261  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group buy] Avalon chips Escrow John K / Please send your e-mails until Friday on: September 19, 2013, 05:44:39 PM
What about who already ordered some boards? Can they be refunded as well?

I have four of them to sell if that's not the case. Still not delivered. I will give 10% discount.

Best regards,
ilpirata79

263  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group buy] Avalon chips Escrow John K / 1 and 2 batch PLEASE VOTE on: September 16, 2013, 04:41:52 PM
Well like i said, just refund the chips, hold the board and refund that one at a later date when hex16 board can be used for gen2 chips (or if another buyer wants a gen1 board) I think that would be the best solution of most people with boards ordered. For me it will mean a chip refund of around 250 euro worth of BTC which is more then I could mine from a assembled board  Smiley.

This is under the assumption that chips will actually get refunded by avalon. On the Bizwoo GB. GB2 has been refunded while GB1 has been waiting far longer and still doesn't have a refund.

Giovanni , everybody from JohnK to KnCMiner has already confirmed payment of all machines, so we're way past that point of verification. That's not the main issue anymore.

I don't think he's disputing that they WERE paid, just wants confirmation of WHEN they were paid.

I don't think they don't understand what the question is. They just PRETEND not to.

Guys,

Ashod aka prodigits07 was at my house 2 days ago and we processed refunds. Those who paid with BTC will be getting refunds in BTC back.

I have emailed johnK so he can confirm this. Again. I am NOT here to take anyone's money... I have refunded over 500BTC+ in the Avalon Chips Group Buys. It is senseless for me to run away with any money at this point. Please be patient.

Thank you for the update.

We all appreciate it!

Lack of communication is really bad, especially when this group buy is currently FUBAR.

Any ETA on BTC refunds?

I know guys! I know that by now you guys are probably tired of hearing my life sob stories but everything going on in my life now is true. I am sorry for the lack of communication but prodigits7 will be my messenger most of the time. No matter how many times I say I'm sorry or tell you guys my problems, I know that most of you do not want to hear it. Like I said we are working with KnCminers to give people that want their refunds... I have about 4-5 machines left that are not being refunded most of them are real life friends in this. DO you think I will scam them too? NO! I am trying extremely hard to get back on my feet and to be stable again. I know I can make it.

I would like to know the exact dates of the payments (and possibly a proof). If you paid the machines recently please let us know.

Best regards,
ilpirata79

KNCMiner lookeromissing! News: https://www.kncminer.com/news

Raging, I think this GB should recover is transparency. To do so you should:

1) finish the google docs spreadsheet
2) update every bought shares
3) complete the spreadsheet with all the refunds
4) add "shipping days" to every selling (if available by now)
5) whats the status of that company you were talking about?

One solution to the refunds gaps on every selling is to include the people waiting for jupiter2, if they agree of course.

This is first on my list to do thanks. So far prodigits7 and I are just doing damage control etc
Yes due to life changing events I did cause trouble and distress but so far I have done nothing wrong. So what would you guys like me to do? There's no btc left. Everything is in USD. If you sent .7btc at the time it was worth $50, I can only send you $50 because I have no other funds. I don't even have enough in the bank to cover increased value of bitcoin. We need to fix this before btc skyrockets to $500. Then I will be screwed. But for now if you want refund in btc I think the best case is for me to owe you btc until I can mine with asic machines...

I would like to have showed the dates when the payments were made...

279  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: 6 asicminer erupters in a closed drawer on: July 09, 2013, 05:34:28 PM
Would you mind if they started over heating and dying?

No?

Then don't take any chances. Heat is a killer.

I see what you mean, but as I said I have to.

I would like to know the difference among the temperature outside the drawer and inside.
Does some of you know a formula to approximately calculate such difference?

best regards,
ilpirata79
280  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: 6 asicminer erupters in a closed drawer on: July 09, 2013, 05:07:32 PM
Almost every pic I have seen posted with multiple Block Erupters show them in open air with a fan.
So I a drawer with small holes and no fan, would probably be a no.
If you had a drawer with so decent size cut outs and some sort of fan to provide air flow, that might be workable.

Differently from those setups, my miners are more distant (a 10 port hub used for 6). Only two of them are near, but one has nothing on one side, and the other has another miner but after an empty port.

best regards,
ilpirata79
