141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when price is dump?? on: March 28, 2020, 11:57:17 AM
holding crypto in form of stablecoin provides a good advantage to your holdings. With stablecoin, your assets are less likely to be affected by the volatile nature of the cryptocurrency ecosystem. So, if you intend to hold long term your crypto and if you trust the effectiveness of their economics, exchanging them into stablecoin would be a good idea.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Corona Virus has killed all cryptocurrency spaces! on: March 27, 2020, 03:01:55 PM
Btw If COVID-19 cannot be completely resolved, especially in every country affected by the corona virus outbreak?

what about the fate of the next cryptoqurrency industry?
I think, this virus not only inhibits activities throughout the world and can even be said to have killed the entire cryptoqurrency space!

I don't think corona will kill all crypto spaces. I think it just slows down at the moment because attentions are focused on the safety and protection of the general public. But I also think that in a situation like this that we will see the practically of cryptocurrency. I mean doing business or transactions without physical contact. The virtuality and security of transacting crypto would be ideal in this situation.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are You Happy For Participate bounty in this Year 2020 on: March 27, 2020, 12:40:19 PM
So far, the many bounty campaigns I have joined, I still have not been rewarded with something I consider substantial. The first quarter of the year seems like the same as of last year, very unrewarding activity for bounty hunters. Hopefully, things will change on the next succeeding quarters despite the coronavirus pandemic that is affecting not only the world but also the crypto space.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LATOKEN, Probit, What else? on: March 27, 2020, 12:04:37 AM
After LATOKEN targeted by shit token/project to conduct an IEO, nowadays I see they glanced at PROBIT and hell yeah, that exchange become popular by shit project. I wonder who's the next exchange, lol

It's a shame because I use to trade in Probit and seem to like their platform. I have traded since the exchange started their operation and even still some assets left in their exchange. But I do observe that the exchange is flooded by some shitty coins. I just thought before that since the exchange is a bit new, they are just aggressive with their partnership with many coins but not expecting that it would mostly be the shitty ones.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: March 26, 2020, 02:48:52 PM
Airdrops right now are totally a waste of time. Some even require you to do a lot of tasks but reward a very small amount to participants. Worse, other project does not even distribute rewards in exchange for the effort the participants undertake. Gone are the days when airdrops are very rewarding. Hopefully, those times will come back as this is the reason why I started my crypto journey before.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough on: March 26, 2020, 01:36:51 PM
Bounty campaign is a good way for projects to spread the word and gain publicity in the cryptocurrency market. But it is not the best way to gain investors. Good projects don't depend on bounties alone to promote their token sale.
And this is because when bounty hunters post about a project, majority of these posts is only seen by other bounty hunters and not to the real investors. And these posts are just basic and can not convince good investors to invest.
Bringing in the investors and funds depends on the team's marketing ability and their ability to close deals. This is why good projects attend a lot of crypto events and network with people.
Though bounties help a project to create popularity and hype among crypto users, the main investment and funds is brought in by the team's marketing and closing ability.

I agree with some of your insights about bounty campaigns but I think your view about the bounty is limited to hunters doing social media tasks. There are some bounty campaigns that directly target investors, like referral system where participants invite and encourage possible investors to the project. This mechanism would be a great way for a project to encourage investors.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: March 25, 2020, 02:13:25 PM
For me it's ETH. Binance coin had a good run especially last year but the practicality of use of ETH and the loyalty of its supporters will make it a good coin in the long run. The development of Ethereum 2 will make it better in the coming years. Unless BNB creates a major activity to sway supporters to its platform, ETh is secure in its top position among the two.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be fooled on: March 25, 2020, 11:02:20 AM
Coronavirus is the reason why market is in very bad shape, it will be very stupid to exit because of this while others are making good choice presently, many are already saying it's the end for crypto but the fact is Bitcoin died several times in the past and it's still alive today, do not be fooled by those who don't understand the technology

