to 5, 6 and now 7.

So, place your money here if you like. This isn't emotional, I'm not taking sides on the merits of this coin, but there are far more established coins paying 5% daily. Do the math and place your own bets.

I'm out. Sold. Enjoy my transaction fees.

You sated that the POS is skewed to the rich list.  Of course it is.  Staking is based upon the number of coins you have.  That is the only FAIR way to implement it.

I am staking my coins but it keeps saying 1 day and i still need to receive my first stake. I am using the older wallet because of the virus issue in the new wallet. Am i just unlucky or is something wrong?

No way to answer your question without knowing what your staking weight is.

Volume (24h)
$22,993
5.51 BTC

WOW!

Yeah TZC  its flying today, all the talk on nova atm too

Were TZC listed on 'whattomine' (regardless of your opinion of the worth or lack thereof with the information found there) - it would likely be very near the top in profitability as we stay around 240-260 SAT's.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: September 29, 2017, 06:01:28 PM
every single stock in the new york stock exchange simply holds value because others think so.
You clearly known nothing about stocks, shares or economics. A publicly listed company has assets and issues dividends, that is what gives it a value for investment. Your tired parroting of every other shill account in this thread about how you can simply choose to 'believe' that Signatum is the same thing and, therefore, might appreciate in value, is as absurd as it is suspect.

I don't understand why you keep coming back to annoy our community.
My presence here is not to annoy 'your' community, it is to ensure that you, and the likes of you, are less able to fool newbies into believing this cut-and-paste clonecoin has value and is worthy of their investment. I have no reason to care whether it annoys you, as long as it serves to inform others who don't have the experience yet to recognise that you are either an ignorant fanbois suffering from sunk-cost delusion, or you are a scammer shill account.

Either way, your word cannot be trusted.

'A publicly listed company has assets and issues dividends'

Not all publicly traded stocks issue dividends.  Therefore, your statement is false.  84% of the LARGE companies that make up the S&P 500 pay a dividend, but there are hundreds, if not thousands, of mid-cap and small-cap PUBLICLY traded stocks that do NOT pay ANYTHING in the way of a dividend.

As for a 'publicly listed company having assets' as if that alone is a virtue, assets are balanced out with debts and obligations.  There are hundreds of publicly traded stocks in companies that owe more than they have in assets.

If you are going to try to sound smart, at least BE smart.

For me, I would counter your 'stock' comparison with the following two things that MANY companies can only DREAM OF...

1. SIGT has no debt
2. SIGT is not losing money

If you showed me a small or mid-cap biotech stock that has no debt and is not losing money - I will show you what is, in the world of investing, a winner.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: September 28, 2017, 01:43:11 AM
I have 20000 and it say 1 day for rewards

that doesnt sound very good  Huh

Depends totally upon what the rewards are... no?

The real value of staking is not the 5% interest.  It is locking coins up from sale, reducing supply and as a result, likely an increase in value for the 20K you own.

113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: September 27, 2017, 11:53:51 PM
Yeah. It continues to say I'm staking, and says estimated time for reward 1 minute, but shows 0 staking. I'm assuming I'm staking because my wallet is open and not encrypted. Like we don't need to assign a certain amount of coin for staking correct?

Does it show a weight for your coins?

You will not put coins up for staking until your number comes up in a solution.  I mined Trezarcoin and that is the way that one worked.

The 'expected time' is based upon averages.  One day I was awarded 600 TZC's in staking.  Then I could go 2 days and nothing.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: September 27, 2017, 10:28:22 PM
Quick question...

is the ONLY staking reward a 5% annual return?  If so, how can that be a reliable number given the luck involved?
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TZC] TrezarCoin Super-Secure-PoW/PoS on: September 27, 2017, 03:01:13 PM
this coin could be OK, but POS is not working for coins mined in a pool  Embarrassed although my wallet has txs in and there are more than 1000 confirmations, POS is not working. There is this message in the wallet notification area when I point mouse to POS icon:
NO MATURE COINS FOUND, STAKING PAUSED.
is there any chance that coins mined in a pool will be mature?

is solo mining working with your wallet? It should be a solution for this. Undecided

I mined all of my coins in a pool and POS worked out just fine.  I did not LEAVE them in an online wallet.  They were all going to my desktop wallet.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: September 26, 2017, 09:55:05 PM
chainworks reports latency. Check if it is going up and down when you have poor poolside hash.
Mine was doubling frequently when I had poor results.
Statistics->graph on pool's gui looks reasonably healthy today.
This can be your internet provider is my best guess, I could not fully rootcause it when mine degraded out of the blue.

