141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think Ethereum will hit $1,000? on: December 24, 2017, 11:35:29 PM
It seems like 2018 will be a year the crypto market will grow by a huge margin. So with the second biggest market cap, ethereum will of course receive its' share from the growth.  I expect it to be 1k early 2018.
Yes its true, many prediction in 2018 saying that ethereum will reach $1,000 soon. So I'm hoping that it will happen, so that if we  exchange our ethereum in local price its be much bigger. Aside from that ethereum become more popular by that simce it was also the second best coin in cryptocurrency. And I dont think any struggle in improving.
142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do we need to gamble? on: December 24, 2017, 04:12:10 AM
First it starts with as a way to earn a little amount of money without any hustle. Then you loose money and then it starts as a way to recover the lost amount of btc. In the last it just an addiction to just play and play and never stop.
Actually , gambling is not necessary to everyone. They are just doing it to earn more money in the fastest way. But its too risky, because the faster to can earn money, is the same as the fast you will loss it. That's why im not recommending gambling , because it was just luck and if you dont have enough luck im sure you will just loose your money.

144  Other / Archival / Re: Have you ever won a Jackpot? on: December 23, 2017, 01:33:42 PM
I have never won a jackpot in my entire life but I am still hoping I would win one some day. It would be an honor if I'd won something by playing a certain game too, might try this someday and join a jackpot round game and see if I would be lucky enough to win for that day.
Oh well same with you buddy. Im not yet experience to won in a gambling. I tried a lot of gambling but unfortunately I never win. Because maybe im not lucky enough to win the jackpot price. But im still hoping, that someday I also win in that. And if that happen I will really save the jackpot that I got to invest it in somecoin that will surely brings me a good profit.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins on: December 22, 2017, 11:34:23 PM
Which Altcoin is next to Bitcoin and is being accepted worldwide?
In my opiniom, ethereum is the next altcoin after bitcoin used worldide as a payment method on almost all online shops.
I assume bitcoin cash is step forward from ether in price but bitcoin cash is a fork,it couldn't be considered as a main currency.
However, ether is a currency litself like other altcoins. It is widely used in erc20  ICO projects
Same as you. Im also confident that some day ethereum will be like bitcoin now. It can stablish its name and become one of the main coin in cryptocurrency. It has already a stable price that slowly but surely moves up. Actually its hard to compete with bitcoin , but eventhough thatbwas the case its still can handle and remain inbthe second place after the bitcoin. So I believe that it has a good future ahead.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL or REGRET!!! on: December 22, 2017, 10:04:01 PM
I'm really disappointed with myself now because of Verge. Way back June 2017, I bought $200 worth of XVG and I sold it last week a day before the pump happened. It could be worth more than $5k now if I just HODL. Cry Well, I need to move on and learn from this mistakes. This will be a lesson for me to have patience and wait for the right time to sell my coins. The reason why I sold it was because I need more funds to buy another coin. I'm happy with the coin I bought because I can now see that it is now starting to pump. Maybe, I'm just half disappointed every time I'm seeing the current value of Verge. I bought some XVG again and will surely hold it this time. Smiley I hope that this experience of mine can be a good example for everyone especially the newbies in this community.
Well I think you dont need to regret your decision 6 months ago. You sell it for a reason , and not just for nothing. Although you would not detect the proper decision you made for the Verge but still you have another coin to rely on. Just think that making a wrong decision sometime is just part of the trading industry. Because this is the risk of doing trading.
147  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Sell on: December 22, 2017, 03:58:04 PM
In trading how do you know if it is time to still hold or is it the right time to sell? Do you go buy your profit margin  or actually wait for the highest possible peak?
For example if you're earning like 10% of your investment, would you just sell or would you be interested in waiting and seeing if it goes more up so you could earn more, in doing that its possible that it may go down and you then earn like 5-8%
But what is your process in this? How do you go about hold and sell timings?
As of now , bitcoin price was falling down by almost 30% of its previous price. But still im holding by bitcoin because im believe that it was an effect of panic selling of many bitcoin holder. That why the price of it was continue to bleed. But as for my speculation before the end of this year bitcoin will boom again and that is the right time when you need to exchange your coin because you can have a huge income.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin will kill alt coins on: December 22, 2017, 12:28:15 AM
You can see that this does not happen when the altcoin is rising very strongly, the dominant is the x10 altcoin today. Because investors are very interested in the crypto market, the flow of capital into this market makes the market a lot of significant improvement. I think the next time this market continues to grow very strong.
Yes I agreed. Im a huge fan of bitcoin and im glad that bitcoin is continuing to grow. But I dont think that is an enough reason for as to conclude that bitcoin will going to kill altcoin. Perhaps there a lot of altcoin now a day that showing their strength in the market. That they can still grow even after a hard fall down because of bitcoin. They are now regaining their price and hopefully continue until next week.
149  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Investments in the media on: December 21, 2017, 10:15:43 PM
Do you think it's realistic to find investors-partners for the development of such a project? Alone, it is difficult to pull such a project financially, and for the accelerated implementation of all our plans I made decisions in search of investors.
I would like to hear your opinion: Is it worth it to invest in the media about crypto-currencies and the forum?

