The smaller SEPA withdrawals <€500 seem to go through fast but I am really curious what the latest date is that someone received a larger SEPA withdrawal.
My withdrawal is from 17 Jan and still hoping that I have it by end of this month.

I have received 10k euro yesterday. The withdrawal was placed in the queue at MtGox on 2 Jan.

This is really valuable information. So, the above-threshold SEPA queue is at 47 days. Should shorten a bit before stalling again at the end of January if my hunch is correct.

It will definitely shorten as lots of people have cancelled FIAT withdrawals and bought the cheap mtgox btc.

WTF ? there are still people left in the Sepa queue ? I´d happily pay everybodys balance out subito - just cancel your

Euro withdrawl please PM me and tell me your account number !

I am interested. How can you do that?

145  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: undervolting r9 280x linux - possible? on: February 18, 2014, 03:14:04 PM
Hi there
Is there any way to undervolt r9 280x under linux (SMOS/BAMT to be exact)? I've seen people changing BIOS for HD7970 to undervolt but didn't found any bios editor for r9 280x.
Anyway would rather like use software command if possible. Or I have to use Windows for that purpose?

Cgminer of course ignores voltage settings.

not the prettiest or simplest while looking for that stable voltage, but this looks to be a verified way to undervolt in linux.

http://www.cryptobadger.com/2013/10/undervolting-in-linux-via-modified-bios/
not sure if it is working 280xs though... also what kind of card do you have. it simply may not be voltage unlocked in the first place.

Confirmed that VBE7 does work with 280x cards. Flashed half a dozen Gigabyte 280xs this week, and they're all hashing @ 725KH/s @ 1.019V. Dropped consumption for a 5 GPU rig frim 1450W to 1250W, and lower temps as well. Test on one going lower and lower, and then flashing the others only took me ~5-10 minutes per card.

What are the other settings that you're using? I mean core and mem in cgminer/sgminer.

Did you also change those settings in the bios?

I think Mark is playing with fire...

There will be a lot of angry people if bitcoins are not given back to their owners...

Is this a threat? Yes, but not by me.

Why don't they start to process some withdraw manually?
They can off course proceed by date, processing first the older requests.

Is there someone of you in Japan that can go and ask? Smiley

156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Broken video cards on: February 03, 2014, 12:51:48 AM
Hi everyone,

I have two video cards from sapphire (hd 7950) that do not work anymore.

I have used them for mining for a couple of weeks (with cgminer, temperature set to 75° celsius maximum).

Do you think I can ask for a replacement of such cards? Do you have any experiences?

I bougth them abroad (in the uk)... do I have to ship them there in that case or I can send them somewhere in Italy?

158  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Transform a 16x -> 16x riser into a 1x -> 16x on: February 02, 2014, 01:20:49 AM
Hi everyone,

what about if I just cut the the additional line of a 16x -> 16x riser cable to make it a 1x -> 16x cable?

I want to do that because I don't want to use all the line of the slots which should (if I understood correctly) allow me to use more cards per board.

Best regards,
ilpirata79

p.s. I am mining alt. coins and converting to btc
159  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: GUIDE - How to make your own PCIe extender with molex. on: February 02, 2014, 01:17:23 AM
Reviving this very old thread...

What about if I just cut the B3 line? (without connecting them to power).

I seem to have powered-risers with the B3 line not connected to the molex so I may have to cut it (I have two psus) and it would remain not powered.

160  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Micro payment hubs on: January 30, 2014, 01:39:07 PM
Guys, what about sponsoring the development of such micropayment hubs (or gateway, as I called them)?
Is there a developer interested in such a work?

Best regards,