I agree with you. I think the dip in the crypto prices in the market right now is largely due to the effect of the coronavirus affecting almost all countries worldwide. Traders and investors are more concerned about their welfare than focusing on cryptocurrencies. I bet once the situation becomes controllable, the market will be able to bounce back again.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is it , it's the end of cryptos on: March 24, 2020, 01:14:04 PM
Bitcoin has weathered many dips in price many times already and everytime it bounces back stronger. If you have a weak hand then sell your crypto and live a normal life away from it. But if you beleive in the technology of blockchain and that it is still developing, this is a chance to hold and amass since the price is still low.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is all set to boom now... on: March 24, 2020, 11:49:59 AM
Guys, I am telling this to you after going through some hard day's ETH sees massive upswing now. It broke the key hurdle of $130 level and gave a solid start and the bulls have gained some momentum in the market because ETH is closely tracking Bitcoins price action at the moment. I guess it depends upon the pump of BTC if it pumps I am sure alts will follow the same.
Hopefully, this is the case. I have been holding my ethereum for quite some time and it would be nice to get rewarded for my patience. Hope this time it would be really a bull run and not like the previous pump that for a short time its price dumped really big. BTC's price is gaining and I hope eth goes along with it.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The current world market situation. on: March 24, 2020, 07:42:17 AM
I don't know if this is the effect of coronavirus but the world market is down right now. almost all market sectors are experiencing a downtrend (especially the energy sector has the biggest dip) according to businessinsider.com. As the treat of COVID 19 becomes more widespread, expect the situation to go down further.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are having rough days, are you still a HODL? on: March 23, 2020, 12:45:07 PM
Been holding my crypto assets for quite a long time now. Even during the flash pump early this year, I was not tempted to sell my crypto because I am confident that crypto will bounce back and become bullish starting this year. Hopefully, I am not wrong because I have been holding for a long time now. Hope my patience will not be put into waste.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: High rewards still possible in bounties? on: March 23, 2020, 12:04:29 PM
Getting that amount in one bounty I think it's not possible. Unless you are the bounty manager and that the project made it really good in their ICO or IEO. But if you are referring to the total rewards from multiple bounties I think it is still possible. You just have to really be disciplined in doing high reward campaigns and doing tasks properly. Also, those projects should be legit to be sure of your rewards.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The door is never closed to new traders on: March 23, 2020, 09:58:57 AM
Most questions that bothers newbies, and crypto currency ethusiasts are,

can i join this trade?
is crypto currency bearish enough to trade?
Is it safe to trade now ?
Can i learn trading now ?

Amidst such doubts, and thoughts, i believe as a newbie or established crypto professionals, as long as you have done your research and learnt basic trade strategies.
It is easier to begin as a traders, and if you learn faster, the best.

But the door is always open to new traders or new investors.

you can always trade anytime in crypto. no matter the situation in the market, if you are good at trading, you can always find ways to earn. you should develop skills in predicting the price trends so that you will know when to buy or sell. According to one successful crypto trader that I follow on twitter, it is not when to wait for the low and high peaks buy how to take advantage of the in betweens.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers always make use of advantages on: March 23, 2020, 08:22:03 AM
Last week the United kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning that the coronavirus out real might be providing criminals with the opportunity to swindle investors out of their crypto assets, you've been warned

Scammers are sophisticated, opportunistic and will surely try many things.

Do not trust any one or organization asking for donations to combat the outbreak, it's not real

Indeed the current coronavirus situation ravaging the world is a good venue for crypto scammer. The ability to send and receive cryptocurrencies virtually or online makes it very easy for scammers to do their illegal ways. Taking advantage of the vulnerabilities of victims and people affected by the current situation. Everyone should be careful not to fall for them.
156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Southeast Asia? on: March 22, 2020, 01:24:14 PM
though not mainstream, awareness in cryptocurrency is a bit common in our country in the Philippines. there even some banks (especially in the capital) that accept cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawal. We even have crypto platform and apps that let you convert local currency to some crypto and use them to pay bills, remit, etc.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to everyone today on: March 22, 2020, 12:03:57 PM
Remember the financial crisis in 2008 when banks stopped customers from withdrawing funds? Then drip feeding tiny amounts to customers via ATMs. This is going to happen again, this time it will be worse.

Take your financial freedom in your own hands, Buy crypto today

some investors are waiting for what will happen to the market especially with the current virus pandemic. but some are taking this opportunity to amass cryptos while the prices are so low. at times like this virtual currency would show its real-world use. trading goods without physical forms like money.

159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Classic or Ethereum? on: February 16, 2020, 05:20:12 AM
Am curious, and will need several opinions here, in most news out there I hear echos "Ethereum classic is a real Ethereum", how do you guys think?

As of me, I believe in strong tech, working products and services.

See here for reference ->https://twitter.com/eth_classic/status/1122533934536036353

Let's see how helpful are your opinions.

I would go for Ethereum right now. Its performance right now in the market signals that it will pump soon. Great developments are in the Ethereum blockchain are coming, especially the proof-of-stake protocol. But don't disregard Ethereum classics also. Many who still value the proof-of-work mechanism would support ETC.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facts about bounties on: February 16, 2020, 05:13:42 AM
To all newbies or new comers, here are few advice for you guys if you want to start promoting bounties

1. Many bounties won't pay
Its a real fact that some might not want to accept for one reason or the other, new projects aren't that attractive to investors anymore so be ready for the worst.

2. Bounties are still Profitable
Ignore whatever bounty hunters are saying, yes many projects aren't paying but still some are paying, experience of a bounty hunter is different from one another, some bounty hunters still find it hard to learn from their mistakes

Remember that even good projects that looks promising can still fail but here is what I want you to hold on to, a single bounty project can cover for all your losses, what I meant is 1 project can give you biggest profits even when you've promoted 10 projects that gives nothing, this is why its called BOUNTY.

I think it depends on the projects your bounty hunting with. There are projects that acknowledges the benefits of marketing the projects and rewards well their bounty participants. With this, the project gets properly marketed and becomes successful in the market. Some projects simply just take for granted bounty hunters and pays them very low.