I think so . Media and currencies are to different industry. But if you could join them both maybe you could produce a big time project. Because media is the best way to promote project , and the fastest way to collect funds so if you could use media why not. But sometimes media are also use by scammers in pooling people , so you still need to be careful.
150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: December 21, 2017, 02:28:09 PM
When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit or not?
Depends on people to people.I bet you most of the high roll players don't do that. They set a specific goal with pre decided money managing scheme and strictly follow it.You might have noticed it few of the gambling movies.Personally, being a small time player,I take my profits out, maybe a bit more to fill up for the next bet if lost and risk-play with the remaining ones. However I always tend to lose the profits and the original stakes with the ever growing greed with every round. Tongue
For me its a big no.no ! Why? Simply because your profit is your earning already. If you want to play again after winning you should use your first capital. That the only money that you should use in gambling . Because if you use your profit you cant save. And you cant avoid a big loss. So for you to control your money just always stick to your capital. And if it is gone , then take a break in gambling.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Cash replace Bitcoin?? on: December 20, 2017, 01:59:41 PM
you are just overly excited because it has the name "bitcoin" in it and also mostly because it is getting pumped. you see the big green number saying price has risen in the past few days and you think everything is fine because of it!

but if you wait a couple of weeks you can get your answer loud and clear. when the dumps begin shortly and then intensify in a couple of weeks, that is when price of BCH crashes and miners will abandon it. they have the EDA to protect the chain and if they remove it, the chain is screwed. the only reason why miners switch is this EDA that changes difficulty so they can mine a thousand blocks in one day!
There a huge gap between bitcoin and bitcoin cash. Not just in price also in trust and reputation. So i dont think that bitcoin cash can replace bitcoin. Maybe if it happen it takes a long time and alot of supporters for BCH. They need to double time in order to surpass BTC. Because BTC never stop improving and evolving. So it will be a huge challenge for the BCH.
152  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do people actually buy coins with real life money? on: December 20, 2017, 11:05:49 AM
Now when BC is sky high and ETH also pretty high. DO people even give their real money for those currencies. I mean give 300$ for 1ETH or 6000$ for 1BC is too much for most people.
I mean how often do people buy crypto currency like ETH and BC
Actually if they want to start trading with this new currency. They really need to use a real life money in order to have BTC as their capital. And if they already earn from it they can use that as an additional capital. So it means you will cannot deny that sometimes you really need to sacrifice money if your are willing to invest in bitcoin.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] [IPL] InsurePal | Distributed social proof insurance on: December 20, 2017, 02:07:46 AM
Seems like a very interesting project, I've read the whitepaper and I'm truly a fan of your vision, I've encountered a project similar to this in the past but it turned out to be a scam so when it comes to projects that deal with insurance I'm quite nervous to take risks, but with this one I'm quite convinced to take part of this project. Knowing that this project has been around for three years, that's quite a good sign that you mean business here. I also do like the fact that you have this social proof feature, that's very unique and very new to the insurance industry and if you think about it, this approach could really be beneficial to a lot of users. It's really nice that this project is based on trust, it's a huge part of our everyday lives, with this project you can help your friends and through your help they can gain benefits as well, which is a win-win situation and can also bring people closer together. It's also a huge plus that endorsers will only get charged in case the person will file a fault claim so if they ended up not filing a fault claim then you can get tokens that's worth $100 for free so as an endorser and that's a huge benefit. Anyway I just have something to ask, what if the endorser decided to withdraw his/her endorsement is that possible? And is there a maximum number of endorsers a person can get?.

Hi. If endorser decides to withdraw, benefits are lost, of course, and in addition there might be penalty, as in case of claim. Maximum number of endorsers are limited to five.

Oh okay so who will be given the penalty? The endorser? The person whom the endorser endorse or both? And how much will be the penalty if ever something like that occurs?. That's great that you have set maximum limits, 5 is quite a good number and enough to help someone save a huge amount of money on his insurance anyway I'm quite not good with math so I just want to ask how much percent can a person save if ever he'll have 5 endorsers?. I'm also curious about this  is there a maximum number of years a person can be an endorser for someone? And when will you go global with this project? I really think that this project can help people from all around the world save a lot of money on their insurance, I'm sure once this project will go global then it will be a total hit! A lot of people are having problems with their insurance nowadays and could really use the social proof feature to save some money.