Anybody else getting like 50% of their hashrates on all the pools right now?

I have 6 cards 4 in 1 right 2 XFX 480 8GB and 2 GTX 1060 in the other another 2 480 8GB XFX

I should be getting 99MH/s but get nowhere near that. I even had one pool get me down to 8MH/s which is like more than 10X less what my power actually is.

Does anybody know whats happening?

My theory so far is the blocks are moving too fast for me to report a share.

For anyone that might be reading my Chainworks pool improved greatly but was doing the same thing as MN and Suprnova almost worse for a bit.

Can say after trying each tho somehow the Chainworks is correcting itself a bit but still lower mostly like I mentioned but not quite as low and I've actually seen it hit 99MH/s for the first time out of all the pools I tried for 24 hours

Can't be my internet I have a 75Mbps connection and I have had no issues with at least ten other coins that I've mined.

I find that those other coins are very accurate on how much I get too and I've double checked it with sites for months and are within maybe 10% this coin tho i'm getting 50% less than what whattomine says I should get on average between all the difficulty changes of 5k-10k. So it doesn't make much sense that with this coin and this coin only I get 50% less coins than what whattomine says but no other coin has that kind of discrepancy.

What miner are you using again?

When I was using the KERNLX versions I was seeing huge differences.  Been mining since 8/7.  That is 50 days with some down time of about 5 days - so call it 45 days.  Have 12150 coins.  That's 270 per day.  WTM has told me over 400 at times and under 250 at times.  The projected is often much higher than the 24 hour number.

if you are using the KRNLX version of ccminer, I recommend ditching it.  It seems to report too high a hashrate while delivering fewer coins than other versions.  So much so that I have wondered if there was something going on under the table that people like you and I might not see...  maybe a little hidden 'dev fee'?  I don't know.  I just know it looked like it was the fastest while for me it was actually the slowest in real world results.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: September 25, 2017, 05:01:53 PM
Does anyone think cryptodevil actually looked at the SIGT code? I don't. Does anyone think the developer of a new coin rewrites the code from scratch? Not me.

So tell me, cryptodevil. Specifically which coin's sourcecode did the SIGT developers copy?

I think cryptodrivel does not know shit from Shinola.

SIGT has been among the top 5 in mining profits most of the time since it was announced.  Now, with a sharp decrease in supply imminent, there is potential for any increase in demand to immediately translate into appreciation of value.

EVEN if SIGT was 'copy/paste'... what difference does it really make?  People are not mining it because it is NOT copy/paste.  They are mining it because it is profitable to do so.  That profitability now has SIGT in people's cross hairs.  If it starts to run... then cryptodrivel can down vote and spam all he wants.  He will miss the train.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: September 24, 2017, 05:00:32 AM
Once the mining is over, those who are mining for short term to roll into ETH or BTC will have no ability to continue that practice.

Funny how the FUD really picks up as we get close to the end of mining SIGT.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Signatum - New Algorithm - Fair Launch - No Premine on: September 23, 2017, 04:56:14 PM
ASIC's RESISTANCE is STILL ASIC's RESISTANCE

What difference does it make how it is ACHIEVED?

Skunkhash algo helps achieve it.  Short mining period helps achieve it.

The fact is, by design, ASIC's mining was made nearly impossible by the DEV's.

The only way I would label the DEV's in any negative light in this regard would be if they said SIGT was ASIC's resistant, then a week later SIGT is being mined by ASIC's miners.

From a practical standpoint, regardless of being as the result of code, hardware, road map.... it DOES NOT MATTER.

ASIC's mining was rendered impotent BY DESIGN.

Even if only through a short mining period... SO WHAT?

No SIGT was ever mined by ASICs miners nor will ever be.