Penalty will be agreed and part of smart contracts. But essentially both lose their money in contract is breached. More on platform here https://insurepal.io/platform.
There are no maximum number of years specified, it will depend on the insurance package... We'll have a car insurance pilot in 2018. https://insurepal.io/roadmap.
And yes, being a global actor is the goal.
Oh after reading the other platform of this project. It makes me quite impress because of the positive vision of this project. Its a indication that this project helps people to secure and ensure their future. Its has an aimable goal that I think can be granted soon if the supporter will continue to endorse this project.
154  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: December 19, 2017, 11:58:32 PM
For true devotees of Bitcoin, the price of the digital currency is almost irrelevant. They believe in its inherent value or, more frequently, cannot see any value at all in the alternative of government issued fiat currency. Price is therefore not a concern. At the other end of the spectrum, for those that harbor what appears to be an irrational hatred of Bitcoin and anything to do with it, the exchange rate also matters little. They were screaming that it was all worthless when the price was at over $1000, and somehow convince themselves that an exchange rate of over 200 times what it was before that bubble proves their point. For the vast majority of people somewhere in the middle, however, the price of the currency in Dollar, Euro, Yuan or whatever terms is important.

Ofcourse it is. Actually it is the main reason why the population of bitcoin was continue growing. The price of it was so ideal especially for the bitcoin earner. They are take this as an opportunity to have a additonal income so that they can meet the needs of their family. So if ever that there a prive hike you will observe that many of the bitcoin holder exchange their stock into fiat.
155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: December 19, 2017, 10:14:01 PM
Hello! i want to save money while playing gambling game but i cant really do it because i am really addicted to bitcoin still i have small amount of money to save in my wallet but in the next day i spend it for gambling because i'll always lose in gambling games can someone help me with saving in my wallet and play gambling games at the same time.
Every time Im going to play in gambling. I always has this strategy, that if ever im going to win . I will save my winning amount and play again using my first capital. And in the other hand, if everim going to loose, then I will post in playing and try to comback in the other day. Because sometimes we have a mentality to revenge or recover the money we loss, without noticing that we being addicted already.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Short Term Profit on: December 19, 2017, 02:06:38 PM
There was some great opportunities in that time span. For example IOTA , Litecoin and even Ethereum increased a lot compared the day this topic is created. I am sure market will keep on bringing up some great short term investments. It could be a good idea to keep an eye on Binance Coin as a short term investment.
In addition to that, you can also include bitcoin cash  in a shorterm investment. Because sometimes when the supporters of this coin come, the value of it also increases. So it is really fit for the short term investment, because it can give you a good profit in a period minimal time. After booming in the market BCC will come back to its ordinary price like nothing happen.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your experience in trading? on: December 19, 2017, 10:40:00 AM
From my experience, it is profitable. I prefer short term than long term though in some instances I am forced to hold when prices don't go my way. My technique is that when the current price of altcoin is below by 10% its average price, I buy and then when prices go back to its average value I sell. I don't mind making many 5% trades per day.
Actually I have a lot of experience in trading. I experience to have a huge profit, but I also experience losses. But the expert says that it was a normal instances for a traders.
I would like to share my great experience in trading, bitcoin prive before are too low , that why I tried to buy a lot of it. Its not my intension to hold it for a long time. But when I saw it that it grows everyday then i persue it till now that I have a great income now.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people try to create their own coins? on: December 18, 2017, 10:00:08 PM
There are so many coins, but many of them just a copy of anothers. Why they waste their time for nothing? Grin

There can be a lot of reasons behind any ICO. Just like machine inventions. Some people may have built an ICO, for the purpose of helping the world. To make it better in the way that they know. While some does it to earn money for a various purposes. While others do it for greed or just scamming. While some just do it for fun.
But there really can be more reasons. The ones i have mentioned are the ones that i think are most common.
Yes eventhough there are a lot of reasons, I think its still fall down in a one conclusion and that is to earn money for their project. Because they are putting investment in the coin that they are launching so they also expect in return of its. They could think that they can collect funds from diffrent investors. Without noticing that they already releasing a lot of coin in the market. So the many the coin in the market the more competitors you will encountered. So this you will test the strenght of the coin in the market.
159  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade or Hodling on: December 18, 2017, 08:51:44 PM
I would just like to hear your opinions, Which is more profitable, Day Trading where you can profit through buying the dips and selling when it pumps repeatedly, or Long term HODLing where you buy the dip and only sell it when it goes up 5 to 10 times its price value?

Actually for me they are both profitable. It just only depends in the situation. Like for example in holding, you will buy on dip, and wait until it rises again before you exchange it then you will earn a lot from it in one catch. While in trading everyday you trade you can get a profit but not as big as like you hold a coin for a long time. So for me they are still both profitable will just deoend on the technique your going to use for you to earn an income.
160  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: December 18, 2017, 01:28:01 PM
[Edited to make it more understandable question]
What if all nation use only a one currency or one global currency?, What will happen to our world?, What is the effect of every nation's or every country economy?, It can make people's unite each other?Any opinion. Cheesy
Actually it was really hard to achieve. First reason, we have different kind of government around the world. They will not allow one another to be equal on them. They all want to be the superior county. That's why it was really hard to have only one currency. Even if it is the currency for you but not in the other country. Aside from that the economy of one country were can be loss because of the independence policy.
